Definitions
- the invention relates to a safety syringe, in particular to a safety syringe which is simple in structure and easy to assemble.
- a syringe is an instrument used to inject a liquid such as a liquid, a blood, or a nutrient solution into a human body in conjunction with a needle.
- a liquid such as a liquid, a blood, or a nutrient solution
- the needle After the injection is completed, since the needle is already contaminated with blood from the human body, the used needle must be safely treated to prevent the medical staff or others from being stabbed by the needle.
- the needle was inserted into a needle cover for storage. However, during the insertion process, the medical staff may accidentally penetrate the medical treatment because of carelessness or other external force pushing. The hand of the person, which in turn increases the risk of accidental infection of the medical staff, has led to the so-called safety syringe to reduce the chance of the medical staff directly touching the needle by hand.

- the positioning portion of the inner sleeve when the inner sleeve is in a first position, the positioning portion of the inner sleeve is located between the front end opening of the outer sleeve and the second annular flange of the outer sleeve, so that the inner portion The sleeve is partially exposed to the outside of the outer sleeve via the front end opening of the outer sleeve by an external force, and a needle provided in the needle mounting portion of the inner sleeve is injected.
- the positioning portion of the inner sleeve When the inner sleeve is moved from the first position to the second position, the positioning portion of the inner sleeve is located in the receiving groove of the outer sleeve, and the positioning portion of the inner sleeve is covered by the outer sleeve.
- the first and second annular flanges are blocked such that the range of movement of the inner sleeve is limited to between the first and second annular flanges of the outer sleeve, at which time the needle of the inner sleeve
- the mounting portion is retained within the outer sleeve along with the needle to increase safety after injection.
- the inner diameter of the second annular flange of the outer sleeve gradually increases away from the receiving groove of the outer sleeve, so that the inner sleeve moves from the first position to the second position.
- the positioning portion is allowed to pass through the second annular flange of the outer sleeve with less effort during the process.
- the first rear end opening of the outer sleeve abuts the first annular flange of the outer sleeve, and the inner diameter of the first rear end opening of the outer sleeve faces away from the first outer sleeve
- the direction of the annular flange is gradually increased such that the inner sleeve can pass the positioning portion through the first annular flange of the outer sleeve less effort during assembly into the outer sleeve.
- the axial length of the receiving groove of the outer sleeve is greater than the axial length of the positioning portion of the inner sleeve.
- the positioning portion of the inner sleeve may be formed by four protrusions arranged at equal angular intervals around the axial direction of the inner sleeve, or the positioning portion of the inner sleeve may also be a single ring. Formed by a bump.
