本申请要求了申请日为2021年11月11日,申请号为202122753315.1,发明名称为“灯带连接器及灯带”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及灯带技术领域,尤其涉及一种灯带连接器及灯带。
背景技术
灯带在实际使用过程中,可能会根据实际的需求,对灯带的长度进行裁剪,而裁剪后的灯带在使用时需要接上电源线,如果采用焊线的方式,则会对操作人员的烙铁焊接技术有一定的要求。对于该问题,需要有专业线对板的连接端子以实现快速电气连接,然而,目前市面上大多数的低压灯带的快接端子结构基本采用铜片刺破灯带铜箔的方式来实现灯带的导电以及防拉作用,但是,此种快接端子结构存在以下可靠性问题:
第一,通常情况下,因为低压灯带串联长度较长(5~10m),输入电流很大,而采用铜片刺破灯带铜箔的方式,只有铜片的四周与被刺破铜箔的四周接触,实际接触面积较小,因此,存在接触不良的风险。
第二,在受到外力拉扯的时候,灯带的接触孔会被进一步拉大,快接端子结构与铜箔的接触面积变得更小,进一步增加了接触不良的风险。
有鉴于此,确有必要提供一种灯带连接器及灯带,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种灯带连接器及灯带,解决了灯带接触不良、难安装的问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供了一种灯带连接器,所述灯带连接器用于连接灯带与电源线,其中,所述灯带包括设置有第二电连接部的灯带主体。所述灯带连接器包括盖合部、底座、第一固定结构以及用于与所述灯带主体电连接的快接结构,所述盖合部与所述底座之间形成收容空间,所述第一固定结构及所述快接结构收容在所述收容空间内;所述快接结构包括与所述第二电连接部匹配电性连接的第一电连接部,所述第一固定结构与所述底座靠近所述第一电连接部的一端卡持连接。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述第一固定结构包括第一卡持部,所述底座对应所述第一卡持部的位置设有第二卡持部,所述第一卡持部与所述第二卡持部卡持连接。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述灯带连接器还包括第二固定结构,所述第二固定结构收容在所述收容空间内,且与所述底座可拆卸连接;所述快接结构对应所述第二固定结构的位置设有弹性压部,所述第二固定结构卡持在所述快接结构的上方,且与所述弹性压部抵接。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述弹性压部向远离所述第一固定结构的方向延伸形成第一电连接部,所述第一电连接部与所述第二电连接部面接触连接。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述第二固定结构上设有第一连接部,所述底座在与所述第 一连接部对应的位置上设有与所述第一连接部匹配的第二连接部,所述第二固定结构通过所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部的匹配卡接与所述底座可拆卸连接。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述盖合部包括第一盖合部和第二盖合部,所述第一盖合部与所述第二盖合部之间设有间隙;所述底座的侧壁在与所述间隙对应的位置上设有第一隔离件,所述第二固定结构在与所述间隙对应的位置上设有第二隔离件,所述第一隔离件与所述第二隔离件共同构成的上表面与所述间隙的上表面位于同一曲面上。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述灯带连接器还包括分离件,所述分离件包括放置所述快接结构的凹槽、位于所述凹槽内的第一隔板以及位于所述凹槽远离所述第一电连接部的一侧的若干平行设置的第二隔板,相邻所述第二隔板之间形成有供所述快接结构穿过的通道。
为进一步实现上述目的,本申请还揭示了一种灯带,所述灯带包括灯带主体、电源线以及前述灯带连接器,所述电源线与所述灯带连接器的快接结构固定连接,所述电源线靠近所述快接结构的一端设有限位件,所述灯带连接器的盖合部在与所述限位件对应的位置上设有让位槽,所述限位件通过所述让位槽收容在所述灯带连接器的收容空间内。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述灯带主体包括柔性电路板以及光源组件,所述柔性电路板包括与所述光源组件匹配连接的中间部,以及位于所述中间部两侧的边缘部,所述灯带连接器的第一固定结构上设有与所述边缘部抵接的按压部以及与所述光源组件形状匹配的让位部,所述按压部及所述让位部分别将所述边缘部靠近所述第一固定结构的一端以及所述光源组件靠近所述第一固定结构的一端限位连接在所述收容空间内。
作为本申请的进一步改进,所述底座靠近所述电源线的端壁设有开口,所述盖合部靠近所述电源线的一端向所述开口的方向延伸形成延伸部,所述限位件在所述延伸部与所述开口的配合下限位连接在所述收容空间内。
本申请的有益效果是:本申请通过第一固定结构卡持连接在灯带主体靠近第二电连接部的一端,且与底座可拆卸连接,另外还设置了独立的第二固定结构,使得灯带主体与快接结构的电连接处不受力,接触更可靠,实现了快接结构与灯带主体的有效接触,解决了灯带接触不良、安装难的问题,提高了灯带的防拉固定效果,提高了灯带的稳定性和可靠性。

请参阅图1-8并结合图9-16所示,本申请的灯带连接器100用于连接灯带200与电源线202,其中,灯带200包括设置有第二电连接部206的灯带主体201。灯带连接器100包括盖合部1、底座2、第一固定结构3及用于与灯带主体201电连接的快接结构4,盖合部1与底座2之间形成收容空间5,第一固定结构3及快接结构4收容在收容空间5内。快接结构4包括与第二电连接部206匹配电性连接的第一电连接部43,第一固定结构3与底座2靠近第一电连接部43的一端卡持连接。
请参阅图1-4所示,具体地,盖合部1包括第一边11以及由第一边11远离底座2的一侧向收容空间5弯折延伸形成的第二边12。即,第一边11与第二边12形成“L”型折边结构。第二边12上设有第一扣合部121,底座2在与第一扣合部121对应的位置上设有与第一扣合部121匹配的第二扣合部21,盖合部1通过第一扣合部121与第二扣合部21的匹配扣合实现与底座2的扣合连接,结构简单,实现了徒手安装。
在一实施例中,第一扣合部121为扣合孔,第二扣合部21为扣合凸起。优选地,扣合凸起设有导向部,以引导盖合部1的扣合,提高安装效率。在另一实施例中,第一扣合部121为扣合凸起,第二扣合部21为扣合孔。当然,本申请中的第一扣合部121与第二扣合部21的形状及结构仅是示例性的,不应以此为限,以能够实现盖合部1与底座2的扣合连 接即可。
在一较佳实施例中,盖合部1包括第一盖合部1a和第二盖合部1b,第一盖合部1a与第二盖合部1b之间设有间隙13。间隙13的设置,使得第一盖合部1a和第二盖合部1b呈左右分立设置,换言之,第一盖合部1a和第二盖合部1b可以单独与底座2完成扣合连接,且改进后,第一盖合部1a对应用于灯带主体201的安装,第二盖合部1b则对应用于电源线202的安装,从而使得灯带主体201的安装以及灯带200与电源线202的电性连接变得更为简单快速及可靠,以便于灯带200的安装使用,提高了安装效率及安装的可靠性。可以知道的是,第一盖合部1a与第二盖合部1b上均设有第一扣合部121,以实现第一盖合部1a与第二盖合部1b分别与底座2的扣合连接。
盖合部1和底座2之间构成转动结构,且其转动范围为0~180°,盖合部1和底座2能够通过转动结构打开或闭合,从而方便放入灯带200,便于操作。在一较佳实施例中,转动结构为一薄板,优选地,该薄板为塑料薄板。在其他实施例中,转动结构可以为转轴或其他能够实现转动功能的元件,具体可以根据实际使用需求具体设定,本申请对此不做进一步限定。优选地,盖合部1和底座2的材质为塑料,以增强产品的塑性。优选地,盖合部1、薄板与底座2为一体注塑成型结构,有利于生产者进行批量生产,生产效率高。同时,也方便使用者的使用,通过塑料薄板转动连接的盖合部1与底座2能够使得盖合部1绕底座2进行转动,以方便拆卸和/或扣合操作。在其他实施例中,盖合部1、薄板与底座2也可以采用拼接式连接结构。
底座2可以用于支撑灯带主体201以及快接结构4。底座2的侧壁在与间隙13对应的位置上设有第一隔离件22,第二固定结构6在与间隙13对应的位置上设有第二隔离件61,在一较佳实施例中,第一隔离件22与第二隔离件61共同构成的上表面与间隙13的上表面位于同一曲面上。此外,由于第一边11与第二边12为“L”型折边结构,因此,底座2靠近第二扣合部21的一侧的第一隔离件22也为“L”型结构,以使得该第一隔离件22与第一边11处的间隙13的外表面位于同一平面上。如此设置,提高了灯带连接器100整体的一致性及美观度,而且还具有防尘的效果。优选地,第一隔离件22与底座2为一体挤压成型结构。
底座2靠近电源线202的端壁设有开口23,盖合部1靠近电源线202的一端向开口23的方向延伸形成延伸部14。盖合部1在与限位件203对应的位置上设有让位槽15,限位件203通过让位槽15收容在收容空间5内。本实施例中,让位槽15位于第二盖合部1b的内壁上。进一步地,底座2对应限位件203的位置设有凹部,限位件203收容在该凹部与让位槽15围设形成的让位空间内。
请参阅1-3并结合图5所示,灯带连接器100还包括第一固定结构3,优选地,第一固定结构3的最高点所在的平面高于底座2的侧壁的最高点所在的平面,第一固定结构3在盖合部1与底座2的转动扣合下对灯带主体201进行防拉限位。优选地,第一固定结构3采用 具有一定弹性且绝缘的材料制成,如:硅胶等等。如此设置,在盖合部1与底座2的扣合挤压下,第一固定结构3由于自身的弹性能够进行一定程度的自收缩,从而使得第一固定结构3高出底座2的侧壁的部分收容在收容空间5内,而且,由于自身的弹性,使得第一固定结构3对灯带主体201能够进行有效地挤压,从而提高对灯带主体201的防拉限位,避免灯带主体201的脱落,进而提高灯带200整体的稳定性及可靠性。
第一固定结构3包括第一卡持部31、与边缘部2042抵接的按压部32以及与光源组件205形状匹配的让位部33,优选地,让位部33由按压部32向远离底座2的方向凹陷形成,让位部33为弧形结构。
底座2对应第一卡持部31的位置设有第二卡持部24,第一卡持部31与第二卡持部24卡持连接。具体地,第一卡持部31位于第一固定结构3靠近底座2的侧壁的两侧,第一固定结构3通过第一卡持部31与第二卡持部24的匹配连接收容在收容空间5内,灯带主体201的边缘部2042和光源组件205分别限位连接在按压部32以及让位部33的下方。
在一较佳实施例中,第一卡持部31为凸起,第二卡持部24为底座2的侧壁向内凹陷形成的开槽。在其他实施例中,开槽也可以设置在第一固定结构3上,此时,凸起则对应设置在底座2的侧壁上,如此也能够实现第一固定结构3与底座2的匹配卡持连接。
在一较佳实施例中,第一固定结构3的上表面整体呈“日”字型中空结构,如此设计,在保证起到对灯带主体201的防拉固定作用的同时,还可以节省材料,降低生产成本。在其他实施例中,第一固定结构3的上表面整体也可以为“口”字型中空结构,或者第一固定结构3整体为实心结构。本申请中第一固定结构3的结构仅是示例性的,不应以此为限,以能够实现对灯带主体201的防拉固定即可。
另外,第一固定结构3作为独立的结构元件,其不仅可以应用在本申请中对灯带主体201的防拉固定,也可以应用在对电源线202或其他元件的防拉固定上,提高了第一固定结构3的通用性。
请参阅图1-3并结合图6所示,灯带连接器100还包括第二固定结构6,用于固定快接结构4,同时保证快接结构4的第一电连接部43与灯带200的第二电连接部206之间的有效接触。第二固定结构6收容在收容空间5内,且与底座2可拆卸连接。第二固定结构6靠近灯带主体201的一端向底座2的底部延伸形成挤压部62,在一较佳实施例中,挤压部62的数量为两个,两个挤压部62的上表面分别标有“+”和“-”符号标记,以分别对应挤压快接结构4的正极端和负极端。
进一步地,挤压部62的内壁还设有支撑部64,支撑部64与弹性压部42匹配设置。支撑部64可以引导挤压部放置在第一电连接部43的上方,以提高安装效率。优选地,支撑部64的横截面积与支撑部64距离第一电连接部43的距离呈正相关。
第二固定结构6上设有第一连接部63,底座2在与第一连接部63对应的位置上设有与第一连接部63匹配的第二连接部71,第二固定结构6通过第一连接部63与第二连接部71 的匹配卡接与底座2可拆卸连接。
进一步地,第一连接部63包括第一卡接部631和第三卡接部632,第二连接部71包括分别与第一卡接部631和第三卡接部632匹配卡接的第二卡接部711和第四卡接部712。在一较佳实施例中,第一卡接部631和第三卡接部632均为卡接柱,第二卡接部711和第四卡接部712均为卡接柱孔,第一连接部63和第二连接部71通过卡接柱与卡接柱孔的匹配卡接实现卡扣连接。在其他实施例中,第一卡接部631和第三卡接部632也可以均为卡接柱孔,第二卡接部711和第四卡接部712则均为卡接柱。当然,本申请中,第一连接部63与第二连接部71也可以是其他能够实现第二固定结构6与底座2可拆卸连接的元件,本申请对此不做进一步限定。
优选地,第四卡接部712的直径大于第二卡接部711的直径。这是因为,快接结构4的正极端与负极端之间的距离与快接结构4距离灯带主体201的距离呈正相关,而且,第四卡接部712位于第二卡接部711靠近灯带主体201的一端,因此,第四卡接部712的直径大于第二卡接部711的直径,有利于收容空间5内各元件的合理布局,使得灯带连接器100的整体结构更为紧凑。优选地,第四卡接部712的最高点所在的平面低于第二卡接部711的最高点所在的平面,第二卡接部711较高的高度,能够有效地将相邻金属弹片隔离开。
请参阅图1-2并结合图7-8所示,快接结构4用于与灯带主体201电性连接,快接结构4包括若干金属弹片41。优选地,金属弹片41为铜弹片。快接结构4对应第二固定结构6的位置设有弹性压部42,该弹性压部42由快接结构4靠近第二固定结构6的一端向下延伸形成。第二固定结构6卡持在快接结构4的上方,且与弹性压部42抵接。弹性压部42上向远离第一固定结构3的方向延伸形成第一电连接部43,第一电连接部43在挤压部62的挤压下与第二电连接部206面接触连接。由于挤压部62对弹性压部42的挤压,提高了第一电连接部43与第二电连接部206面接触连接的可靠性,以避免出现电性接触不良的现象。
在一较佳实施例中,快接结构4的数量为四个,其中,带有正极端的快接结构4的数量为两个,带有负极端的快接结构4的数量也为两个。快接结构4的具体数量也可以根据实际需求设定,本申请对此不做进一步限定。
请参阅图1-3所示,灯带连接器100还包括分离件7,分离件7位于底座2靠近收容空间5的一侧,第二连接部71位于分离件7上。分离件7还包括放置金属弹片41的凹槽72、位于凹槽72内的第一隔板73以及位于凹槽72远离第一电连接部43的一侧的若干平行设置的第二隔板74,相邻第二隔板74之间形成有供快接结构4穿过的通道75,以分别收容四个快接结构4,结构紧凑,提高了底座2的空间利用率。凹槽72位于第四卡接部712的两侧,且每个凹槽72内各设有一个第一隔板73,第一隔板73将凹槽72等分为两个分凹槽。第一隔板73可以分别将相邻的快接结构4的正极端、相邻的快接结构4的负极端隔离开,以收容在对应的分凹槽内。优选地,分离件7与底座2为一体挤压成型结构。当然,在其他实施例中,分离件7与底座2也可以采用胶黏等方式固定连接。
在一较佳实施例中,第二隔板74的数量为三个,且位于中间的第二隔板74远离凹槽72的一端设有第二卡接部711,优选地,第二卡接部711与该位于中间的第二隔板74为一体挤压成型结构。
另外,本实施例中,盖合部1、底座2、分离件7、第一固定结构3以及第二固定结构6均采用绝缘材料制成,以提高灯带200整体的安全性。
请参阅图9-16并结合图1-8所示,本申请的灯带200包括灯带主体201、电源线202以及前述灯带连接器100。电源线202与快接结构4固定连接,电源线202靠近快接结构4的一端设有限位件203,用于对电源线202进行防拉固定。
进一步地,限位件203的四角处设有台阶部2031,以使得限位件203限位连接在底座2的端壁内侧的收容空间5内。限位件203还包括环槽2034以及挡壁2032,环槽2034用于将包覆电源线202外部的保护套靠近限位件203的一端收容在内。挡壁2032位于限位件203靠近弹性压部42的一端,挡壁2032上设有与快接结构4的数量一致的穿孔2033,以供电源线202穿过,可以起到对电源线202的固定支撑作用。另外,限位件203包括限位部以及位于限位部上下两侧的窄部,窄部与限位部之间形成台阶部2031,限位部的宽度与底座2的内部宽度匹配,以收容在底座2内,窄部的宽度与开口23的宽度匹配,以使得其能够与延伸部14匹配连接。限位件203的设置,实现了电源线202的自带卡位效果,提高了电源线202的安装可靠性。优选地,限位件203采用绝缘材料制成。
灯带主体201包括柔性电路板204以及光源组件205,柔性电路板204包括与光源组件205匹配连接的中间部2041,以及位于中间部2041两侧的边缘部2042,按压部32及让位部33分别将边缘部2042靠近第一固定结构3的一端以及光源组件205靠近第一固定结构3的一端限位连接在收容空间5内。即,灯带连接器100的按压部32放置于边缘部2042上,在对边缘部2042进行防拉固定的同时,还可以避免对灯带主体201造成不必要的影响。让位部33与光源组件205匹配连接,以实现对光源组件205的防拉固定,提高了灯带主体201的防拉固定效果。
优选地,电源线202与快接结构4铆接,提高了安装效率。在其他实施例中,电源线202与快接结构4也可以采用焊接等其他方式固定连接。本实施例中,快接结构4设有第一电连接部43,灯带主体201靠近第一电连接部43的一端设有与第一电连接部43匹配的第二电连接部206,第一电连接部43在灯带连接器100的第二固定结构6的挤压下与第二电连接部206电性连接。本申请通过采用灯带连接器100,解决了灯带200接触不良以及难安装的问题,提高了灯带200的面接触效果以及防拉固定效果,同时提高了安装效率。
请参阅图13-16并结合图9所示,本申请的灯带连接器100的使用方法具体如下:
S1:放置快接结构4于底座2中。
S2:放置灯带主体201于收容空间5内。
S3:放置第二固定结构6,并与分离件7卡扣连接,用于固定快接结构4,同时压合快 接结构4的弹性压部42,使得快接结构4的第一电连接部43与灯带主体201的第二电连接部206面接触,以实现灯带200与快接结构4的电性连接。
S4:将第一固定结构3安装在收容空间5内,以固定灯带主体201,实现将灯带主体201设有第二电连接部206的一端固定在收容空间5内。
S5:扣合盖合部1。
综上所述,本申请通过第一固定结构3卡持连接在灯带主体201靠近第二电连接部206的一端,且与底座2可拆卸连接,另外还设置了独立的第二固定结构6,使得灯带主体201与快接结构4的电连接处不受力,接触更可靠,实现了快接结构4与灯带主体201的有效接触,解决了接触不良、安装难的问题,提高了灯带200的防拉固定效果,提高了灯带200的稳定性和可靠性。再者,通过第一连接部63与第二连接部71的卡扣配合,实现了第二固定结构6与分离件7的卡扣连接,可靠性高。此外,通过设置限位件203,实现了电源线202的自带卡位效果,提高了电源线202的防拉效果,可靠性高。

  1. 一种灯带连接器,用于连接灯带与电源线,其中,所述灯带包括设置有第二电连接部的灯带主体,其中,所述灯带连接器包括盖合部、底座、第一固定结构以及用于与所述灯带主体电连接的快接结构,所述盖合部与所述底座之间形成收容空间,所述第一固定结构及所述快接结构收容在所述收容空间内;所述快接结构包括与所述第二电连接部匹配电性连接的第一电连接部,所述第一固定结构与所述底座靠近所述第一电连接部的一端卡持连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述第一固定结构包括第一卡持部,所述底座对应所述第一卡持部的位置设有第二卡持部,所述第一卡持部与所述第二卡持部卡持连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述灯带连接器还包括第二固定结构,所述第二固定结构收容在所述收容空间内,且与所述底座可拆卸连接;所述快接结构对应所述第二固定结构的位置设有弹性压部,所述第二固定结构卡持在所述快接结构的上方,且与所述弹性压部抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述弹性压部向远离所述第一固定结构的方向延伸形成第一电连接部,所述第一电连接部与所述第二电连接部面接触连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述第二固定结构上设有第一连接部,所述底座在与所述第一连接部对应的位置上设有与所述第一连接部匹配的第二连接部,所述第二固定结构通过所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部的匹配卡接与所述底座可拆卸连接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述盖合部包括第一盖合部和第二盖合部,所述第一盖合部与所述第二盖合部之间设有间隙;所述底座的侧壁在与所述间隙对应的位置上设有第一隔离件,所述第二固定结构在与所述间隙对应的位置上设有第二隔离件,所述第一隔离件与所述第二隔离件共同构成的上表面与所述间隙的上表面位于同一曲面上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的灯带连接器,其中,所述灯带连接器还包括分离件,所述分离件包括放置所述快接结构的凹槽、位于所述凹槽内的第一隔板以及位于所述凹槽远离所述第一电连接部的一侧的若干平行设置的第二隔板,相邻所述第二隔板之间形成有供所述快接结构穿过的通道。
  8. 一种灯带,其中,包括灯带主体、电源线以及如权利要求1~7中任意一项所述的灯带连接器,所述电源线与所述灯带连接器的快接结构固定连接,所述电源线靠近所述快接结构的一端设有限位件,所述灯带连接器的盖合部在与所述限位件对应的位置上设有让位槽,所述限位件通过所述让位槽收容在所述灯带连接器的收容空间内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的灯带,其中,所述灯带主体包括柔性电路板以及光源组件,所述柔性电路板包括与所述光源组件匹配连接的中间部,以及位于所述中间部两侧的边缘部,所述灯带连接器的第一固定结构上设有与所述边缘部抵接的按压部以及与所述光源组件 形状匹配的让位部,所述按压部及所述让位部分别将所述边缘部靠近所述第一固定结构的一端以及所述光源组件靠近所述第一固定结构的一端限位连接在所述收容空间内。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的灯带,其中,所述底座靠近所述电源线的端壁设有开口,所述盖合部靠近所述电源线的一端向所述开口的方向延伸形成延伸部,所述限位件在所述延伸部与所述开口的配合下限位连接在所述收容空间内。
