户外使用的灯具,例如花园灯,需要通过线缆连接对其进行供电,在使用时,需要先把线缆的绝缘外皮剥除一部分以使其露出芯线,再拆开灯具的灯头,使灯具的导电金属片与芯线连接并固定,最后再安装灯头。如此,灯具与线缆的连接较为繁琐、费时费力。因此,户外使用的连接器逐渐实现了快速接线的方式,然而,该种快速连接器又出现了新的问题,即,在户外使用的过程中,由于防水、防尘效果不佳,容易出现短路及电性连接失败的问题。

在本实施例中,所述基座11大体呈圆柱状,所述下部收容腔102设置于所述基座11内部,且一端封闭、另一端沿第二方向向外开放。所述基座11还具有自其顶面向下凹陷设置 的端子槽112,所述端子槽112位于所述上部收容腔101和下部收容腔102之间,且与上部收容腔101和下部收容腔102均相连通。在本实施例中,所述端子槽112的数量为一对,且呈矩形状以收容对应的导电端子2。
所述壁部12呈中空圆柱状以在其内侧形成所述上部收容腔101,且其具有一对相对设置的缺口121,所述一对缺口121自所述壁部12的顶面向下凹陷至所述基座11的顶面,所述一对缺口121的之间的连线通过所述壁部12的中心,也即,所述一对缺口121位于所述壁部12于第二方向上的两端。所述壁部12还具有与盖体4相配合的连接部122,在本实施例中,所述连接部122为外螺纹。在其他实施例中,所述连接部122也可为与盖体4相卡扣的扣合结构。
所述绝缘座体1还具有位于所述壁部12内侧的凸台13,所述凸台13的上表面高于所述基座11的顶面且低于所述壁部12的顶面,所述凸台13的上表面向下凹陷形成有收容槽131,以收容定位密封圈5。在本实施例中,所述收容槽131呈椭圆环状,所述凸台13的上表面向上突伸形成有一对定位柱132,所述定位柱132被环绕于所述收容槽131内侧。
所述凸台13的上表面还具有向上突伸且位于所述收容槽131内侧的一对挡墙133,所述一对挡墙133在向上延伸的同时均沿第二方向延伸,且沿与所述第一、第二方向均垂直的第三方向间隔设置。所述一对挡墙133于第二方向上错位一定距离设置,且每一挡墙133沿第二方向上的旁侧均设置有一所述定位柱132,如此使得所述定位柱132和挡墙133交错设置。
所述凸台13与一对缺口121对应的位置处分别设有向上突伸的第一突出部134及位于第一突出部134两侧的第一凹陷部135,所述第一凹陷部135与所述缺口121相连通以供线缆3穿过。
所述绝缘座体1还具有沿第一方向将其贯穿的一对安装孔14,以供紧固件穿过并将其固定安装。
请参照图2、图5及图6所示,在本实施例中,所述快速连接器100具有一对所述导电端子2,且该对导电端子2于第一方向上对齐设置,于第二方向上错开设置。
每一所述导电端子2具有主体部21及自主体部21沿第一方向反向延伸的一对刺破部22,所述刺破部22位于所述主体部21沿第一方向上的两侧,且分别暴露于对应的收容腔内以刺破相应线缆3。
所述导电端子2还具有自所述主体部21沿与第一方向垂直的第二方向突伸的至少一固持部23,所述固持部23与绝缘座体1干涉配合。在本实施例中,所述主体部21沿第二方向上的两侧分别设置有一所述固持部23,所述固持部23具有倾斜设置的导引面231及与绝缘座体1相定位的限位面232。在本实施例中,所述导电端子2的主体部21在其导引面231的导引作用下沿第一方向向下插入对应的端子槽112内,并借由限位面232与基座11的抵挡作用将导电端子2定位保持于相应的端子槽112内。在其他实施例中,所述导电端子也可 直接镶埋成型于所述绝缘座体1内。
请参照图图1至图4及图6所示,所述线缆3包括沿第一方向间隔设置的第一线缆31及第二线缆32,在本实施例中,所述第一线缆31与第二线缆32的延伸方向相同,且均沿第二方向延伸设置。第一线缆31及第二线缆32均包括位于其内侧的芯线301及包覆于芯线301外的绝缘外皮302。
所述第一线缆31固定于所述下部收容腔102内,且该第一线缆31的一端封闭于所述绝缘座体1内,另一端向外延伸出绝缘座体1以与外接产品(未图示)相连,所述外接产品可为灯具等户外用品。
所述第二线缆32固定于所述上部收容腔101内,其两端均延伸出所述绝缘座体1,以在绝缘座体1外与外接电源相连,进而使所述第二线缆32作为电源输入线、第一线缆31作为电源输出线来对外接灯具进行供电。
请参照图1至图3并结合图6、图7所示,所述盖体4沿第一方向组装盖合于所述绝缘座体1的上侧,并将所述上部收容腔101完全遮盖。在本实施例中,所述盖体4包括位于所述壁部12内侧中空区域内的内盖41及位于所述壁部12外侧的外盖42,所述外盖42将所述内盖41遮蔽。
所述内盖41的外形呈椭圆状,其具有均向上凹陷形成的容置槽411、定位孔412及定位槽413,其中所述容置槽411与收容槽131相对设置以共同收容密封圈5,所述定位孔412及定位槽413均位于所述容置槽411的内侧,且分别与绝缘座体1内的定位柱132、挡墙133对应设置,其中所述定位孔412呈圆形,所述定位槽413呈矩形。
所述内盖41与一对缺口121对应的位置处分别设有向下突伸的第二突出部414及位于第二突出部414两侧的第二凹陷部415,所述第二凹陷部415与所述第一凹陷部135对应设置以供线缆3穿过。
所述外盖42具有顶壁421、自顶壁421的外缘向下突伸形成的环形侧壁422及自顶壁421的底面向下突伸形成的挤压部423,其中所述挤压部423位于所述顶壁421的中心位置处。
请参照图2、图4及图6所示,所述密封圈5具有位于其沿第二方向上两端的收容通道501,所述收容通道501沿第二方向将密封圈5贯穿以供第二线缆32穿过,所述密封圈5挤压设置于第二线缆32外侧以起到密封防水的作用。在本实施例中,所述密封圈5具有沿第一方向堆叠设置的一对,其包括第一密封圈51及第二密封圈52,所述第一密封圈51具有自其顶面向下凹陷设置的一对第一凹槽511,所述第二密封圈52具有自其底面向上凹陷设置的一对第二凹槽521,所述收容通道501由第一密封圈51的第一凹槽511与第二密封圈52的对应第二凹槽521共同配合形成。
组装时,所述导电端子2的主体部21组装并定位于对应的端子槽112内,相对设置的所述刺破部22分别伸入对应的上部收容腔101及下部收容腔102内,并向下刺破第一线缆 31的绝缘外皮以实现导电端子2与第一线缆31的芯线之间的电性连接。
所述第一密封圈511收容并定位于所述绝缘座体1的收容槽131内,再将第二线缆32以沿第二方向延伸的方式组装至所述绝缘座体1,并使第二线缆32的中部位于所述上部收容腔101内且其两端突露出所述绝缘座体1,此时,所述第二线缆32卡位并收容于第一密封圈51的一对第一凹槽511内,再将第二密封圈52沿第一方向压盖至所述第二线缆32上侧,并使第一密封圈51与第二密封圈52对齐设置,此时,所述第二线缆32夹置于相应的第一凹槽511与第二凹槽521之间并被第一密封圈51及第二密封圈52挤压夹紧,以防止水汽自所述缺口121及盖体4与绝缘座体1之间的间隙进入绝缘座体1内部的电性连接处,从而避免短路风险。
所述内盖41向下盖压至所述凸台13上,且位于所述壁部12内的上部收容腔101内,其中所述第二线缆32夹置于所述一对挡墙133之间,第二密封圈52收容于容置槽411内,所述定位柱132向上伸入对应的定位孔412内,挡墙133向上伸入所述内盖41的对应定位槽413内,由于所述定位柱132和挡墙133交错设置,从而使得绝缘座体1与内盖41之间的结合更加牢靠。
所述外盖42向下盖合于所述绝缘座体1,其中所述顶壁421将上部收容腔101遮盖,所述侧壁422环绕并包覆于所述壁部12外侧,所述挤压部423向下挤压所述内盖41,所述内盖41受压的同时挤压装于其内部的密封圈5,以实现内盖41与绝缘座体1之间良好的密封效果。
本发明所述快速连接器100的绝缘座体1具有上部腔体101和下部腔体102,导电端子2具有分别延伸入上部腔体101和下部腔体102内的刺破部22,利用刺破部22刺破对应侧线缆3的绝缘外皮302并实现与芯线301的导通,无需繁杂的接线动作,可实现快速通电。同时,在绝缘座体1上设置内外两层结构的盖体4,利用外盖42将上部收容腔101盖住,内盖41装入上部收容腔101内,在内盖41内侧设置密封圈5进行防水、防尘密封,防止漏水短路及电性连接失败。本发明的快速连接器100可整体埋入土中,以免被破坏,同时由于密封圈5与线缆3、盖体4及绝缘座体1的挤压密封设计,使得所述快速连接器100具有良好的防水、防尘效果。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种快速连接器,其包括绝缘座体、固定于绝缘座体内的导电端子、与导电端子电性连接的线缆及沿第一方向组装盖合于所述绝缘座体的盖体,所述绝缘座体具有间隔设置的一对收容腔以收容对应的线缆,其特征在于:所述盖体将位于所述绝缘座体上侧的所述收容腔遮盖,所述快速连接器还具有位于所述上侧的收容腔内的密封圈,所述密封圈夹置于所述盖体与绝缘座体之间以实现两者之间的密封配合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的快速连接器,其特征在于:所述密封圈具有供对应侧的线缆沿第二方向延伸穿过的收容通道,且所述密封圈将该对应侧的线缆挤压设置于所述盖体与绝缘座体之间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的快速连接器,其特征在于:所述密封圈具有沿第一方向堆叠设置的第一密封圈及第二密封圈,所述收容通道由第一密封圈设置的第一凹槽与第二密封圈设置的第二凹槽共同配合形成。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的快速连接器,其特征在于:所述线缆包括沿第一方向间隔设置的第一线缆及第二线缆,其中所述第二线缆以沿第二方向延伸的方式组装至所述绝缘座体,所述第二线缆卡位并收容于第一密封圈的一对所述第一凹槽内。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的快速连接器,其特征在于:所述第二密封圈沿第一方向压盖至所述第二线缆上侧,以使所述第二线缆夹置于相应的第一凹槽与第二凹槽之间并被第一密封圈及第二密封圈挤压夹紧。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的快速连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘座体具有基座及自基座的顶面沿第一方向向上延伸形成的壁部,所述盖体包括位于所述壁部内侧中空区域内的内盖及位于所述壁部外侧的外盖。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的快速连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘座体具有向下凹陷形成的收容槽,所述内盖具有向上凹陷形成的容置槽,所述容置槽与收容槽相对设置以共同收容密封圈。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的快速连接器,其特征在于:所述内盖向下压盖至所述绝缘座体上,所述外盖向下盖合于所述绝缘座体,且其具有向下突伸的挤压部以向下挤压所述内盖及组装于内盖的密封圈。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的快速连接器,其特征在于:所述外盖具有顶壁、自顶壁的外缘向下突伸形成的侧壁及自顶壁的底面向下突伸形成的所述挤压部,所述侧壁环绕并包覆于所述壁部外侧。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的快速连接器,其特征在于:所述一对收容腔包括上部收容腔和下部收容腔,所述下部收容腔设置于所述基座内部,所述壁部内侧形成所述上部收容腔,且所述壁部具有一对相对设置的缺口,所述一对缺口位于所述壁部于第二方向上的两端以供对 应线缆穿过。
