所述捏合破碎机构包括第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊,所述第一破碎辊与第二破碎辊依次沿输送机构的输送方向交错排列,且所述第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊的切割方向相垂直;
所述第一破碎辊横向设置,所述第一破碎辊包括横向设置的第一转轴和多个沿第一转轴的轴向排列设置的旋转飞刀,两相邻所述旋转飞刀之间具有间隙,所述旋转飞刀与第一转轴可拆装连接在一起;
所述第二破碎辊竖向设置,所述第二破碎辊包括竖向设置的第二转轴和连接 于第二转轴下端的破碎刀头;所述破碎刀头包括多个沿第二转轴径向延伸的破碎刀片;
所述物料混合机构包括处于输送机构的上方的混合区域、处于混合区域内的喷粉装置、以及罩设于混合区域外的第二罩体;所述第二罩体具有定量输送水分调整材的第二进料口、处于第二罩体上端的供泥饼进入的第三进料口所述捏合破碎机构包括第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊;所述第一破碎辊与第二破碎辊沿输送机构的输送方向交错排列。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的一种连续式捏合破碎装置,至少具有如下有益效果:
在实际实施过程,输送机构将泥饼、改良材、以及水分调整材相混合的混合物料输送至捏合破碎机构内,通过第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊使混合物料进行捏合破碎,将较大的泥饼块进行破碎,使得泥饼、改良材、以及水分调整材在充分混合后形成大小均匀的小团粒;从而实现泥土均匀给料和计量;其中,改良材可有效的降低泥饼的黏性,水分调整材可调整泥饼的含水量,从而改变泥饼的特性,进而避免泥饼粘黏设备,使设备正常运行,提高生产效率。
所述捏合破碎机构的第一破碎辊横向设置、第二破碎辊竖向设置,第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊的切割方向相垂直,通过第一破碎辊进行破碎的泥饼再通过第二破碎辊进行破碎,能进一步的,提高破碎的效果,使得泥饼充分破碎,进而形成大小均匀的小团粒;提高生产效率的同时也提高了产品的质量。
同时,通过输送机构不间断的输送和捏合破碎机构持续工作,使得捏合破碎装置能连续处理混合物料,相比较于现有技术中间歇式的生产方式,其具有处理量大,生产效率高的优点。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例进行详细阐述。
如图1-5所示,一种连续式捏合破碎装置,包括输送机构1和处于输送机构1上方的捏合破碎机构2;捏合破碎机构2包括第一破碎辊21和第二破碎辊22;第一破碎辊21与第二破碎辊22沿输送机构1的输送方向交错排列。在实际实施过程,输送机构1将泥饼、改良材、以及水分调整材相混合的混合物料输送至捏合破碎机构2内,通过第一破碎辊21和第二破碎辊22使混合物料进行捏合破碎,将较大的泥饼块进行破碎,使得泥饼、改良材、以及水分调整材在充分混合后形成大小均匀的小团粒;从而实现泥土均匀给料和计量;其中,改良材可有效的降低泥饼的黏性,水分调整材可调整泥饼的含水量,从而改变泥饼的特性,进而避免泥饼粘黏设备,使设备正常运行,提高生产效率;同时,通过输送机构1不间断的输送和捏合破碎机构2持续工作,使得捏合破碎装置能连续处理混合物料,相比较于现有技术中间歇式的生产方式,其具有处理量大,生产效率高的优点。
具体的,改良材包括高分子絮凝剂、改良剂等;水分调整材包括石粉、水泥等;输送机构1包括输送带。
优选的,第一破碎辊21包括横向设置的第一转轴211和多个沿第一转轴211的轴向排列设置的旋转飞刀212;两相邻旋转飞刀212之间具有间隙213;旋转飞刀212与第一转轴211可拆装连接在一起。在实际实施过程中,第一转轴211转动带动旋转飞刀212转动,通过旋转飞刀212切割泥饼,使得较大的泥饼块破碎,便于泥饼、改良材、以及水分调整材均匀混合形成小团粒;旋转飞刀212与第一转轴211可拆装连接便于旋转飞刀212的更换,方便第一破碎辊21的维护保养。
优选的,两相邻第一破碎辊21的旋转飞刀212与间隙213相对应设置。在实际实施过程中,泥饼块可通过间隙213避开旋转飞刀212的切割,此时可通过相邻设置的另一第一破碎辊21对通过间隙213的泥饼块进行切割破碎,形成小 团粒,进一步的提高捏合破碎机构2的破碎效率,提高生产效率,也进一步的提高产品的质量。
优选的,第一转轴211具有处于第一转轴211圆周面上的最低点;最低点的行进方向与输送机构1的输送方向相反。在实际过程中,第一转轴211带动旋转飞刀212转动切割泥饼块时,旋转飞刀212可撞击泥饼块,使得泥饼块回复至第一破碎辊21上游,再通过输送机构1进行输送多次反复对泥饼块进行切割,从而使得泥饼块破碎;进而提高捏合破碎机构2的破碎效率,提高生产效率,也进一步的提高产品的质量。
优选的,旋转飞刀212具有朝旋转方向凸出的弧形凸部b1。在实际实施过程中,通过弧形凸部b1对泥饼块进行顺势切割,能有效提高切割效率,同时也能更好保护旋转飞刀212,避免旋转飞刀212损坏,提高旋转飞刀212的使用寿命,进而提高生产效率,也进一步的提高产品的质量。
优选的,第二破碎辊22包括竖向设置的第二转轴221和连接于第二转轴221下端的破碎刀头222;破碎刀头222包括多个沿第二转轴221径向延伸的破碎刀片2221。在实际实施过程中,通过第二转轴221转动带动破碎刀头222旋转对泥饼块进行切割破碎,进一步的对泥饼进行破碎,使得泥饼充分破碎,进而形成大小均匀的小团粒;提高生产效率的同时也提高了产品的质量。
第一破碎辊21横向设置,第二破碎辊22竖向设置;第一破碎辊21和第二破碎辊22的切割方向相垂直,通过第一破碎辊21进行破碎的泥饼再通过第二破碎辊22进行破碎,能进一步的,提高破碎的效果,使得泥饼充分破碎,进而形成大小均匀的小团粒;提高生产效率的同时也提高了产品的质量。
优选的,破碎刀片2221包括与第二转轴221相连接的根部、与根部相连接的端部、以及设置于端部的重块2222。在实际实施过程中,通过旋转使得重块2222进行圆周运动,再破碎刀片2221切割泥饼的同时,重块2222可撞击泥饼,通过重块2222的撞击,使得泥饼进一步的破碎;能进一步的,提高破碎的效果,使得泥饼充分破碎,提高破碎混炼效果,进而形成大小均匀的小团粒;提高生产效率的同时也提高了产品的质量。
优选的,破碎刀片2221还包括连接于根部和端部之间的弧形连接部b2;弧形连接部b2朝旋转方向凸出。在实际实施过程中,通过弧形连接部b2对泥饼块进行顺势切割,能有效提高切割效率,同时也能更好保护破碎刀片2221,避免 破碎刀片2221损坏,提高破碎刀片2221的使用寿命,提高破碎混炼效果;进而提高生产效率,也进一步的提高产品的质量。
优选的,捏合破碎装置还包括罩设于捏合破碎机构2外的第一罩体3;第一罩体3包括供输送机构1输入的第一进料口31、供输送机构1输出的第一出料口32、以及设置于第一罩体3内壁上的防粘层。
在实际实施过程中,混合物料通过输送机构1自第一进料口31输入捏合破碎机构2内,自第一出料口32输出产品;在捏合破碎的过程中,少量泥饼会粘黏于第一罩体3上,通过防粘层可有效防止泥饼粘黏,使得泥饼充分的进行捏合破碎;同时第一罩体3可将加工过程于外界环境隔离开来,能有效的避免外物落入捏合破碎机构2内,避免环境中的杂物使得产品被污染;从而提高产品的质量。
优选的,第一罩体3由低摩擦系数的柔性材料制成;捏合破碎装置还包括设置于第一罩体3上的间歇性击打机构。在捏合破碎的过程中,第一破碎辊21在转动时,易于将泥饼等物料由下至上的撩起,使之粘黏于第一罩体3上通过间歇性击打机构击打第一罩体3使得粘黏于罩体上的泥饼掉落。
本实施例中,捏合破碎装置还包括处于捏合破碎机构2上游的物料混合机构4;物料混合机构4包括:处于输送机构1的上方的混合区域41、处于混合区域41内的喷粉装置42、以及罩设于混合区域41外的第二罩体43;第二罩体43具有第二进料口431、第二出料口432、以及位于第二罩体43上端的第三进料口433。在实际实施过程中,喷粉装置42将改良材喷出使之悬浮于混合区域41内的空气之中,水分调整材通过输送机构1输送;之后泥饼自第三进料口433进入混合区域41内,先与空气中的改良材进行混合,后落到输送机构1上与水分调整材进行进一步的混合,形成混合物料;再之后通过输送机构1将混合物料输送至捏合破碎机构2内进行捏合破碎;能连续不间断的使泥饼、改良材和水分调整材进行初步混合,能有效的提高混合效率,提高产品的生产效率。
喷粉装置42的送粉方式有多种,包括但不限于罗茨风机送粉、机械式转盘喷粉及风机吹粉等形式,可输送一种或者多种改良材混合料。罗茨风机包括粉料储存装置,罗茨风机、叶轮给料器、输送管路及喷粉头;机械式圆盘喷粉装置42包括粉料储存装置、粉料计量螺旋、驱动装置、圆盘喷射装置。驱动电机通过皮带带动圆盘高速旋转,改良材通过粉料计量螺旋投入高速旋转的圆盘,圆盘上在离心力的作用下将改良材均匀甩出,使其均匀雾化。风机吹粉装置包括粉料 储存装置,计量输送螺旋,风机,输送管路及喷粉头。通过输送螺旋将粉料输送进连接有风机出风口的出口管路,通过风机将改良材吹散雾化。
优选的,第一罩体3和第二罩体43均与输送机构1密封连接。在实际实施过程中,通过密封连接可避免第一罩体3和第二罩体43内的粉尘飞散进入空气之中,避免污染,同时也避免物料的浪费。
优选的,捏合破碎装置还包括处于捏合破碎机构2与物料混合机构4之间的分隔挡板c1。在实际实施过程中,通过分隔挡板c1,防止第一破碎辊21将混合物料撩起飞散至混合区域41内,防止飞溅的碎泥堵住喷粉装置42。
优选的,捏合破碎装置还包括处于捏合破碎机构2与物料混合机构4之间的第一刮刀c2;第一刮刀c2处于输送机构1的上方。在实际实施过程中,第一刮刀c2可将皮带上粘结过紧的泥刮下使其沿着刀身往下游飞,使碎泥落在正在旋转的第一破碎辊21上,提高破碎混炼效果。
优选的,捏合破碎装置还包括处于输送机构1下方的第二刮刀c3。在实际实施过程中,通过第二刮刀c3可清理输送机构1上附着的残泥。
优选的,捏合破碎装置还包括向物料混合机构4内输送水分调整材的送料机构c4。通过送料机构c4的定量送料,调整水分调整材的添加量控制泥饼含水率在最佳造粒范围。
优选的,捏合破碎装置还包括设置于第一出料口32处的除尘机构c5。在实际实施过程中,通过除尘机构c5防止加工过程中产生的粉尘飞扬。
本发明在实际实施过程中,改良材通过喷粉装置42喷出,使之悬浮于混合区域41内的空气之中,水分调整材通过送料机构c4定量输送;泥饼自第三进料口433进入混合区域41内,先与空气中的改良材进行混合,后落到输送机构1上的水分调整材进行进一步的混合,形成混合物料;
输送机构1将混合物料由第二出料口432输送至捏合破碎机构2内进行捏合破碎;混合物料先通过横向设置第一破碎辊21进行破碎,得较大的泥饼块破碎,再通过竖向设置第二破碎辊22进行破碎,使得泥饼充分破碎,进而形成大小均匀的小团粒;且可以多级破碎,提高生产效率的同时也提高了产品的质量。
本实施例中,捏合破碎机构2包括依次间隔排列的三个第一破碎辊21和两个第二破碎辊22。
本发明的产品形式并非限于本案图示和实施例,任何人对其进行类似思路的 适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。
工业实用性
本发明一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其输送机构将泥饼、改良材、以及水分调整材相混合的混合物料输送至捏合破碎机构内,通过第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊使混合物料进行捏合破碎,将较大的泥饼块进行破碎,使得泥饼、改良材、以及水分调整材在充分混合后形成大小均匀的小团粒;从而实现泥土均匀给料和计量。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在于:包括输送机构和处于输送机构上方的捏合破碎机构;所述捏合破碎机构包括第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊:
    所述第一破碎辊横向设置,所述第一破碎辊包括横向设置的第一转轴和多个沿第一转轴的轴向排列设置的旋转飞刀,两相邻所述旋转飞刀之间具有间隙,所述旋转飞刀与第一转轴可拆装连接在一起;
    所述第二破碎辊竖向设置,所述第二破碎辊包括竖向设置的第二转轴和连接于第二转轴下端的破碎刀头;所述破碎刀头包括多个沿第二转轴径向延伸的破碎刀片;
    所述第一破碎辊与第二破碎辊依次沿输送机构的输送方向交错排列,且所述第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊的切割方向相垂直;所述第一转轴具有处于第一转轴圆周面上的最低点;所述最低点的行进方向与输送机构的输送方向相反。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在于:两相邻所述第一破碎辊的旋转飞刀与间隙相对应设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在于:所述旋转飞刀具有朝旋转方向凸出的弧形凸部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在于:所述破碎刀片包括与第二转轴相连接的根部、与根部相连接的端部、以及设置于端部的重块。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在于:所述破碎刀片还包括连接于根部和端部之间的弧形连接部;所述弧形连接部朝旋转方向凸出。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在于:所述捏合破碎装置还包括罩设于捏合破碎机构外的第一罩体;所述第一罩体包括供输送机构输入的第一进料口、供输送机构输出的第一出料口、以及设置于第一罩体内壁上的防粘层。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在于:所述第一罩体由低摩擦系数的柔性材料制成;所述捏合破碎装置还包括设置于第一罩体上的间歇性击打机构。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在 于:所述捏合破碎装置还包括处于捏合破碎机构上游的物料混合机构;所述物料混合机构包括处于输送机构的上方的混合区域、处于混合区域内的喷粉装置、以及罩设于混合区域外的第二罩体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在于:所述第二罩体包括供输送机构输入的第二进料口、供输送机构输出的第二出料口、以及处于第二罩体上端的第三进料口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在于:所述第一罩体和第二罩体均与输送机构密封连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在于:所述捏合破碎装置还包括处于捏合破碎机构与物料混合机构之间的分隔挡板。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在于:所述捏合破碎装置还包括第一刮刀、第二刮刀;所述第一刮刀处于输送机构的上方,处于捏合破碎机构与物料混合机构之间;所述第二刮刀处于输送机构下方的。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在于:所述捏合破碎装置还包括向物料混合机构内输送水分调整材的送料机构。
  14. 一种连续式捏合破碎装置,其特征在于:包括输送机构、处于输送机构上方的捏合破碎机构、处于捏合破碎机构上游的物料混合机构;
    所述捏合破碎机构包括第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊,所述第一破碎辊与第二破碎辊依次沿输送机构的输送方向交错排列,且所述第一破碎辊和第二破碎辊的切割方向相垂直;
    所述第一破碎辊横向设置,所述第一破碎辊包括横向设置的第一转轴和多个沿第一转轴的轴向排列设置的旋转飞刀,两相邻所述旋转飞刀之间具有间隙,所述旋转飞刀与第一转轴可拆装连接在一起;
    所述第二破碎辊竖向设置,所述第二破碎辊包括竖向设置的第二转轴和连接于第二转轴下端的破碎刀头;所述破碎刀头包括多个沿第二转轴径向延伸的破碎刀片;
    所述物料混合机构包括处于输送机构的上方的混合区域、处于混合区域内的喷粉装置、以及罩设于混合区域外的第二罩体;所述第二罩体具有定量输送水分调整材的第二进料口、处于第二罩体上端的供泥饼进入的第三进料口。
