背景技术
断奶幼猫,由于肠道发育不全和机体处于比较脆弱的时期,极易出现断奶应激,造成幼猫生长期间免疫力下降、消化不良、增重缓慢等问题。目前市面上以两类幼猫粮为主,着重于猫是纯肉食动物,以高动物组织比例添加制成的幼猫粮,配方要求的新鲜肉在工业生产中基本无法达到(参见《中华人民共和国农业农村部公告第20号》附件3:宠物饲料标签规定),即使达到新鲜要求,极高的成本与该款粮的实际应用效果不相匹配,其实际测试仅为一周内是否挑食,是否呕吐、是否拉稀等不良症状,只能验证其安全性而不能证明能够提高肠道健康促进生长。
申请号为202011449572.X的中国专利,公开了一种满足幼猫生长营养需求的猫粮及其制备方法。申请号为201810592774.6的中国专利,公开了一种幼猫猫粮及其制备方法,强调多原料组合,均衡搭配,操作步骤繁琐,只适用于少量制作,不利于工业化生产及品质把控,饲喂时还需人为添加额外营养素,无法做到全价营养。同样以上两款发明的幼猫粮,适用范围从断奶至成年期,有10个月时长。
本发明侧重于断奶后至4月龄的幼猫,这个阶段幼猫更需要特殊的营养,以减少断奶造成的不良影响,同时促进肠道健康发育,为后续健康生长,奠定良好的基础。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的技术问题,提供一种改善断奶幼猫肠道健康的饲料添加剂及其制备方法。

三丁酸甘油酯和枯草芽孢杆菌对于肠道健康的作用各不相同,三丁酸甘油酯侧重于维持肠道完整性、参与机体免疫调节和能量代谢,枯草芽孢杆菌侧重于维持肠道菌群的平衡。缺少其中任一组分,对于肠道健康的改善效果会有所降低。三丁酸甘油酯与枯草芽孢杆菌两者添加的共同作用是改善幼猫的肠道健康,可改善肠道健康,缓解软便腹泻问题,具有互补作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、针对幼猫肠道发育不全及断奶应激造成的不利影响,添加三丁酸甘油酯及枯草芽孢杆菌可改善不利影响。

将按比例称取添加剂的各组分混匀机混合20min,即得所述改善断奶幼猫肠道健康的饲料添加剂。
效果测试1:
选择轻微软便(粪便评分:3分或3.5分)的断奶幼猫(月龄约为3月龄)12只,根据评分及体重随机分为2组,所有幼猫均在同一环境下笼养,温度控制在26-28℃,湿度45- 60%。每日9点定时饲喂,自由采食及饮水,饲喂实施例2和对比例3制得的添加剂按照5%的比例添加的全价幼猫粮。
试验期间记录期间采食量,增重情况,粪便情况,试验期14天。测试开始对幼猫分别称重并记录,分别在第7、14天进行日均采食量、日增重统计、粪便评分,所有数据以平均值显示。
(1)测试期间粪便评分
粪便评分依据如下:硬、干且易碎粪便(块状),1分;成型、坚硬的粪便,2分;成型、结实的粪便,2.5分;不成型的粪便,软并部分成形,3分;成形但有稀软便,湿润,开始失去形态,3.5分;非常软的粪便,4分;水样稀便,5分。其中判定2.5分为最佳(成型、结实的粪便。这种粪便成形并有可见的裂纹,表面有轻微的湿度但成型。当用猫砂铲子按压粪便时会压碎,有阻力,不像3分粪便那么容易压,当捡起时地面有极少残渣遗留)。分别在第7、14天进行粪便评分,所有数据以平均值显示。结果如表1所示:

(2)测试期间采食量(g/天)
每只猫提供对应组别幼猫粮1kg,做好标记分别饲喂对应的幼猫,保证猫食盆不会空盆,分别在第7、14天进行对剩余幼猫粮称重,计算日均采食量,所有数据以平均值显示。结果如

Claims (10)

  1. 一种改善断奶幼猫肠道健康的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述饲料添加剂包括奶酪、椰蓉、三丁酸甘油酯、枯草芽孢杆菌。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述饲料添加剂还包括流散剂。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述饲料添加剂各组分重量百分数为:

    所述饲料添加剂各组分重量百分数之和为100%。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述流散剂为二氧化硅。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述奶酪为奶酪粉。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述幼猫为断奶后至4月龄的幼猫。
  7. 一种如权利要求1所述饲料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:A、按比例称取上述各组分;
    B、将各组分均匀混合,即得所述饲料添加剂。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,混合时间为15-30min。
  9. 一种猫粮,其特征在于,所述猫粮中包含如权利要求1所述的添加剂。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的猫粮,其特征在于,所述添加剂的用量为宠物粮重量的4%-6%。
