Description

一种模内标签 技术领域
本实用新型涉及标签技术领域,尤其涉及一种模内标签。
背景技术
模内贴标指在注塑、吹塑工艺加工塑料容器时,模内商标先由机械手贴附于模具内表面,在塑料容器吹胀成型或注塑成型时,利用原料本身热能商标内表面热融与容器外壁粘合,而外层印刷表面平稳,并能保持商标印刷的良好效果,在日化领域和调味品领域有了较多的应用。
但是现有的难以根据不同客人定制的需要,实现需要的多种效果,美观度不够,使得整体的档次较低,且在进行热熔贴合时,容易出现气泡、褶皱等现象,影响牢固度和平整度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种模内标签。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种模内标签,包括贴合层、透明保护层,所述贴合层的下端带有热熔胶,所述贴合层的上端设有图文层,所述透明保护层设置在图文层的上端,所述透明保护层靠近图文层的一侧表面设有转印层,所述贴合层的侧边设有环形凹槽,所述贴合层的下端中部设有凹陷口,所述贴合层的下端沿周向呈放射状设有与凹陷口连通的排气槽。
优选地,所述转印层通过转印形成,所述转印层设置在透明保护 层的边缘处。
优选地,所述图文层为印刷有油墨或镂空的薄膜。
优选地,所述排气槽的截面为等腰梯形结构,且排气槽的内底部宽度大于排气槽的开口宽度。
优选地,所述透明保护层的上端设有表面层。
优选地,所述贴合层、图文层、透明保护层、表面层相邻之间均通过粘黏剂粘合。
优选地,所述贴合层的下端中部设有凸部。
优选地,所述凸部由内向外设有两个环形的导流槽,所述导流槽与排气槽连通。
本实用新型的有益效果:
通过设置转印层,能给根据需要实现橘纹效果、金属效果、彩虹效果等多种效果,突显某些图文如商标等,或用来作为防伪标识;通过设置表面层,能给根据需要实现哑光效果、亮光效果、珠光效果,提升整体档次,满足不同客人定制的需要。
通过设置环形凹槽,在将贴合层与塑料吸附热成型时,塑料可在环形凹槽内成型,进而使得该模内贴标与塑料容器自然而然地触为一体,镶嵌牢固不易凸起或翘边,提升整体的牢固度和平整度,该模内贴标随瓶体的形状而改变,在塑料容器身上看不到标签的边角,外观看起来很漂亮。
通过设置凸部、排气槽、导流槽,在将贴合层与塑料吸附热成型时,贴合层的中心的凸部先与塑料容器接触,并通过吸附挤压的作用, 使得热熔胶通过导流槽流动至排气槽内,进而混合塑料填充排气槽并向外侧流动将气体排出,进而不会出现气泡、褶皱等现象,能够抗击生产和运输过程中的碰扭、刮擦和污染,使该模内贴标可长时间保持完整和美观。
本实用新型能够提升整体档次,满足不同客人定制的需要,并提升与塑料容器结合的牢固度和平整度,同时不会出现气泡、褶皱等现象,可长时间保持完整和美观。

参照图1-3,一种模内标签,包括贴合层1、透明保护层5,透明保护层5为采用BOPP材质制成的透明薄膜,贴合层1的上端设有图文层4,图文层4为印刷有油墨或镂空的薄膜,薄膜表面通过油墨印刷形成图案、文字等图文信息,或是通过色彩薄膜镂空的形式形成图案、文字等图文信息,贴合层1采用OPP材质,贴合层1的下端带有热熔胶,可以与塑料材质在注塑或吸塑过程中能够与塑料紧密结合,透明保护层5设置在图文层4的上端,透明保护层5靠近图文层4的一侧表面设有转印层6,转印层6通过转印形成,转印层6设置在透明保护层5的边缘处,转印层6采用烫金热压的形式在透明保护 层5表面形成烫金的图案或文字,形成橘纹效果、金属效果、彩虹效果等多种效果,突显某些图文如商标等,同时在转印中结合凹凸压印技术,形成凸起的图案或文字,用来作为防伪标识,贴合层1、图文层4、透明保护层5相邻之间均通过粘黏剂3粘合,贴合层1的侧边设有环形凹槽2,贴合层1的下端中部设有凹陷口8,贴合层1的下端沿周向呈放射状设有与凹陷口8连通的排气槽7,热熔胶、塑料可填充排气槽7并向外侧流动将气体排出,进而不会出现气泡、褶皱等现象,同时排气槽7能够增大接触面积,使得贴合层1与塑料容器形成共融的区域更大,进一步提高连接的稳定性。
排气槽7的截面为等腰梯形结构,且排气槽7的内底部宽度大于排气槽7的开口宽度,使得塑料填充在排气槽7内时,能给有效实现卡合不易滑脱,进一步提高贴合层1与塑料容器贴合的牢固度。
实施例二
参照图4,本实施例与实施例一相比不同之处在于,本实施例透明保护层5的上端设有表面层9,透明保护层5、表面层9相邻之间均通过粘黏剂3粘合,表面层9可为哑光膜、珠光膜、亮光膜,能给根据需要实现哑光效果、亮光效果、珠光效果。
实施例三
参照图5、6,本实施例与实施例二相比更优之处在于,本实施例贴合层1的下端中部设有凸部10,在将贴合层1与塑料吸附热成型时,贴合层1的中心的凸部10先与塑料容器接触,并通过吸附挤压的作用,使得热熔胶、塑料向外侧流动,进而不易出现气泡、褶皱。
实施例四
参照图7,本实施例与实施例三相比更优之处在于,本实施例凸部10由内向外设有两个环形的导流槽11,导流槽11与排气槽7连通,使得热熔胶通过导流槽11流动至排气槽7内,进而混合塑料共融填充排气槽7并向外侧流动将气体排出。

  1. 一种模内标签,包括贴合层(1)、透明保护层(5),其特征在于,所述贴合层(1)的下端带有热熔胶,所述贴合层(1)的上端设有图文层(4),所述透明保护层(5)设置在图文层(4)的上端,所述透明保护层(5)靠近图文层(4)的一侧表面设有转印层(6),所述贴合层(1)的侧边设有环形凹槽(2),所述贴合层(1)的下端中部设有凹陷口(8),所述贴合层(1)的下端沿周向呈放射状设有与凹陷口(8)连通的排气槽(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模内标签,其特征在于,所述转印层(6)通过转印形成,所述转印层(6)设置在透明保护层(5)的边缘处。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模内标签,其特征在于,所述图文层(4)为印刷有油墨或镂空的薄膜。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模内标签,其特征在于,所述排气槽(7)的截面为等腰梯形结构,且排气槽(7)的内底部宽度大于排气槽(7)的开口宽度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种模内标签,其特征在于,所述透明保护层(5)的上端设有表面层(9)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种模内标签,其特征在于,所述贴合层(1)、图文层(4)、透明保护层(5)、表面层(9)相邻之间均通过粘黏剂(3)粘合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种模内标签,其特征在于,所述贴合层(1)的下端中部设有凸部(10)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种模内标签,其特征在于,所述凸部(10)由内向外设有两个环形的导流槽(11),所述导流槽(11)与排气槽(7)连通。
