背景技术
目前,数据库表格产品可以为用户提供可自定义设置的规则,规则中可以包含触发条件和触发操作,当满足触发条件时即可自动执行指定的触发操作。例如,数据库表格可以在到达截止时间前提醒指定人员修改表格内对应的记录,因此可以适用于任务/订单管理等场景。然而,对于特殊场景,上述方法并不适用。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题或者至少部分地解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了一种表格处理方法、装置、电子设备、介质及程序产品。
根据本申请的第一方面,提供了一种表格处理方法,包括:
响应于对在线表格中目标控件的操作,显示工作流界面;
在所述工作流界面接收触发条件和触发操作,所述触发条件与所述在线表格的数据内容或者时间相关联,所述触发操作与所述在线表格的数据内容或目标对象相关联;
如果所述触发条件是基于预设时间进行触发,则根据所述预设时间,执行所述触发操作;或者,
如果所述触发条件是基于所述在线表格中记录的时间进行触发,则根据所述在线表格中记录的时间,执行所述触发操作。
可选的,在所述工作流界面接收触发条件和触发操作之后,所述方法还包括:
如果所述触发条件是基于所述在线表格中记录的数据内容的更新进行触发, 则在所述在线表格中记录的数据内容更新的情况下,执行所述触发操作。
可选的,所述触发操作包括发送消息的操作;
所述执行所述触发操作,包括:

本申请实施例提供的技术方案与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
用户可以在在线表格对应的工作流界面中设置触发条件和触发操作,触发条件除了可以是基于预设时间进行触发外,还可以是基于在线表格中记录的时间进行触发,即,可以根据在线表格中记录的时间执行相应的触发操作。例如,可以在在线表格中记录的时间到达时,执行相应的触发操作。因此,工作流的触发时间设置更灵活,能够满足更多业务场景下的需求,例如订单到期提醒等等。

如图1所示,系统架构100可以包括终端设备101、终端设备102、终端设备103中的一个或多个,网络104和服务器105。网络104用以在终端设备101、终端设备102、终端设备103和服务器105之间提供通信链路的介质。网络104可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。终端设备101、终端设备102、终端设备103可以是各种电子设备,包括但不限于台式计算机、便携式计算机、智能手机和平板电脑等等。应该理解,图1中的终端设备、网络和服务器的数量仅仅是示意性的。根据实现需要,可以具有任意数量的终端设备、网络和服务器。比如服务器105可以是多个服务器组成的服务器集群等。
本申请实施例所提供的表格处理方法一般由服务器105执行,相应地,表格处理装置可以设置于服务器105中。但本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本申请实施例所提供的表格处理方法也可以由终端设备101、终端设备102、终端设备103执行。举例而言,终端设备101、终端设备102、终端设备103可以预先建立工作流,工作流中包括触发条件和触发操作,并将工作流上传至服务器105。
服务器105获取到工作流中的触发条件和触发操作后,如果确定触发条件为基于在线表格中记录的时间进行触发,则根据在线表格中记录的时间,执行触发操作。
以下首先对本申请实施例的表格处理方法进行详细介绍。
参见图2,图2为本申请实施例中表格处理方法的一种流程图,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S210,响应于对在线表格中目标控件的操作,显示工作流界面。
本申请实施例中,在线表格是可以在线编辑的表格,可以支持一人或多人在线编辑,例如可以为数据库表格等。在线表格可以包括一个或多个数据表,多个数据表可以位于不同的sheet,数据表可以包括一个或多个表格视图。表格视图用于显示数据表中数据的变换情况。
在在线表格中,可以包含建立工作流的入口,该入口即为目标控件,用户对该目标控件进行触发操作后,可以显示工作流界面。工作流指的是数据库表格的自动化工作流程。用户可以根据业务需求,建立与业务需求相符合的工作流。通过工作流可以指定表格操作触发自动更新数据、自动发送通知提醒以及设置定时 任务等,来减少繁琐的人工操作。每个工作流中可以包括触发条件和触发操作,在满足触发条件的情况下,可以执行对应的触发操作。
步骤S220,在工作流界面接收触发条件和触发操作。
在工作流界面中,用户可以根据业务需求,建立对应的触发条件和触发操作。触发条件可以包括时间类触发条件和数据变更类触发条件,时间类触发条件是在到达预设的截止时间时进行触发的条件,数据变更类触发条件是在线表格中的数据发生变更的情况下进行触发的条件。因此,触发条件可以与在线表格的数据内容或者时间相关联。
其中,该截止时间可以在工作流界面中设置,例如可以直接设置预设时间作为截止时间,或者,可以将在线表格中包含的时间作为截止时间,例如可以在在线表格中选取时间字段,将该时间字段对应的时间作为截止时间。这样,可以根据在线表格中记录的时间字段对应的时间进行触发操作。
举例而言,针对订单管理场景,订单管理数据表中包含订单到期时间字段,在建立工作流时,可以选取订单管理数据表,以及订单到期时间字段。这样,可以直接根据订单管理数据表中订单到期时间字段对应的时间进行触发操作,用户无需从订单管理数据表中查看该订单到期时间字段对应的时间后,再在触发条件中设置该时间,可以简化触发时间的设置过程。尤其在在线表格中记录的时间发生变化的情况下,可以进一步简化触发时间的设置过程。
其中,触发操作可以包括向目标对象发送消息的触发操作,对在线表格中的数据进行进行修改的操作,因此,触发操作与在线表格的数据内容或目标对象相关联。其中,目标对象可以包括目标用户和/或目标群组。即,本申请可以支持向一个或多个用户发送消息,也可以支持向一个或多个群组发送消息。
步骤S230,如果触发条件是基于预设时间进行触发,则根据预设时间,执行触发操作。
如果触发条件是基于预设时间进行触发,那么在预设时间到达时,可以执行触发操作。也可以将预设时间作为中间时间,在设置预设时间时设置目标时间段,提供基于预设时间提前目标时间段进行触发的功能。
步骤S240,如果触发条件是基于在线表格中记录的时间进行触发,则根据在线表格中记录的时间,执行触发操作。
与根据预设时间执行触发操作类似,可以在在线表格中记录的时间到达时,执行触发操作。也可以以此为中间时间提供提前N天、Y小时、M分钟触发的能力, N、Y和M均为正整数。
本申请实施例的表格处理方法中,用户可以在在线表格对应的工作流界面中设置触发条件和触发操作,触发条件除了可以是基于预设时间进行触发外,还可以是基于在线表格中记录的时间进行触发,即,可以根据在线表格中记录的时间执行相应的触发操作。例如,可以在在线表格中记录的时间到达时,执行相应的触发操作。因此,工作流的触发时间设置更灵活,能够满足更多业务场景下的需求,例如订单到期提醒等等。
参见图3,图3为本申请实施例中建立工作流的一种流程图,即图2实施例中工作流的建立方法的流程图,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S310,响应于对在线表格中目标控件的操作,显示工作流界面。
在线表格中可以包含自动化工作流入口,即目标控件,用户可以通过该目标控件进入工作流界面。用户触发目标控件后,可以直接进入工作流界面,也可以先进入工作流创建界面,用户在工作流创建界面中进行触发操作后,再进入工作流界面。
在一种可选的实施方式中,响应于对在线表格中目标控件的触发操作,显示工作流创建界面;响应于对工作流创建界面中第一创建控件或第二创建控件的触发操作,显示工作流界面。其中,第一创建控件用于创建自定义工作流,第二创建控件用于创建预设模板工作流。
在工作流创建界面中,可以为用户提供多个不同的预设模板工作流,不同的模板工作流对应不同的第二创建控件,在模板工作流符合用户实际需求时,用户可以直接触发第二创建控件选择对应的模板工作流即可。在模板工作流不符合用户实际需求时,用户可以触发第一创建控件,以创建新的自定义工作流。例如,通过点击“新增自定义流程”按钮新建工作流。
参见图4A,图4A为本申请实施例中工作流创建界面的一种示意图,包括一个用于创建自定义工作流的第一创建控件,和五个用于创建模板工作流的第二创建控件。用户可以根据实际需求选择第一创建控件或者第二创建控件。
在一种可选的实施方式中,响应于对在线表格中目标控件的触发操作,显示工作流创建界面;其中,工作流创建界面可以通过浮层位于在线表格的界面之上。即,工作流创建界面可以是新增的一个独立的界面。用户在后续操作过程中,可以对该界面进行更新。响应于对工作流创建界面中预设创建控件的触发操作,使 用工作流界面替换工作流创建界面。预设创建控件可以是前述的第一创建控件或者第二创建控件。
本申请实施例中,工作流界面可以包括显示条件控件的第一区域和显示操作控件的第二区域。第一区域可以显示与预设触发条件对应的至少一个条件控件,第二区域可以显示与预设触发操作对应的至少一个操作控件。
参见图4B,图4B为本申请实施例中工作流界面的一种示意图,工作流界面包括左右两个区域,左边为第一区域,显示有“记录内容变更时”、“新增表格记录时”、“到达记录中的时间时”和“定时触发”四个条件控件,分别对应四个预设触发条件,用户可以选择所需的触发条件。右边为第二区域,显示有“发送消息”、“新增记录”和“修改记录”三个操作控件,分别对应三个预设触发操作,用户可以选择所需的触发操作。可以理解的是,工作流界面中条件控件和操作控件的类型和数量可以不限于此。
步骤S320,响应于针对条件控件中第一目标条件控件的触发操作,从预设触发条件中选取基于表格中记录的时间进行触发的触发条件。
本申请实施例中,第一目标条件控件是第一区域中的一个条件控件,对应的触发条件是:基于在线表格中记录的时间进行触发,例如图4B中的条件控件“到达记录中的时间时”即为第一目标条件控件。在触发该条件控件后,可以显示表格选取界面,用户在该表格选取界面中可以进一步选取表格。
步骤S330,响应于表格选取操作,从在线表格中选取目标表格。
步骤S340,响应于时间字段选取操作,从目标表格中选取目标时间字段。
目标表格为在线表格中的表格,该表格中包含用户想要选取的时间字段。通过选取目标表格和目标时间字段,触发条件设置完成。
参见图5,图5为本申请实施例中工作流界面的又一种示意图,在用户选取“到达记录中的时间时”之后,可以显示表格选取按钮。用户可以继续执行表格选取操作,以选择目标表格,即数据表A。用户可以进一步从目标表格中选取目标时间字段,该目标时间字段具有对应的时间,图5所示的目标时间字段为“截止日期”。
步骤S350,响应于针对条件控件中第二目标条件控件的选取操作,从预设触发条件中选取基于定时触发的触发条件。
用户还可以触发第二目标条件控件,选择基于预设时间进行触发的触发条件,例如,图4B中的条件控件“定时触发”即为第二目标条件控件。之后,用户可以进一步设置预设时间。
步骤S360,响应于时间设置操作,设置预设时间。
本申请实施例中,用户设置触发条件时,第一区域的条件控件处于激活状态,此时,第二区域的操作控件可以处于未激活状态。也就是,用户可以按顺序先设置触发条件后设置触发操作,触发条件未设置完的情况下,不能设置触发操作。
步骤S370,响应于针对操作控件中目标操作控件的触发操作,从预设触发操作中选取所述触发操作。
在确定触发条件之后,可以进一步从预设触发操作中选取所述触发操作,即图2实施例工作流中的触发操作。类似地,触发操作可以是多个预设触发操作中的一个或多个。例如,触发操作可以是修改记录和发送消息,即可以在修改记录的同时发送消息。
可以理解的是,在用户对第一区域和第二区域中的控件进行操作时,第一区域和第二区域中的界面也可以同步更新。响应于对第一区域的第一控件面板中条件控件的触发操作,将第一控件面板替换为第二控件面板。例如,如图5所示,左边为第一区域,第一区域中的灰色区域可以为第一控件面板,该第一控件面板中包括四个条件控件,用户在对任一条件控件执行触发操作后,第一控件面板可以更新为第二控件面板。当然,用户选择不同的条件控件,对应的第二控件面板也会不同。
本申请实施例中,用户可以设置一个预设触发条件,也可以设置多个预设触发条件。如果设置多个预设触发条件,在同时满足多个预设触发条件的情况下,执行触发操作。例如,用户可以对预设控件执行触发操作,以设置多个预设触发条件。响应于对第二控件面板之外的预设控件的触发操作,在第一区域生成第三控件面板。
例如,如图5所示,第一区域中包括“+”控件,该“+”控件即为预设控件,用户通过触发该控件,可以在第一区域生成第三控件面板,其中,第三控件面板与第二控件面板在第一区域可以具有空间关联关系。这样,用户可以在第二控件面板和第三控件面板中分别选取预设触发条件。
响应于对第二区域的第四控件面板中操作控件的触发操作,将第四控件面板替换为第五控件面板。响应于对第五控件面板之外的预设控件的触发操作,在第二区域生成第六控件面板,第六控件面板与第五控件面板在第二区域具有空间关联关系。
需要说明的是,第二区域中控件面板的更新与第一区域中控件面板的更新类 似,具体参见第一区域中控件面板的更新即可,在此不再赘述。
在生成工作流时,可以默认启用该工作流,也可以为用户提供“启用”按钮,用户点击该“启用”按钮后,启用该工作流。在启用该工作流后,可以根据该工作流中的触发条件,自动执行触发操作。
参见图6,图6为本申请实施例中表格处理方法的又一种流程图,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S610,响应于对在线表格中目标控件的操作,显示工作流界面。
步骤S620,在工作流界面接收触发条件和触发操作,触发条件与在线表格的数据内容或者时间相关联,触发操作与在线表格的数据内容或目标对象相关联。
步骤S630,如果触发条件是基于预设时间进行触发,则根据预设时间,执行触发操作。
上述步骤S610~S630与图2实施例步骤S210~S230相同,具体参见图2实施例中的描述即可,在此不再赘述。
步骤S640,如果触发条件是基于在线表格中记录的时间进行触发,则根据在线表格中记录的时间,执行触发操作。
本申请实施例中,可以直接将在线表格中记录的时间作为触发时间,也可以根据在线表格中记录的时间以及在触发条件中预先设置的目标时间段,确定触发时间;在触发时间到达时,执行触发操作。目标时间段可以以分钟、小时、天、周或月为单位进行设置。例如,在线表格中记录的时间是10月12日8:00,目标时间段为5分钟,那么,可以在10月12日7:55到达时,执行触发操作。也可以在10月12日8:05到达时,执行触发操作。即,根据实际需求,可以提前执行触发操作,也可以延后执行触发操作。
参见图7,图7为本申请实施例中工作流界面的又一种示意图,用户可以将目标时间字段对应的时间作为触发时间,或者,可以选择要提前或延后的目标时间段。需要说明的是,如果目标时间字段对应的时间比较精确,例如精确到分钟或小时,设置的触发时间可以是在在线表格中记录的时间到达时,或者提前或延后目标时间段之后的时间到达时。如果目标时间字段对应的时间不太精确,可以设置指定的触发时间,例如可以是当天几点几分,或者提前或延后目标时间段之后的的几点几分等。
步骤S650,如果触发条件是基于在线表格中记录的数据内容的更新进行触发,则在在线表格中记录的数据内容更新的情况下,执行触发操作。
上述步骤S630和步骤S640均属于时间类触发条件,本申请也提供了数据变更类触发条件。在建立工作流时,用户可以选择数据变更类触发条件,例如,在图4B中可以选择“记录内容变更时”或“新增表格记录时”。在线表格中记录的数据内容的更新除了包括:记录内容变更、新增表格记录,也可以包括删减表格记录等等。
如果触发条件是基于在线表格中记录的数据的更新进行触发,触发操作是“新增记录”或“修改记录”,触发条件所对应的表格和触发操作所对应的表格可以是不同的表格。例如,如果表格A中的数据内容发生变更时,可以触发修改表格B中的数据内容,或者触发新增表格C中的数据内容等。
本申请实施例中,触发操作可以包括发送消息的操作,可选的,可以向预先关联的即时通讯应用中的目标对象发送预设消息;其中,目标对象包括:目标用户和/或目标群组。即,本申请可以支持选择用户以及群组为发送对象。如果发送对象为目标群组,预设消息将被发送至目标群组中的每个用户。当目标群组中的用户增加或减少时,在发送预设消息时,以触发时目标群组内的最新成员名单为准,用户无需手动调整发送对象。
参见图8,图8为本申请实施例中工作流界面的又一种示意图,如果触发操作为发送消息的操作,在建立工作流时,用户从多个预设触发操作中选取“发送消息”后,还可以进一步对发送对象和发送的预设消息进行设置。响应于用户在工作流界面执行的针对即时通讯应用中目标对象的选取操作,选取目标对象;以及响应于用户在工作流界面执行的消息编辑操作,编辑生成预设消息。
其中,在选取目标对象时,可以直接从即时通讯应用中选取目标对象,也可以从表格中选取人员字段,该人员字段对应的用户的人员名称可以与即时通讯应用中该用户的人员名称相同。
本申请实施例的表格处理方法中,在预先建立的工作流中的触发条件,可以是基于在线表格中记录的时间进行触发,即,可以根据在线表格中记录的时间执行相应的触发操作。例如,可以在在线表格中记录的时间到达时,执行相应的触发操作。或者,也可以以在线表格中记录的时间为中间时间,提供提前或延后预设目标时间段进行触发的能力。可见,工作流的触发时间设置更灵活,能够满足更多业务场景下的需求,例如订单到期提醒等等。在触发操作为发送消息的操作时,可以以群组维度为发送对象发送预设消息,解决了大规模发送通知消息时需逐个添加每个用户的问题。并且,在群组人员变动的情况下,无需人工手动修改 发送对象,避免了由于未及时变更发送对象导致信息同步不及时,以及信息泄露的问题。
相应于上述方法实施例,本申请实施例还提供了一种表格处理装置,参见图9,表格处理装置900包括:
工作流界面显示模块910,用于响应于对在线表格中目标控件的操作,显示工作流界面;
接收模块920,用于在工作流界面接收触发条件和触发操作,触发条件与在线表格的数据内容或者时间相关联,触发操作与在线表格的数据内容或目标对象相关联;
第一触发模块930,用于如果触发条件是基于预设时间进行触发,则根据预设时间,执行触发操作;
第二触发模块940,用于如果触发条件是基于在线表格中记录的时间进行触发,则根据在线表格中记录的时间,执行触发操作。

如图10所示,电子设备1000包括中央处理单元(CPU)1001,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)1002中的程序或者从存储部分1008加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)1003中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 1003中,还存储有系统操作所需的各种程序和数据。中央处理单元1001、ROM 1002以及RAM 1003通过总线1004彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口1005也连接至总线1004。
以下部件连接至I/O接口1005:包括键盘、鼠标等的输入部分1006;包括诸如阴极射线管(CRT)、液晶显示器(LCD)等以及扬声器等的输出部分1007;包括硬盘等的存储部分1008;以及包括诸如局域网(LAN)卡、调制解调器等的网络接口卡的通信部分1009。通信部分1009经由诸如因特网的网络执行通信处理。驱动器1010也根据需要连接至I/O接口1005。可拆卸介质1011,诸如磁盘、光盘、磁光盘、半导体存储器等等,根据需要安装在驱动器1010上,以便于从其上读出的计算机程序根据需要被安装入存储部分1008。

  1. 一种表格处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    响应于对在线表格中目标控件的操作,显示工作流界面;
    在所述工作流界面接收触发条件和触发操作,所述触发条件与所述在线表格的数据内容或者时间相关联,所述触发操作与所述在线表格的数据内容或目标对象相关联;
    如果所述触发条件是基于预设时间进行触发,则根据所述预设时间,执行所述触发操作;或者,
    如果所述触发条件是基于所述在线表格中记录的时间进行触发,则根据所述在线表格中记录的时间,执行所述触发操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述工作流界面接收触发条件和触发操作之后,所述方法还包括:
    如果所述触发条件是基于所述在线表格中记录的数据内容的更新进行触发,则在所述在线表格中记录的数据内容更新的情况下,执行所述触发操作。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述触发操作包括发送消息的操作;
    所述执行所述触发操作,包括:
    向预先关联的即时通讯应用中的所述目标对象发送预设消息;其中,所述目标对象包括:目标用户和/或目标群组。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述在线表格中记录的时间,执行所述触发操作,包括:
    根据所述在线表格中记录的时间以及在所述触发条件中预先设置的目标时间段,确定触发时间;
    在所述触发时间到达时,执行所述触发操作。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述工作流界面包括显示条件控件的第一区域和显示操作控件的第二区域。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一区域显示与预设触发条件对应的至少一个条件控件;
    在所述工作流界面接收触发条件,包括:
    响应于针对所述条件控件中第一目标条件控件的触发操作,从所述预设触发 条件中选取基于表格中记录的时间进行触发的触发条件;
    响应于表格选取操作,从所述在线表格中选取目标表格;
    响应于时间字段选取操作,从所述目标表格中选取目标时间字段;或者,
    响应于针对所述条件控件中第二目标条件控件的选取操作,从所述预设触发条件中选取基于定时触发的触发条件;
    响应于时间设置操作,设置所述预设时间。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二区域显示与预设触发操作对应的至少一个操作控件;
    在所述工作流界面接收触发操作,包括:
    响应于针对所述操作控件中目标操作控件的触发操作,从所述预设触发操作中选取所述触发操作。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述显示工作流界面之后,还包括:
    响应于对所述第一区域的第一控件面板中所述条件控件的触发操作,将所述第一控件面板替换为第二控件面板;
    响应于对所述第二控件面板之外的预设控件的触发操作,在所述第一区域生成第三控件面板,所述第三控件面板与所述第二控件面板在第一区域具有空间关联关系。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述显示工作流界面之后,还包括:
    响应于对所述第二区域的第四控件面板中所述操作控件的触发操作,将所述第四控件面板替换为第五控件面板;
    响应于对所述第五控件面板之外的预设控件的触发操作,在所述第二区域生成第六控件面板,所述第六控件面板与所述第五控件面板在第二区域具有空间关联关系。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一区域的条件控件处于激活状态,所述第二区域的操作控件处于未激活状态。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于所述第一区域的条件控件被触发后,激活所述第二区域的操作控件。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于对在线表格中目标控件的操作,显示工作流界面,包括:
    响应于对所述在线表格中目标控件的触发操作,显示工作流创建界面;
    响应于对所述工作流创建界面中第一创建控件或第二创建控件的触发操作,显示所述工作流界面,其中,所述第一创建控件用于创建自定义工作流,所述第二创建控件用于创建预设模板工作流。

  15. 一种表格处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    工作流界面显示模块,用于响应于对在线表格中目标控件的操作,显示工作流界面;
    接收模块,用于在所述工作流界面接收触发条件和触发操作,所述触发条件与所述在线表格的数据内容或者时间相关联,所述触发操作与所述在线表格的数据内容或目标对象相关联;
    第一触发模块,用于如果所述触发条件是基于预设时间进行触发,则根据所述预设时间,执行所述触发操作;
    第二触发模块,用于如果所述触发条件是基于所述在线表格中记录的时间进行触发,则根据所述在线表格中记录的时间,执行所述触发操作。
  16. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器,所述处理器用于执行存储于存储器的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-14任一项所述的方法的步骤。
  17. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1-14任一项所述的方法的步骤。
  18. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序产品在计算机上运行时,使得所述计算机执行权利要求1-14任一项所述的方法的步骤。
