随着科技的发展和社会的进步,人们对生活质量的需求越来越高,越来越多人开始注意到健身运动的重要性,各类运动辅助软件应运而生,智能手环、智能手表等可穿戴智能设备、便携式智能设备也普及开来,这类设备可以与各类运动辅助软件、身体健康状况监控软件配合使用,实时获取和记录用户在日常生活中、睡眠时、运动时的身体状态信息,并向用户进行展示,供用户制定运动计划、睡眠计划、日常作息安排等,以提高用户的生活质量。
然而,便携式智能设备、可穿戴智能设备在进行身体状态信息的展示时,只是按照终端内置的展示方式简单地展示用户当前的身体状态信息,展示方式固定、单一、乏味,不够生动、醒目,无法满足用户的个性化需求。
发明内容
本申请实施例的主要目的在于提出一种信息展示方法、电子设备和计算机可读存储介质,可以通过生动、醒目的方式展示用户的身体状态信息,大幅提升信息展示的科学性和娱乐性,满足用户的个性化需求,从而提升用户的使用体验。
为至少在一定程度上实现上述目的,本申请实施例提供了一种信息展示方法,所述方法包括:获取用户的身体状态数值;获取与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值;判断所述身体状态数值是否达到所述身体状态目标值;在所述身体状态数值没有达到所述身体状态目标值的情况下,计算所述身体状态数值与所述身体状态目标值之间的差值,并根据预设的第一展示方式,展示所述身体状态数值、所述身体状态目标值和所述差值;在所述身体状态数值达到所述身体状态目标值的情况下,根据预设的第二展示方式,展示目标达成信息和所述身体状态数值。
为至少在一定程度上实现上述目的,本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备,包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行上述的信息展示方法。
为至少在一定程度上实现上述目的,本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述的信息展示方法。

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请的各实施例进行详细的阐述。然而,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解,在本申请各实施例中,为了使读者更好地理解本申请而提出了许多技术细节。但是,即使没有这些技术细节和基于以下各实施例的种种变化和修改,也可以实现本申请所要求保护的技术方案。以下各个实施例的划分是为了描述方便,不应对本申请的具体实现方式构成任何限定,各个实施例在不矛盾的前提下可以相互结合相互引用。
本申请的一个实施例涉及一种信息展示方法,应用于电子设备。下面对本实施例的信息展示方法的实现细节进行具体的说明,以下内容仅为方便理解提供的实现细节,并非实施本方案的必须。
本实施例的信息展示方法的流程可以如图1所示,包括:
步骤101,获取用户的身体状态数值。
在一个例子中,电子设备可以是手表、手环等可穿戴智能设备,可穿戴智能设备可以对用户的身体状态信息进行监测,获取用户的身体状态数值,身体状态数值可以表征用户的身高、体重、体温、心率、血压、血氧含量、呼吸频率等信息。
在一个例子中,电子设备可以是与可穿戴智能设备保持通信的手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、台式电脑等设备,可穿戴智能设备对用户的身体状态信息进行监测,获取用户的身体状态数值,并将获取到的用户的身体状态数值发送给与可穿戴智能设备保持通信的电子设备。
在一个例子中,身体状态数值包括生理特征数值和运动特征数值,生理特征数值可以包括但不限于用户的身高、体重、体温、血压、心率、血氧含量、呼吸频率等,运动特征数值可以表征用户在运动状态下的身体状态信息,运动特征数值可以包括但不限于用户的步频、步幅、跑步距离、运动配速、运动时间、消耗的卡路里等。
步骤102,获取与用户对应的身体状态目标值。
在一个例子中,电子设备内部存储器中预存有与用户对应的身体状态目标值,电子设备在获取到用户的身体状态数值后,可以调用电子设备的内部存储器中预存的与用户对应的身 体状态目标值。
在一个例子中,电子设备在获取到用户的身体状态数值后,可以获取用户自行输入与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值。比如,用户开始进行跑步训练,则可以通过电子设备的交互界面输入目标跑步距离,电子设备将用户输入的目标跑步距离作为与用户对应的身体状态目标值。
在一个例子中,电子设备获取与用户对应的身体状态目标值,可以通过如图2所示的各子步骤实现,包括:
步骤1021,判断是否有预存的与用户对应的身体状态目标值,如果是,执行步骤1022,否则,执行步骤1023。
步骤1022,获取预存的与用户对应的身体状态目标值。
示例性地,电子设备内部存储器中可以预存与用户对应的身体状态目标值,电子设备在获取到用户的身体状态数值后,可以判断是否有预存的与用户对应的身体状态目标值,在确定预存有与用户对应的身体状态目标值的情况下,电子设备可以调用电子设备的内部存储器中预存的与用户对应的身体状态目标值。
在一个例子中,电子设备内部存储器中可以预存多组身体状态目标值,不同组的身体状态目标值对应不同的用户,电子设备在获取到用户的身体状态数值后,可以根据用户的身份信息,调用电子设备的内部存储器中预存的与用户对应的身体状态目标值。
步骤1023,根据用户的身份信息,计算与用户对应的身体状态目标值。
示例性地,考虑到不同用户当前的身体状态信息存在差异,比如说,儿童和老年人的运动能力比青年人和中年人弱,男性的运动能力略强强于女性,老年人的血压更高一些,身高较高的人步幅比较大,职业足球运动员的跑步配速快于比普通人等,因此,电子设备在确定没有预存的与用户对应的身体状态目标值的情况下,根据用户的身份信息,实时计算与用户对应的身体状态目标值,这样得到的与用户对应的身体状态目标值,是符合用户的真实情况的健康目标、运动目标,不会过高也不会过低,可以进一步提升用户的使用体验。
在一个例子中,电子设备在根据用户的身份信息,计算与用户对应的身体状态目标值时,可以参考电子设备以往获取的与用户对应的身体状态目标值,还可以参考用户定期设定的运动计划表信息、运动应用中用户加入的群组的推送信息等。
步骤103,判断用户的身体状态数值是否达到与用户对应的身体状态目标值,如果是,执行步骤105,否则,执行步骤104。
示例性地,电子设备获取到用户的身体状态数值,以及与用户对应的身体状态目标值后,可以将用户的身体状态数值和与用户对应的身体状态目标值进行分析比较,判断用户的身体状态数值是否达到与用户对应的身体状态目标值。
步骤104,在身体状态数值没有达到身体状态目标值的情况下,计算身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值,并根据预设的第一展示方式,展示身体状态数值、身体状态目标值和差值。
示例性地,电子设备在确定用户的身体状态数值没有达到与用户对应的身体状态目标值的情况下,电子设备确定用户没有达到健康目标或者没有完成运动目标,此时电子设备可以计算用户的身体状态数值和与用户对应的身体状态目标值之间的差值,并根据计算出的差值,结合预设的第一展示方式,展示用户的身体状态数值,身体状态目标值,以及身体状态数值 与身体状态目标值之间的差值。
在一个例子中,电子设备的存储器中存储有若干对应关系,这些对应关系是身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值和第一展示方式的对应关系,电子设备计算得到身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值后,可以根据对应关系确定第一展示方式,从而根据第一展示方式展示身体状态数值、身体状态目标值和计算出的差值。
在一个例子中,电子设备可以通过语音播报用户的身体状态数值,与用户对应的身体状态目标值,以及和用户的身体状态数值和与用户对应的身体状态目标值之间的差值。
步骤105,在身体状态数值达到身体状态目标值的情况下,根据预设的第二展示方式,展示目标达成信息和身体状态数值。
示例性地,电子设备在确定用户的身体状态数值达到与用户对应的身体状态目标值的情况下,电子设备确定用户已达到健康目标或者已经完成运动目标,此时电子设备可以根据预设的第二展示方式,展示目标达成信息和用户的身体状态数值。其中,预设的第二展示方式可以由本领域的技术人员根据实际需要进行设置。
在一个例子中,电子设备可以根据预设的图片特效、预设的动画特效、预设的声音特效、预设的振动特效和预设的灯光特效中的任意组合,展示目标达成信息和用户的身体状态数值,使用多种特效和多种特效的任意组合来展示目标达成信息和用户的身体状态数值,可以提升用户在达成目标时的成就感,进一步提升用户的使用体验。
在一个例子中,图片特效可以通过图片闪烁来强化展示,并配以振动特效和声音特效,图片闪烁的方式包括:放大或缩小图片,改变图片的颜色,控制图片在某一区域内跳动等。
本申请的实施例,电子设备获取用户的身体状态数值和与用户对应的身体状态目标值,并判断用户的身体状态数值是否达到身体状态目标值,在用户的身体状态数值没有达到身体状态目标值的情况下,电子设备计算身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值,并根据预设的第一展示方式,展示用户的身体状态数值、身体状态目标值和用户的身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值,在用户的身体状态数值达到身体状态目标值的情况下,电子设备根据预设的第二展示方式,展示目标达成信息和用户的身体状态数值,考虑到只按照终端内置的展示方式简单地展示用户当前的身体状态信息,展示方式过于固定、单一、乏味,不够生动、醒目,无法满足用户的个性化需求,本实施例,终端可以获取与用户对应的身体状态目标值,与用户对应的身体状态目标值是为用户量身定制的,符合用户自身的真实情况,终端根据用户的身体状态数值和与用户对应的身体状态目标值,通过多种展示方式,展示用户的身体状态数值,可以生动、醒目地展示用户的身体状态数值,大幅提升信息展示的科学性和娱乐性,满足用户的个性化需求,从而提升用户的使用体验。
在一个实施例中,电子设备根据预设的第一展示方式,展示身体状态数值、身体状态目标值和身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值,可以由如图3所示的各步骤实现,包括:
步骤201,根据用户的身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值和预设的第一对应关系,确定目标色彩饱和度。
在一实现中,预设的第一对应关系为身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值与色彩饱和度之间的对应关系,电子设备在计算出用户的身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值后,可以根据计算出的差值以及预设的第一对应关系,确定目标色彩饱和度,其中,用户 的身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值越小,对应的色彩饱和度越高。
在一实现中,用户的身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值与色彩饱和度相对应,用户的身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值越小,说明用户越接近达到身体状态目标,其对应的色彩饱和度就越高,即颜色越深、越醒目;用户的身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值越大,说明用户远没有达到身体状态目标,其对应的色彩饱和度就越低,即颜色越浅。
步骤202,根据目标色彩饱和度和预设的图片,展示身体状态数值、身体状态目标值和身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值。
在一实现中,电子设备可以使用根据用户身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值对应的目标色彩饱和度,调节预设的图片的颜色的深度,以展示用户身体状态数值、身体状态目标值和身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值,电子设备展示的预设的图片的颜色深浅可以反映用户的身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值的大小。
在一个例子中,预设的图片只包括一张图片,比如:预设的图片为心形图案,用户的身体状态数值为用户的心率值,心率值可以在一定程度上反映用户的运动强度,用户的心率值随用户运动强度的增加而增大,电子设备第一次获取的用户的心率值为112,获取的用户的心率值的目标值为138,电子设备计算用户当前心率值与心率目标值的差值为26,电子设备结合预设的第一对应关系,确定目标色彩饱和度为A,电子设备将预设的图片色彩饱和度调整为色彩饱和度A,展示用户当前的心率值,心率值的目标值,以及当前的心率值与心率值的目标值之间的差值,如图4所示,色彩饱和度A用单斜杠表示;在运动5min后,电子设备第一次获取的用户的心率值为133,用户的当前心率值和心率目标值的差值为5,电子设备结合预设的第一对应关系,确定新的目标色彩饱和度为色彩饱和度B,电子设备将预设的图片色彩饱和度调整为色彩饱和度B,展示用户当前的心率值,心率值的目标值,以及当前的心率值与心率值的目标值之间的差值,如图5所示,色彩饱和度B用交叉斜杠表示。
本实施例,所述根据预设的第一展示方式,展示所述身体状态数值、所述身体状态目标值和所述差值,包括:根据所述身体状态数值与所述身体状态目标值之间的差值和预设的第一对应关系,确定目标色彩饱和度;其中,所述第一对应关系为所述差值与色彩饱和度之间的对应关系,所述差值越小,所述差值对应的色彩饱和度越高;根据所述目标色彩饱和度和预设的图片,展示所述身体状态数值、所述身体状态目标值和所述差值,即在用户的身体状态数值没有达到与用户对应的身体状态目标值的情况下,电子设备可以根据用户的身体状态数值与用户对应的身体状态目标值之间的差值,来确定信息展示时的目标色彩饱和度,用户的身体状态数值与用户对应的身体状态目标值之间的差值越小,即离目标越近,目标色彩饱和度就越高,屏幕的颜色就越鲜艳、醒目,可以进一步提升信息展示的娱乐性,提升用户的使用体验。
在一个实施例中,预设的图片为多个,电子设备在计算出用户的身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值后,可以根据计算出的差值以及预设的第一对应关系,确定目标色彩饱和度,并根据计算出的差值以及预设的第二对应关系,从预设的多张图片中确定出目标图片,其中,第二对应关系为身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值和预设的图片之间的对应关系,电子设备在确定出目标色彩饱和度以及目标图片后,可以根据目标色彩饱和度和目标 图片,即将目标图片的饱和度调整为目标色彩饱和度,以展示用户的身体状态数值、身体状态目标值、以及身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值,电子设备展示的目标图片,以及目标图片的颜色深浅可以反映用户的身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值的大小,从而进一步提升信息展示的娱乐性,提升用户的使用体验。
在一个例子中,预设的图片为多张图片,用户的身体状态数值为用户的运动距离,电子设备第一次获取的用户的运动距离为1km,获取的用户的运动距离的目标值为2km,电子设备计算用户当前运动距离与运动距离的目标值的差值为1km,电子设备结合预设的第一对应关系,确定目标色彩饱和度为A,并结合预设的第二对应关系,确定目标图片为图片甲,电子设备将图片甲的色彩饱和度调整为色彩饱和度A,展示用户当前的运动距离,运动距离的目标值,以及当前的运动距离与运动距离的目标值之间的差值,如图6所示,色彩饱和度A用单斜杠表示;电子设备第二次获取的用户的运动距离为1.8km,电子设备计算用户当前运动距离与运动距离的目标值的差值为0.2km,电子设备结合预设的第一对应关系,确定目标色彩饱和度为B,并结合预设的第二对应关系,确定目标图片为图片乙,电子设备将图片乙的色彩饱和度调整为色彩饱和度B,展示用户当前的运动距离,运动距离的目标值,以及当前的运动距离与运动距离的目标值之间的差值,如图7所示,色彩饱和度B用交叉斜杠表示。
在一个实施例中,预设的图片为多张图片,电子设备在计算出用户的身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值后,可以根据预设的第二对应关系,从预设的多张图片中确定出目标图片,其中,第二对应关系为身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值和预设的图片之间的对应关系,电子设备在确定出目标图片后,可以展示目标图片,从而展示用户的身体状态数值、身体状态目标值、以及身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值,电子设备展示的目标图片可以反映用户的身体状态数值与身体状态目标值之间的差值的大小。
在一个实施例中,电子设备在根据用户的身份信息,计算与用户对应的身体状态目标值之后,判断身体状态数值是否达到身体状态目标值之前,还可以通过如图8所示的各步骤,指示用户对电子设备计算出的身体状态目标值进行确认,包括:
步骤301:获取对计算出的与用户对应的身体状态目标值的确认信息。
在一实现中,电子设备在没有预存的与用户对应的身体状态目标值的情况下,可以根据用户的身份信息,计算出与用户对应的身体状态目标值,并将计算出的身体状态目标值展示给用户,指示用户进行确认,电子设备可以实时获取用户下达的对计算出的与用户对应的身体状态目标值的确认信息。
步骤302:在获取到确认信息的情况下,判断身体状态数值是否达到身体状态目标值。
在一实现中,若用户认为电子设备计算出来的用户对应的身体状态目标值合理,可以给电子设备下达确认信息,电子设备接收到用户下达的确认信息后,再判断用户的身体状态数值是否达到身体状态目标值。
本实施例中,在所述根据所述用户的身份信息,计算与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值之后,所述判断所述身体状态数值是否达到所述身体状态目标值之前,包括:获取对计算出的所述与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值的确认信息;在获取到所述确认信息的情况下,判断所述身体状态数值是否达到所述身体状态目标值,电子设备在计算出与用户对应的身体状 态目标值后,可以获取用户对计算出的所与用户对应的身体状态目标值的确认信息,在获取到确认信息的情况下,再判断用户的身体状态数值是否达到与用户对应的身体状态目标值,能够充分考虑用户的意愿,给予用户自主选择的权利,进一步提升用户的使用体验。
在一个实施例中,用户的身体状态数值包括生理特征数值和运动特征数值,与用户对应的身体状态目标值包括与用户对应的运动特征目标值,生理特征数值至少包括:心率值、体温、血氧含量、呼吸频率和血压值等;运动特征数值至少包括:步频、步幅、运动距离、运动时间、卡路里消耗量和配速等。电子设备获取与用户对应的运动特征目标值可以由如图9所示的各步骤实现,包括:
步骤401:根据生理特征数值和运动特征数值,判断用户是否处于运动状态。
在一实现中,在用户佩戴或使用电子设备时,电子设备可以对用户当前的心率、体温、血氧、呼吸频率、血压等生理特征数值进行监测,同时对用户的步频、步幅、运动距离、运动时间、热量消耗量和配速等运动特征数值进行监测,判断用户是否处于运动状态下。
步骤402:在用户处于运动状态的情况下,获取与用户对应的运动特征目标值。
在一实现中,当可电子设备检测到用户处于运动状态,则可以获取与用户对应的运动特征目标值,考虑到用户在静止状态或者日常生活工作状态下获取与用户对应的运动特征目标值是没有意义的,不能对用户产生帮助,电子设备只有在用户处于运动状态的情况下,才会获取与用户对应的运动特征目标值,可以物尽其用,节省资源,提升用户的使用体验,生动、形象地展示用户在运动状态下的身体状态信息,促进用户持之以恒的进行运动。
在一个实施例中,电子设备获取的身体状态目标值为若干个,电子设备在获取与用户对应的身体状态目标值之后,可以实时获取对身体状态目标值的切换信息,并根据切换信息确定切换后的身体状态目标值,再判断用户的身体状态数值是否达到切换后的身体状态目标值。
在一个例子中,电子设备获取的身体状态目标值为若干个,包括:心率值的目标值为138、运动距离的目标值为2km、运动配速为6.5km/h、卡路里消耗目标值为500千卡等,电子设备当前展示的是用户的心率值、心率值的目标值、以及心率值与心率值的目标值之间的差值,电子设备获取用户下达的切换信息,对当前得展示进行切换,比如切换到展示用户的运动距离、运动距离的目标值、以及运动距离与运动距离的目标值之间的差值。
本实施例,所述身体状态目标值为若干个,在所述获取与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值之后,包括:获取对所述身体状态目标值的切换信息,并根据所述切换信息确定切换后的身体状态目标值;判断所述身体状态数值是否达到切换后的所述身体状态目标值,即允许用户随时切换身体状态目标值,从而更全面、更详细地展示用户的不同的身体状态信息。
本申请另一个实施例涉及一种电子设备,如图10所示,包括:至少一个处理器501;以及,与所述至少一个处理器501通信连接的存储器502;其中,所述存储器502存储有可被所述至少一个处理器501执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器501执行,以使所述至少一个处理器501能够执行上述各实施例中的信息展示方法。
其中,存储器和处理器采用总线方式连接,总线可以包括任意数量的互联的总线和桥,总线将一个或多个处理器和存储器的各种电路连接在一起。总线还可以将诸如外围设备、稳 压器和功率管理电路等之类的各种其他电路连接在一起,这些都是本领域所公知的,因此,本文不再对其进行进一步描述。总线接口在总线和收发机之间提供接口。收发机可以是一个元件,也可以是多个元件,比如多个接收器和发送器,提供用于在传输介质上与各种其他装置通信的单元。经处理器处理的数据通过天线在无线介质上进行传输,在一示例中,天线还接收数据并将数据传送给处理器。
处理器负责管理总线和通常的处理,还可以提供各种功能,包括定时,外围接口,电压调节、电源管理以及其他控制功能。而存储器可以被用于存储处理器在执行操作时所使用的数据。
本申请另一个实施例涉及一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序。计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述方法实施例。

即,本领域技术人员可以理解,实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一个设备(可以是单片机,芯片等)或处理器(processor)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称:ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称:RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

    获取用户的身体状态数值;
    获取与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值;
    判断所述身体状态数值是否达到所述身体状态目标值;
    在所述身体状态数值没有达到所述身体状态目标值的情况下,计算所述身体状态数值与所述身体状态目标值之间的差值,并根据预设的第一展示方式,展示所述身体状态数值、所述身体状态目标值和所述差值;
    在所述身体状态数值达到所述身体状态目标值的情况下,根据预设的第二展示方式,展示目标达成信息和所述身体状态数值。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息展示方法,其中,所述获取与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值,包括:
    在有预存的与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值的情况下,获取所述预存的与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值;或者,
    在没有预存的与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值的情况下,根据所述用户的身份信息,计算与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的信息展示方法,其中,所述根据预设的第一展示方式,展示所述身体状态数值、所述身体状态目标值和所述差值,包括:
    根据所述身体状态数值与所述身体状态目标值之间的差值和预设的第一对应关系,确定目标色彩饱和度;其中,所述第一对应关系为所述差值与色彩饱和度之间的对应关系,所述差值越小,所述差值对应的色彩饱和度越高;
    根据所述目标色彩饱和度和预设的图片,展示所述身体状态数值、所述身体状态目标值和所述差值。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的信息展示方法,其中,所述预设的图片为多个;在所述根据所述目标色彩饱和度和预设的图片,展示所述身体状态数值、所述身体状态目标值和所述差值之前,包括:
    根据所述身体状态数值与所述身体状态目标值之间的差值和预设的第二对应关系,确定目标图片;其中,所述第二对应关系为所述差值与所述预设的图片之间的对应关系;
    所述根据所述目标色彩饱和度和预设的图片,展示所述身体状态数值、所述身体状态目标值和所述差值,包括:
    根据所述目标色彩饱和度和所述目标图片,展示所述身体状态数值、所述身体状态目标值和所述差值。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的信息展示方法,其中,在所述根据所述用户的身份信息,计算与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值之后,在所述判断所述身体状态数值是否达到所述身体状态目标值之前,包括:
    获取对计算出的所述与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值的确认信息;
    在获取到所述确认信息的情况下,判断所述身体状态数值是否达到所述身体状态目标值。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的信息展示方法,其中,所述根据预设的第二展示方式,展示目标达成信息和所述身体状态数值,包括:
    根据预设的图片特效、预设的动画特效、预设的声音特效、预设的振动特效和预设的灯光特效中的任意组合,展示目标达成信息和所述身体状态数值。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的信息展示方法,其中,所述身体状态数值包括生理特征数值和运动特征数值,所述与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值包括与所述用户对应的运动特征目标值;所述生理特征数值至少包括:心率值、体温、血氧含量、呼吸频率和血压值;所述运动特征参数至少包括:步频、步幅、运动距离、运动时间、卡路里消耗量和配速;
    所述与所述用户对应的运动特征目标值通过以下步骤获取:
    根据所述生理特征数值和所述运动特征数值,判断所述用户是否处于运动状态;
    在所述用户处于运动状态的情况下,获取所述与所述用户对应的运动特征目标值。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的信息展示方法,其中,所述身体状态目标值为若干个,在所述获取与所述用户对应的身体状态目标值之后,包括:
    获取对所述身体状态目标值的切换信息,并根据所述切换信息确定切换后的身体状态目标值;
    判断所述身体状态数值是否达到切换后的所述身体状态目标值。
  9. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的信息展示方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至8中任一项所述的信息展示方法。
