本实用新型属于印染技术领域,具体涉及印花机。
背景技术
授权公告号为CN 210946093 U的专利文件公开了一种印花机上浆装置,当浆槽中的染料不断减少时,在支撑弹簧的作用下,浆槽上升,限位球会从当前的限位槽中脱离,进入上一位的限位槽中,对浆槽进行暂时的限位固定。
利用限位球对浆槽位置限位固定,存在如下技术问题:第一,限位球由下位的限位槽进入上位的限位槽,使得浆槽每次上升的幅度较大,而浆槽中的液位是连续下降的,如此,浆槽的上升幅度难以准确地适应浆槽的液位下降幅度;第二,印花机工作时的振动,可能使浆槽及支撑弹簧发生振动,进而,限位球可能在上下限位槽之间来回运动,尤其在支撑弹簧本身发生伸缩动作时,可能与印花机共振。
实用新型内容
本发明所解决的技术问题:使印花机的浆槽能够不间断地无级上升。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种印花机上浆装置,包括支撑底座和浆槽,支撑底座和浆槽之间设有支撑弹簧,支撑底座设有连接槽,浆槽的底部设有连接杆,连接杆与浆槽的底部枢接,连接杆上设有第一螺旋槽,连接槽的内壁上设有第二螺旋槽,第一螺旋槽和第二螺旋槽之间配合有一串滚球,一串滚球的首端与一支撑弹簧的顶端连接。
当浆槽中的染料不断减少时,在支撑弹簧的作用下,浆槽上升。支撑弹簧拉动一串滚球,一串滚球在第一螺旋槽和第二螺旋槽中移动,连接杆转动,同时上升。
本发明的技术效果:第一,一串滚球卡在第一螺旋槽和第二螺旋槽之间,并沿第一螺旋槽和第二螺旋槽移动,使连接杆的上升没有顿挫,连接杆的上升平稳,实现浆槽上升的无级化;第二,一串滚球卡在第一螺旋槽和第二螺旋槽之间,对支撑底座和连接杆之间的关系进行稳定,印花机产生的振动,不能使连接杆相对支撑底座上下窜动。

具体实施方式
如图1,一种印花机上浆装置,包括支撑底座10和浆槽20,支撑底座和浆槽之间设有支撑弹簧30,支撑底座设有连接槽11,浆槽的底部设有连 接杆40,连接杆与浆槽的底部枢接,连接杆上设有第一螺旋槽41,连接槽的内壁上设有第二螺旋槽12,第一螺旋槽和第二螺旋槽之间配合有一串滚球50,一串滚球的首端与一支撑弹簧的顶端连接。
一串滚球50配合在第一螺旋槽41和第二螺旋槽12中,至少螺旋缠绕连接杆40半周,也可以螺旋缠绕连接杆数周。浆槽中的染料减少,支撑弹簧伸展,拉动缠绕在连接杆40上的一串滚球,一串滚球使连接杆转动,同时,连接杆上升。连接杆的上升并不直接随支撑弹簧的伸展而上升,而是随一串滚球50的螺旋移动而上升。
支撑底座10上设有第一通道13,一串滚球50通过第一通道与一支撑弹簧30的顶端连接。一串滚球从第一通道中被支撑弹簧抽出,连接杆40转动并上升。
作为一种改进,浆槽20的底部设有导向杆60,支撑底座10上设有导向孔14,导向杆配合在导向孔中。导向杆和导向孔对浆槽的升降进行导向。
作为一种改进,导向杆60中配合有拖拉块61和小弹簧62,小弹簧的顶部与拖拉块相抵,小弹簧的底部与导向杆的底部相抵,一串滚球50的尾端与拖拉块连接。小弹簧的弹力小于支撑弹簧的弹力,小弹簧和支撑弹簧能够两头拉紧一串滚球,但不妨碍支撑弹簧拉动一串滚球。一串滚球被拉紧,能够使连接杆40上升平稳。在浆槽20因添加染料而下降时,小弹簧62能够拉动一串滚球复位。
支撑底座10上设有第二通道15,第二通道连通连接槽11和导向孔14,一串滚球50的尾端通过第二通道及导向杆底部的通孔与拖拉块61连接。

  1. 一种印花机上浆装置,包括支撑底座(10)和浆槽(20),支撑底座和浆槽之间设有支撑弹簧(30),支撑底座设有连接槽(11),浆槽的底部设有连接杆(40),其特征在于:连接杆与浆槽的底部枢接,连接杆上设有第一螺旋槽(41),连接槽的内壁上设有第二螺旋槽(12),第一螺旋槽和第二螺旋槽之间配合有一串滚球(50),一串滚球的首端与一支撑弹簧的顶端连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种印花机上浆装置,其特征在于:支撑底座(10)上设有第一通道(13),一串滚球(50)通过第一通道与一支撑弹簧(30)的顶端连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种印花机上浆装置,其特征在于:浆槽(20)的底部设有导向杆(60),支撑底座(10)上设有导向孔(14),导向杆配合在导向孔中。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种印花机上浆装置,其特征在于:导向杆(60)中配合有拖拉块(61)和小弹簧(62),小弹簧的顶部与拖拉块相抵,小弹簧的底部与导向杆的底部相抵,一串滚球(50)的尾端与拖拉块连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种印花机上浆装置,其特征在于:支撑底座(10)上设有第二通道(15),第二通道连通连接槽(11)和导向孔(14),一串滚球(50)的尾端通过第二通道及导向杆底部的通孔与拖拉块(61)连接。
