本公开内容涉及自动化清洗设备技术领域,特别涉及一种轴承生产用清洗装置。
背景技术
轴承是当代机械设备中一种重要零部件。它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低其运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。
按运动元件摩擦性质的不同,轴承可分为滚动轴承和滑动轴承两大类。其中滚动轴承已经标准化、系列化,但与滑动轴承相比它的径向尺寸、振动和噪声较大,价格也较高。
滚动轴承一般由外圈、内圈、滚动体和保持架四部分组成。按滚动体的形状,滚动轴承分为球轴承和滚子轴承两大类,轴承在加工过程中表端会沾附较多的杂质,这时需要采用清洗设备进行清洗,在清洗时采用超声波清洗机。
超声波在液体中传播,使液体与清洗槽在超声波频率下一起振动,液体与清洗槽振动时有自己固有频率,这种振动频率是声波频率,所以人们就听到嗡嗡声。随着清洗行业的不断发展,越来越多的行业和企业运用到了超声波清洗机。
但是现有的轴承清洗装置在使用的时候,内箱与外箱都是采用螺栓固定,这样若是需要进行维修时,需要采用专业的工具拆卸,这样会导致拆卸与安装出现不方便的问题发生,同时端盖都是直接放置,这样在工作时端盖可能会由于运行时的震动导致与外箱出现摩擦产生噪音的问题发生。
因此,有必要提供一种轴承生产用清洗装置解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本公开内容的目的在于提供一种轴承生产用清洗装置,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本公开内容提供如下技术方案:
一种轴承生产用清洗装置,包括机架,所述机架的上方设置有固定座,所述固定座的内侧正中位置处设置有承台,所述承台的上方设置有端盖,所述机架下方四角处各设置有一个脚轮,四个所述脚轮均设置有刹车片;
所述固定座包括有缓冲支撑件、延边与框架,所述框架安装在延边的上方,所述缓冲支撑件安装在框架的两端各两个;
所述缓冲支撑件包括有端头、支杆与套管,所述支杆套接在套管的一侧,所述端头安装在支杆一侧,且安装位置远离套管的一侧。
作为本公开内容的进一步方案,所述机架的内部设置有置物栏,所述置物栏上方两端各安装有一个扶把,所述置物栏为内部中空的箱型结构,所述机架的一侧下方安装有出水管,所述机架的表端设置有控制板。

本公开内容中通过在承台的内部设置有插接柱,在端盖与承台的相交处开设有孔洞,这样在放置端盖时,可以将端盖与插接柱插接,在插接柱的作用下对端盖起到限位的作用,避免了端盖由于震动力导致出现较大摩擦的现象发生。
本公开内容中通过在内胆和外壳的内侧设置有固定座,这样在内胆放置稳定之后,使得固定座插接在内胆和外壳的内侧,在固定座内部缓冲支撑件的作用下,对内胆和外壳起到限位的作用,而且缓冲支撑架具有缓冲的作用,这样可以使得在缓冲支撑件的作用下避免内胆出现晃动的问题发生。
本公开内容中若是需要对内胆进行维修时,可以将固定座与机架分离,固定座分离之后,内胆可以直接取出,这样避免了采用专用工具拆卸的问题发生,从而在安装与拆卸的过程中更加方便快捷。

本实施例给出一种轴承生产用清洗装置的具体结构,如图1-7所示,一种轴承生产用清洗装置,包括机架4,机架4的上方设置有固定座5,固定座5 的内侧正中位置处设置有承台8,承台8的上方设置有端盖6,机架4下方四角处各设置有一个脚轮1,四个脚轮1均设置有刹车片;
固定座5包括有缓冲支撑件51、延边52与框架53,框架53安装在延边52的上方,缓冲支撑件51安装在框架53的两端各两个;
缓冲支撑件51包括有端头511、支杆512与套管513,支杆512套接在套管513的一侧,端头511安装在支杆512一侧,且安装位置远离套管513的一侧。
机架4的内部设置有置物栏7,置物栏7上方两端各安装有一个扶把,置物栏7为内部中空的箱型结构,机架4的一侧下方安装有出水管3,机架4的表端设置有控制板2。
支杆512为圆柱体结构,套管513为内部中空的圆柱体结构,支杆512与套管513相交处的内部设置有弹簧。
通过采用上述技术方案:
在端盖6与承台8的相交处开设有孔洞,这样在放置端盖6时,可以将端盖6与插接柱81插接,在插接柱81的作用下对端盖6起到限位的作用,避免了端盖6由于震动力导致出现较大摩擦的现象发生。
【实施例2】
本实施例给出一种轴承生产用清洗装置的具体结构,如图1-7所示,控制板2包括有启动按键21、第一调节按键22、调节旋钮23、连接板24与第二调节按键25,启动按键21安装在连接板24的一端下方,第一调节按键22安装在连接板24一侧,第二调节按键25安装在连接板24且远离第一调节按键22的一侧,调节旋钮23安装在连接板24一侧,且安装位置远离启动按键21。
第一调节按键22与第二调节按键25均与电源电性连接,第一调节按键22与第二调节按键25分别为上调系数的操作和下调系数的操作。
启动按键21与电源电性连接,启动按键21在接通电源的状态下按下一次为打开的状态,启动按键21在打开的状态下再次按下一次为关闭的状态。
机架4包括有超声波换能器41、连接管42、内胆43与外壳44,内胆43 安装在外壳44内部正中位置处,超声波换能器41安装在内胆43的下方一周处,连接管42安装在内胆43和外壳44的内侧一端。
超声波换能器41共设置有若干个,若干个超声波换能器41均与电源电性连接。
承台8包括有插接柱81与台体82,插接柱81安装在台体82上方两端各两个。
端盖6为长条形的板状结构,端盖6靠近插接柱81的一侧开设有孔洞。
通过采用上述技术方案:
若是需要对内胆43进行维修时,可以将固定座5与机架4分离,固定座5分离之后,内胆43可以直接取出,这样避免了采用专用工具拆卸的问题发生。
工作原理:当要进行该装置的使用时,这时使用者首先将端盖6余机架4分离,然后取出置物栏7,之后将待要清洗的轴承放置在置物栏7的内部,然后将置物栏7放置在机架4的内部,在置物栏7放置稳定之后,在机架4的内部加入清洗剂,并且使得清洗剂完全包裹轴承,然后将端盖6放置在承台8表端,在插接柱81的作用下将端盖6固定紧密。
之后使用者将该超声波清洗机接通电源,然后通过操作控制板2内部的第一调节按键22和第二调节按键25进行清洗时间的设置,然后转动调节旋钮23进行清洗功率的调整,当调节完成之后,按下启动按键21,这样该超声波清洗机进行工作,通过超声波换能器41将信号转换成高频机械振荡而传播到清洗溶剂中,超声波在清洗液中疏密相间的向前辐射,使液体流动而产生数以万计的微小气泡,存在于液体中的微小气泡在声场的作用下振动,这些气泡在超声波纵向传播的负压区形成、生长,而在正压区,当声压达到一定值时,气泡迅速增大,然后突然闭合,并在气泡闭合时产生冲击波,在其周围产生上千个大气压,破坏不溶性污物而使他们分散于清洗液中,当团体粒 子被油污裹着而黏附在清洗件表面时,油被乳化,固体粒子及脱离,从而达到清洗件净化的目的,这样就完成了该装置的使用了。

  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种轴承生产用清洗装置,其中:所述启动按键(21)与电源电性连接,所述启动按键(21)在接通电源的状态下按下一次为打开的状态,所述启动按键(21)在打开的状态下再次按下一次为关闭的状态。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轴承生产用清洗装置,其中:所述机架(4)包括有超声波换能器(41)、连接管(42)、内胆(43)与外壳(44),所述内胆(43)安装在外壳(44)内部正中位置处,所述超声波换能器(41)安装在内胆(43)的下方一周处,所述连接管(42)安装在内胆(43)和外壳(44)的内侧一端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种轴承生产用清洗装置,其中:所述超声波换能器(41)共设置有若干个,若干个所述超声波换能器(41)均与电源电性连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轴承生产用清洗装置,其中:所述承台(8)包括有插接柱(81)与台体(82),所述插接柱(81)安装在台体(82)上方两端各两个。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种轴承生产用清洗装置,其中:所述端盖(6)为长条形的板状结构,所述端盖(6)靠近插接柱(81)的一侧开设有孔洞。
