实现了TMR中央厨房全自动化控制,实现了精料、粗饲料及其他副饲料的全自动化上料,能够精准控制牧场不同饲料的种类添加、精粗饲料的传送速度、预混料等小料的制作添加等,饲料原料的添加误差大大降低,保证加工饲喂精准度,可以实现精粗饲料等全部饲料自动化制备,节省人工,降低管理难度,可以实现和保证规模化牧场养殖场高效、稳定、安全的饲喂管理,能耗成本低,降低牧场的饲料生产成本。
智能化TMR中央厨房系统加工每吨TMR饲料能耗成本为6.77元,与其它模式相比,传统搅拌站模式为27.65元,牵引式为23.66元,自走式为16.89元,分别节省了20.88元、16.89元、9.48元,按能耗、人工、设备折旧、维护等方面计算,智能化TMR中央厨房系统加工每吨TMR饲料运营成本25.55元,传统搅拌站模式为72.05元,若牧场每天需要400吨的TMR饲料,每吨TMR可以节省46.5元,每年可节省678.9万元。

PLC程序通过控制中间继电器,达到控制各个设备电机的变频器,自动实现设备的顺序启动及停止。
精准饲喂系统下发料单给PLC,各个粗料仓称重传感器把采集到重量的变化传输给PLC,PLC控制粗料输送刮板,从而把物料输送到TMR。
精料通过PLC控制提升机的启停,然后由多口分配器的行程开关的动作,把DI信号传输给PLC,精确的把物料输送到各个搅笼。精料上料是由PLC的料单通过混合称重仓的传感器把数据传输给PLC,然后控制各个精料仓输送搅笼的启停,PLC控制各个精料刮板的启停把物料精确的输送到TMR。
各个精料刮板都有阻旋开关通过PLC保证每条刮板的正常运转。
液体饲料是PLC控制电动执行器及水泵、糖蜜泵变频器的启停,精确的把物料输送到TMR。
