在一实施例中,安装架组件5包括摆动连接件51和固定架52,摆动连接件51的第一端与中心轴21绕第一水平轴线300转动连接,摆动连接件51的第二端与固 定架52连接,旋转动力件3安装于固定架52上。安装架组件5的上端为摆动连接件51,安装架组件5的下端为固定架52;毛刷组件4的末端向墙壁一侧倾斜,牛走向墙壁以抵靠在毛刷组件4上时,毛刷组件4清洗到牛体的侧部,牛进一步靠近墙壁时,毛刷组件4被牛体推动,毛刷组件4带动摆动连接件51绕第一水平轴线300朝墙壁的一侧转动,使得毛刷组件4的倾斜角度变大,直至毛刷组件4清洗牛体的背部;在本实施例中,固定架52的顶端与摆动连接件51绕第一旋转轴线100转动连接,第一水平轴线300垂直于第一旋转轴线100,在其他的一些实施例中,固定架52与摆动连接件51固定连接。本实施例的牛体刷装置能够适用于不同大小体积的牛,当身材高大的牛从X轴方向抵靠到毛刷组件4上时,毛刷组件4、旋转动力件3以及安装架组件5绕第一水平轴线300转动到第一高度的位置,当身材矮小的牛从X轴方向抵靠到毛刷组件4上时,毛刷组件4、旋转动力件3以及安装架组件5绕第一水平轴线300转动到第二高度的位置,第一高度高于第二高度。中心轴21与安装架组件5之间通过第一轴销9转动连接,第一水平轴线300平行于Z轴轴线。
在本实施例中,固定架52包括连接台521和架体522,连接台521倾斜设置于架体522的顶端,连接台521与摆动连接件51绕第一旋转轴线100转动连接,旋转动力件3安装于架体522上。当牛从Z轴方向抵靠到毛刷组件4上时,毛刷组件4、固定架52以及旋转动力件3绕第一旋转轴线100转动,即毛刷组件4的运动方向平行于墙壁,第一旋转轴线100平行于X轴轴线。由于扭簧22能够驱动中心轴21复位,因此,毛刷组件4在X轴方向或Z轴方向的偏转都能够较快的进行复位。摆动连接件51与固定架52之间通过第二轴销10转动连接。连接台521和架体522一体设置。
如图3所示,在一实施例中,牛体刷装置还包括定位组件6,定位组件6包括轴承座61和轴承62,轴承座61固定安装于横梁支架1上,轴承62转动安装于轴承座61的安装孔内,中心轴21紧密穿设于轴承62的内圈。
在一实施例中,定位组件6设置为两组,其中一组定位组件6位于横梁支架1的底端,另一组定位组件6位于横梁支架1的顶端,中心轴21穿设于两组定位组件6中。将定位组件6设置为两个,能够保证中心轴21的稳定性。
在一实施例中,扭簧22套设于中心轴21的外周,扭簧22的第一端与中心轴21的外壁连接,扭簧22的第二端与轴承座61的安装孔的内壁连接。
在一实施例中,毛刷组件4包括刷辊41和刷体42,刷辊41安装于旋转动力件 3的输出端,刷体42绕设于刷辊41的外周。刷体42采用尼龙材质制成,刷辊41采用聚丙烯纤维制成。
在一实施例中,牛体刷装置还包括开关固定座8,开关固定座8设置为承载开关组件。
在一实施例中,牛体刷装置还包括启停控制器7,启停控制器7安装于旋转动力件3的一侧,启停控制器7与旋转动力件3电连接,启停控制器7设置为控制旋转动力件3的运行。当牛倚靠或者刮蹭毛刷组件4时,启停控制器7通过识别当前毛刷组件4的倾斜角度并对旋转动力件3进行控制。启停控制器7对旋转动力件3的控制方法为:当启停控制器7识别毛刷组件4的倾斜角度大于预设角度时,控制旋转动力件3进行正向匀速旋转,直到毛刷组件4的倾斜角度小于预设角度时,旋转动力件3运行预设时间之后停止转动;当牛尾或者其他物质卷入毛刷组件4,使得毛刷组件4被缠绕停止转动时,启停控制器7识别旋转动力件3运行电流过流时,控制旋转动力件3停止预设时间后再反向转动,启动控制器7控制旋转动力件3在正向转动与反向转动之间切换多次;当旋转动力件3在正向转动与反向转动之间切换多次之后,若启停控制器7识别旋转动力件3运行电流依旧过流时,启停控制器7控制警报器发生警报,提示工人进行人工干预。其他物质包括牛毛、草料。
在一实施例中,当牛体刷装置处于通电状态时,启停控制器7能够通过姿态传感器反馈毛刷组件4当前的倾斜角度,启停控制器7根据毛刷组件4当前角度值进行逻辑判断;当毛刷组件4的倾斜角度大于等于毛刷组件4处于自然状态时的预设角度时,启停控制器7控制旋转动力件3以额定功率正向匀速旋转;当毛刷组件4的倾斜角度小于预设角度时,启停控制器7通过逻辑判断后驱动旋转动力件3运行预设时间后停止;若毛刷组件4的倾斜角度大于预设角度且旋转动力件3的工作电流大于最大预设电流值,则过流检测传感器反馈当前电流值,启停控制器7根据当前电流值判断为牛尾或者其他物质缠住毛刷组件4,启停控制器7控制旋转动力件3驱动毛刷组件4在正向旋转和反向旋转之间往复交替;若往复交替次数大于5次,启停控制器7控制旋转动力件3暂停运行,启停控制器7识别故障错误信息,警报器发生警报,提示工人进行人工干预。在一实施例中,启停控制器7可以为CPU。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种牛体刷装置,包括:
    横梁支架(1),设置为与外界水平固定安装;
    复位组件(2),所述复位组件(2)包括中心轴(21)和扭簧(22),所述中心轴(21)绕竖直轴线(400)转动设置于所述横梁支架(1)的一端,所述扭簧(22)的第一端与所述中心轴(21)连接,所述扭簧(22)的第二端与所述横梁支架(1)连接,所述扭簧(22)设置为限定所述中心轴(21)的旋转角度,且使所述中心轴(21)在自然状态时复位回到预设零点位置;
    旋转动力件(3),设置于所述中心轴(21)的底端;及
    安装于所述旋转动力件(3)的输出端的毛刷组件(4),所述旋转动力件(3)设置为驱动所述毛刷组件(4)旋转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的牛体刷装置,其中,所述毛刷组件(4)处于自然状态时,所述旋转动力件(3)的输出端中心轴线(200)与所述竖直轴线(400)形成预设夹角,所述毛刷组件(4)的中心轴线平行或重合于所述旋转动力件(3)的输出端中心轴线(200)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的牛体刷装置,还包括安装架组件(5),所述安装架组件(5)的上端与所述中心轴(21)连接,所述安装架组件(5)的下端倾斜设置,所述旋转动力件(3)安装于所述安装架组件(5)的下端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的牛体刷装置,其中,所述安装架组件(5)包括摆动连接件(51)和固定架(52),所述摆动连接件(51)的第一端与所述中心轴(21)绕第一水平轴线(300)转动连接,所述摆动连接件(51)的第二端与所述固定架(52)连接,所述旋转动力件(3)安装于所述固定架(52)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的牛体刷装置,其中,所述固定架(52)包括连接台(521)和架体(522),所述连接台(521)倾斜设置于所述架体(522)的顶端,所述连接台(521)与所述摆动连接件(51)绕第一旋转轴线(100)转动连接,所述旋转动力件(3)安装于所述架体(522)上,所述第一水平轴线(300)垂直于所述第一旋转轴线(100)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的牛体刷装置,还包括定位组件(6),所述定位组件(6)包括轴承座(61)和轴承(62),所述轴承座(61)固定安装于所述横梁支架(1)上,所述轴承(62)转动安装于所述轴承座(61)的安装孔内,所述中心轴(21)穿设于所述轴承(62)的内圈。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的牛体刷装置,其中,所述定位组件(6)设置为两 组,其中一组所述定位组件(6)位于所述横梁支架(1)的底端,另一组所述定位组件(6)位于所述横梁支架(1)的顶端,所述中心轴(21)穿设于两组所述定位组件(6)内。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的牛体刷装置,其中,所述扭簧(22)套设于所述中心轴(21)的外周,所述扭簧(22)的第一端与所述中心轴(21)的外壁连接,所述扭簧(22)的第二端与所述轴承座(61)的安装孔的内壁连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的牛体刷装置,其中,所述毛刷组件(4)包括刷辊(41)和刷体(42),所述刷辊(41)安装于所述旋转动力件(3)的输出端,所述刷体(42)绕设于所述刷辊(41)的外周。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的牛体刷装置,还包括启停控制器(7),所述启停控制器(7)安装于所述旋转动力件(3)的一侧,所述启停控制器(7)与所述旋转动力件(3)电连接,所述启停控制器(7)设置为控制所述旋转动力件(3)的运行。
