本申请要求于2021年10月18日提交中国专利局、申请号为202122496848.6、发明名称为“化妆品容器用全塑泵及化妆品容器”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品包装领域,具体涉及一种液体泵用弹性件、化妆品容器用液体泵,以及具有该液体泵的化妆品容器。
背景技术
目前,化妆品包装容器用泵头广泛地用于化妆品包装容器上以方便人们的日常生活使用,其主要用于如洗手液、沐浴露、洗发水、洗脸奶、保湿液等日常清洁与护肤产品中将其中的液体状的化妆品泵出。现有泵头的结构形式多种多样,其通常具有活塞杆、活塞、头帽连接杆及弹簧等组件,需要泵出化妆品时,使用者往下按压头帽连接杆,便可以使得活塞杆向下运动而将预先存放在化妆品容器中的化妆品泵出。化妆品被泵出后,松开手,在弹簧的弹力作用下,活塞杆向上移动,使得化妆品再次被密封在化妆品容器内部,使用非常的方便。
现有的泵头中,弹簧通常为金属弹簧,以提供头帽足够的弹性回复力,在整体回收时需要将该金属弹簧拆卸后单独分离,这造成回收成本较高,以及泵头不能整体回收的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种新型的液体泵用弹性件。

优选地,所述弹性件还包括位于所述第一端部的第一连接环、位于所述第二端部的第二连接环,所述第一连接环与所述第二连接环均为沿周向呈闭合状的环体,所述弹性条的两端分别与所述第一连接环、第二连接环相接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体的实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
以下关于方向的描述,均是按照常规使用液体泵时使用者所观察到的方向予以参考定义的,其目的在于描述液体泵中各部件的相对位置关系,其中,上下方向亦即使用者在使用液体泵时的按压方向。
实施例1
参见图7至图14所示的一种化妆品容器用液体泵,本实施例的液体泵为乳液泵。该液体泵也称为泵头,其包括泵体2、能够相对泵体2的轴向上下运动的头帽4,以及能够提供头帽4向上远离泵体2运动所需作用力的弹性 件3,其中,头帽4的底部固设有连接杆1,头帽4通过连接杆1能够沿上下方向相对滑动地设置于泵体2上。
参见图1至图5所示为上述液体泵中采用的弹性件3的示意图,该弹性件3整体由塑胶材质制成,弹性件3上形成一供如连接杆1等杆状体沿轴向穿过的中空通道,主要用于弹性件3在液体泵中的安装。弹性件3具有能够沿上下方向弹性伸缩的主体部,该主体部由弹性条31螺旋延伸而成。该弹性条31具有一定的高度与厚度,其完全展开的状态下呈扁带状。参见图6所示,本实施例中,弹性条31沿高度方向的纵向剖面为长方形,如图6-1所示,在其他的实施例中,弹性条31的截面也可以设置为正方形、梭形、菱形、椭圆形、工字型、U字型中的一种,如图6-2所示,还可以是其他未列举的截面形状。
弹性件3整体具有分设于自身轴向相异两端的第一端部3a与第二端部3b,弹性件3的外径自第一端部3a向第二端部3b逐渐增大地设置,亦即第一端部3a的外径小于第二端部3b的外径。本实施例中,弹性条31为一条,其呈螺旋上升的方式延伸,且该弹性条31的一端自下而上、由外至内地螺旋延伸,形成如图1至图5所示的弹性件3,该弹性件3的上端部构成第一端部3a,其下端部构成第二端部3b。
参见图7至图10所示,液体泵处于未被按压状态,弹性件3套设在连接杆1的外侧周部,且弹性件3支撑在头帽4与泵体2之间;参见图11至图14所示,头帽4被向下按压,弹性件3在外力的作用下被按压,第一端部3a与第二端部3b之间的距离减小,弹性件3的整体高度减小。再次松开对头帽4的压持时,在弹性件3的弹力作用下头帽4被向上顶起复位。
弹性件3与液体泵的其他部件均采用聚烯烃类原料制成,使得液体泵整体均由塑胶材质制成,该液体泵也称为全塑泵,其可以整体地被回收,而不需要将弹性件3单独地予以分拣回收。
实施例2
参见图15至图22所示,本实施例与实施例1的区别主要在于,本实施例的液体泵中,弹性件3的第一端部3a在下且第二端部3b在上。该弹性件3同样套设在连接杆1上且同样能够提供头帽4向上远离泵体2所需的弹性作用力。
实施例3
参见图23至图26所示,本实施例相比实施例2的区别主要在于,本实施例中,弹性件3还包括位于第一端部3a的第一连接环32,及位于第二端部3b的第二连接环33,弹性条31此处仍为一条,该弹性条31的一端部与第一连接环32相接,弹性条31的另一端部与第二连接环33相接。实际制造时,该弹性条31与第一连接环32、第二连接环33优选采用注塑的方式注塑而呈一体。其中,第一连接环32与第二连接环33均为沿周向呈封闭状的环体,第一连接环32的外径小于第二连接环33的内径。
参见图27、图28所示,弹性件3套设在连接杆1的外侧周部,其两端分别抵靠在头帽4与泵体2之间,从而稳定地提供头帽4向上远离泵体2所需的弹性作用力。
实施例4
参见图29至图32所示,本实施例示出了液体泵中弹性件3的另一种结构形式,具体为,在实施例3中弹性件3的基础上,本实施例的弹性件3中弹性条31有两条,且这两条弹性条31的螺旋旋向相同,每条弹性条31的两端分别接合在第一连接环32与第二连接环33上。
实施例5
参见图33至图38所示,本实施例示出了液体泵中弹性件3的另一种结构形式,具体为,在实施例4中弹性件3的基础上,本实施例的弹性件3中弹性条31有三条,三条弹性条31的螺旋旋向均相同。三条弹性条31沿第一连接环32、第二连接环33的周向依次分布,且每条弹性条31的两端分别接合在第一连接环32与第二连接环33上。
实施例6
参见图39、图40所示,本实施例中示出了一种化妆品容器,其具体为真空罐。该化妆品容器包括用于盛装化妆品的容器本体6,以及可拆卸地与容器本体6配合的容器盖5,此处的液体泵具体为真空泵,该真空泵固定设置在容器本体6上。其中,泵体2上具有沿上下方向延伸的中空状导向柱21,连接杆1能够沿轴向相对滑动地插设在导向柱21上,弹性件3套设在该导向柱21的外侧周部上,并提供头帽4向上远离泵体2所需的作用力。本实施例 中采用的弹性件3的结构与实施例1中的弹性件3的结构相同,且第一端部3a在上、第二端部3b在下。
实施例7
参见图41、图42所示,本实施例与实施例6的主要区别在于,本实施例中,弹性件3的第一端部3a在下、第二端部3b在上;且弹性件3套设在连接杆1上并位于导向柱21的上方。
综上所述,在利用液体泵进行泵压式挤出化妆品的化妆品包装容器中,采用本发明的上述新型液体泵,其中的弹性件3的结构能够在保证提供液体泵中头帽4以足够的弹性回复力的基础上采用全塑材料制成,如此,液体泵整体能够被回收,而不需要专门地将弹簧拆卸分离后再予以回收,回收方便且回收成本降低,也使得液体泵的材料能够被充分地回收利用,避免了环境污染及资源的浪费。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种化妆品容器用液体泵,包括泵体、能够相对所述泵体的轴向上下运动的头帽,以及能够提供所述头帽向上远离所述泵体运动所需作用力的弹性件,其特征在于:所述弹性件整体由塑胶材质制成,所述弹性件至少包括能够沿上下方向弹性伸缩的主体部,所述主体部由一条或多条弹性条螺旋延伸而成,其中,所述弹性件具有分设于自身轴向相异两端的第一端部与第二端部,所述弹性件的外径自所述第一端部向所述第二端部逐渐增大地设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品容器用液体泵,其特征在于:所述弹性件还包括位于所述第一端部的第一连接环,以及位于所述第二端部的第二连接环,所述弹性条的两端分别与所述第一连接环、第二连接环相接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的化妆品容器用液体泵,其特征在于:所述第一连接环的外径小于所述第二连接环的内径。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的化妆品容器用液体泵,其特征在于:所述弹性条有一条或者多条,所有的所述弹性条、所述第一连接环及所述第二连接环一体成型地设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的化妆品容器用液体泵,其特征在于:所述主体部由一条所述弹性条螺旋延伸而成,或者,所述主体部由多条所述弹性条螺旋延伸而成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品容器用液体泵,其特征在于:所述主体部包括多条螺旋延伸的所述弹性条,所有的所述弹性条的螺旋旋向相同。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品容器用液体泵,其特征在于:所述弹性条的横截面呈长方形、正方形、梭形、菱形、椭圆形、工字型、U字型中的一种。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆品容器用液体泵,其特征在于:所述弹性件还具有沿轴向贯穿所述第一端部与所述第二端部的中空通道,所述液体泵具有与所述头帽固定连接的连接杆,所述泵体上具有沿上下方向延伸的中空状导向柱,所述连接杆能够沿轴向相对滑动地插设于所述导向柱上,所述弹性件沿轴向套设在所述连接杆上或者套设在所述导向柱上。
  9. 一种化妆品容器,包括容器本体,其特征在于:还包括如权利要求1至8任一项所述的化妆品容器用液体泵,其中,所述化妆品容器为真空罐。
  10. 一种液体泵用弹性件,其特征在于:所述弹性件整体由塑胶材质制成,所述弹性件至少包括能够沿自身轴向弹性伸缩的主体部,所述主体部由弹性条螺旋延伸而成,所述弹性件具有分设于自身轴向相异两端的第一端部与第二端部,所述弹性件的外径自所述第一端部向所述第二端部逐渐增大地设置,所述弹性件还具有沿轴向贯穿所述第一端部与所述第二端部的中空通道。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的液体泵用弹性件,其特征在于:所述弹性件还包括位于所述第一端部的第一连接环、位于所述第二端部的第二连接环,所述第一连接环与所述第二连接环均为沿周向呈闭合状的环体,所述弹性条的两端分别与所述第一连接环、第二连接环相接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的液体泵用弹性件,其特征在于:所述第一连接环的外径小于所述第二连接环的内径;所述第一连接环、所述弹性条及所述第二连接环一体成型地设置。
  13. 根据权利要求10或11所述的液体泵用弹性件,其特征在于:所述主体部由一条所述弹性条螺旋延伸而成;或者,所述主体部由多条所述弹性条螺旋延伸而成,且所有的所述弹性条的螺旋旋向相同。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的液体泵用弹性件,其特征在于:所述弹性条的横截面呈长方形、正方形、梭形、菱形、椭圆形、工字型、U字型中的一种。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的液体泵用弹性件,其特征在于:所述弹性件整体由同一材料一体成型而呈一整体元件。
  16. 一种液体泵,包括泵体、能够相对所述泵体的轴向上下运动的头帽,其特征在于:还包括如权利要求10至15任一项所述的液体泵用弹性件,所述弹性件设置在所述泵体与所述头帽之间且用于提供所述头帽向上远离所述泵体运动所需作用力。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的液体泵,其特征在于:所述液体泵具有与所述头帽固定连接的连接杆,所述泵体上具有沿上下方向延伸的中空状导向柱,所述连接杆能够沿轴向相对滑动地插设于所述导向柱上,所述弹性件沿轴向套设在所述连接杆上或者套设在所述导向柱上。
  18. 一种化妆品容器,包括容器本体,其特征在于:还包括如权利要求16或17所述的液体泵,所述液体泵设置在所述容器本体上。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的化妆品容器,其特征在于:所述化妆品容器为真空罐。
