请参照图1至图6,在本申请实施例中,该加热餐盒10包括第一盒体100和第二盒体200,第一盒体100和第二盒体200盖合连接以配合形成至少两个相互独立的容纳腔11,第一盒体100和第二盒体200于相邻的两个容纳腔11之间分别形成第一分隔部110和第二分隔部210,其中,第一盒体100于第一分隔部110上形成有在第一分隔部110长度方向延伸的第一阻隔部111,第二盒体200于第二分隔部210上形成有在第二分隔部210长度方向延伸的第二阻隔部211,当第二盒体200与第一盒体100盖合时,第一分隔部110和第二分隔部210接触,且第一阻隔部111与第二阻隔部211密封接触。
加热餐盒10因具有加热餐盒内菜品的效果,故需选用导热性较好的材质。在一实施例中,加热餐盒10为金属箔材质,优选地为铝箔材质,当然也可以是其他的具有良好的导热性且耐高温的材质,在此不对加热餐盒10的具体材质作限制。第一盒体100和第二盒体200均采用具有耐高温且导热性较好的材质,如此,可更好的对加热餐盒10内的菜品进行烹饪或加热,以获得更好的传热效果,当然,也可以仅在第一盒体100和第二盒体200中的其中之一选用耐高温且导热性良好的材质,只要能够实现对加热餐盒10内的菜品进行热传递,实现烹饪或加热即可。
加热餐盒10的第一盒体100和第二盒体200盖合后,第一盒体100上的第一分隔部110和第二盒体200上的第二分隔部210将加热餐盒10分成至少两个相互独立的容纳腔11,用于盛放至少两种菜品,以实现同时对两种或两种以上的菜品进行烹饪或加热。在此为方便说明,将第一分隔部110和第二分隔部210的长度方向定义为容纳腔11的长度方向,第一分隔部110和第二分隔部210可以沿容纳腔11的长度方向延伸,使第一分隔部110和第二分隔部210的长度与容纳腔11的长度一致。当然第一分隔部110和第二分隔部210的长度也可以小于容纳腔11的长度,也即加热餐盒10的边缘在第一分隔部110和第二分隔部210处形成凹陷,如此也可实现至少两个相互独立的容纳腔11,以实现同时对两种或两种以上的菜品进行烹饪或加热。
为防止两种或两种以上的菜品之间的串味,在第一分隔部110上形成有第一阻隔部111,在第二分隔部210上形成有第二阻隔部211,其中第一阻隔部111沿第一分隔部110的长度方向延伸,第二阻隔部211沿第二分隔部210的长度方向延伸。优选地,第一阻隔部111的长度与第一分隔部110一致,第二阻隔部211的长度与第二分隔部210一致;当然,第一阻隔部111的长度也可以略小于第一分隔部110,第二阻隔部211的长度也可以略小于第二分隔部210,只要第一阻隔部111与第二阻隔部211长度一致,当第一盒体100与第二盒体200盖合时,第一阻隔部111与第二阻隔部211能密封接触,实现至少两个相互独立的容纳腔11内的菜品不会串味即可。
本申请的一个技术方案通过第一盒体100和第二盒体200的盖合连接形成至少两个相互独立的容纳腔11,以容纳多种菜品,实现了炒菜机同时对多种菜品的烹饪或加热。同时在相邻的容纳腔11之间的第一分隔部110和第二分隔部210上分别设置第一阻隔部111和第二阻隔部211,利用第一盒体100和第二盒体200盖合时,第一阻隔部111和第二阻隔部211的密封接触,以实现多个容纳腔11之间的相互独立密封分离,从而避免了多个容纳腔11中的不同菜品之间的渗漏和串味,保证了炒菜机同时对多种菜品进行烹饪或加热时,每种菜品的味道和口感不会受其他菜品的影响。相较于现有技术中无防串味设计的餐盒,本方案可防止多种菜品同时烹饪或加热时出现的串味。
具体地,第一阻隔部111和第二阻隔部211中的两者之一为凸筋结构,两者之另一为凹槽结构,当第二盒体200盖合于第一盒体100时,凸筋结构卡入凹槽结构中。在本申请图中示出的方案,第一盒体100上形成有朝向第二盒体200方向凸出的凸筋结构,第二盒体200上形成有背离第一盒体100方向向内凹陷的凹槽结构,当第一盒体100与第二盒体200盖合时,第一盒体100上的凸筋结构卡入第二盒体200上的凹陷结构,以使加热餐盒10形成相互独立密封的多个容纳腔11,避免了位于多个容纳腔11内的多个菜品之间的串味。当然,也可以在第一盒体100上设置凹陷结构,在第二盒体200上设置凸筋结构,只要能实现多个独立的容纳腔11之间的密封即可。另外,凸筋结构和凹槽结构的截面形状可以是圆形、三角形、多边形等,在此,不对其作限制。
进一步地,为提高第一盒体100和第二盒体200连接的稳定性,第一盒体100和第二盒体200之间还设置有防脱结构12,防脱结构12用于第一盒体100与第二盒体200盖合后的固定。具体地,防脱结构12包括形成于第一盒体100和第二盒体200二者之一的卡接凸部120和二者之另一的卡接凹部220,当第二盒体200盖合于第一盒体100时,卡接凸部120卡入卡接凹部220中。
例如,卡接凸部120为环绕第一盒体100边缘的卡筋,卡接凹部220为环绕第二盒体200边缘的卡槽。在本申请图中示出的方案,第一盒体100上形成有卡接凸部120,即环绕第一盒体100的边缘设有卡筋,第二盒体200上形成有卡接凹部220,即环绕第二盒体200的边缘设有卡槽。如此,当第一盒体100与第二盒体200盖合时,卡筋卡入卡槽内以加强第一盒体100与第二盒体200之间的连接稳定性,防止在烹饪或加热过程中加热餐盒10因受外力而打开,造成的菜品的渗漏。当然,也可以在第一盒体100上设有卡槽,在第二盒体200上设有卡筋,只要能加强第一盒体100和第二盒体200的固定即可。另外,卡槽和卡筋的截面形状可以是圆形、三角形、多边形等,在此,不对其作限制。
或者,卡接凸部120也可以为绕第一盒体100边缘间隔设置的凸起,卡接凹部220为绕第二盒体200边缘间隔设置的凹口。多个凸起与多个凹口分别在第一盒体100和第二盒体200的边缘间隔排布,优选地为均匀间隔排布,当然可以是不均匀的间隔排布。凸起和凹口的数量可以为奇数如3个、5个,也可以为偶数如4个、6个,在此也不对凸起和凹口的数量作限制。当第一盒体100与第二盒体200盖合时,多个凸起与多个凹口一一对应扣合连接,以使第一盒体100和第二盒体200的固定更稳定。当然,也可以在第一盒体100上设置凹口,在第二盒体200上设置凸起,只要能实现凹口与凸起的卡接,进而实现第一盒体100和第二盒体200的稳定固定即可。另外,凸起和凹口的截面形状可以是圆形、三角形、长方形等,在此,不对其作限制。
当然,防脱结构12还可以采用磁铁实现,如在第一盒体100和第二盒体200的边缘均设有磁条,当第一盒体100与第二盒体200盖合时,利用磁条的磁吸实现加强第一盒体100和第二盒体200之间的固定连接。
在一实施例中,第一盒体100和第二盒体200的其中之一上还设有透气结构,透气结构用于在加热餐盒10内的气体受热膨胀导致压力达到预设值时将膨胀气体进行释放。透气结构的设置,有效避免了菜品在烹饪或加热的过程中,因加热餐盒10内的温度过高,压力变大而使加热餐盒10膨胀甚至炸开的情况,增强了加热餐盒10使用过程的安全性。具体地,透气结构为多组透气孔150,透气孔150可以设置在第一盒体100或第二盒体200的任意一盒体上,或两个盒体上,可以设置在盒体的侧壁或底壁,透气孔150的形状可以是圆形孔、方形孔或异形孔,在此不对透气孔150的形状、数量、位置作限制,只要其能够实现在加热餐盒10内的气体受热膨胀导致压力达到预设值时将膨胀气体进行释放即可。当然,透气结构还可以是开盖式等其他结构。
在一实施例中,第一盒体100包括多个第一罩盖130和连接于第一盒体100边缘的第一翻边140,相邻两个第一罩盖130通过第一分隔部110相连接,第二盒体200包括多个第二罩盖230和连接于第二盒体200边缘的第二翻边240,相邻两个第二罩盖230通过第二分隔部210相连,当第一盒体100盖合于第二盒体200时,第一罩盖130与第二罩盖230两两相对设置,第一翻边140与第二翻边240抵接,第一分隔部110与第二分隔部210接触,以形成多个容纳腔11。如此,形成的多个容纳腔11可用于容纳多种菜品,从而方便炒菜机同时对多种菜品进行烹饪或加热,节省了烹饪或加热的时间,提高了烹饪或加热的效率。同时,多个容纳腔11之间互相独立分隔,可以更有效的防止多种菜品间的串味,保证了多种菜品的口味不受彼此的影响。另外,第一翻边140与第二翻边240的抵接为第一盒体100和第二盒体200的连接提供了固定位,使得第一盒体100和第二盒体200之间的连接更加稳定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种加热餐盒,其中,所述加热餐盒包括第一盒体和第二盒体,所述第一盒体和所述第二盒体盖合连接以配合形成至少两个相互独立的容纳腔,所述第一盒体和所述第二盒体于相邻的两个所述容纳腔之间分别形成第一分隔部和第二分隔部,其中,所述第一盒体于所述第一分隔部上形成有在第一分隔部长度方向延伸的第一阻隔部,所述第二盒体于所述第二分隔部上形成有在第二分隔部长度方向延伸的第二阻隔部,当所述第二盒体与所述第一盒体盖合时,所述第一分隔部和第二分隔部接触,且所述第一阻隔部与所述第二阻隔部密封接触。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的加热餐盒,其中,所述第一阻隔部和所述第二阻隔部中的两者之一为凸筋结构,两者之另一为凹槽结构,当所述第二盒体盖合于所述第一盒体时,所述凸筋结构卡入所述凹槽结构中。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的加热餐盒,其中,所述第一盒体和所述第二盒体之间还设置有防脱结构,所述防脱结构用于所述第一盒体与所述第二盒体盖合后的固定。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的加热餐盒,其中,所述防脱结构包括形成于所述第一盒体和所述第二盒体二者之一的卡接凸部和二者之另一的卡接凹部,当所述第二盒体盖合于所述第一盒体时,所述卡接凸部卡入所述卡接凹部中。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的加热餐盒,其中,所述卡接凸部为环绕所述第一盒体边缘的卡筋,所述卡接凹部为环绕所述第二盒体边缘的卡槽。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的加热餐盒,其中,所述卡接凸部为绕所述第一盒体边缘间隔设置的凸起,所述卡接凹部为绕所述第二盒体边缘间隔设置的凹口。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的加热餐盒,其中,所述第一盒体和所述第二盒体的其中之一上还设有透气结构,所述透气结构用于在所述加热餐盒内的气体受热膨胀导致压力达到预设值时将膨胀气体进行释放。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的加热餐盒,其中,所述透气结构为多组透气孔。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的加热餐盒,其中,所述第一盒体包括多个第一罩盖和连接于所述第一盒体边缘的第一翻边,相邻两个所述第一罩盖通过所述第一分隔部相连接,所述第二盒体包括多个第二罩盖和连接于所述第二盒体边缘的第二翻边,相邻两个所述第二罩盖通过所述第二分隔部相连,当所述第一盒体盖合于所述第二盒体时,所述第一罩盖与所述第二罩盖两两相对设置,所述第一翻边与所述第二翻边抵接,所述第一分隔部与所述第二分隔部接触,以形成多个所述容纳腔。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的加热餐盒,其中,所述加热餐盒为金属箔材质。
