活动连接机构30包括滑动连接的第一滑动件31和第二滑动件32,第一滑动件31设置在座椅本体10上,第二滑动件32设置在坐垫20上,在座椅本体10上设有固定第一滑动件31的支架13,通过活动连接机构30的限制与配合,坐垫20可以相对座椅本体10前后移动。作为优选,第一滑动件31选用滑杆或滑轮,第二滑动件32选用与滑杆或滑轮相契合的滑轨,滑杆或滑轮不得脱离滑轨,这样活动连接机构30也能保证坐垫20不脱落。需要说明的是,无论支架13还是坐垫支撑结构都是座椅本体10的一部分,故将第一滑动件31固定在坐垫支撑结构上还是座椅本体10的其它位置,理应纳入本发明的保护范围。
坐垫20前移时,人体容易向前滑动,坐垫20前端翘高有利于防止人体向前滑动,具体地,坐垫20的上表面设计为与水平面呈固定夹角B,B=0~10°,可以是坐垫20为平板,整个坐垫20与水平面呈0~10°的夹角。或者,也可以通过在坐垫20的前端设置一个拱坡来实现上述目的。
坐垫20放置于坐垫支撑结构的上方,对来自坐垫20的压力起主要支撑作用。坐垫支撑结构包括至少两根支撑杆14,这里以三根支撑杆14为例,其中两根支撑杆14相互平行设置,剩下的一根支撑杆14则垂直连接与这两根平行的支撑杆14之间。三根支撑杆14之间形成一空腔,活动连接机构位于该空腔的下方。活动连接机构设置在空腔的下方可以减少与座椅本体10等的干涉,而且可以被坐垫20遮挡,相当于将活动连接机构隐藏了起来,从而提升座椅整体的美观程度,也能避免落座者的衣服绞入其中,为了提升滑动的流畅度,第一滑动件31和第二滑动件32之间会涂润滑油,这般设置可以避免弄脏衣服。
为了更进一步地对坐垫20的移动范围进行限制,防止使用不当导致坐垫20脱落,在坐垫20底部还设有限位块21,第二滑动件32可以直接与坐垫20连接,也可以与限位块21连接。在座椅本体10上设有与该限位块21配合两根止位杆15,限位块21位于两根止位杆15之间,垂直设置的那根支撑杆14作为止位杆15使用。
弹性件40的一端与座椅本体10连接,另一端与坐垫20连接,弹性件40用于将坐垫20复位,例如坐垫20前移时,落座者离开座位,在弹性件40的作用力下,坐垫20会恢复原始位置,这样也是对座椅的一种保护,可以避免坐垫20保持前移状态时人体突然落座导致摔倒或坐垫20损坏。落座者站起时,在弹性件40的作用下,坐垫20复位,坐垫20不会抵靠在落座者的腿窝处,利于站起,舒适度也更好。弹性件40可以选用弹簧或气弹簧或弹力绳或弹力带,气弹簧作为优选,其具有一定缓冲作用,可以避免座椅快速移动导致的人体摔倒或惊吓,而弹簧、弹力绳或弹力带则能响应速度快,采购者可以选择适宜的弹性件40或者自行替换。当然,不设置弹性件40也是可以的,用户可以自行用手或腿将坐垫20复位。
如图6~7所示,正常落座时,坐垫20保持初始位置,背垫12竖直或微倾斜以提供腰部支撑。当落座者慢慢后靠时,坐垫20缓慢向前滑动,同时背垫12 也跟随转动,使得落座者的腰部始终能够得到有效支撑,而臀部的接触面积能够保持不变,座椅能够适配落座者的位姿,保证落座的舒适性。即使是对于“葛优躺”的坐姿也能起到有效的腰部支撑,维护人体健康。
为了方便运输和现场组装,将座椅本体10除第一预装件16、第二预装件17、背挡条11和背垫12以外的部件都整合在一起,即为坐垫支撑结构。坐垫支撑结构、坐垫20和活动连接机构30按照其连接关系装配组成第三预装件50。故在运输时,座椅被分解为以下五部分进行运输:第一预装件16、第二预装件17、背挡条11、背垫12和第三预装件50。座椅分解后占用空间更小,利于打包运输。
在座椅组装时,通过螺丝61、螺母62、内螺纹套63、螺杆64、榫65、垫块66等连接件,即可快速地组装出座椅,具体组装顺序参见图8~15。
实施例二:
本实施例与实施例一相比,区别在于:将第一滑动件31与坐垫20固定,而第二滑动件32与座椅本体10固定。与实施例一相比,两者原理及作用相似,本实施例中不再赘述。
实施例三:
如图16所示,本实施例与实施例一相比,区别在于:活动连接机构30直接选用滑轮,滑轮分别设置在坐垫20的两侧,可以在坐垫20两侧并排设置多组滑轮以提高滑行的流畅度。在两根平行设置的支撑杆14上设有与滑轮配合的限位槽141。另外,因为活动连接机构30改变,取消支架13。这种设置使得整体的结构更加简单,利于成本的控制。
实施例四:
本实施例与实施例三相比,区别在于:滑轮分别设置在两根平行设置的支撑杆14上,在坐垫20的两侧设有与滑轮配合的限位槽141。与实施例三相比,两者原理及作用相似。
工业实用性
综上,本发明所述的座椅,其座椅本体包括了坐垫支撑结构,其为坐垫提供支撑力,坐垫通过活动连接机构在坐垫支撑结构上前后滑动,落座者抵靠在座椅本体上的力会同样作用到坐垫上,使坐垫滑动以适配落座者当前的位姿,从而提高落座者的舒适度,落座者也可以自行调整坐垫位置来找寻一个较为舒适的坐姿, 坐垫向前滑动相当于坐垫向前延伸,还能有助于落座者伸展身体,也适宜落座者后靠休息小憩。而且本发明相比于折叠躺椅,其活动幅度小,占用地小,而且结构简单、精巧,造价低,环境适用性更好。另外,本发明座椅可以分解为第一预装件、第二预装件和第三预装件,以利于运输,而且装配简单。本发明所述的座椅具有工业实用性。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种座椅,其特征在于:包括座椅本体、坐垫和活动连接机构,所述座椅本体包括坐垫支撑结构,所述活动连接机构分别与坐垫和座椅本体连接;所述坐垫可通过活动连接机构在坐垫支撑结构上前后移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述活动连接机构为滑轮,所述滑轮设置在坐垫上,所述坐垫支撑结构上设有与滑轮配合的限位槽,或者,所述活动连接机构为滑轮,所述滑轮设置在坐垫支撑结构上,所述坐垫上设有与滑轮配合的限位槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述活动连接机构包括滑动连接的第一滑动件和第二滑动件;所述第一滑动件设置在座椅本体上,所述第二滑动件设置在坐垫上,或者,所述第一滑动件设置在坐垫上,所述第二滑动件设置在座椅本体上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述第一滑动件为滑杆或滑轮,所述第二滑动件为滑轨。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述坐垫支撑结构包括至少两根支撑杆,所述支撑杆之间形成一空腔,所述活动连接机构位于该空腔的下方,且所述座椅本体上设有安装所述第一滑动件或第二滑动件的支架。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于:还包括至少一用于将所述坐垫复位的弹性件,所述弹性件一端与所述座椅本体连接,另一端与所述坐垫连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述弹性件为弹簧或气弹簧或弹力绳或弹力带。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述座椅本体上设有用于支撑后背的背挡条。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述座椅本体上还设有背垫。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述背垫可拆卸地固定在背挡条上。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述背垫转动连接在背挡条上。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述背垫转动连接在所述座椅本体上,且所述背垫抵靠所述背挡条。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述坐垫底部还设有用于限制坐垫移动范围的限位块,所述座椅本体上设有与该限位块配合两根止位杆,所述限位块位于两根止位杆之间。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述坐垫的上表面与水平面呈0~10°夹角。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述坐垫的前端设有用于防止落座者滑落的拱坡。
  16. 根据权利要求1~15所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述座椅本体还包括第一预装件和第二预装件;所述坐垫支撑结构、活动连接机构和坐垫装配组成第三预装件;所述第一预装件、第二预装件和第三预装件通过螺栓连接组成所述的座椅。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述第一预装件和第二预装件对称设置。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述第一预装件和第二预装件均包括扶手以及至少两支腿,所述扶手固定在支腿上。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的座椅,其特征在于:所述背挡条通过螺栓连接在第一预装件和第二预装件之间。
