B、洗洁精清洗阶段:当电加热器停止加热后,员工按下清洗按钮,清洗按钮通过信号线将信号传给控制器,控制器通过控制线控制增压泵和计量泵运行、喷淋阀和回水阀打开、同步电机正转、密封换向阀通电动作;计量泵将清洁剂箱中的清洁剂按设定的剂量加入回水箱中,然后控制器通过控制线控制计量泵停止运行;密封换向阀的进气口P与出气口A连通,气体推动伸缩杆缩回,密封板将回水孔打开;贮水箱中的热水从回水管经喷淋阀进入喷水系统,同步电机带动滑块从直线导轨前端向后端按设定的移动速度匀速移动,滑块上的喷水系统同时移动,水从半圆型喷头中喷出,形成均匀的倾斜的水幕;而喷洗餐具的水下落后返回回水箱时,将清洁剂溶入热水中,热水经回水孔返回贮水箱中;一段时间后,滑块到达设定的移动距离时,控制器通过控制线控制同步电机反转、喷头换向阀通电动作,喷头换向阀的进气口P与出气口B连通,气体推动挡板运行,短拨件和长拨件将上旋转管、中旋转管、下旋转管旋转一定角度,使倾斜的水幕换成与另一个角度,另一个角度与原角度沿垂直面对称;同步电机带动喷水系统从直线导轨后端向前端按设定的移动速度匀速移动;一段时间后,滑块回到前端的原位置时,控制器通过控制线控制喷头换向阀通电动作,喷头换向阀的进气口P与出气口A连通,气体推动挡板运行,短拨件和长拨件将上旋转管、中旋转管、下旋转管旋转回原来的位置,完成一次喷水系统的反复运行;如此反复运行次后;控制器通过控制线控制增压泵停止运行、回水阀关闭;
C、排污水阶段:员工按下排水按钮,排水按钮通过信号线将信号传给控制器,控制器通过控制线控制排水阀打开;过一定时间当贮水箱中的污水排空后,控制器通过控制线控制排水阀关闭。
所述设定的温度范围值为70℃-80℃,所述同步电机功率为750W,电加热器功率为3KW,总储水量40Kg。
所述设定的移动距离为1780mm,设定的移动速度为130-150mm/s。
