制动手柄在蝶式刹车中主要用于控制制动盘两侧蹄片相对运动实现与制动盘之间相互夹紧,其连接方式主要有钢索连接或者液压传动,其中钢索式的连接结构具有制造简单成本低的优点,现有技术中,钢索的端部通常是直接卡在柄体上,容易将钢索皮套磨破,并且直接卡入式结构钢索端部通常直接位于柄体外,其卡紧处容易被外物堵住造成制动异常或者钢索断裂。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种将钢索的连接位置和连接结构进行改进,并增加防护罩起到保护连接处防止被异物卡死的制动手柄。

在上述带防护功能的电动车制动手柄中,所述的盖板呈包裹式结构即盖板的两侧内壁与固定座的两侧外壁间隙配合。
在上述带防护功能的电动车制动手柄中,所述的固定座上位于钢索的上下两端开设有卡槽,所述固定座的侧方位于盖板内设置有挡板,所述的挡板卡入卡槽内,所述的挡板通过螺丝与固定座进一步固定。
在上述带防护功能的电动车制动手柄中,所述固定座的内部设置有密封套,所述的钢索穿过该密封套使接触面形成密封。
本制动手柄将传统的柄体与钢索的直连接结构改进为在两者之间设置连接座和连杆,使钢索与连接座固定,连杆两端与柄体连接座铰接,因此在制动时连接座会与固定座内部形成限位使其可以拉动钢索直线运动,钢索活动时不会与外部接触不易磨损,也使得制动稳定性更好,并且在固定座上方增加盖板,外部杂物不易进入固定座内影响制动,进一步的,盖板为可开合式结构,便于手柄的整体装配,也方便后期在固定座内部各个配合面添加润滑油。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本制动手柄主要通过将传统钢索的直连式改进成铰接式并配合开合式的盖板使其具有制动更加稳定,防护性更好也便于后期维护的优点。

进一步说明,盖板7呈包裹式结构即盖板7的两侧内壁与固定座2的两侧外壁间隙配合,该结构的设计使固定座2的两侧具有防水效果,水流不易从端面进入固定座2内。
其中,固定座2上位于钢索3的上下两端开设有卡槽8,固定座2的侧方位于盖板7内设置有挡板9,挡板9卡入卡槽8内,挡板9通过螺丝与固定座2进一步固定,固定座2的侧面通过设置挡板9使其便于制造时的内部装配,组装更加便捷。
固定座2的内部设置有密封套10,钢索3穿过该密封套10使接触面形成密封,由于下雨时水流容易顺着钢索3流动,通过设置密封套10可以防止水流进入固定座2内使内部生锈。
