- 前記表示制御部は、前記グラフに追加した前記第2データツリーの解析結果を削除する操作が前記ユーザにより行われた場合、前記グラフに追加した前記第2データツリーの前記細胞画像の解析結果を、前記グラフから削除するように、前記グラフを更新するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の細胞画像解析システム。
- 前記横軸パラメータは、細胞の培養または撮像に関する付随情報である、請求項1に記載の細胞画像解析システム。
- 前記縦軸パラメータは、前記細胞画像に基づく特徴量である、請求項1に記載の細胞画像解析システム。
- 前記データツリーは、表示画面上で階層構造を有する仮想的なデータツリーとして構成されている、請求項1に記載の細胞画像解析システム。
- 前記第2データツリーの前記細胞画像の解析結果を追加した前記グラフの基となった前記細胞画像、および、前記第2データツリーの前記細胞画像の解析結果を追加した前記グラフを、CSVファイルとして出力するファイル出力部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の細胞画像解析システム。
- 前記ファイル出力部は、細胞培養に関するプロジェクトおよび培養条件の情報の少なくとも1つを含む付加情報を付加した状態で、前記CSVファイルを出力するように構成されている、請求項10に記載の細胞画像解析システム。
- 前記表示制御部は、前記データツリー記憶部に記憶された前記複数のデータツリーのうち、前記第1データツリーと同一の前記横軸パラメータおよび異なる前記縦軸パラメータを有する、前記第1データツリーとは異なる第3データツリーを、前記ユーザにより選択可能に表示するとともに、前記ユーザにより前記第3データツリーが選択された場合、前記ユーザにより選択された前記第3データツリーの前記細胞画像の解析結果を、前記グラフに追加するように、前記グラフを更新するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の細胞画像解析システム。
