Description

The present invention relates to load carriers which are mobile inside a transport vehicle so as to be able to carry an external load inside the vehicle. The invention relates more particularly to a safety device capable of blocking the trolley inside the vehicle in the transport position while being capable of informing the user.
[0002] In the context of transport vehicles, for example utility vehicles, it is necessary to be able to switch from one use to another quickly or to make the vehicle versatile in order to optimize the rate of use of a transport vehicle. . This is all the more useful in the context of a fleet of electric vehicles, when you want to use the same vehicle in different activities to amortize its initial cost. For this, the use of a mobile and extractable trolley from the vehicle in order to embark an external load of the workshop type, or camping module or goods storage module or refrigeration module type, etc. makes it possible to dissociate the vehicle from its use and to quickly adapt its interior equipment. For this, it is necessary to be able to remove the assembly formed by the mobile carriage and the external load from the loading area of the vehicle, in a single block, in order thus to be able to empty the vehicle quickly and then to be able to recharge it with a load. different just as quickly. Thus, by easily adapting the vehicle to its use, the same vehicle can serve different trades, or have several uses.
[0003] Various solutions are known which make it possible to equip a commercial vehicle with a mobile carriage able to carry a load and to move it outside the vehicle. Such a solution is described in the document EPI 026063. This document describes a mobile carriage for a utility vehicle comprising a load-carrying platform equipped with four feet each provided with a wheel at its free end, the two front feet, respectively rear, being foldable and height adjustable simultaneously. The mobile carriage according to this document is provided with several front and rear stops which each come into contact with a stop opposite provided, it, on a receiving surface of the vehicle in order to ensure the blocking in position of the carriage relative to the vehicle. To do this, the engagement and disengagement of the stops of the mobile carriage and of the vehicle is possible only by carrying out a height adjustment of the front and rear feet. Such an operation requires multiple successive maneuvers of adjustment and verification of the different positions of the components of the carriage relative to the vehicle on the part of the operator, which involves a lot of time to enter and exit the carriage from the vehicle. In addition, in the event of defective assembly or malfunction of said stops, the carriage risks no longer being well secured, without the operator being aware of this.
[0004] An object of the invention is to remedy the aforementioned drawbacks and to provide an original solution for a safety device for a mobile load-carrying trolley making it possible to quickly block the trolley inside the vehicle in the transport position. , while being able to inform the user thereof.
[0005] This objective is achieved by the invention which proposes a mobile load-carrying carriage comprising a load-carrying plate and displacement means capable of ensuring the displacement of the plate inside a transport vehicle between a position completely retracted into a reception space at the rear of the vehicle and an extended position therefrom, said carriage comprising means for locking said load-carrying platform in the retracted position in the vehicle, characterized in that said locking means comprise a lever for actuating means for locking the platform between a first position in which the locking means are unlocked so as to allow movement of the platform relative to the vehicle and a second position for locking the platform in which the locking means are locked so as to prevent movement of the tray relative to the vehicle and in that the lever is made so as to protrude relative to the rear end of the tray in the unlocked position and to disappear relative to the end rear of the tray when said lever is in the tray locking position.
In other words, the invention provides a device for locking the load-carrying trolley in the transport position, inside a transport vehicle, said device comprising a lever projecting with respect to the rear end of the trolley in the carriage release position. The rear end of the carriage is understood to mean the end located at the rear of the transport vehicle, as opposed to its front end, located closer to the front of the vehicle. [0007] More particularly according to the invention, the actuating lever of the locking device passes from a first position in which it protrudes with respect to the rear end of the carriage, when the latter is unlocked or unlocked and can be moved, to a second position in which it disappears relative to the rear end of the carriage when the latter is in the locked position, therefore without any possibility of movement inside the transport vehicle. Thus, when the lever disappears, the truck being completely retracted in the reception space inside the transport vehicle, the operator can close the doors of the vehicle, which is not possible with a protruding lever , which testifies to the unlocked position of the carriage. The lever is of course dimensioned so that, in the unlocked position of the plate, it protrudes with respect to the reception space of the vehicle so as to prevent the doors of the vehicle from closing.
[0008] This makes it possible to ensure that the load carrier (which is required to carry fairly heavy loads of the order of a few hundred kg) is well anchored in the vehicle, being locked or blocked in the position of transport, without any possibility of movement. This ensures increased safety when moving the vehicle, while allowing the operator to be informed.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the locking means may comprise a stop provided to cooperate with a notch fixed inside said reception space of the vehicle which is movable between a first unlocking position of the plate in which the stopper does not cooperate with the notch and a second locking position of the plate in which the stopper is inserted inside the notch. In other embodiments of the invention, the locking means may comprise a latch device, of the type comprising a bolt and a keeper or rotary hook or even a magnetic system of the electromagnet type, etc.
[0010] Said lever can be connected to a connecting rod provided with a central pivot and two rotary end joints connecting the connecting rod to actuating arms of said mobile stop. The longitudinal axis of said lever can pass through the center of rotation of said pivot and it is inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of said connecting rod. Thus, thanks to the inclination of the lever, the latter can be housed in a recess in the frame of the tray, set back with respect to the rear end of the tray of the carriage.
[0012] The load-carrying platform can be supported by four feet each provided with a wheel at its free end allowing it to move and bear on the ground when it is in the extended position, said feet being retractable between a position unfolded when they rest on the ground and a folded position when they are at the level of the platform or above it.
[0013] Said lever can be made in such a way as to prevent the feet of the load-carrying plate from moving into the unfolded position in the locking position of the plate.
In the various figures, identical or similar elements bear the same reference. Their description is therefore not systematically repeated.
[0022] Figure 1 schematically illustrates the rear part of a transport vehicle 100 of the van type and of a load-carrying trolley 1 of the invention capable of being introduced into a reception space 110 of the vehicle. The trolley 1 comprises a load-carrying plate 2 made in the form of a metal frame 3, more particularly metal-welded based on metal longitudinal members and crosspieces giving it the rigidity necessary to support a load of a few hundred kg. The plate 2 has a flat surface on which is fixed a floor 4 supported by the frame 3. The carriage 1 has a front end 5a and a rear end 5b, as defined with respect to the front and rear parts of the vehicle 100, and it is supported at each of its ends by a pair of front legs 6a and a pair of rear legs 6b, as shown in Figure 2.
The front 6a and rear 6b legs are provided with wheels 7a, 7b respectively at their free ends intended to rest on the ground. The front 6a and rear 6b legs are retractable between a first folded position in which they are stored within the tray and a second unfolded position in which their respective wheels bear on the ground. The two front legs 6a are telescopic and kinematically connected together so that they can be adjusted in height simultaneously, in particular by actuating a crank which drives a mechanism of the nut/worm type, or using an electric jack. It is the same for the rear feet 6b which are also connected kinematically and adjustable in height simultaneously. The rear wheels 7b are steerable and the front wheels 7a are non-steerable in order to make the carriage more manageable.
The carriage 1 comprises several vertical supports 8 extending upwards being perpendicular to the surface of the floor 4. The supports 8 have the role of maintaining and/or guiding the necessary arrangements corresponding to the load to be transported. In the example shown in Figures 2 to 4, the trolley 1 is provided for the installation of a workshop with several shelves (not shown in the drawings) intended to support the tool boxes. In this case, the supports 8 have a T-shape, the upper horizontal part of which forms a crosspiece 8a which serves as a means of guiding in horizontal translation, in a direction transverse to the plate, of the various shelves. Indeed, the shelves facing each other in the longitudinal direction of the carriage 1 are brought together transversely when the carriage 1 is introduced into the reception space 110 of the vehicle and they are caused to move apart transversely from one another. the other in order to occupy the entire volume of the reception space 110, more particularly the space above the wheels.
The left part of Figure 2 illustrates an anchoring device 50 which is provided with means for fixing to the floor of the vehicle, inside the reception space 110, and thus forms a carriage guide interface 1, illustrated in the right part of Figure 2, in the completely out of the vehicle position. More particularly, the anchoring equipment 50 comprises several lateral guide elements 51, 52, 53, 54 distributed over the length of the reception space 110 and a crosspiece 55 forming a front stop for the carriage 1. side guides 51, 53 face the guide elements facing each other 52, 54 being spaced apart by a distance substantially equal to the width of the carriage 1. They are each provided with one or more rollers 57 free to rotate around a vertical axis (or perpendicular to the floor of the vehicle) which come into contact with the longitudinal sides 9 of the frame 3 of the carriage 1 and ensure its sliding guidance during its movement in the reception space 110 of the vehicle. In order to allow the movement of the carriage 1, the lower surface (facing the floor of the vehicle) is provided with wheels 10 (fig. 3) by means of which it moves on the floor of the reception space 110. The rollers 10 form the means for moving the carriage 1 inside the vehicle. The movement can be carried out manually by the operator or using an electric cylinder which is actuated to push or pull the carriage. The crosspiece 55 also comprises a battery of connectors 59 comprising means of automatic connection with the connectors 19 of the carriage 1 and making it possible to ensure to the carriage 1 the arrival of electrical energy, compressed air, fluids, etc from vehicle 100.
2). [0026] Figure 3 illustrates in a perspective view the carriage 1 in the retracted position in the reception space of a vehicle, the front part 5a of the plate 2 of the carriage being in abutment against the crosspiece 55 of the equipment of anchoring in the vehicle, the plate being guided inside the latter by the guide elements 51, 52, 53, 54. The automatic connectors 19 of the plate 2 are also connected to the connectors 59 of the equipment of anchor to supply tray 2 with energy, etc. The front 6a and rear 6b legs are retracted into a storage position within the carriage. More precisely, the rear legs 6b are folded down by a rotation of 180° around a horizontal pivot axis located at the level of the frame 3 of the plate with respect to their position illustrated in FIG. 2 in which they rest on the ground. They are thus in a vertical position and set back with respect to a vertical plane P tangent to the rear end 5b of the plate 2 and are fixed in this position. Similarly, the front feet 6a are retracted into the storage position, relative to their position illustrated in Figure 2, by pivoting 90° about a horizontal axis carried by the frame 3, they are in a horizontal position in a housing provided for this purpose within the plate 2 and are fixed in this position. The return to the position of support on the ground of the front 6a and rear 6b feet, as illustrated in FIG. 2, is done by unlocking the fixing means in their storage position, pivoting around the respective pivot axes and their fixing in the position of support on the ground using the fixing flanges 11 (fig. 2).
According to the invention, and as best seen in Figures 4 to 6, the carriage 1 comprises means 30 for locking the carriage in the fully retracted position in the receiving space 110 of the transport vehicle 100. More particularly, the locking means comprise a lever 31 for actuating in movement a stop 40 provided to cooperate with a notch 41 fixed inside said space for receiving the vehicle, between a first position for unlocking the plate 2 in which the abutment 40 does not cooperate with the notch 41 and a second locking position of the plate 2 in which the abutment 40 is inserted inside the notch 41. According to the invention also, the lever 31 is made in such a way as to protrude with respect to the rear end 5b of the plate 2 in the unlocking position and to disappear with respect to the rear end 5b of the plate 2 when the said lever is in the unlocked position. tray lock 2.
As best seen in Figures 5 and 6, the notch 41 is located in a lateral guide element 52, a similar notch being provided for the same purpose in the lateral guide element 51 vis-à-vis . The stop 40 is located at the end of a rod 42 driven in a horizontal sliding movement relative to the notch 41 when the lever 31 is actuated. The lever 31 is connected to a connecting rod 32 provided with a central pivot 33, whose axis of rotation is mounted on a crosspiece 38 of the plate 2, and two rotary end joints 34 and 35 each connecting the connecting rod 32 to arms 36 and 37 which are in turn articulated to the rod 42 carrying the movable stop 40. The arm 36 is longer than the arm 37, it has a length of approximately three times greater than that of the arm 37. As a result, the central pivot 33 is closer to an edge 9 of the frame 3 of the plate than of the edge 9 opposite it. The joints 34, 35 and the pivot 33 are aligned along the longitudinal axis of the connecting rod 32 which is itself aligned along the transverse direction of the plate 2 in the locking position (Fig. 5 and 6).
The longitudinal axis of the lever 31 passes through the center of rotation of the central pivot 33 and it is inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the connecting rod 32. More particularly, the longitudinal axis of the lever passing through the central pivot 33 makes a angle greater than 90° with the axis passing through the two joints 34 and 35 on the side corresponding to the direction of unlocking of the plate (fig. 5 and 6). This inclined lever construction coupled to a connecting rod whose central pivot point is located closer to one side edge than the other, allows the lever 31, when it is in the locking position of the plate 2, to come position in a housing 39 (fig. 6) made in the edge of the frame 3 of the rear end 5b, just below the pivot axis in the unfolded position of the rear legs 6b, which thus prevents any manipulation of the rear legs 6b. In the example illustrated the lever 31 and the connecting rod 32 are made in one piece, but they can also be assembled from two different parts. One can, of course, in a variant, that the lever 31 does not pass through the central pivot 33 of the connecting rod 32 while ensuring the same security purpose and this in a different environment.
We will explain in what follows the operation of the mobile load carrier of the invention. The carriage 1 is initially located outside the transport vehicle in order to be able to install a payload, for example a workshop, on its load-carrying platform. Once the load has been installed on the trolley, the latter is brought close to the rear part of a vehicle with a view to its introduction into a reception space 110 thereof. The anchoring equipment 50 has been previously installed in the reception space 110. One begins by engaging the front part 5a of the carriage 1 in the reception space 110, the carriage being guided by the side elements 51, 52 closest to the rear door of the vehicle. The carriage is pushed by the operator and rolls on the floor of the vehicle using the rollers 10. Alternatively, the carriage is pulled by an electric jack. When the front feet 6a are close to entering the vehicle, the movement of the carriage is stopped and the front feet 6a are folded down into the position illustrated in FIG. 3. The carriage continues to be pushed until the feet rear 6b approach the entrance to the vehicle. The rear feet 6b are then retracted until they assume the position illustrated in FIG. 3 and the carriage is pushed until its front end 5a comes into abutment against the crosspiece 55. The carriage is currently in the completely retracted position in the vehicle and it is locked in position using the locking means 30. For this, the lever 31 is actuated which pulls on the connecting rod 32 and allows the stops 40 to pass from an unlocking position of the plate 2 illustrated in figure 4 to a blocking or locking position of the plate 2, illustrated in figure 5, by moving the stops 40 in notches 41 located in the side elements 51 and 52 fixed on the floor of the vehicle. The tray is thus locked relative to the vehicle and the transport of the latter can be done in complete safety. During this locking operation of the plate of the carriage 1, the lever 31 which is protruding in the unlocked position (fig. 4) with respect to the vertical plane P tangent to the rear end 5b of the plate and which is sufficiently projecting to prevent the closing the doors of the vehicle, is in a locking position in which its free end 31' is in the same plane P as the rear end 5b of the plate, or even set back with respect to this plane. This allows the closing of the vehicle doors and therefore the transport of the load carried by the trolley of the invention. It is also noted, more particularly with reference to Figures 5 and 6 that, when the lever 31 is in the locking position, it prevents the unfolding of the rear legs 6b, for even more safety.
[0032] Other variants and embodiments of the invention may be envisaged within the scope of the invention as claimed. Thus, a single movable stop can be associated with an actuation lever of the locking means.
Furthermore, one can consider a motorized drive of the actuating lever of the movable stop relative to the fixed notch. Of course, such a load-carrying trolley can be introduced into any transport vehicle, with combustion engine, hybrid or electric, as long as it is equipped with an adequate space for receiving the trolley.
