但是目前市场上的潜水泵轴承保护装置在使用时,需要将轴承保护装置安装在轴承的外部,安装较为不便,可能会影响潜水作业的工作效率;且传统的潜水泵轴承在使用过程中可能会出现润滑油不够的现象,轴承的转动较为吃力需要耗费更多的能量来带动轴承运动,增加了潜水泵的负担,为此,我们提出了一种潜水泵轴承保护装置。

针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种潜水泵轴承保护装置,有效的解决了目前市场上的潜水泵轴承保护装置在使用时,安装较为不便,且传统的潜水泵轴承在使用过程中可能会出现润滑油不够的现象,轴承的转动较为吃力,增加了潜水泵的负担的问题。

  1. 一种潜水泵轴承保护装置,包括一号轴承保护部件(1),其特征在于:所述一号轴承保护部件(1)的内部活动套接有连接螺栓(2),所述连接螺栓(2)的外部活动套接有二号轴承保护部件(3),所述二号轴承保护部件(3)的内部固定连接有固定块(4),所述二号轴承保护部件(3)的外部螺纹套接有固定螺栓(5),所述一号轴承保护部件(1)的内部开设有连接槽(8),所述连接槽(8)的内部活动安装有连接块(6),所述连接块(6)的内部固定连接有防滑垫(7);
    所述一号轴承保护部件(1)底部螺纹套接有活动盖(9),所述一号轴承保护部件(1)的内部固定套接有滚轴(14),所述滚轴(14)的外部活动套接有活动滚轮(10),所述一号轴承保护部件(1)的顶部活动安装有油塞(11),所述一号轴承保护部件(1)的内部固定安装有储油盒(12),所述储油盒(12)的底部固定连接有出油管(15),所述出油管(15)的内腔固定连接有过滤网(16),所述出油管(15)的底部固定连接有连接管(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种潜水泵轴承保护装置,其特征在于:所述一号轴承保护部件(1)与二号轴承保护部件(3)相适配,且一号轴承保护部件(1)与二号轴承保护部件(3)的一端均活动套接在连接螺栓(2)的外部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种潜水泵轴承保护装置,其特征在于:所述防滑垫(7)的材质为橡胶材料,且橡胶材质的防滑垫(7)对称分布在连接块(6)的内部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种潜水泵轴承保护装置,其特征在于:所述一号轴承保护部件(1)的顶部开设有存油口,所述存油口的大小与油塞(11)相适配。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种潜水泵轴承保护装置,其特征在于:所述活动滚轮(10)的数量为六个,且六个活动滚轮(10)均匀分布在一号轴承 保护部件(1)与二号轴承保护部件(3)的外部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种潜水泵轴承保护装置,其特征在于:所述活动盖(9)的内部和一号轴承保护部件(1)与二号轴承保护部件(3)的外部分别设置有内螺纹和外螺纹,且活动盖(9)的内螺纹与一号轴承保护部件(1)与二号轴承保护部件(3)的外螺纹相适配。
