第三预设时长后再次获取所述抽屉内的湿度和所述抽屉当前的设定模式;
当抽屉内的湿度处于其当前的设定模式对应的预设湿度范围之外时判定所述抽屉的模式切换失败;以及
自动地将所述抽屉调节为所述抽屉内放置的物品实际所需的模式。
可选地,当所述抽屉处于干燥模式时对应的第一预设湿度范围为0~50%;
当所述抽屉处于保湿模式时对应的第二预设湿度范围为85~100%。
根据本发明的第二方面,本发明还提供一种冰箱,包括:
干湿可调的抽屉,所述抽屉具有预设湿度范围不同的干燥模式和保湿模式;
湿度传感器,用于获取所述抽屉内的湿度;以及
控制装置,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器内存储有机器可执行程序,并且所述机器可执行程序被所述处理器执行时用于实现根据上述任一方案 所描述的控制方法。
本发明在接收到模式切换信号后立即发出提示信息,以提示用户抽屉的模式转换启动,明示或暗示用户此时抽屉的模式转换刚开始,尚未转换完毕,不宜即刻放入物品。在抽屉内的湿度调节至其转换后的设定模式对应的预设湿度范围时,再次发出提示信息,以提示用户抽屉的模式转换完毕,明示或暗示用户此时可以放入物品。本发明的控制方法向用户提供了抽屉模式转换的启动和结束的提示信息,明确了物品放入抽屉的最佳时机,便于用户在准确的时间将物品放入抽屉,确保了物品较好的保存品质,避免了物品放入抽屉过早导致物品失水严重或受潮变质。
进一步地,本发明还根据抽屉在开始调节湿度后的第一预设时长内的湿度变化量计算其内的湿度达到设定模式对应的预设湿度范围所需要的剩余时间,并发出包含有该剩余时间的提示信息,便于用户清楚地了解到需要等待的时间,避免用户不耐烦或者以为提前将物品放入抽屉,提高了用户的使用体验。
进一步地,本发明还按照预设的时间周期对剩余时间进行更新,以便于用户随时了解抽屉模式的切换进程,进一步提高了用户的使用体验。

具体实施方式
本发明首先提供一种冰箱的控制方法,本发明的冰箱包括干湿可调的抽 屉,抽屉具有预设湿度范围不同的干燥模式和保湿模式。也就是说,抽屉在干燥模式时的预设湿度范围不同于抽屉在保湿模式时的预设湿度范围,具体地,抽屉在干燥模式时的预设湿度范围低于抽屉在保湿模式时的预设湿度范围。当抽屉设定为干燥模式时,其内的湿度较低,可以用于储存珍品、干货等;当抽屉设定为保湿模式时,其内的湿度较高,可以用于储存果蔬等。
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱的控制方法的示意性结构图。本发明的控制方法包括:
步骤S10,在接收到用于表示切换抽屉干湿模式的模式切换信号后,发出用于表示抽屉的模式转换启动的提示信息;
步骤S20,按照模式切换信号指示的抽屉在切换后所具有的设定模式对抽屉内的湿度进行调节,其中,上述设定模式可能为干燥模式,也可能为保湿模式;以及
步骤S40,当抽屉内的湿度调节至设定模式对应的预设湿度范围内时,发出用于表示抽屉的模式转换完毕的提示信息。
本发明在接收到模式切换信号后立即发出提示信息,以提示用户抽屉的模式转换启动,明示或暗示用户此时抽屉的模式转换刚开始,尚未转换完毕,不宜即刻放入物品。在抽屉内的湿度调节至其转换后的设定模式对应的预设湿度范围时,再次发出提示信息,以提示用户抽屉的模式转换完毕,明示或暗示用户此时可以放入物品。本发明的控制方法向用户提供了抽屉模式转换的启动和结束的提示信息,明确了物品放入抽屉的最佳时机,便于用户在准确的时间将物品放入抽屉,确保了物品较好的保存品质,避免了物品放入抽屉过早导致物品失水严重或受潮变质。
图2是根据本发明另一个实施例的冰箱的控制方法的示意性结构图。在一些实施例中,在对抽屉内的湿度进行调节之后、且在发出用于表示抽屉的模式转换完毕的提示信息之前,本发明的控制方法还包括:
步骤S31,获取抽屉在其内的湿度开始被调节后的第一预设时长内的湿度变化量;
步骤S32,根据湿度变化量计算抽屉内的湿度达到设定模式对应的预设湿度范围所需要的剩余时间;以及
步骤S33,发出包含有剩余时间的提示信息。
也就是说,在进一步的实施例中,本发明还根据抽屉在开始调节湿度后 的第一预设时长内的湿度变化量计算其内的湿度达到设定模式对应的预设湿度范围所需要的剩余时间,并发出包含有该剩余时间的提示信息,便于用户清楚地了解到需要等待的时间,避免用户不耐烦或者以为提前将物品放入抽屉,提高了用户的使用体验。申请人认识到,在物品放入抽屉之前,抽屉内的湿度主要依靠冰箱进行调节,因此,抽屉内的湿度变化速度比较均衡,可以利用抽屉内的湿度在一段时间内的湿度变化量预算将抽屉内的湿度调节至其设定模式对应的预设湿度范围所需要的剩余时间,预测结果比较准确。
进一步地,本发明的控制方法还包括:
按照预设的时间周期对剩余时间进行更新。
本发明还按照预设的时间周期对剩余时间进行更新,以便于用户随时了解抽屉模式的切换进程,进一步提高了用户的使用体验。
在一些实施例中,当抽屉的设定模式为干燥模式时,对抽屉内的湿度进行调节的步骤具体可包括:
向抽屉内持续地吹入与冰箱的蒸发器换热后的冷却气流;且/或
将具有吸附水分性能的干燥模块暴露于抽屉内。
具体地,当蒸发器内有制冷剂流过时,蒸发器的温度比较低,气流流经蒸发器时,与蒸发器进行热交换,且气流中的水分会在蒸发器上凝结,使得与蒸发器换热后的冷却气流的温度和湿度均比较低。因此,可以通过向抽屉内持续输入低温低湿的气流降低抽屉内的湿度。
当具有吸附水分性能的干燥模块暴露于抽屉内时,干燥模块可以吸附抽屉内的水分,从而降低抽屉内的湿度。
可以理解的是,在一些替代性实施例中,还可以通过其他方式降低抽屉内的湿度。
在一些实施例中,当抽屉的设定模式为保湿模式时,对抽屉内的湿度进行调节的步骤具体可包括:
停止制冷剂流向冰箱的蒸发器,并向抽屉内持续地吹入流经蒸发器的回风气流;且/或
将具有向抽屉外透湿的透湿性能的保湿模块覆盖。
具体地,当蒸发器内没有制冷剂流过时,蒸发器的温度回升,蒸发器上凝结的冰霜具有融化的趋势。此时,回风气流流经蒸发器时,会加快蒸发器 上的冰霜与回风气流之间的换热,促使冰霜升华,且冰霜升华产生的水气随回风气流一起流入抽屉内,实现了对抽屉的快速加湿。
当具有向外透湿的透湿性能的保湿模块被覆盖后,抽屉内的水分不能够透过保湿模块流向抽屉外,因此,抽屉内的湿度可以在其他装置的加湿作用下升高。
可以理解的是,在一些替代性实施例中,还可以通过其他方式增加抽屉内的湿度。
在一些实施例中,冰箱还包括显示屏和/或发声装置。在这些实施例中,用于表示抽屉的模式转换启动的提示信息可包括通过显示屏显示的信息和/或通过发声装置发出的声音信息。例如,显示屏上可以显示诸如“开始启动模式转换”之类的文字信息,发声装置可以发出诸如“开始启动模式转换”之类的语音信息等。
在一些实施例中,冰箱还包括显示屏和/或发声装置。在这些实施例中,用于表示抽屉的模式转换完毕的提示信息包括通过显示屏显示的信息和/或通过发声装置发出的声音信息。例如,显示屏上可以显示诸如“模式转换已完成”之类的文字信息,发声装置可以发出诸如“模式转换已完成”之类的语音信息或“叮”、“咚”之类的单一声音信息等。
在一些实施例中,冰箱还包括显示屏和/或发声装置。在这些实施例中,包含有剩余时间的提示信息可包括通过显示屏显示的信息和/或通过发声装置发出的声音信息。例如,显示屏上可以显示诸如“正在转换,剩余时间30s”之类的文字信息,发声装置可以发出诸如“正在转换,剩余时间30s”之类的语音信息等。当剩余时间可以随时更新时,显示屏上显示的时间也随时更新。
在发出用于表示抽屉的模式转换完毕的提示信息后,用户将物品放入抽屉内。然而,发明人认识到,用户可能会对食材辨别错误或误操作导致抽屉的模式设置错误。为此,在一些实施例中,参见图3所示的根据本发明又一个实施例的冰箱的控制方法的示意性结构图,在发出用于表示抽屉的模式转换完毕的提示信息后,本发明的控制方法还包括:
步骤S51,获取抽屉内的湿度;
步骤S52,当抽屉内的湿度在第二预设时长内持续地处于设定模式对应的预设湿度范围之外或者处于预设湿度范围之内后又恢复至预设湿度范围 之外时,发出用于指示抽屉的模式设定错误的提示信息。
具体地,该提示信息可以包括语音信息,也可以包括蜂鸣器之类的声音信息,还可以包括闪烁或预定颜色的光信息,当然该提示信息还可以同时包含上述两种或两种以上的信息,同时还可以包括显示在显示屏上的显示信息等等。
也就是说,本发明在预测到用户将物品放入抽屉后,还会持续地对抽屉内的湿度情况进行监控,根据抽屉内的湿度判断抽屉的模式设定是否有误。若抽屉的模式设定有误,则发出提示信息以提示用户抽屉的模式设定错误,便于用户及时地纠正抽屉的设定模式,使得抽屉的设定模式与所述抽屉内放置的物品实际所需的环境相匹配,确保了物品较好的保存品质,避免了用户的错误设定导致物品失水严重或受潮变质。
发明人认识到,对不同物品进行分类储存的根本原因是物品本身含有的水分不同、需要保持的水分不同,而物品本身的水分难以通过简单的方式测得,但是物品放入抽屉后对抽屉内湿度的影响是明显的,且是容易测得的。例如,抽屉内放入果蔬后,果蔬内含有的水分挥发,会增加抽屉内的湿度;抽屉内放入珍品干货后,珍品干货含有的水分非常少,不会增加抽屉内的湿度,而且当抽屉内的湿度较高时,珍品干货还可能吸收抽屉内的水分使得抽屉内的湿度降低。因此,本发明根据抽屉内的湿度判断抽屉的模式是否设定有误,不但符合实际情况,判断结果准确性高,而且不需要识别、获取抽屉内所放物品的任何信息,不需要对物品的信息进行处理,也不需要在抽屉内设置用于获取物品信息的装置,简化了抽屉内的结构和冰箱的控制逻辑,且设计思路比较新颖。
本发明根据抽屉在第二预设时长内的湿度与抽屉的设定模式对应的预设湿度范围之间的对比关系判断抽屉的模式是否设定有误,判断结果更加准确,且更加符合抽屉内湿度变化的实际情况。
具体地,若抽屉的设定模式为干燥模式,上述步骤S52具体可包括:
当抽屉内的湿度在第一预设时长内持续地大于干燥模式对应的第一预设湿度范围的最大端点值或者小于最大端点值后又恢复至大于最大端点值时,发出用于指示抽屉的模式设定错误的提示信息。
具体地,若抽屉的设定模式为保湿模式,上述步骤S52具体可包括:
当抽屉内的湿度在第一预设时长内持续地小于保湿模式对应的第二预 设湿度范围的最小端点值时,发出用于指示抽屉的模式设定错误的提示信息。
图4所示的根据本发明再一个实施例的冰箱的控制方法的示意性结构图。在一些实施例中,在发出用于指示抽屉的模式设定错误的提示信息之后,本发明的控制方法还包括:
步骤S61,第三预设时长后再次获取抽屉内的湿度和抽屉当前的设定模式;
步骤S62,当抽屉内的湿度处于其当前的设定模式对应的预设湿度范围之外时判定抽屉的模式切换失败;以及
步骤S63,自动地将抽屉调节为抽屉内放置的物品实际所需的模式。
发明人认识到,在发出提示信息后,用户可能会手动地切换抽屉的模式,也可能会因未收到提示信息或者其他原因没有切换抽屉的模式。在面临如何检测抽屉模式是否已经切换成功的问题时,比较容易想到的是,直接检测抽屉的模式是否已经切换为到抽屉应当具有的模式。比如,当初始模式为干燥模式、且根据步骤S52的比较结果得出抽屉应当为保湿模式,后续可以直接检测抽屉当前的设定模式是否为保湿模式即可。然而,发明人认识到,步骤S51中湿度的获取、步骤S52中湿度的比较都可能存在误差甚至是错误,这将直接影响到抽屉内物品的存放品质。
为此,本发明在发出提示信息的第三预设时长后再次根据抽屉内的湿度和抽屉当前的设定模式判断抽屉的模式是否切换成功,可以对抽屉的模式和湿度进行持续地跟进和监控,从而在其模式与湿度不匹配时自动地切换模式,从而确保抽屉的模式与抽屉内物品所需的环境高度匹配,智能化程度较高,用户体验性较好。可以理解的是,抽屉当前的设定模式可能与其初始的设定模式相同,此时用户未手动切换抽屉模式,也可能与其初始的设定模式不同,此时用户已经手动切换了抽屉模式。
在一些实施例中,当抽屉处于干燥模式时对应的第一预设湿度范围为0~50%。当抽屉处于保湿模式时对应的第二预设湿度范围为85~100%。对于抽屉在干燥模式和保湿模式下的预设湿度范围,用户可以根据物品的不同而进行适当地调节。
本发明还提供一种冰箱,图5是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱的示意性结构图,图6是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱的示意性结构框图。参见图5 和图6,本发明的冰箱1包括干湿可调的抽屉10、湿度传感器20和控制装置30。
抽屉10具有预设湿度范围不同的干燥模式和保湿模式。具体地,抽屉10的数量可以为一个、两个或两个以上,当抽屉10的数量为两个时,两个抽屉10沿横向并排设置在冰箱1的箱体内。
湿度传感器20用于获取抽屉10内的湿度。具体地,湿度传感器20可设置于抽屉10内,并与控制装置30电连接。
控制装置30包括处理器31和存储器32,存储器32内存储有机器可执行程序33,并且机器可执行程序33被处理器31执行时用于实现上述任一实施例所描述的控制方法。
本申请的冰箱1为广义上的冰箱,其不但包括通常所说的狭义上的冰箱,而且还包括具有冷藏、冷冻或其他储物功能的储物装置,例如,冷藏箱、冷柜等等。
本申请的抽屉10为广义上的抽屉,其不但包括通常所说的可抽拉的储物装置,而且还包括限定有储物空间的其他形式的储物装置。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱的控制方法,所述冰箱包括干湿可调的抽屉,所述抽屉具有预设湿度范围不同的干燥模式和保湿模式,所述控制方法包括:
    在接收到用于表示切换所述抽屉干湿模式的模式切换信号后,发出用于表示所述抽屉的模式转换启动的提示信息;
    按照所述模式切换信号指示的所述抽屉在切换后所具有的设定模式对所述抽屉内的湿度进行调节,所述设定模式为所述干燥模式或所述保湿模式;以及
    当所述抽屉内的湿度调节至所述设定模式对应的预设湿度范围内时,发出用于表示所述抽屉的模式转换完毕的提示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,在对所述抽屉内的湿度进行调节之后、且在发出用于表示所述抽屉的模式转换完毕的提示信息之前,所述控制方法还包括:
    获取所述抽屉在其内的湿度开始被调节后的第一预设时长内的湿度变化量;
    根据所述湿度变化量计算所述抽屉内的湿度达到所述设定模式对应的预设湿度范围所需要的剩余时间;以及
    发出包含有所述剩余时间的提示信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,还包括:
    按照预设的时间周期对所述剩余时间进行更新。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,所述设定模式为干燥模式,且对所述抽屉内的湿度进行调节的步骤包括:
    向所述抽屉内持续地吹入与所述冰箱的蒸发器换热后的冷却气流;且/或
    将具有吸附水分性能的干燥模块暴露于所述抽屉内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,所述设定模式为保湿模式,且对所述抽屉内的湿度进行调节的步骤包括:
    停止制冷剂流向所述冰箱的蒸发器,并向所述抽屉内持续地吹入流经所 述蒸发器的回风气流;且/或
    将具有向所述抽屉外透湿的透湿性能的保湿模块覆盖。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其中,所述冰箱还包括显示屏和/或发声装置;
    用于表示所述抽屉的模式转换启动的提示信息包括通过所述显示屏显示的信息和/或通过所述发声装置发出的声音信息;
    用于表示所述抽屉的模式转换完毕的提示信息包括通过所述显示屏显示的信息和/或通过所述发声装置发出的声音信息;且/或
    包含有所述剩余时间的提示信息包括通过所述显示屏显示的信息和/或通过所述发声装置发出的声音信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的控制方法,其中,在发出用于表示所述抽屉的模式转换完毕的提示信息后,所述控制方法还包括:
    获取所述抽屉内的湿度;
    当所述抽屉内的湿度在第二预设时长内持续地处于所述设定模式对应的预设湿度范围之外或者处于所述预设湿度范围之内后又恢复至所述预设湿度范围之外时,则发出用于指示所述抽屉的模式设定错误的提示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的控制方法,在发出用于指示所述抽屉的模式设定错误的提示信息之后,所述控制方法还包括:
    第三预设时长后再次获取所述抽屉内的湿度和所述抽屉当前的设定模式;
    当抽屉内的湿度处于其当前的设定模式对应的预设湿度范围之外时判定所述抽屉的模式切换失败;以及
    自动地将所述抽屉调节为所述抽屉内放置的物品实际所需的模式。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的控制方法,其中
    当所述抽屉处于干燥模式时对应的第一预设湿度范围为0~50%;
    当所述抽屉处于保湿模式时对应的第二预设湿度范围为85~100%。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括:
    干湿可调的抽屉,所述抽屉具有预设湿度范围不同的干燥模式和保湿模 式;
    湿度传感器,用于获取所述抽屉内的湿度;以及
    控制装置,包括处理器和存储器,所述存储器内存储有机器可执行程序,并且所述机器可执行程序被所述处理器执行时用于实现根据权利要求1-9中任一所述的控制方法。
