实际运用时,夹袜元件24可以为夹紧气缸等多种现有的可控夹紧元器件。驱动结构可以为气缸、电动推杆、滚珠丝杆副等多种现有的结构。
实际运用时,还可以设置安装在机架5上的冷却风扇,冷却风扇用于对加工好的袜子本体1吹风冷却,防止袜子本体1取下后,防滑条4与其他物体粘黏。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种防脱袜,其特征在于,包括袜子本体,所述袜子本体包括脚跟部,所述脚跟部的内侧壁烫印有标识,所述标识为图案或/和文字,所述脚跟部的内侧壁还烫压有透明的防滑条,所述防滑条覆盖所述标识。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的防脱袜,其特征在于,所述防滑条的材料为苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物;防滑条的厚度为0.05mm~0.8mm。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的防脱袜,其特征在于,防滑条有多个,各防滑条上下间隔分布或左右间隔分布。
  4. 一种用于防脱袜的烫印烫压一体机,其特征在于,用于加工权利要求1、2或3所述的防脱袜,包括:
    机架;
    转动盘,转动安装在所述机架上;
    多个套袜架,安装在所述转动盘上,用于安置待加工的袜子本体;
    驱动机构,用于驱动所述转动盘转动;
    烫印机构,设置在转动盘的一侧,用于在所述脚跟部的内侧壁烫印标识;
    烫压机构,设置在转动盘的一侧,用于在所述标识的外侧烫压透明的防滑条。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的用于防脱袜的烫印烫压一体机,其特征在于,烫印机构包括至少一个烫印单元,所述烫印单元包括:
    伸缩元件,安装在机架上;
    加热座,与伸缩元件的活塞杆固定,加热座在伸缩元件的驱动下能够上下移动,所述加热座内具有加热元件;
    模头,安装在所述加热座的底部,加热元件工作时能够加热模头;
    原料辊,用于安装烫印原料;
    废料辊,用于接收废料;以及
    两个限位件,分别设置在摸头的左右两侧,烫印原料通过限位件后与废料辊连接,两个限位件用于使烫印原料位于摸头的下方。
    烫压机构包括至少一个烫压单元,所述烫压单元包括:
    伸缩元件,安装在机架上;
    加热座,与伸缩元件的活塞杆固定,加热座在伸缩元件的驱动下能够上下移动,所述加热座内具有加热元件;
    模头,安装在所述加热座的底部,加热元件工作时能够加热模头;
    原料辊,用于安装烫压原料;
    废料辊,用于接收废料;以及
    两个限位件,分别设置在摸头的左右两侧,烫压原料通过限位件后与废料辊连接,两个限位件用于使烫压原料位于摸头的下方。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的用于防脱袜的烫印烫压一体机,其特征在于,所述套袜架包括:
    套袜台,用于供袜子本体外套在上面;
    压板,位于所述套袜台的上方;
    可伸缩的压紧释放元件,安装在机架上,所述压紧释放元件的活动杆与所述压板连接,用于驱动所述压板上下移动,当压板向下压紧套袜台时,压板能够将套在套袜台上的袜子本体限定住。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的用于防脱袜的烫印烫压一体机,其特征在于,还包括卸袜机构,所述卸袜机构包括:
    活动架,与所述机架固定;
    移动座,活动安装在所述活动架上;
    夹袜元件,安装在所述移动座上,用于夹紧套袜架上加工好的袜子本体;
    驱动结构,用于驱动所述移动座沿活动架方向往复移动,配合夹袜元件将加工好的袜子本体从套袜架上取下。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的用于防脱袜的烫印烫压一体机,其特征在于,还包括安装在机架上的冷却风扇,所述冷却风扇用于对加工好的袜子本体吹风冷却,防止袜子本体取下后,防滑条与其他物体粘黏;
    所述烫印单元有多个,所述烫压单元也有多个且数量与烫印单元相同,所述套袜架分为多组,每组的套袜架数量与烫印单元数量相同。
