本发明实施例涉及测试机柜领域,尤其涉及一种多媒体产品煲机装置。
背景技术
目前主流的多媒体产品有电视机、多媒体数字盒子、电脑、平板、手机等,此类产品在交付给客户前都会有较长时间的研发、测试周期,市场上受大众和厂家认可的接口有USB,Type-C,HDMI,耳机接口,网口等。
在电子产品的研发设计阶段,会有长期的煲机实验用于保障电子产品的硬件质量、软件稳定性和可使用性,确保交付到用户手中的产品可以长时间正常使用。然而在测试和实验阶段,开发和测试人员使用的个人电脑上的接口有限,不能对几十或上百个产品同时监控和处理,如有环境或软件部分的改动,测试人员为了此改动需要进行批量性的重复性劳动,故此产品的设计是为减少电子产品在研发和设计阶段,批量煲机造成的人力、耗材和时间成本。
发明内容
本发明实施例解决的问题是提供多媒体产品煲机装置,用于解决批量煲机造成的人力、耗材和时间成本较大的问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供一种用于对若干个多媒体产品进行测试的多媒体产品煲机装置,包括:控制器,用于发出运行命令;网络服务器,其分别连接所述控制器以及所述若干个多媒体产品,所述网络服务器存储测试文件,所述测试文件由所述多媒体产品的签名和日志匹配生成;所述网络服务器接收所述运行命令产生控制命令,并根据所述控制命令将所述测试文件发送至所述若干个多媒体产品,并对所述若干个多媒体产品进行批量测试。可选的,所述网络服务器包括:处理服务器,其接收所述运行命令并产生所述控制命令;路由器,其用于存储所述测试文件并且响应于所述控制命令将所述测试文件发送至所述若干个多媒体产品。
可选的,所述路由器根据所述控制命令配置所述若干个多媒体产品的运行环境和运行软件。可选的,所述煲机装置包括:柜体,其包括:第一侧板;第二侧板,其与所述第一侧板在第一方向上相互平行间隔地设置;顶部支板,其位于所述第一侧板和第二侧板的顶部,且所述顶部支板沿第一方向分别与所述第一侧板和第二侧板的顶部连接;显示器,其位于所述第一侧板和第二侧板的侧壁上,所述显示器与所述若干个多媒体产品连接,用于播放所述若干个多媒体产品提供的视频信息。
可选的,所述煲机装置包括:多进一出切换器,其包括与所述若干个多媒体产品连接的输入端,以及与所述显示器连接的输出端。
可选的,所述煲机装置包括:摄像头,其与所述网络服务器连接,所述摄像头位于所述第一侧板和第二侧板上,所述摄像头用于拍摄显示器播放画面,并将拍摄的视频存储在所述网络服务器中;检测单元,其用于将所述网络服务器中存储的视频下载到所述控制器中进行检测。可选的,所述煲机装置包括:温控系统,其位于所述柜体的底部;所述温控系统包括:热风机或者冷风机、以及与所述热风机或者冷风机连接的温度控制器。
可选的,所述煲机装置包括:保温装置,沿第二方向位于所述顶部支板的两侧,所述第二方向与所述第一方向垂直。
可选的,所述保温装置包括卷帘机构和与所述卷帘机构的输出端连接的隔热布帘;其中,所述卷帘机构包括:支座,其在所述第一方向上,间隔地设置在所述顶部支板两端;卷轴,其 转动地设置在所述支座中;转动电机,其包括与所述卷轴的一端固定连接的输出端,用于提供卷轴的回转;连接机构,其在所述第一方向上固定于所述卷轴表面,用于连接所述隔热布帘。
可选的,所述煲机装置包括:沿第一方向延伸的线槽,其位于所述第一侧板和第二侧板之间,且与所述第一侧板和第二侧板固定连接,所述线槽包括弱电管道和与所述弱电管道相间隔的强电管道;第一电源,其设置于所述第一侧板上,所述第一电源引出的导线或信号线位于所述弱电管道中;第二电源,其设置于所述第二侧板上,所述第二电源引出的导线或信号线位于所述强电管道中,所述第二电源的电压高于所述第一电源的电压。
可选的,所述煲机装置包括:若干个个分布式测试架,所述分布式测试架设置在所述第一侧板和第二侧板相对的侧壁上;所述分布式测试架包括:支撑板,与所述第一侧板和第二侧板相对的侧壁固定连接;多个隔板,其沿所述第一方向间隔地设置在所述支撑板上,所述隔板沿第二方向延伸,所述隔板在第二方向的中心具有开口;电源模组,其沿第一方向设置在多个隔板的所述开口中,所述电源模组包括多个类型插孔,用于同时给所述若干个多媒体产品供电。
可选的,所述煲机装置包括:自锁滚轮,其设置于所述柜体的底部。

由背景技术可知,在电子产品的测试和实验阶段,开发和测试人员使用的个人电脑上的接口 有限,不能对几十或上百个多媒体产品同时监控和处理,如有环境或软件部分的改动,测试人员需要进行批量性的重复性劳动,造成的人力、耗材和时间成本的浪费。
为解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供一种用于对若干个多媒体产品进行测试的多媒体产品煲机装置,包括:控制器,用于发出运行命令;网络服务器,其分别连接所述控制器以及所述若干个多媒体产品,所述网络服务器存储测试文件,所述测试文件由所述多媒体产品的签名和日志匹配生成;所述网络服务器接收所述运行命令产生控制命令,并根据所述控制命令将所述测试文件发送至所述若干个多媒体产品,并对所述若干个多媒体产品进行批量测试。本发明实施例提供的多媒体产品煲机装置中的网络服务器用于存储测试文件,所述测试文件由所述多媒体产品的签名和日志匹配生成,所述网络服务器分别连接控制器以及若干个多媒体产品。在煲机过程中,所述网络服务器接收所述运行命令产生控制命令,并根据所述控制命令将所述测试文件发送至所述若干个多媒体产品,并对所述若干个多媒体产品进行批量测试,避免了测试人员重复对每个多媒体产品进行单独更改,实现了自动化测试的效果,解决了多媒体产品在研发和设计阶段中,批量煲机造成的人力、耗材和时间成本过高的问题。图1是本发明实施例多媒体产品煲机装置的功能框图。

本实施例中,所述路由器22根据所述控制命令配置所述若干个多媒体产品30的运行环境和运行软件。控制命令是处理服务器21基于控制器10的运行命令产生,因此测试过程中,通过控制器10的运行命令能够配置若干个多媒体产品30的运行环境和运行软件,避免了测试人员重复对每个多媒体产品30进行单独更改,实现了自动化测试的效果,解决了多媒体产品30在研发和设计阶段中,批量煲机造成的人力、耗材和时间成本过高的问题。
本实施例中,所述多媒体产品30包括但不限于机顶盒、TV裸板、商业显示器智能音响、IPC产品以及智能平板。
本实施例中,控制器10包括个人电脑。个人电脑采用的操作软件可以是Windows操作系统。其他实施例中个人电脑还可是Linux系统,或者macOS操作系统。
处理服务器21的安全性和稳定性高。
本实施例中,处理服务器21包括Linux服务器,Linux服务器采用的是Linux系统。与采用 Windows系统的处理服务器相比,Linux系统和Windows的系统都是采用shell(资源管理器),使得用户能够与内核交互,在启动Linux和Windows系统时,shell会默认启动,但是window系统只有一个界面,没有响应就会宕机,但是Linux系统中有多个控制台(tty1-tty7),当一个控制台无响应时,可以打开另一个控制台结束无响应的控制台,所以不易存在宕机的情况。具体的,Linux服务器采用的版本包括但不限于:Red Hat Linux、Ubuntu Linux或SuSE Linux等。
本实施例中,所述煲机装置包括:串行接口(Serial Interface)或者网络安卓测试桥(ADB),用于将网络服务器20产生的控制命令传输给所述多媒体产品30。
具体的,所述串行接口(Serial Interface)包括COM接口;所述网络安卓测试桥,用于将多媒体产品30和处理服务器21之间架起一座桥梁。
路由器22,为计算机局域网的核心部件,路由器22用于存储和管理网络中的共享资源,如数据库、文件、应用程序等。路由器22还用于对网络活动进行监督及控制,对网络进行实际管理,分配系统资源,了解和调整系统运行状态,关闭或启动某些资源等。
本实施例中,所述测试文件包括但不限于高清片源、日志log、煲机脚本和一些常用工具。所述高清片源中具有间隔的白画面或者黑画面。
如图2和图3所示,图2是本发明实施例多媒体产品煲机装置的轴测示意图;图3是本发明实施例多媒体产品煲机装置的正视结构示意图。所述煲机装置包括:柜体;柜体包括:第一侧板61;第二侧板62,其与所述第一侧板61在第一方向x(如图2所示)上相互平行间隔地设置;顶部支板63,其位于所述第一侧板61和第二侧板62的顶部,且所述顶部支板63沿第一方向x分别与所述第一侧板61和第二侧板62的顶部连接;显示器80,位于所述第一侧板61和第二侧板62的侧壁上,所述显示器80与所述若干个多媒体产品30连接,用于播放所述若干个多媒体产品30提供的视频信息。
所述柜体,用于提供多媒体产品30的存放空间。本实施例中,所述处理服务器21和路由器22位于柜体中,控制器10可以根据测试人员需要随身携带。其他实施例中,处理服务器和路由器还可以设置在柜体外部。
本实施例中,所述控制器10、处理服务器21以及路由器22位于所述柜体中,使得控制器10、处理服务器21以及路由器22便于运输和存放。其他实施例中,控制器、处理服务器以及路由器还可以位于柜体的外部。
本实施例中,所述第一侧板61、第二侧板62以及顶部支板63均为钣金件。其他实施例中,所述第一侧板、第二侧板以及顶部支板还可以为ABS工程塑料。
所述多媒体产品煲机装置还包括:多进一出切换器70,包括与待测试的所述若干个多媒体产品30连接的输入端,以及与显示器80连接的输出端。
多进一出切换器70采集若干个多媒体产品30的视频信号,并间断性的将各个多媒体产品30的视频信号轮流传输给显示器80,使得显示器80轮番播放若干个多媒体产品30的视频信息,或者同时将若干个多媒体产品30的视频信号同时传输给显示器80,使得显示器80上同时播放若干个多媒体产品30的视频信息。本发明实施例,采用所述多进一出切换器70大大缩减了设备配置的损耗和成本。
具体的,所述多进一出切换器70包括:KVM(Keyboard Video Mouse)切换器、VGA(Video Graphics Array)切换器、AV(Audio Video)切换器、视频切换器、HDMI(High Definition Multimedia Interface)切换器、DVI(Digital Visual Interface)切换器等。本实施例中,多进一出切换器70包括HDMI切换器。
本实施例中,所述多进一出切换器70将若干个多媒体产品30的视频信号轮番传输给显示器80具有多种形式。例如:定时切换,如每十秒钟切换一个多媒体产品30输出的视频。
显示器80,用于对多进一出切换器70传输的视频信息进行播放。
本实施例中,所述显示器80可转动地设置在所述第一侧板61和第二侧板62上,能够根据需要调节显示器80在第一侧板61和第二侧板62上的位置。
需要说明的是,所述显示器80位于所述第一侧板61和第二侧板62背离所述顶部支板63的侧壁上,使得显示器80调整位置时不会与柜体内部的结构发生干涉。
所述煲机装置包括:摄像头50,其与所述网络服务器20连接,所述摄像头50位于所述第一侧板61和第二侧板62的侧壁上,所述摄像头50用于拍摄显示器80播放画面,并将拍摄的视频存储在网络服务器20中;检测单元(图中未示出),其用于将网络服务器20中存储的视频下载到个人电脑中进行检测。
需要说明的是,摄像头50和网络服务器20中的路由器22连接,拍摄的视频存储在路由器22中。
在煲机装置工作时,摄像头记录显示器80播放的视频画面,也就是说记录了所有多媒体产品输出的视频,避免了测试过程中,测试人员跟班在场观看显示器80播放的视频,缩减了煲机的人力成本和时间成本,此外,通过检测单元对摄像头形成的视频进行检测,替代了检测人员人为检测,进一步降低了煲机过程中的人力成本和时间成本,提高了煲机检测的效率,同时也可以降低因测试人员疲劳,导致的测试误差,提高了煲机检测的准确率。
需要说明的是,摄像头50和显示器80均位于所述柜体侧壁上,且所述显示器80可转动地设置在所述第一侧板61和第二侧板62的侧壁上,有利于使得显示器80播放的画面能够在摄像头50的拍摄范围内。
本实施例中,所述摄像头50的种类包括模拟摄像头或者数字摄像头。
需要说明的是,所述摄像头50,位于所述第一侧板61和第二侧板62背离所述顶部支板63的侧壁上。
具体的,所述摄像头50的数量为两个,第一侧板61上的摄像头50对位于第一侧板61上的显示器80进行拍摄,第二侧板62上的摄像头50用于对位于第二侧板62上的显示器80进行拍摄。
检测单元用于对拍摄到的视频进行检测,判断多媒体产品30提供的视频质量好坏,从而进一步判断多媒体产品30的硬件质量、软件稳定性和可使用性,确保交付到用户手中的产品可以长时间正常使用。
具体的,所述检测单元对视频的播放画面进行检测。检测过程中,多媒体产品播放的高清片源中设置有间隔的白画面片段或者黑画面线段,检测单元检测白画面或者黑画面是否存在;检测过程中,检测单元每隔一段时间对视频进行截图,将时间线上先后的两个截图进行比较,判断截图是否有差异。间隔时间例如,10秒,20秒,30秒。
本实施例中,路由器22产生无线网络。无线网络将控制器10、路由器22、处理服务器21以及多媒体产品30连接在一起。煲机过程中,在无线网络的连接下,处理服务器21接收到控制器10发出的运行命令,产生控制命令,并基于控制命令对若干个多媒体产品30进行批量测试,避免了测试人员重复对每个多媒体产品30进行单独更改,实现了自动化测试的效果,解决了多媒体产品在研发和设计阶段中,批量煲机造成的人力、耗材和时间成本过高的问题。其他实施例中,还可以采用有线网络将控制器、路由器、处理服务器以及多媒体产品连接在一起,相应的控制器、路由器网络服务器以及多媒体产品上具有匹配的网线接口。本实施例中,无线网络,将多媒体产品30与路由器22连接在一起,用于使多媒体产品30获取所述路由器22中的所述测试文件;使若干个多媒体产品30接收控制命令。
本实施例中,无线网络,还将网络服务器20和摄像头50连接。具体的,是将所述网络服务器20中的路由器22和摄像头50连接,使所述摄像头50拍摄的视频存储到路由器22中。需要说明的是,所述多媒体产品30和有线或者无线网络之间采用的网际协议版本包括网际协议版本4(IPv4)或者网际协议版本6(IPv6)。若采用网际协议版本4最多可以搭载255 台多媒体产品30;若采用网际协议版本6最多可以搭载2^128台多媒体产品30,网际协议版本6具有无限扩展性。采用网际协议版本4或者网际协议版本6,能够满足若干个多媒体产品测试同时测试的需求,提高测试效率,降低测试成本。
所述煲机装置还包括:温控系统(图中未示出),位于所述柜体的底部,用于对所述柜体内部温度进行调控。其它实施例中,所述温控系统还可以根据多媒体产品所处的位置相应的设置于所述柜体的中部,或者柜体的顶部。
所述温控系统包括:热风机或者冷风机、以及与所述热风机或者冷风机连接的温度控制器。所述温度控制器用于实时控制热风机或者冷风机的功率,进而实时调整柜体内部的温度,模拟多媒体产品30多变的工作温度环境。
所述煲机装置还包括:保温装置,沿第二方向y(如图2所示)位于所述顶部支板的两侧,所述第二方向y与所述第一方向x垂直。
如图4所示,本实施例中,所述保温装置包括卷帘机构100和与所述卷帘机构100的输出端连接的隔热布帘(图中未示出)。
本实施例中,所述卷帘机构包括:支座101,其在第一方向上,间隔地设置在所述顶部支板两端;卷轴102,其转动地设置在所述支座101中;转动电机103,其包括与所述卷轴102的一端固定连接的输出端,用于提供卷轴102的回转;连接机构104,其在第一方向上固定于所述卷轴102表面,用于连接隔热布帘。
在卷帘机构工作时,通过转动电机103的正转,使得隔热布帘覆盖在所述第一侧板61和第二侧板62之间的区域,使得温控装置提供的热气或冷气的不易散失,能够很好的模拟多媒体产品30的工作环境温度;通过转动电机103的反转,能够使得隔热布收起,使得第一侧板61和第二侧板62之间的多媒体产品30与外部相连通,使多媒体产品30尽快回到室温。作为一种示例,所述连接机构104包括固定夹。
所述煲机装置包括:沿第一方向延伸的线槽90,其位于所述第一侧板61和第二侧板62之间,且与所述第一侧板61和第二侧板62固定连接,所述线槽90包括弱电管道和与所述弱电管道相间隔的强电管道。
所述弱电管道用于放置弱电线,例如通讯信号线、控制线以及低压电线,其中,低压电线例如5V、12V、36V等,所述强电管道用于放置强电线,例如220V电线和380V电线。弱电管道和强电管道将弱电线和强电线分开存放,避免了强电线通电时产生的强磁场对弱电线中的通讯信号线和控制线造成干扰,使得通讯信号线和控制线不易受到影响;同时也能够在强电线的绝缘层受损的情况下,避免强电线中的强电流串进弱电线引发火灾。
所述煲机装置包括:第一电源64,其设置于所述第一侧板61上。所述第一电源64提供电压较低的电源,例如,5V、12V、36V等。相应的,所述第一电源64引出的导线或信号线位于所述弱电管道中。
所述煲机装置包括:第二电源65(如图3所示),其设置于所述第二侧板62上,所述第二电源65的电压高于所述第一电源64的电压。所述第二电源65提供的电压为220V或者380V。所述第二电源65引出的导线或信号线位于所述强电管道中。
如图5所示,所述煲机装置包括:若干个分布式测试架200,若干个分布式测试架设置在所述第一侧板61和第二侧板62相对的侧壁上。
所述分布式测试架200,为多媒体产品30测试提供平台,且分布式测试架200的数量,可以根据待测试的多媒体产品30的多少来做相应的调整。
具体的,所述分布式测试架200包括:支撑板201,与所述第一侧板61和第二侧板62相对的侧壁固定连接;多个隔板202,其沿第一方向x间隔地设置在所述支撑板201上,所述隔板202沿第二方向y延伸,所述隔板202在第二方向的中心具有开口204。
所述分布式测试架200还包括:电源模组203(如图5所示),其沿第一方向设置在多个隔 板202的所述开口204中,所述电源模组203包括类型的插孔,用于同时给所述若干个多媒体产品30供电。
所述开口204为电源模组203提供放置位置,所述电源模组203以及相邻隔板202围成的区域用于为多媒体产品30提供测试空间。
本实施例中,所述多个类型插孔包括:三线插孔、两线插孔、USB接口、耳机3.5MMAudio接口、HDMI接口以及Type-C接口。
所述电源模组203具有多样的插孔,便于适应不同的多媒体产品的煲机测试要求。
本实施例中,所述煲机装置包括:自锁滚轮,其设置于位于所述柜体的底部。
在需要移动柜体时,将自锁滚轮中的自锁装置中的自锁装置关闭,使得柜体能够移动至目的区域,当需要固定柜体时,将自锁滚轮中的自锁装置打开,使得自锁滚轮不能再滚动。
本实施例中,所述煲机装置包括:网口转串口模块,用于将所述路由器22与多媒体产品30进行连接。
网口转串口模块可以自适应10Mbit/s模式100Mbit/s模式,串口通信最高波特率高达1.152Mbps,具有TCP Client/Server,UDP工作模式,可通过软件配置、命令配置和网页配置。网口转串口模块用于实现路由器22和多媒体产品30之间的数据传输。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种用于对若干个多媒体产品进行测试的煲机装置,其特征在于,包括:
    控制器,用于发出运行命令;
    网络服务器,其分别连接所述控制器以及所述若干个多媒体产品,所述网络服务器存储测试文件,所述测试文件由所述多媒体产品的签名和日志匹配生成;所述网络服务器接收所述运行命令产生控制命令,并根据所述控制命令将所述测试文件发送至所述若干个多媒体产品,并对所述若干个多媒体产品进行批量测试。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的煲机装置,其特征在于,所述网络服务器包括:
    处理服务器,其接收所述运行命令并产生所述控制命令;
    路由器,其用于存储所述测试文件并且响应于所述控制命令将所述测试文件发送至所述若干个多媒体产品。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的煲机装置,其特征在于,所述路由器根据所述控制命令配置所述若干个多媒体产品的运行环境和运行软件。
  4. 如权利要求1至3任一项所述的煲机装置,其特征在于,所述煲机装置包括:
    柜体,其包括:
    第一侧板;
    第二侧板,其与所述第一侧板在第一方向上相互平行间隔地设置;
    顶部支板,其位于所述第一侧板和第二侧板的顶部,且所述顶部支板沿第一方向分别与所述第一侧板和第二侧板的顶部连接;
    显示器,其位于所述第一侧板和第二侧板的侧壁上,所述显示器与所述若干个多媒体产品连接,用于播放所述若干个多媒体产品提供的视频信息。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的煲机装置,其特征在于,所述煲机装置包括:
    多进一出切换器,其包括与所述若干个多媒体产品连接的输入端,以及与所述显示器连接的输出端。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的煲机装置,其特征在于,所述煲机装置包括:
    摄像头,其与所述网络服务器连接,所述摄像头位于所述第一侧板和第二侧板上,所述摄像头用于拍摄显示器播放画面,并将拍摄的视频存储在所述网络服务器中;
    检测单元,其用于将所述网络服务器中存储的视频下载到所述控制器中进行检测。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的煲机装置,其特征在于,所述煲机装置包括:温控系统,其位于所述柜体的底部;
    所述温控系统包括:热风机或者冷风机、以及与所述热风机或者冷风机连接的温度控制器。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的煲机装置,其特征在于,所述煲机装置包括:
    保温装置,沿第二方向位于所述顶部支板的两侧,所述第二方向与所述第一方向垂直。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的煲机装置,其特征在于,所述保温装置包括卷帘机构和与所述卷帘机构的输出端连接的隔热布帘;其中,
    所述卷帘机构包括:
    支座,其在所述第一方向上,间隔地设置在所述顶部支板两端;
    卷轴,其转动地设置在所述支座中;
    转动电机,其包括与所述卷轴的一端固定连接的输出端,用于提供卷轴的回转;
    连接机构,其在所述第一方向上固定于所述卷轴表面,用于连接所述隔热布帘。
  10. 如权利要求4所述的煲机装置,其特征在于,所述煲机装置包括:沿第一方向延伸的线 槽,其位于所述第一侧板和第二侧板之间,且与所述第一侧板和第二侧板固定连接,所述线槽包括弱电管道和与所述弱电管道相间隔的强电管道;
    第一电源,其设置于所述第一侧板上,所述第一电源引出的导线或信号线位于所述弱电管道中;
    第二电源,其设置于所述第二侧板上,所述第二电源引出的导线或信号线位于所述强电管道中,所述第二电源的电压高于所述第一电源的电压。
  11. 如权利要求4所述的煲机装置,其特征在于,所述煲机装置包括:若干个个分布式测试架,所述分布式测试架设置在所述第一侧板和第二侧板相对的侧壁上;
    所述分布式测试架包括:支撑板,与所述第一侧板和第二侧板相对的侧壁固定连接;
    多个隔板,其沿所述第一方向间隔地设置在所述支撑板上,所述隔板沿第二方向延伸,所述隔板在第二方向的中心具有开口;
    电源模组,其沿第一方向设置在多个隔板的所述开口中,所述电源模组包括多个类型插孔,用于同时给所述若干个多媒体产品供电。
  12. 如权利要求4所述的煲机装置,其特征在于,所述煲机装置包括:自锁滚轮,其设置于所述柜体的底部。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的煲机装置,其特征在于,所述控制器包括个人电脑。
