本公开涉及显示技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
大尺寸显示装置的组装过程需要进行大量的拼装作业,为了降低拼装难度,大尺寸显示装置往往存在明显的拼接痕迹,例如有外露的螺丝孔等等,这会大大降低用户的使用体验。
需要说明的是,在上述背景技术部分公开的信息仅用于加强对本公开的背景的理解,因此可以包括不构成对本领域普通技术人员已知的现有技术的信息。
公开内容
本公开的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种显示装置,提高显示装置的整体性。
根据本公开的一个方面,提供一种显示装置,包括显示模组和围绕所述显示模组的边框组件;其中,所述边框组件包括位于所述显示模组上方和两侧的多个第一边框和位于所述显示模组下方的第二边框;
所述第一边框包括第一内侧壁、第一外侧壁和连接侧壁,所述第一外侧壁相对于所述第一内侧壁远离所述显示模组,所述连接侧壁位于所述第一内侧壁和第一外侧壁之间,包括第一连接侧壁和位于所述第一连接侧壁前侧的第二连接侧壁;所述第一连接侧壁、所述第二连接侧壁、所述第一内侧壁和所述第一外侧壁之间形成有第一腔体;
所述第一内侧壁与所述显示模组之间,通过端帽位于所述第一腔体中的螺钉连接。
根据本公开的一种实施方式,所述第一内侧壁和所述第一外侧壁分别形成有相互对准的内螺钉安装孔和外螺钉安装孔;所述螺钉通过所述内螺钉安装孔与所述显示模组连接,所述外螺钉安装孔用于在拧紧所述螺钉时利于安装工具的使用。
根据本公开的一种实施方式,所述内螺钉安装孔沿所述第一边框延伸方向延伸,包括位于一端的穿入孔和与所述穿入孔连接的长孔;所述穿入孔能够允许所述螺钉的端帽穿过;所述长孔能够允许所述螺钉的螺杆穿过但是不允许所述螺钉的端帽穿过。

本公开提供一种显示装置及其拼接方法,参见图1和图9,该显示装置包括显示模组MDL和围绕显示模组MDL的边框组件EE。在一些实施方式中,显示模组MDL为一种拼接显示模组MDL,该拼接显示模组MDL 可以包括多个相互拼接的LED显示单元A1。这样,显示装置具有较大的显示尺寸,进而可以应用于舞台、展厅、会场等等需要大型显示设备的场景中。
图2示出了LED显示单元A1的结构示意图。其中,中间的示意图为LED显示单元A1的正面视图,在该视图中,仅仅可以看到LED显示面板A11,其余部分全部被LED显示面板A11遮挡。图2还给出了LED显示面板A11的上下左右四个侧视图,分别位于中央的正视图的上下左右四个方向。参见图2所给出的LED显示面板A11在五个不同视角下的结构示意图,每个LED显示单元A1包括连接结构A12和LED显示面板A11,其中连接结构A12可以用于支撑LED显示面板A11以及用于相邻LED显示单元A1之间的连接。LED显示面板A11可以用于显示画面。在一些实施方式中,连接结构A12的外边缘与LED显示面板A11的外边缘齐平,以使得相邻LED显示单元A1之间的缝隙减小甚至可以实现无缝拼接。
在一些实施方式中,参见图2,LED显示面板A11在整体上可以呈矩形,其可以包括相对设置的长边和相对设置的短边。如此,连接结构A12可以整体上为矩形结构,以与LED显示面板A11的整体形状相配合。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,在显示装置中,LED显示面板A11的长边一般沿水平或者接近水平方向设置,LED显示面板A11的短边一般沿竖直或者接近竖直方向设置,这样可以更利于显示装置的组装和控制。在本公开中,可以将显示装置在工作时用于显示画面的一侧(出光侧)定义为前侧,将与出光侧相对的一侧定义为背侧。这样,在LED显示单元A1中,LED显示面板A11位于连接结构A12的前方。在本公开中,可以将LED显示面板A11的长边方向定义为行方向,将LED显示面板A11的短边方向定义为列方向。在本公开的一种实施方式中,显示装置在行方向上的尺寸大于在列方向上的尺寸,使得显示装置呈现为大尺寸的横屏显示装置。当然的,在本公开的其他实施方式中,显示装置在行方向上的尺寸也可以小于在列方形上的尺寸,使得显示装置呈现为大尺寸的竖屏显示装置。为表述方便,在本公开中,可以将显示装置平面内远离拼接显示模组的方向定义为外侧,将显示装置平面内靠近拼接显示模组的方向定义为内侧;示例性地,边框组件位于拼接显示模组的外侧,拼接显示模组位于 边框组件的内侧。
在一些实施方式中,连接结构A12和LED显示面板A11之间通过连接组件可拆卸连接,连接组件包括相互配合的第一连接件和第二连接件;其中,连接结构A12的前侧可以设置有第一连接件,LED显示面板A11的背侧可以设置有第二连接件。这样,在组装显示装置时,可以先将边框组件EE和各个LED显示单元A1的连接结构A12组装以形成显示装置框架,然后再将LED显示面板A11连接至显示装置框架的连接结构A12上以形成显示装置。这样一方面可以降低在拼接过程中损伤LED显示面板A11的风险,并利于提高组装速度和组装便利性;另一方面,这样也利于更换受损的连接结构A12或者LED显示面板A11,提高显示装置的维护便利性并降低维护成本。
在进一步地实施方式中,第一连接件和第二连接件均可以为磁性件,例如可以为磁铁。当第一连接件和第二连接件对准时,两者可以吸附在一起,进而使得LED显示面板A11固定在连接结构A12上。这一方面,可以从正面安装和拆卸LED显示面板A11,进而使得该显示装置能够适用于挂壁等应用场景,克服了挂壁等场合下无法从背面对显示装置进行安装或者维护的问题。
在一些实施方式中,连接结构A12和LED显示面板A11之间通过多组连接组件连接,以提高连接结构A12和LED显示面板A11之间连接的稳定性。更进一步地,各个连接组件可以较为均匀地分布,例如各个第一连接件均匀的阵列分布于连接结构A12上。可以理解的是,在本公开的其他实施方式中,连接组件之间的间距也可以不规则或者局部不规则,以利于连接结构A12和LED显示面板A11上其他结构的设置。
在一些实施方式中,连接结构A12可以包括位于外围的框架A121和固定于框架A121内侧的结构件。其中,框架A121的外边缘可以与LED显示面板A11的外边缘齐平而呈矩形,以利于LED显示单元A1之间的拼接。结构件可以与框架A121固定连接,其可以设置有用于与LED显示面板A11电连接的端口等,以利于向LED显示面板A11提供电力或者信号。示例性地,在本公开的一种实施方式中,结构件上设置有朝向前方的第一信号端口和第一电源端口,LED显示面板A11的背侧设置有用于与 第一信号端口和第一电源端口分别配合的第二信号端口和第二电源端口。当LED显示面板A11通过连接组件固定至连接结构A12上时,第一信号端口和第二信号端口可以相互配合,以使得LED显示面板A11可以与外部的控制组件进行信号交互;第一电源端口和第二电源端口可以相互配合,以使得LED显示面板A11可以从外部电源获得电力供应。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,控制组件可以包括LED显示面板A11的电路板,LED显示面板A11的电路板可以设置于结构件上,以用于驱动LED显示面板A11显示画面。可以理解的是,LED显示面板A11的电路板可以包括一块电路板,也可以包括多块与LED显示面板A11连接的电路板,以能够驱动LED显示面板A11显示画面为准。根据LED显示面板A11的驱动方式不同,LED显示面板A11电路板可以具有不同的功能模块,例如可以设置有源极驱动模块、栅极驱动模块、时序控制器等等,本公开对此不做限定。
可选地,框架A121可以包括依次首尾连接的四个框条,例如包括沿行方向延伸的两个相对设置的长框条和沿列方向延伸且相对设置的两个短框条。
在一些实施方式中,结构件上可以设置有框架连接件,相邻两个连接结构A12可以通过框架连接件相互连接。进一步地,在任意一个框条上,均设置有朝向外侧方向的贯通的框架A121连接孔(即框架连接孔沿行方向或者列方向贯穿框架A121,且与框条延伸方向垂直),在结构件上可以设置有框架连接件,框架连接件包括插销件。当相邻两个框架A121的相邻框条连接时,可以使得两个框条的框架连接孔对准,并使得插销件插入框架连接孔中。这样,在插销件和框架连接孔的约束下,两个框架A121被相互连接。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,框架连接件还可以设置有插销调节件,用于调节插销件的位置,进而调整连接结构拼接体的平整度,保证显示装置的各个LED显示面板A11在同一平面。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,在任意一个框条上,可以设置有至少一个框架连接孔,以保证连接结构A12之间可以任意拼接。
在组装显示装置时,可以先使得各个连接结构A12相互拼接以形成连 接结构拼接体,然而再在连接结构拼接体的外侧装配边框组件EE以形成显示装置框架。进一步地可选地,在各个连接结构A12进行拼接时,可以使得相邻两个连接结构A12的长边相邻或者短边相邻,进而使得各个连接结构A12的姿态保持一致。
在一些实施方式中,多个连接结构A12可以预先连接以形成连接结构预拼接体;多个连接结构预拼接体可以相互连接以形成所需的连接结构拼接体。这样,可以直接将各个连接结构预拼接体运输至应用现场,并在应用现场采用连接结构预拼接体进行拼接以形成显示装置框架。如此,可以减小在应用现场的拼装工作量,提高拼接效率和减小拼接时间。更重要的是,这可以大大降低拼接过程中对专业作业人员的需求,降低拼接作业的难度,进而在一方面降低拼接作业的成本,在另一方面减小拼装过程对显示装置造成损伤的风险。可以理解的是,连接结构预拼接体是在应用现场以外所形成的结构,例如是工厂生产时预先生成的或者显示装置供应商在前往应用现场之前在预装配车间提前组装的,以在运输至应用现场时已经呈现多个连接结构A12预先连接为准。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,连接结构预拼接体可以包括多个沿列方向依次排列并连接的连接结构A12。这样,在组装显示装置时,可以使得各个连接结构预拼接体沿行方向依次拼接以形成连接结构拼接体。这样,可以避免连接结构预拼接体的尺寸过长而难以运输和控制工艺尺寸。在本公开中,可以将连接结构预拼接体及其上所连接的LED显示面板A11整体上定义为预拼装显示模块AA(图1中以阴影示意了一个预拼装显示模块AA),则该显示装置的拼接显示模组MDL可以包括多个相互拼接的预拼装显示模块AA,每个预拼装显示模块AA可以包括多个LED显示单元A1。进一步地,在每个预拼装显示模块AA中,各个连接结构A12被预先连接形成连接结构预拼接体,各个LED显示面板A11可以与连接结构A12可拆卸连接。
作为一种示例,图1表示了一种具有25个LED显示单元A1的显示装置。其中,该显示装置的拼接显示模组MDL具有5个预拼装显示模块AA,5个预拼装显示模块AA沿行方向依次拼接。任意一个预拼装显示模块AA包括沿列方向依次拼接的5个LED显示单元A1。
在一些实施方式中,参见图3,连接结构预拼接体中的各个LED显示单元A1的连接结构A12之间除了采用框架连接件连接外,还可以通过背板A2连接。换言之,连接结构预拼接体可以包括背板A2以及多个连接结构A12,相邻连接结构A12之间连接且各个连接结构A12均与背板A2连接。其中,背板A2可以设置于连接结构A12的背侧。示例性地,在本公开的一种实施方式中,预拼装显示模块AA可以包括连接结构预拼接体和固定于连接结构预拼接体的各个连接结构A12上的LED显示面板A11;任意一个连接结构预拼接体包括多个沿列方向依次连接的连接结构A12,以及位于连接结构A12背侧且与各个连接结构A12连接的背板A2。
可选地,连接结构A12上可以设置有用于与背板A2连接的螺栓柱,背板A2可以与螺栓柱连接。其中,螺栓柱的数量可以为多个,以提高背板A2与连接结构A12的连接强度。示例性地,螺栓柱的数量为四个,且在靠近连接结构A12的四个顶角处呈矩形分布。进一步可选地,螺栓柱设置在结构件上。当然的,在本公开的其他实施方式中,背板A2与连接结构A12之间还可以采用其他可拆卸地连接方式连接。
可以理解的是,在本公开的其他实施方式中,在连接结构预拼接体中,各个连接结构A12之间也可以采用不可拆卸的方式进行固定和连接,例如采用焊接等方式;亦或可以将连接结构预拼接体中的各个连接结构A12的框架A121做成一体成型的结构。相应的,在连接结构预拼接体中,连接结构A12与背板A2之间也可以采用不可拆卸的连接方式连接,例如采用焊接等方式进行固定。
可选地,参见图2,在框架A121上可以设置有边框连接孔HD,以便于位于连接结构拼接体的边缘的框架A121与边框组件EE固定。进一步地,可以在框架A121的各个框条上均设置边框连接孔HD,以使得各个连接结构A12之间可以根据需求进行拼接,提高连接结构A12的通用性,进而降低显示装置的成本。在本公开的一种实施方式中,参见图2,在任意一个框条上,可以设置至少一个边框连接孔HD。示例性地,在本公开的一种实施方式中,在长框条上可见一设置有三个边框连接孔HD,在短框条上可以设置有两个边框连接孔HD。
进一步地,边框连接孔HD可以为螺纹孔,边框组件EE与框架A121 之间可以通过与边框连接孔HD配合的螺钉DD1连接。换言之,显示模组MDL可以包括多个相互拼接的连接结构和位于各个连接结构上的多个LED显示面板;连接结构具有能够与边框组件通过螺钉连接的边框连接孔。
可选地,边框连接孔HD可以朝向连接结构A12的外侧开设,即其可以沿行方向或者列方向延伸且垂直于框条的延伸方向。
在本公开中,参见图9,边框组件EE围绕显示模组MDL显示模组MDL设置,其可以包括位于显示模组MDL显示模组MDL上方的顶边框EE1、位于显示模组MDL显示模组MDL下方的底边框EE2和位于显示模组MDL显示模组MDL行方向两侧的侧边框。其中,侧边框包括左边框EE3和右边框EE4。其中,插入孔可以与连接结构拼接体顶部边缘连接,例如与连接结构拼接体顶部边缘的边框连接孔HD通过螺钉连接。底边框EE2可以与连接结构拼接体底部边缘连接,例如与连接结构拼接体底部边缘的边框连接孔HD通过螺钉连接。左边框EE3可以与连接结构拼接体左侧边缘连接,例如与连接结构拼接体左侧边缘的边框连接孔HD通过螺钉连接。右边框EE4可以与连接结构拼接体右侧边缘连接,例如与连接结构拼接体右侧边缘的边框连接孔HD通过螺钉连接。在本公开中,左方向和右方向为LED显示面板A11的行方向上的相反的两个方向。在本公开的一种实施方式中,用户可以在显示装置前方且朝向显示装置观察,用户的左侧方向即为本公开中的左方向,用户的右侧方向即为本公开中的右方向。
在一些实施方式中,顶边框EE1、左边框EE3和右边框EE4的结构相同,例如具有相同或者基本相同的横截面形状。在本公开的一种实施方式中,参见图9,顶边框EE1、左边框EE3和右边框EE4中的任意一个,可以包括一个第一边框E1或者多个拼接的第一边框E1。这样,顶边框EE1、左边框EE3和右边框EE4可以共用模具以节约型材生产成本。进一步地,第一边框E1的长度可以不大于2米,以避免第一边框E1长度太长而导致生产成本增大和工艺精度降低。
图5示出了第一边框E1与显示模组MDL之间一种连接方式的结构示意图。参见图4和图5,第一边框E1可以设置有第一腔体E1A以降低边框重量并降低边框成本。在第一边框E1与显示模组MDL之间之间,可以通过螺钉连接,其中螺钉的端帽可以位于第一腔体E1A中。这样, 螺钉可以隐藏在第一边框E1中,进而避免螺钉外露,利于提高显示装置的外观效果和提高用户体验,提升显示装置在整体上的展示效果。
在一些实施方式中,参见图4和图5,第一边框E1可以具有第一边框主体E10,第一边框主体E10可以为中空的型材,其具有相对设置的第一内侧壁E11和第一外侧壁E12,以及在第一内侧壁E11和第一外侧壁E12之间的连接侧壁。其中,第一内侧壁E11靠近显示模组MDL显示模组MDL设置的,第一外侧壁E12位于第一边框E1远离显示模组MDL显示模组MDL的一侧。进一步地,第一内侧壁E11、第一外侧壁E12和连接侧壁均沿第一边框E1的延伸方向延伸。
可选地,连接侧壁可以包括第一连接侧壁E131和第二连接侧壁E132,第一连接侧壁E131位于第二连接侧壁E132的背侧。这样,第一连接侧壁E131、第二连接侧壁E132、第一内侧壁E11和第一外侧壁E12形成有第一腔体E1A,第一腔体E1A的延伸方向与第一边框E1的延伸方向一致,且沿第一边框E1的延伸方向贯穿第一边框E1。
可选地,所述第一内侧壁E11和所述第一外侧壁E12分别形成有相互对准的内螺钉安装孔HA和外螺钉安装孔HB;所述螺钉DD1通过所述内螺钉安装孔HA与所述显示模组MDL连接;外螺钉安装孔HB用于拧紧螺钉时利于安装工具的使用。例如,在利用螺钉将第一边框与显示模组固定安装时,螺丝刀等安装工具可以穿过外螺钉安装孔HB以拧紧螺钉,以提高边框安装强度。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,参见图5,螺钉DD1可以穿入内螺钉安装孔HA和边框连接孔HD中,且螺钉的端帽可以抵触在第一内侧壁E11上,实现第一边框E1与连接结构A12的稳定连接。不仅如此,这样还使得螺钉的端帽位于第一腔体E1A内,实现了对螺钉的遮挡,进而提高显示装置的美观效果。可以理解的是,当第一内侧壁E11上设置有用于容置全部或者部分螺钉的端帽的沉孔时,该沉孔与第一腔体连通而作为第一腔体的一部分。
更进一步地,第一外侧壁E12上的螺钉安装孔HC的尺寸,可以大于第一内侧壁E11的螺钉安装孔HC的尺寸,以利于螺钉置入第一腔体E1A中或者利于拧紧螺钉。
示例性地,在本公开的一种实施方式中,当内螺钉安装孔HA与对应的边框连接孔HD对准后,可以通过第一外侧壁E12的螺钉安装孔HC置入螺钉,并通过外螺钉安装孔HB拧紧螺钉,以使得螺钉拧入内螺钉安装孔HA和边框连接孔HD中,且使得端帽抵触于第一内侧壁E11。更进一步地,内螺钉安装孔HA和外螺钉安装孔HB可以为沿第一边框E1长度方向延伸的长圆孔,以便调节内螺钉安装孔HA和外螺钉安装孔HB与边框连接孔HD的对准,例如减小边框组件的拼接狭缝。
再示例性地,在本公开的另一种实施方式中,参见图12,内螺钉安装孔HA为沿第一边框E1延伸方向延伸的挂壁孔。参见图12,挂壁孔包括位于一端的插入孔和与插入孔连接的长孔。其中,穿入孔能够允许螺钉的端帽穿过;长孔能够允许螺钉的螺杆穿过但是不允许螺钉的端帽穿过。示例性地,插入孔的尺寸大于螺钉的端帽,长孔的宽度大于螺钉的螺杆直径且小于螺钉的端帽直径。这样,在安装第一边框E1时,可以先将螺钉DD1预安装到框架A121上,螺钉的端帽与连接结构A12的框架A121之间存在能够容置第一内侧壁E11的间隙;然后,可以将第一边框E1挂在螺钉上,具体的,可以使得螺钉的端帽穿过插入孔后移动第一边框E1,使得螺钉的螺杆穿入长孔中;然后,在对边框组件进行校准后,可以通过外螺钉安装孔HB拧紧螺钉,使得第一边框E1与连接结构A12之间通过螺钉固定。进一步地,内螺钉安装孔HA的插入孔为圆孔。在该实施方式中,外螺钉安装孔HB以能够允许工具拧紧螺钉为准,例如可以为沿第一边框E1延伸方向延伸的长圆孔。
在一些实施方式中,侧边框(左边框或者右边框的任意一个)包括一个第一边框或者多个沿直线拼接的第一边框,且第一边框中的穿入孔位于长孔的下方。
在一些实施方式中,顶边框包括一个第一边框或者多个沿直线拼接的第一边框。顶边框的各个挂壁孔中,穿入孔位于长孔的同一侧。在一些实施方式中,参见图5,第一边框E1还可以包括框盖E14,框盖E14与第一外侧壁E12之间可拆卸连接并覆盖外螺钉安装孔HB。这样,顶边框和侧边框在整体上看不到外螺钉安装孔HB和螺钉,进一步提高显示装置外观的整洁性。
进一步地,当多个第一边框沿直线依次拼接时,沿直线依次拼接的多个第一边框的所述框盖为一体式结构。示例性地,当顶边框包括多个依次拼接的第一边框时,顶边框的框盖可以为一整条且与各个第一边框配合,以提高顶边框的整体性。再示例性地,当左边框或者右边框包括多个依次拼接的第一边框时,左边框或者右边框的框盖可以为一整条且与各个第一边框配合,以提高侧边框的整体性。
示例性地,在本公开的一种实施方式中,第一边框E1的第一外侧壁E12可以设置有沿第一边框E1延伸方向延伸的滑槽,滑槽开口朝向第一边框E1的外侧;框盖E14可以具有与滑槽配合的滑条,滑条与滑槽之间成导轨-滑块机构。如此,框盖E14可以作为一种滑盖,以滑动方式遮挡或者暴露外螺钉安装孔HB。
进一步地,滑槽的数量可以为两条,两条滑条分别位于外螺钉安装孔HB的两侧。
可选地,框盖E14的第一外侧壁E12和第一外侧壁E12未被框盖E14覆盖的表面平滑连接,以使得边框在整体外观上更为美观。
在一些实施方式中,参见图5,连接侧壁还可以包括第三连接侧壁E133,第三连接侧壁E133连接于第一外侧壁E12的前端。进一步地,第三连接侧壁E133沿第一边框E1的延伸方向延伸。如此,第一连接侧壁E131、第二连接侧壁E132和第三连接侧壁E133从背侧到前侧依次设置。
第一内侧壁E11、第一外侧壁E12、第二连接侧壁E132和第三连接侧壁E133可以环绕出用于容置红外触控组件FF的第一红外腔E1B。其中,参见图8,红外触控组件FF可以包括红外发射器条F2和红外接收器条F1,在任意一个边框中设置红外发射器条F2和红外接收器条F1中的一种。其中,红外发射器条F2上设置有用于发出红外线的红外发射器,红外接收器条F1上设置有用于检测红外线的红外接收器。在显示装置中,红外发射器条F2和红外接收器条F1在显示模组MDL显示模组MDL两侧相对设置,以实现触控功能。
参见图5,第一内侧壁E11和第一外侧壁E12向前方延伸至超出LED显示面板A11;且第一内侧壁E11与第三连接侧壁E133之间形成有与第一红外腔E1B连通的第一透光狭缝。其中,第一透光狭缝位于LED显示 面板A11的前方。在显示装置中,红外光可以通过第一透光狭缝射出或者进入第一红外腔E1B。
可选地,参见图5,第二连接侧壁和第三连接侧壁的相对的表面可以设置有红外紧固槽,第一红外腔E1B中的红外触控组件FF可以通过红外紧固槽固定,以使得红外触控组件FF上的器件(例如红外发射器或者红外接收器)正对第一透光狭缝。
可选地,参见图5,在第一透光狭缝中可以设置有第一红外滤光条E16,以提高红外触控的精度并减小外界干扰。进一步地,第一透光狭缝的侧壁表面可以设置有滤光条滑槽,第一红外滤光条E16可以插入该滤光条滑槽中,实现滤光并封闭第一红外腔E1B。
在一些实施方式中,参见图9,顶边框EE1、左边框EE3或者右边框EE4可以采用多个第一边框E1拼接而成。如此,可以避免这些边框尺寸太长而难以运输和制备。进一步地,参见图11,相邻两个第一边框E1之间可以通过销钉E15连接。
可选地,参见图5,第一边框E1的端部可以设置有多个销钉孔E1C,销钉孔E1C沿第一边框E1的延伸方向延伸。当相邻两个第一边框E1对准时,各个销钉孔E1C可以对准。这样,可以将销钉E15插入相邻两个销钉孔E1C中,进而使得沿直线相邻的两个第一边框E1通过销钉E15连接起来。更进一步地,销钉E15与销钉孔E1C之间可以过盈连接。换言之,第一边框的两端均设置有销钉孔,沿直线相邻拼接的两个第一边框之间通过插入销钉孔中的销钉连接。可以理解的是,位于显示模组不同侧面的相邻第一边框不沿直线设置,顶边框的第一边框和侧边框的第一边框在拐角处的相邻并非本公开的沿直线相邻的情形。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,参见图11,在第一边框E1一端的销钉孔E1C为具有螺纹的第一销钉孔E1C1,另一端的销钉孔E1C为没有螺纹的第二销钉孔E1C2。销钉E15的一端具有与第一销钉孔E1C1配合的螺纹,另一端为与第二销钉孔E1C2过盈配合的销杆。换言之,销钉E15由与第一销钉孔E1C1配合的螺纹段和与第二销钉孔E1C2过盈配合的销杆段组成。在拼接第一边框E1时,可以使得一个第一边框E1的第一销钉孔E1C1与销钉E15螺纹连接,然后再使得销杆与另一个第一边框E1的第二 销钉孔E1C2过盈配合,进而实现将两个第一边框E1拼接。这样可以提高两个第一边框E1的结合强度,实现无缝拼接的效果。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,在侧边框中,第一边框下端的销钉孔为第一销钉孔,第一边框上端的销钉孔为第二销钉孔。在顶边框中,各个第一边框的第一销钉孔位于第一边框的同一端。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,销钉孔E1C可以设置于第一边框E1内部,例如设置于第一腔体E1A内。当第一边框E1具有第一红外腔E1B时,第一红外腔E1B中也可以设置有销钉孔E1C。这样可以避免破坏边框的外部整体形貌。
进一步地,第一边框E1内部的空腔中,例如第一腔体E1A和第一红外腔E1B中,设置有凸出部,凸出部上可以形成销钉孔E1C。可选地,凸出部上还具有连通所述销钉孔且沿所述第一边框的延伸方向延伸的开口缝,以利于第一边框E1的成型和制备。可选地,凸出部和销钉孔E1C可以沿上框的延伸方形延伸且贯穿上框。可选地,第一腔体E1A内设置有三个销钉孔E1C,分别位于第一外侧壁E12与第一连接侧壁E131的夹角处、第一内侧壁E11与第一连接侧壁E131的夹角处、第一内侧壁E11与第二连接侧壁E132的夹角处。可选地,第一红外腔E1B中可以设置有一个销钉孔E1C,位于第一外侧壁E12与第三连接侧壁E133的夹角处。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,顶边框EE1、左边框EE3或者右边框EE4可以分为多个预拼接段,每个预拼接段可以包括多个拼接的第一边框E1。在将显示装置的相关零件运输至应用现场时,可以直接运输各个预拼接段以减小应用现场的拼接工作量。示例性地,参见图4,顶边框EE1可以分为两个等长度的预拼接段,每个预拼接段可以包括多个第一边框E1(包括第一边框本体E10和框盖E14)。再示例性地,可以将左边框EE3和右边框EE4拼接完成后再运输至应用现场,这样在应用现场无需再将第一边框E1拼接呈左边框EE3和右边框EE4,而是可以直接将左边框EE3和右边框EE4安装至连接结构拼接体上。
在一些实施方式中,参见图9,底边框EE2可以包括一个第二边框E2或者拼接的多个第二边框E2。其中,参见图4和图6,第二边框E2可以包括相互配合的第二边框本体E20和前盖板E24,前盖板E24与第二边 框本体E20可拆卸连接。其中,第二边框本体E20包括第二内侧壁E21、第二外侧壁E22、背侧壁E23。第二内侧壁E21靠近显示模组MDL设置,第二外侧壁E22位于上框远离显示模组MDL的一侧。背侧壁E23连接第二内侧壁E21和第二外侧壁E22的背侧端部。进一步地,第二内侧壁E21、第二外侧壁E22、背侧壁E23和前盖板E24均沿底边框EE2的延伸方向延伸。
其中,第二内侧壁E21、第二外侧壁E22、背侧壁E23和前盖板E24之间形成用于容置系统控制组件BB的第二腔体E2A,前盖板E24与底壁之间可拆卸连接。如此,显示装置的系统控制组件BB可以容置于第二腔体E2A中,以用于控制各个LED显示面板A11的控制组件。当显示装置的系统控制组件BB需要维护时,可以打开前盖板E24,进而对第二腔体E2A中的系统控制组件BB进行维护。因此,本公开显示装置的系统控制组件BB设置于底边框EE2中,且可以在显示装置的正面进行维护,克服了显示装置进行挂壁设置时难以进行背面维护的缺陷。
可选地,在所述第二腔体E2A内,所述背侧壁E23上设置有安装筋E25;所述系统控制组件BB安装于所述安装筋E25上。
参见图6,第二内侧壁E21可以设置有螺钉安装孔HC;在显示装置中,螺钉安装孔HC可以与边框安装孔对准。这样,螺钉可以穿设于螺钉安装孔HC与边框安装孔中,进而使得显示模组MDL显示模组MDL与底边框EE2固定连接。如此,螺钉隐藏在第二腔体E2A中,避免螺钉外露。在本公开的一种实施方式中,螺钉安装孔HC可以为圆孔。可以理解的是,第二内侧壁E21上还可以设置有用于容置或者部分容置螺钉的沉孔,该沉孔可以作为第二腔体的一部分。
可选地,第二内侧壁E21上还可以具有朝向内侧延伸的加强壁,加强壁抵触于框架A121的背面以提高底边框EE2与显示模组MDL的结合强度。进一步地,加强壁沿底边框EE2的延伸方向延伸,且贯穿底边框EE2。
可选地,底边框EE2还可以具有第一竖壁E261、第二竖壁E262和横壁E263;第二内侧壁E21向前延伸至LED显示面板A11前方,第一竖壁E261连接至第二内侧壁E21的前端并向外侧(远离显示模组MDL显示模组MDL的方向,即下方)延伸;第二竖壁E262连接至第二内侧壁E21 并向外侧延伸,且设置在第一竖壁E261与螺钉安装孔HC之间。第一横臂连接至第一竖壁E261和第二竖壁E262的外侧端。这样,第二内侧壁E21、第一竖壁E261、第二竖壁E262和横壁E263之前形成容置红外触控组件FF的第二红外腔E2B,以使得显示装置具有触控功能。参见图6,第二内侧壁E21凸出于LED显示面板A11的部分与第二竖壁之间可以形成有连通第二红外腔E2B的第二透光狭缝,以使得第二红外腔E2B中的红外触控组件FF通过第二透光狭缝接收红外线或者发射红外线。进一步地,第一竖壁E261、第二竖壁E262和横壁E263沿底边框EE2的延伸方向延伸,且贯穿底边框EE2。
可选地,参见图6,第一竖壁E261、第二竖壁E262的相对的表面可以设置有红外紧固槽,第二红外腔E2B中的红外触控组件FF可以通过红外紧固槽固定,以使得红外触控组件FF上的器件(例如红外发射器或者红外接收器)正对第二透光狭缝。
可选地,参见图6,在第二透光狭缝中可以设置有第二红外滤光条E27,以提高红外触控的精度并减小外界干扰。进一步地,第二透光狭缝的侧壁表面可以设置有滤光条滑槽,第二红外滤光条E27可以插入该滤光条滑槽中,实现滤光并封闭第二红外腔E2B。
可选地,参见图6,横壁E263上设置有朝向外侧(下端)延伸的插板E264;前盖板E24的内侧端设置有与插板E264配合的插槽。在装配前盖板E24时,可以先将插槽与插板E264配合,然后再将前盖板E24的外侧端与第二外侧壁E22固定。进一步地,插板E264沿底边框EE2的延伸方向延伸,且贯穿底边框EE2。
进一步地,当插槽与插板E264配合时,第一竖壁E261和前盖板E24的结合处平滑过渡,例如两者的前表面位于同一平面。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,前盖板E24可以包括盖板部E241和连接部E242,盖板部E241的外侧端(下端)与连接部E242的内侧端(上端)连接,例如通过螺钉DD2等方式可拆卸连接以提高显示装置的零件的通用性。连接部E242的外侧端(下端)与第二外侧壁E22之间可拆卸连接,例如通过螺钉连接。示例性地,连接部E242的下端弯折至第二外侧壁的下方,并与第二外侧壁E22的外表面抵触且通过螺钉DD3固定。
可选地,盖板部E241的整体色调可以与LED显示面板A11的色调一致或者接近,连接部E242的整体色调可以与第一边框E1的前面的色调一致或者接近。这样可以使得显示装置中的产品外观统一,提高整体展示效果。
可选地,盖板部E241上还可以设置有散热孔、扬声孔、标识牌等等,以满足显示装置在功能和展示上的需求为准,本公开在此不做限制。
在一些实施方式中,第二边框E2的两端可以设置有用于拼接的拼接孔,相邻两个第二边框E2之间可以采用销钉-拼接孔的配合实现拼接,进而拼接出完整的底边框EE2。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,底边框EE2可以分为多个预拼接段,每个预拼接段可以包括多个拼接的第二边框E2。在将显示装置的相关零件运输至应用现场时,可以直接运输各个预拼接段以减小应用现场的拼接工作量。示例性地,底边框EE2可以分为两个等长度的预拼接段,每个预拼接段可以包括多个第二边框E2。
可选地,在本公开中,参见图8,红外触控组件FF可以包括多个红外发射器条F2和多个红外接收器条F1,多个红外发射器条F2之间可以电连接以实现串联,多个红外接收器条F1之间可以电连接以实现串联。示例性地,在本公开的一种实施方式中,底边框EE2和左边框EE3上可以设置有红外发射器条F2,右边框EE4和顶边框EE1上可以设置有红外接收器条F1。可以理解的是,在本公开的其他实施方式中,可以根据需要调整红外发射器条F2和红外接收器条F1的位置。
在一些实施方式中,参见图4和图7,边框组件EE还可以包括位于四个顶角处的拐角件,拐角件与第一边框或者第二边框连接。具体的,拐角件可以包括上拐角件(左上拐角件E31、右上拐角件E32)和下拐角件(左下拐角件E33、右下拐角件E34)。
在一些实施方式中,顶边框EE1与左边框EE3之间通过左上拐角件E31连接,顶边框EE1与右边框EE4之间通过右上拐角件E32连接,底边框EE2与左边框EE3之间通过左下拐角件E33连接,底边框EE2与右边框EE4之间通过右下拐角件E34连接。这样,边框组件EE可以包括顶边框EE1、底边框EE2、左边框EE3、右边框EE4和四个拐角件,这可以 使得顶边框EE1、底边框EE2、左边框EE3、右边框EE4相互锁附,进而提高边框组件EE外观的完整性,提高显示装置的整体展示效果和用户体验。
在另外一些实施方式中,在工艺误差允许的情况下,可以使得下拐角件与底边框之间通过螺钉连接;侧边框与上拐角件、下拐角件之间通过销钉连接;销钉由螺纹段和销杆段组成;其中,下拐角件与销钉的螺纹段螺纹连接,侧边框的下端与销钉的销杆段过盈配合;侧边框的上端与销钉的螺纹段螺纹连接,上拐角件与销钉的销杆段连接。在本公开的一种实施方式中,上拐角件设置有用于与顶边框连接的连接孔和用于与侧边框(左边框EE3或者右边框EE4)连接的连接孔E302,上拐角件与顶边框EE1、侧边框之间可以通过螺钉、销钉E15或则带有螺纹的销钉E15连接。
可选地,上拐角件设置有转角腔E301。当上拐角件、顶边框和侧边框相互连接时,转角腔的一个开口与顶边框EE1的第一红外腔E1B对准,转角腔的另一个开口与侧边框的第一红外腔E1B对准。这样,侧边框和顶边框EE1的第一红外腔E1B相互连通,利于显示装置的红外触控组件FF的布设和走线。示例性地,顶边框EE1的第一红外腔E1B中的红外触控组件FF可以通过转角腔与一个侧边框中的红外触控组件FF电连接。
进一步地,上拐角件的前侧表面还可以设置有倒角,以便跟顶边框EE1和侧边框的前表面的形状匹配,提高边框组件EE的一致性。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,下拐角件设置有用于与底边框EE2连接的连接孔E304。进一步地,下拐角件与底边框EE2之间可以通过螺钉连接。
可选地,下拐角件设置有与第二腔体E2A连通的布线腔,以利于显示装置的电路布线。更进一步地,下拐角件具有与侧边框的第一红外腔E1B对准且连通布线腔的转角腔E304,以使顶边框EE1、侧边框中的红外触控组件FF的走线可以通过转角腔E304连接至第二腔体E2A。
进一步地,下拐角件的前表面还可以设置有倒角,以便跟底边框EE2和侧边框的前表面的形状匹配,提高边框组件EE的一致性。
可选地,至少一个下拐角件设置有无线通讯孔E303,以利于第二腔体E2A中的无线通讯模块与外部进行无线通讯。举例而言,第二腔体E2A 中可以设置有WiFi模块,该Wifi模块可以通过无线通讯孔与外部进行通讯。进一步地,无线通讯孔可以被塑料片覆盖。
在一些实施方式中,第一边框E1上的内螺钉安装孔HA为长圆孔或者为挂壁孔。这样,可以使得显示模组MDL同一侧相邻的两个第二边框E2之间紧密贴合而消除拼接缝隙;为消除拼接缝隙而使得第二边框E2的移位,并不会影响内螺钉安装孔HA与边框连接孔HD对准。
在本公开的一种实施方式中,可以采用如下的方法来安装边框,以消除边框之间的间隙。
首先,参见图9和图10,以显示模组MDL的底侧为基准,先安装底边框EE2(即先执行图10中的①、②处所示的边框)。在安装过程中,可以以显示模组MDL的底侧中心S开始向两侧依次安装,最终形成底边框EE2。在安装底边框EE2过程中或者在完成底边框EE2之后,还可以在第二边框E2中安装红外触控组件FF,例如将红外发射器条F2或者红外接收器条F1拼接。
然后,安装左下拐角件E33(图10中④所示的动作)、右下拐角件E34(图10中⑥所示的动作)、左边框EE3(图10中③所示的动作)和右边框EE4(图10中⑤所示的动作)。在显示模组MDL的任意一侧,先安装下拐角件,在安装侧边框。在安装左下拐角件E33、右下拐角件E34、左边框EE3和右边框EE4过程中,还需要完成红外触控组件FF的拼接。这样,在左边框EE3和右边框EE4中的红外触控组件FF形成水平触控单元,可以测试该水平触控是否成功。其中,在安装左边框EE3和右边框EE4时,可以从下至上依次安装第一边框E1,且在安装过程中消除相邻两个第一边框E1之间的间隙。在安装下拐角件时,可以使得下拐角件(例如图13-2中所示的E33)与底边框EE2之间铜鼓螺钉DD4连接。进一步地,下拐角件还可以设置有与侧边框对准的销钉孔DD5,在安装侧边框时,使得侧边框与下拐角件的销钉孔DD5之间通过销钉连接。
示例性地,在用于右侧的第一边框E1中,其内螺钉安装孔HA为挂壁孔且外螺钉安装孔HB为长圆孔;其中,挂壁孔的插入孔位于靠近右下拐角件E34的一端。在安装时,可以先在显示模组MDL右侧的边框安装孔中预装入螺钉,螺钉的端帽与显示模组MDL之间的间隙不小于第一边 框E1的第一内侧壁E11的厚度;然后将该第一边框E1的插入孔对准螺钉后套入螺钉,然后向下拉,使得第一边框E1挂在显示模组MDL的右侧。然后,调整第一边框E1的位置,使得相邻第一边框E1之间的间隙消除,进而完成对该第一边框E1的位置校正。然后,通过外螺钉安装孔HB拧紧螺钉,进而实现对该第一边框E1的固定。如此从下至上,依次完成右边框EE4的各个第一边框E1的挂装、校正和固定。该第一边框E1采用挂壁的方式进行挂装,可以有效地降低安装难度。
再示例性地,在用于左侧的第一边框E1中,其内螺钉安装孔HA为挂壁孔且外螺钉安装孔HB为长圆孔;其中,挂壁孔的插入孔位于靠近左下拐角件E33的一端。在安装时,可以先在显示模组MDL左侧的边框安装孔中预装入螺钉,螺钉的端帽与显示模组MDL之间的间隙不小于第一边框E1的第一内侧壁E11的厚度;然后将该第一边框E1的插入孔对准螺钉后套入螺钉,然后向下拉,使得第一边框E1挂在显示模组MDL的左侧。然后,调整第一边框E1的位置,使得相邻第一边框E1之间的间隙消除,进而完成对该第一边框E1的位置校正。然后,通过外螺钉安装孔HB拧紧螺钉,进而实现对该第一边框E1的固定。如此从下至上,依次完成左边框EE3的各个第一边框E1的挂装、校正和固定。该第一边框E1采用挂壁的方式进行挂装,可以有效地降低安装难度。
在然后,可以安装其中一个上拐角件(图10中⑦所示的动作)和从该上拐角件为起点来依次安装第一边框E1以形成顶边框EE1(图10中⑧和⑨所示的动作)。在安装该上拐角件和顶边框EE1的第一边框E1的过程中,依然对上拐角件和第一边框E1进行校正以消除安装间隙。可以根据顶边框EE1的第一边框E1上的内螺钉安装孔HA的位置来确定先安装哪一个上拐角件;具体的,顶边框EE1的第一边框E1上的内螺钉安装孔HA靠近哪一个上拐角件,则本方法中可以先安装哪一个上拐角件。
示例性地,顶边框EE1的第一边框E1的内螺钉安装孔HA为挂壁孔且外螺钉安装孔HB为长圆孔。其中,挂壁孔的插入孔位于靠近左上拐角件E31的一端。在安装时,可以先将左上拐角件E31与左边框EE3连接,并在连接过程中消除安装间隙。然后,以左上拐角件E31为起点依次安装顶边框EE1的各个第一边框E1,并在安装过程中消除安装间隙。在安装 第一边框E1时,可以先在显示模组MDL顶侧的边框安装孔中预装入螺钉,螺钉的端帽与显示模组MDL之间的间隙不小于第一边框E1的第一内侧壁E11的厚度。然后将该第一边框E1的插入孔对准螺钉后套入螺钉,然后向左拉,使得第一边框E1挂在显示模组MDL的顶侧。然后,调整第一边框E1的位置,使得相邻第一边框E1之间的间隙消除,进而完成对该第一边框E1的位置校正。然后,通过外螺钉安装孔HB拧紧螺钉,进而实现对该第一边框E1的固定。如此从下至上,依次完成左边框EE3的各个第一边框E1的挂装、校正和固定。
最后,参见图13-1,安装剩余的上拐角件(图10中⑩所述的动作)。这样,整体边框的各个安装误差累积至该最后的上拐角件,进而可以实现一次校正,保证边框的其他部分无间隙。
可选地,显示装置还可以包括底座CC。在组装完成显示装置框架A121后,可以将显示装置框架A121的背板A2与底座CC连接,以使得底座CC支撑显示装置框架A121。然后,可以向显示装置框架A121上加装LED显示面板A11,进而获得所需的显示装置。这样,本公开的显示装置既可以在挂壁状态下应用,还可以在底座CC支撑状态下应用。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种显示装置,包括显示模组和围绕所述显示模组的边框组件;其中,所述边框组件包括位于所述显示模组上方和两侧的多个第一边框和位于所述显示模组下方的第二边框;
    所述第一边框包括第一内侧壁、第一外侧壁和连接侧壁,所述第一外侧壁相对于所述第一内侧壁远离所述显示模组,所述连接侧壁位于所述第一内侧壁和第一外侧壁之间,包括第一连接侧壁和位于所述第一连接侧壁前侧的第二连接侧壁;所述第一连接侧壁、所述第二连接侧壁、所述第一内侧壁和所述第一外侧壁之间形成有第一腔体;
    所述第一内侧壁与所述显示模组之间,通过端帽位于所述第一腔体中的螺钉连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一内侧壁和所述第一外侧壁分别形成有相互对准的内螺钉安装孔和外螺钉安装孔;所述螺钉通过所述内螺钉安装孔与所述显示模组连接,所述外螺钉安装孔用于在拧紧所述螺钉时利于安装工具的使用。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述内螺钉安装孔沿所述第一边框延伸方向延伸,包括位于一端的穿入孔和与所述穿入孔连接的长孔;所述穿入孔能够允许所述螺钉的端帽穿过;所述长孔能够允许所述螺钉的螺杆穿过但是不允许所述螺钉的端帽穿过。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示装置,其中,所述边框组件包括位于所述显示模组上方的顶边框和位于所述边框组件两侧的侧边框;
    所述侧边框包括一个或者多个所述第一边框,且所述第一边框中的所述穿入孔位于所述长孔的下方;
    所述顶边框包括一个或者多个所述第一边框,且所述第一边框中的各个所述内螺钉安装孔中,所述穿入孔位于所述长孔的同一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一边框还包括框盖,所述框盖与所述第一外侧壁之间可拆卸连接且覆盖所述外螺钉安装孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,当多个所述第一边框沿直线依次拼接时,沿直线依次拼接的多个所述第一边框的所述框盖为一体式结构。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一外侧壁的外表面设置有沿所述第一边框延伸方向延伸的滑槽;所述框盖具有与所述滑槽滑动配合的滑条。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一内侧壁和所述第一外侧壁向前方延伸至超出所述显示模组;
    所述连接侧壁还包括第三连接侧壁,所述第三连接侧壁连接所述第一外侧壁的前端;所述第一内侧壁、所述第一外侧壁、所述第二连接侧壁和所述第三连接侧壁环绕出用于容置红外触控组件的第一红外腔;
    所述第一内侧壁与所述第三连接侧壁之间形成有连通所述第一红外腔的第一透光狭缝,所述第一透光狭缝位于所述显示模组的前方。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述边框组件包括位于所述显示模组上方的顶边框和位于所述边框组件两侧的侧边框;所述侧边框包括一个所述第一边框或者多个依次拼接的所述第一边框;所述顶边框包括多个依次拼接的所述第一边框;所述第一边框的两端均设置有销钉孔,沿直线相邻拼接的两个所述第一边框之间通过插入所述销钉孔中的销钉连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述销钉由螺纹段和销杆段组成;
    所述第一边框的一端的销钉孔为能够与所述螺纹段螺纹配合的第一销钉孔,所述第一边框的另一端的销钉孔为能够与所述销杆段过盈配合的第二销钉孔。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一腔体内设置有凸出部,所述凸出部形成所述销钉孔;所述凸出部上还具有连通所述销钉孔且沿所述第一边框的延伸方向延伸的开口缝。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,在所述侧边框中,所述第一边框下端的销钉孔为所述第一销钉孔,所述第一边框上端的销钉孔为所述第二销钉孔;
    在所述顶边框中,各个所述第一边框的所述第一销钉孔位于所述第一边框的同一端。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二边框具有第二 腔体和可拆卸的前盖板,所述第二腔体内设置有用于驱动所述显示模组的系统控制组件。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二边框具有第二内侧壁、第二外侧壁和背侧壁;所述第二外侧壁相对于所述第二内侧壁远离所述显示模组;所述背侧壁连接于所述第二内侧壁的背侧端和所述第二外侧壁的背侧端;所述第二内侧壁、所述第二外侧壁、所述背侧壁和所述前盖板环绕出所述第二腔体;
    所述第二内侧壁与所述显示模组之间,通过端帽位于所述第二腔体中的螺钉连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,在所述第二腔体内,所述背侧壁上设置有安装筋;所述系统控制组件安装于所述安装筋上。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二内侧壁向前方延伸至超出所述显示模组;所述第二边框还包括第一竖壁、第二竖壁和横壁;所述第一竖壁连接至所述第二内侧壁的下侧面;所述横壁连接所述第一竖壁的下端和所述第二竖壁的下端;
    所述第一竖壁、所述第二竖壁、所述横壁和所述第二内侧壁之间环绕出用于容置红外触控组件的第二红外腔;
    所述第二内侧壁与所述第二竖壁之间形成有连通所述第二红外腔的第二透光狭缝,所述第二透光狭缝位于所述显示模组的前方。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述横壁设置有朝下延伸的插板;
    所述前盖板的上端设置有与所述插板配合的插槽;所述前盖板的下端与所述第二外侧壁可拆卸连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的显示装置,其中,所述前盖板包括盖板部和连接部,所述盖板部的上端设置有所述插槽;所述盖板部的下端与所述连接部的上端通过螺钉连接;所述连接部的下端弯折至所述第二外侧壁的下方,并通过螺钉与所述第二外侧壁连接。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,边框组件还可以包括位于四个顶角处的拐角件;所述拐角件与所述第一边框或者所述第二边框连接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的显示装置,其中,所述拐角件包括位于下顶角处的下拐角件和位于上顶角处的上拐角件;所述边框组件包括位于所述显示模组上方的顶边框、位于所述显示模组下方的底边框和位于所述边框组件两侧的侧边框;
    所述下拐角件与所述底边框之间通过螺钉连接;所述侧边框与所述上拐角件、所述下拐角件之间通过销钉连接;所述销钉由螺纹段和销杆段组成;
    其中,所述下拐角件与所述销钉的螺纹段螺纹连接,所述侧边框的下端与所述销钉的销杆段过盈配合;所述侧边框的上端与所述销钉的螺纹段螺纹连接,所述上拐角件与所述销钉的销杆段连接。
  21. 根据权利要求1所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示模组包括多个相互拼接的连接结构和位于各个所述连接结构上的多个LED显示面板;所述连接结构具有能够与所述边框组件通过所述螺钉连接的边框连接孔。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示模组包括多个预拼装显示模块;每个所述预拼装显示模块包括多个沿列方向依次连接的LED显示单元;每个所述LED显示单元包括所述连接结构和位于所述连接结构上的所述LED显示面板。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的显示装置,其中,所述预拼装显示模块还包括背板,各个所述LED显示单元与所述背板固定连接。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的显示装置,其中,在所述LED显示单元中,所述LED显示面板可拆卸地固定于所述连接结构的前侧;
    在所述预拼装显示模块中,各个所述连接结构沿所述列方向依次连接,且各个所述连接结构的背面均与所述背板连接。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的显示装置,其中,所述连接结构包括框架和固定于所述框架内的结构件;所述框架的边缘与所述LED显示面板的边缘齐平;
    所述结构件与所述LED显示面板、所述背板连接;
    所述框架包括依次首尾连接的多个框条,任意一个所述框条均设置有所述边框连接孔。
