下面将结合附图对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
需要注意的是,除非另有说明,本申请使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域技术人员所理解的通常意义。
参见图1~图5,本申请用于气垫物品的充放气装置,包括用于对气垫物品充放气的充放气单元以及用于控制所述充放气单元开闭的控制单元;所述充放气单元包括壳体以及安装在壳体内的充排气电机、充排气扇叶、充排气开关和电池18,所述充排气开关连接在所述充排气电机与电池18之间的回路上、并控制所述充排气电机开启或停止,所述充排气电机的输出轴与所述充排气扇叶连接,所述壳体上、且对应所述充排气扇叶开设有充排气口;所述控制单元活动设置在壳体上,且在活动过程中控制所述充排气开关在闭合状态与断开状态之间切换。
使用时,将用于气垫物品的充放气装置安装在气垫物品上,使用于气垫物品的充放气装置的充放气单元内置在气垫物品内,控制单元外露于气垫物品外,通过活动控制单元,控制充排气开关闭合或断开,从而控制充排气电机开启或停止,以控制充排气扇叶转动或停止,实现充气排气或停止充排气。
本申请通过设置充放气单元以及控制充放气单元开闭的控制单元,可通过该控制单元控制充放气单元对气垫物品充气或排气,实现气垫物品充排气的自动化,提高了气垫物品使用的便利性。
具体的,充排气电机包括独立设置的充气电机17和排气电机8,所述充排气扇叶包括独立设置的充气扇叶16和排气扇叶19,所述充排气开关包括独 立设置的充气开关和排气开关,所述充排气口包括独立设置的充气口15和排气口14,所述控制单元包括独立设置的充气控制单元和排气控制单元。充气电机17和排气电机8结构相同,充气扇叶16和排气扇叶19结构相同,充气开关和排气开关结构相同,充气控制单元和排气控制单元结构相同。
所述充气开关连接在所述充气电机17与电池18之间的回路上、并控制所述充气电机17开启或停止,充气电机17的输出轴与充气扇叶16连接,所述充气口15对应设置在充气扇叶16的位置,所述充气控制单元活动设置在壳体上,且在活动过程中控制所述充气开关在闭合状态与断开状态之间切换。
所述排气开关连接在所述排气电机8与电池18之间的回路上、并控制所述排气电机8开启或停止,排气电机8的输出轴与排气扇叶19连接,所述排气口14对应设置在排气扇叶19的位置,所述排气控制单元活动设置在壳体上,且在活动过程中控制所述排气开关在闭合状态与断开状态之间切换。
壳体包括底部盖子3、电机固定支架2和支架面盖1,电机固定支架2位于所述底部盖子3与支架面盖1之间,且三者通过紧固件可拆卸连接,充排气电机安装在所述电机固定支架2上。
壳体还包括封盖12,所述支架面盖1的里端具有向径向延伸的延伸部,所述封盖12的结构与所述延伸部的结构相匹配,所述封盖12可拆卸套设在支架面盖1上、且位于所述延伸部的外侧。
使用时,底部盖子3、电机固定支架2以及支架面盖1里端的延伸部内置于气垫物品内,支架面盖1外端伸出气垫物品外,并将封盖12套设在支架面盖1的外端,通过延伸部和封盖12分别从内侧和外侧将气垫物品加在中间,完成本申请用于气垫物品的充放气装置的安装。
为了提高安装部位的气密性,在封盖12与延伸部之间还设有密封垫21。在使用时,该密封垫21位于气垫物品与延伸部之间,与延伸部一起位于气垫物品的内部。
具体的,支架面盖1的里端设有多根连接柱,底部盖子3和电机固定支架 2上、且对应连接柱设有连接孔,支架面盖1、电机固定支架2和底部盖子3通过穿过连接孔、并与连接柱连接的螺钉实现可拆卸连接。
封盖12可通过卡扣配合的方式与支架面盖1固定。具体的,在支架面盖1的外端侧壁设有向外突出的卡扣,封盖12上、且对应卡扣设有卡片,封盖12由支架面盖1的外端套入支架面盖1上,其两侧分别由卡扣和延伸部限位。
底部盖子3、电机固定支架2和支架面盖1之间形成多个腔室,分别包括充排气电机安装腔、充排气扇叶安装腔和电池安装腔,分别对应用于安装充排气电机、充排气扇叶和电池18。
具体的,在电机固定支架2的一侧、且靠近底部盖子3的一端设有排气扇叶安装腔,排气扇叶19安装在该排气扇叶安装腔内,排气口14设置在底部盖子3的底部、且对应排气扇叶19的位置;在对应排气扇叶19的位置、电机固定支架2向支架面盖1方向延伸,并与支架面盖1配合形成排气电机安装腔,排气电机8通过螺钉安装在该排气电机安装腔内,其输出轴伸入排气扇叶安装腔内,并与排气扇叶19连接,驱动排气扇叶19转动或停止,以实现排气或停止排气。
在电机固定支架2的另一侧、且靠近支架面盖1的一端设有充气扇叶安装腔,充气扇叶16安装在该充气扇叶安装腔内,充气口15设置在电机固定支架2的侧面、且对应充气扇叶16的位置;在对应充气扇叶16的位置、电机固定支架2向底部盖子3方向延伸,并与底部盖子3配合形成充气电机安装腔,充气电机17通过螺钉安装在该充气电机安装腔内,其输出轴伸入充气扇叶安装腔内,并与充气扇叶16连接,驱动充气扇叶16转动或停止,以实现充气或停止充气。
排气扇叶安装腔与充气电机安装腔之间的空间为电池安装腔,电池18安装在该电池安装腔内。
排气电机安装腔与充气扇叶16之间的空间安装有电路板,充排气开关、电池18和充排气电机均与该电路板连接;充排气开关可以是触碰开关20。
为了便于在户外使用,在电路板上还设有Typec充电端子9或/和USB放电端子10,该Typec充电端子9或/和USB放电端子10与电池18连接。
通过Typec充电端子9,可为电池18进行充电,方便其在户外使用,不需要外接电源;通过USB放电端子10可为外部电器设备进行充电,使本申请充放气装置还具备户外应急电源供应功能。
在Typec充电端子9或/和USB放电端子10外还可以设置硅胶盖子11,起到防尘以及保护Typec充电端子9或/和USB放电端子10的作用。
控制单元包括螺纹拧盖,该螺纹拧盖螺纹连接在壳体上;当所述螺纹拧盖拧紧并挤压所述充排气开关时,所述充排气开关呈断开状态,并控制所述充排气电机停止;当所述螺纹拧盖拧开并离开所述充排气开关时,所述充排气开关呈闭合状态,并控制所述充排气电机开启。
具体的,在支架面盖1上还设有用于安装控制单元的连接口,该连接口的外端敞口,里端与充排气扇叶安装腔连通,通过充排气扇叶的转动,由该连接口将空气充入或排出。
螺纹拧盖的里端螺纹连接在该连接口内,并可沿该连接口旋入或旋出,通过螺纹拧盖的旋入或旋出,实现连接口的封闭和打开。充排气开关为触碰开关20,该触碰开关20安装在连接口内。当螺纹拧盖旋入拧紧时,螺纹拧盖的里端挤压到触碰开关20,使触碰开关20断开,从而使得充排气电机停止,停止充排气;而此时连接口关闭,空气无法由该连接口充入或排出,保证气垫物品的气密性。当螺纹拧盖拧开旋出时,螺纹拧盖的里端离开触碰开关20,使触碰开关20闭合,从而使得充排气电机启动,开始充排气;而此时连接口打开,空气可由该连接口充入或排出,可对气垫物品充气或排气。
通过设置螺纹拧盖和触碰开关20,可实现拧开螺纹拧盖即开始充气或排气,拧紧螺纹拧盖即停止充气或排气,通过拧紧或拧开螺纹拧盖即可实现充排气的开关功能,操作简单方便。
为了避免螺纹拧盖在拧开后掉落,控制单元还包括销钉6和弹簧7,所述 销钉6的一端固定在壳体上,另一端滑动配合、且限位在所述螺纹拧盖内,所述弹簧7套设在所述销钉6上,其一端抵在所述螺纹拧盖上,另一端抵在壳体上。
具体的,沿螺纹拧盖周向设有导向孔,销钉6为导向固定销钉6,其一端通过连接件固定在机架面盖上、且位于连接口内,另一端的端部设有扩大部,在导向孔的里端设有限位部,销钉6的另一端插入导向孔内、且可沿导向孔滑动,并由于扩大部与限位部的作用而被限位在导向孔内。当螺纹拧盖拧紧时旋入连接口时,压缩弹簧7,当螺纹拧盖拧开旋出连接口时,弹簧7的回复力将螺纹拧盖顶开,由于销钉6的扩大部始终限位在螺纹拧盖内,在螺纹拧盖被顶开后,有销钉6将其拉住,放置螺纹拧盖掉落、丢失。
为了进一步提高连接口的气密性,在螺纹拧盖与壳体(连接口的敞口)之间还设有密气硅胶圈4。
当然,为了实现独立充气和排气,连接口包括两个,分别为充气连接口和排气连接口,两个连接口结构相同、且独立设置。充气连接口和排气连接口的外端均敞口,充气连接口的里端与充气扇叶安装腔连通,通过充气扇叶16的转动,由充气连接口将空气吸入气垫物品内;排气连接口的里端与排气扇叶安装腔连通,通过排气扇叶19的转动,由排气连接口将气垫物品内的空气排出。
对应的,该螺纹拧盖包括充气螺纹拧盖13和排气螺纹拧盖5;充气螺纹拧盖13螺纹连接在充气连接口,其拧紧后将充气连接口封闭,阻止空气进入,其拧开后将充气连接口打开,可供空气进入;排气螺纹拧盖5螺纹连接在排气连接口,其拧紧后将排气连接口封闭,阻止空气排出,其拧开后将排气连接口打开,可供空气排出。
对应的,销钉6和弹簧7均包括两个,每个螺纹拧盖连接一个销钉6,每个销钉6上均对应套设一个弹簧7,在此不再赘述。
当需要充气时,保持排气螺纹拧盖5为拧紧状态,此时,排气螺纹拧盖5挤压排气开关而使排气开关断开,排气电机8为停止,使排气扇叶19不转; 拧开充气螺纹拧盖13,打开充气连接口,使得充气螺纹拧盖13离开充气开关而使充气开关闭合,控制充气电机17开启,驱动充气扇叶16转动,向气垫物品充入空气。
当需要排气时,保持充气螺纹拧盖13为拧紧状态,此时,充气螺纹拧盖13挤压充气开关而使充气开关断开,充气电机17为停止,使充气扇叶16不转;拧开排气螺纹拧盖5,打开排气连接口,使得排气螺纹拧盖5离开排气开关而使排气开关闭合,控制排气电机8开启,驱动排气扇叶19转动,将气垫物品内的空气排出。
当充满气时,使充气螺纹拧盖13和排气螺纹拧盖5均保持在拧紧状态,充气螺纹拧盖13和排气螺纹拧盖5分别对应挤压充气开关和排气开关,使得充气电机17和排气电机8均为停止状态,充气扇叶16和排气扇叶19均不转,使气垫物品保持在充气状态。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (10)

  1. 用于气垫物品的充放气装置,其特征在于,包括用于对气垫物品充放气的充放气单元以及用于控制所述充放气单元开闭的控制单元;所述充放气单元包括壳体以及安装在壳体内的充排气电机、充排气扇叶、充排气开关和电池,所述充排气开关连接在所述充排气电机与电池之间的回路上、并控制所述充排气电机开启或停止,所述充排气电机的输出轴与所述充排气扇叶连接,所述壳体上、且对应所述充排气扇叶开设有充排气口;所述控制单元活动设置在壳体上,且在活动过程中控制所述充排气开关在闭合状态与断开状态之间切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于气垫物品的充放气装置,其特征在于,所述充排气电机包括独立设置的充气电机和排气电机,所述充排气扇叶包括独立设置的充气扇叶和排气扇叶,所述充排气开关包括独立设置的充气开关和排气开关,所述充排气口包括独立设置的充气口和排气口,所述控制单元包括独立设置的充气控制单元和排气控制单元;
    所述充气开关连接在所述充气电机与电池之间的回路上、并控制所述充气电机开启或停止,充气电机的输出轴与充气扇叶连接,所述充气口对应设置在充气扇叶的位置,所述充气控制单元活动设置在壳体上,且在活动过程中控制所述充气开关在闭合状态与断开状态之间切换;
    所述排气开关连接在所述排气电机与电池之间的回路上、并控制所述排气电机开启或停止,排气电机的输出轴与排气扇叶连接,所述排气口对应设置在排气扇叶的位置,所述排气控制单元活动设置在壳体上,且在活动过程中控制所述排气开关在闭合状态与断开状态之间切换。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于气垫物品的充放气装置,其特征在于,所述充排气开关为触碰开关。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于气垫物品的充放气装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元包括螺纹拧盖,该螺纹拧盖螺纹连接在壳体上;当所述螺纹拧盖拧紧 并挤压所述充排气开关时,所述充排气开关呈断开状态,并控制所述充排气电机停止;当所述螺纹拧盖拧开并离开所述充排气开关时,所述充排气开关呈闭合状态,并控制所述充排气电机开启。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于气垫物品的充放气装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元还包括销钉和弹簧,所述销钉的一端固定在壳体上,另一端滑动配合、且限位在所述螺纹拧盖内,所述弹簧套设在所述销钉上,其一端抵在所述螺纹拧盖上,另一端抵在壳体上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的用于气垫物品的充放气装置,其特征在于,所述螺纹拧盖与壳体之间还设有密气硅胶圈。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的用于气垫物品的充放气装置,其特征在于,所述壳体包括底部盖子、电机固定支架和支架面盖,所述电机固定支架位与所述底部盖子与支架面盖之间,且三者通过紧固件可拆卸连接,所述充排气电机安装在所述电机固定支架上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于气垫物品的充放气装置,其特征在于,还包括Typec充电端子或/和USB放电端子,该Typec充电端子或/和USB放电端子与电池连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的用于气垫物品的充放气装置,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括封盖,所述支架面盖的里端具有向径向延伸的延伸部,所述封盖的结构与所述延伸部的结构相匹配,所述封盖可拆卸套设在支架面盖上、且位于所述延伸部的外侧。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的用于气垫物品的充放气装置,其特征在于,所述封盖与所述延伸部之间还设有密封垫。
