Description
本实用新型涉及香氛装置领域,特别涉及一种车载智能香氛发生器。
香氛装置能够借助香料源向空气中释放不同的香氛味道,改善外部空间环境,为使用人员营造舒适的氛围。目前,香氛装置常被安装在车内或者室内,以改善车内环境或者室内环境。香氛装置一般包含引流风机、电机、分流轴套、分流转子和香料盒等,由于部件繁多,所以目前的香氛装置一般都包含一固定支架,用于安装分流轴套、分流转子和香料盒等部件,因此导致香氛装置体积偏大,香氛装置在被安装在车内时,受车内摆放空间较小的限制,存在摆放难、占位置等缺点。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种可大大缩小横向尺寸的车载香氛发生器。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种车载智能香氛发生器,包括壳体和复数个香料盒;所述壳体包括底座;每个所述香料盒均包括外套筒、内套筒、香精块和香氛前盖,所述外套筒具有一凸块,所述凸块设于外套筒的内壁前端部;所述内套筒的后端为封闭端,前端为开口端,且所述内套筒的外壁前端设有一止转条;所述外套筒固定于底座内部,所述外套筒、内套筒和香精块依次套接,且内套筒的前端伸出外套筒并穿出底座,所述止转条卡持于外套筒的凸块上;所述香氛前盖位于底座外部,并固紧于内套筒的前端部。
香料盒的结构是全新的,此结构的香料盒可以直接放置在壳体的底座内部,香氛切换组件可以直接放置在香料盒上面,有效地缩小了香氛发生器的体积,减小香氛发生器的占用空间。
较佳地,所述外套筒的凸块对所述止转条的作用力为F1;所述底座的一侧面设有复数个通孔,各所述通孔内均设有一凸环,所述凸环断开,形成至少一缺口和一弧条;所述内套筒的外壁前端还设有至少一L形突条,所述L形突条位于止转条的前面;所述内套筒的前端穿出底座的通孔,所述L形突条的竖边位于所述缺口内,且所述L形突条卡止于所述弧条,所述弧条对所述L形突条的周向作用力为F2,且F2与F1方向相反;内套筒受到周 向两个相反方向的作用力F2和F1,可以很好地固定在外套筒和底座内。
较佳地,各所述外套筒并列设置且一体成型,相邻两外套筒之间一体成型有连接筋板。
较佳地,还包括主控PCBA板和用于识别香型的识别电路板,所述主控PCBA板和识别电路板通信连接;所述识别电路板上设有复数个pin连接器组;各所述内套筒的后端部均嵌设有一ID识别芯片,每个所述pin连接器组均与相应的一ID识别芯片连接。
较佳地,还包括引流风机和香氛切换组件;所述壳体还包括第一进气口14和第一出气口;所述外套筒还具有一进气管口和一出气管口,所述内套筒的外壁具有复数个散香孔;所述进气管口和一散香孔连通,所述出气管口和另一散香孔连通;其中一外套筒的进气管口、出气管口通过香氛切换组件分别对应地与引流风机的进风口和出风口相连通;引流风机的进风口与第一进气口14连通,引流风机的出风口和第一出气口相连通。
较佳地,所述壳体还包括上壳,所述上壳扣合在底座上形成一容置腔;所述第一进气口14和第一出气口设于上壳上;所述引流风机和香氛切换组件均位于所述容置腔内,且所述引流风机、香氛切换组件和外套筒从上至下依次设置;所述引流风机、香氛切换组件和外套筒从上至下依次设置,有效节省了横向空间,使香氛发生器的体积大大缩小。
较佳地,所述香氛切换组件包括分流轴套、分流转子和电机;所述分流轴套上设有第一进气管接、第二出气口和三组气管,所述第一进气管接通过引流风机与所述第一进气口连通,第二出气口通过引流风机与所述第一出气口连通;每组所述气管均包括一进气管和一出气管,所述进气管与一外套筒的进气管口连通,所述出气管与该外套筒的出气管口连通;所述分流转子包括复数个第三进气口、一引入口和一引出口;复数个第三进气口沿分流转子圆周方向分布,所述引入口、引出口和其中一个第三进气口沿分流转子轴向分布;所述分流转子可转动地设于分流轴套内部;所述第一进气管接连通其中一个第三进气口,并与该第三进气口活动密封配合;所述进气管通过分流转子内部的第一通道连通所述引入口,所述引出口通过分流转子内部的第二通道连通出气管接;所述电机驱动分流转子在分流轴套内转动。
较佳地,还包括行程开关,所述行程开关包括电机、控制转盘、光电开关和主控PCBA板4;所述电机驱动分流转子转动,所述控制转盘安装在分流转子上,所述电机、光电开关均与主控PCBA板4电性连接;所述控制转盘活动配合在光电开关内,所述控制转盘设有复数组信号模组,各组信号模组均包括一定位模组和一判断模组,定位模组紧邻判断模组设置,且各组信号模组中的判断模组各不相同。
较佳地,所述判断模组包括至少一个短孔,各组判断模组中的短孔的数量不同;所述定位模组包括一个长孔;所述短孔的深度小于所述长孔的深度。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:香料盒可以直接放置在壳体的底座内部,香氛切换组件可以直接放置在香料盒上面,不需要额外的固定支架来固定香料盒和香氛切换组件,节省了零部件,精简结构,有效地缩小了香氛发生器的体积,减小香氛发生器的占用空间。

在本文中,内套筒22的前端部是指内套筒22开口端223的一端部,内套筒22的后端部是指内套筒22封闭端222的一端部;外套筒21的前后端的方向与内套筒22的前后端方向一致。
请参阅图1-4,一种车载智能香氛发生器100,包括壳体1、引流风机6、香氛切换组件7、复数个香料盒2、主控PCBA板4、用于识别香型的识别电路板5和行程开关K;所述壳 体1包括上壳13、底座11、第一进气口14和第一出气口12;所述上壳13扣合在底座11上形成一容置腔j;所述第一进气口14和第一出气口12设于上壳13上。
请再参阅图3,本实施例中香料盒2有3个,香料盒2分别具有不同香氛味道,每个所述香料盒2均包括外套筒21、内套筒22、香精块23和香氛前盖24,各所述外套筒21并列设置且一体成型,相邻两外套筒21之间一体成型有连接筋板3;各外套筒21通过连接筋板3连接成一体结构,连接成为一个整体,更有利于装配,可直接稳定地固定在底座11中,不会散乱,使香氛切换组件7能直接置放于各外套筒21上面,不必使用固定支架将香料盒2和香氛切换组件7固定在一起,节省了部件固定支架,大大缩小了香氛发生器100的体积,使香氛发生器100在较小空间内能够很好地摆放各部件。
请再参阅图1、图3和图5-6,所述外套筒21具有一进气管口211、一出气管口212和一凸块213,所述凸块213设于外套筒21的内壁前端部;所述内套筒22的后端为封闭端222,前端为开口端223,该内套筒22的外壁具有复数个散香孔227,且所述内套筒22的外壁前端设有一止转条224,所述内套筒22的外壁前端还设有至少一L形突条225,所述L形突条225位于止转条224的前面。所述外套筒21固定于底座11内部,所述外套筒21、内套筒22和香精块23依次套接,且内套筒22的前端伸出外套筒21并穿出底座11,所述止转条224卡持于外套筒21的凸块213上;所述外套筒21的凸块213对所述止转条224的作用力为F1。外套筒21和内套筒22的设置,可以防止不同香氛味道的香精块互相串味。所述香氛前盖24位于底座11外部,并固紧于内套筒22的前端部,所述香氛前盖24与内套筒22为可拆卸或不可拆卸连接。若需要更换香精块23,香氛前盖24与内套筒22为可拆卸连接,香氛前盖24作为握持部,当要更换香精块23时可握持住香氛前盖24将内套筒22和香精块23一起抽出,更换新的香精块23,实现换香时无需拆开壳体1即可针对任意一香料盒2独立换香。所述进气管口211和一散香孔227连通,所述出气管口212和另一散香孔227连通;其中一外套筒21依次通过香氛切换组件7、引流风机6实现进气管口211、出气管口212分别与第一进气口14和第一出气口12一一对应连通;即其中一外套筒21的进气管口211、出气管口212通过香氛切换组件7分别对应地与引流风机6的进风口和出风口61相连通;引流风机6的进风口与第一进气口14连通,引流风机6的出风口61和第一出气口12相连通。
请再参阅图1-2和图5-6,所述底座11的一侧面设有复数个通孔111,各所述通孔111内均设有一凸环112,所述凸环112断开,形成至少一缺口1121和一弧条1122;所述内套筒22的前端穿出底座11的通孔111,所述L形突条225的竖边位于所述缺口1121内,且所述L形突条225卡止于所述弧条1122,所述弧条1122对所述L形突条225的周向作用 力为F2,且F2与F1方向相反。所述弧条1122卡住L形突条225的竖边,可以防止内套筒22旋转,对内套筒22进行圆周方向的定位,L形突条225的横边卡于所述弧条1122的内底面,防止内套筒22轴向脱出底座11的通孔111,对内套筒22进行轴向定位。作用力F2与F1方向相反,内套筒22受到周向两个相反方向的作用力F2和F1,可以很好地将内套筒22固定在外套筒21和底座11内。所述缺口1121的宽度等于或大于所述L形突条225的横边长度,当内套筒22等部件插入底座11时,所述缺口1121对内套筒22的L形突条225进行避让。
请再参阅图3-4和图6-7,所述香氛切换组件7包括分流轴套71、分流转子72和电机73;所述分流轴套71上设有第一进气管接711、第二出气口712和三组气管713,所述第一进气管接711通过引流风机6与所述第一进气口14连通,第二出气口712通过引流风机6(引流风机6的出风口61)与所述第一出气口12连通;每组所述气管713均包括一进气管7131和一出气管7132,所述进气管7131与一外套筒21的进气管口211连通,所述出气管7132与该外套筒21的出气管口212连通。所述分流转子72包括复数个第三进气口721、一引入口722和一引出口723;复数个第三进气口721沿分流转子72圆周方向分布,所述引入口722、引出口723和其中一个第三进气口721沿分流转子72轴向分布;所述分流转子72可转动地设于分流轴套71内部;所述电机73驱动分流转子72在分流轴套71内转动。所述第一进气管接711连通其中一个第三进气口721,并与该第三进气口721活动密封配合;所述进气管7131通过分流转子72内部的第一通道a连通所述引入口722,所述引出口723通过分流转子72内部的第二通道b连通第二出气口712;所述引流风机6和香氛切换组件7均位于所述容置腔j内,且所述引流风机6、香氛切换组件7和外套筒21从上至下依次设置;所述引流风机6、香氛切换组件7和外套筒21从上至下依次设置,有效节省了横向空间,使香氛发生器100的体积大大缩小。各香料盒2具有不同香氛味道,空气通过第一进气口14、引流风机6的进风口、分流轴套71的第一进气管接711、分流转子72的一个第三进气口721、分流转子72内部的第一通道a、分流轴套71的进气管7131、一外套筒21的进气管口211,并与香料盒2内的香料混合形成香氛气体,香氛气体再经所述外套筒21的出气管口212、所述出气管7132、分流转子72的引出口723、分流转子72内部的第二通道b、第二出气口712、出气管口212和第一出气口12,最后被释放到外部空间环境,以改善使用人员所处的空间环境。当使用人员需要切换香氛味道时,只需转动分流转子7232,使得分流转子72的引入口722和引出口723,分别连接另一组进气管7131和出气管7132,即可与相应的香料盒2连通,切换不同的香氛味道,满足不同使用人员的喜好。
请再参阅图3和图10,所述上壳13还设有第二进气口15,所述分流轴套71还设有第二进气管接714,所述第二进气管接714与第二进气口15连通,同时所述第二进气管接714与所述分流转子72上的引出口723活动密封配合。在使用过程中,使用人员还可以通过转动分流转子72,使得分流转子72上的引出口723连通所述第二进气管接714。此时,即便第一进气口14通过第一进气管接711连通所述第三进气口721,但所述引入口722处于密闭状态,因此在分流转子72内的第一通道a不会有气流流动。在引流风机6的作用下,空气依次经过第二进气口15(未图示)、第二进气管接714、引出口723、转子内的第二通道b、第二出气口712、引流分机6以及第一出气口12而被吹到外部空间环境,形成不带有香氛味道的自然风,从而增加了香氛发生器的使用功能。
请再参阅图3和图11-12,所述行程开关K包括电机73、控制转盘8、光电开关9和主控PCBA板4;所述电机73驱动分流转子72转动,所述控制转盘8安装在分流转子72上,所述电机73、光电开关9均与主控PCBA板4电性连接;所述控制转盘8活动配合在光电开关9内,所述控制转盘8设有复数组信号模组81,各组信号模组81均包括一定位模组811和一判断模组812,定位模组811紧邻判断模组812设置,且各组信号模组81中的判断模组812各不相同。所述判断模组812包括至少一个短孔8121,各组判断模组812中的短孔8121的数量不同;所述定位模组811包括一个长孔8111;所述短孔8121的深度小于所述长孔8111的深度。在本实施例中,控制转盘8设有四组不同的信号模组81,四组不同的信号模组81分别对应香氛切换组件7的四种工作状态,其中三种是分别与三个香料盒2连通时的工作状态,另一种是与第二进气口15连通时的工作状态。
请再参阅图3和图10-11,在使用过程中,主控PCBA板4能够通过判断模组812区别香氛切换组件7不同的工作状态,并通过定位模组811控制香氛切换组件7执行相应的工作状态。例如,当需要香氛切换组件7执行与第二进气口15连通时的工作状态时,主控PCBA板4先控制电机73工作,电机73带动分流转子72在分流轴套上转动,安装在分流转子72上的控制转盘8随着分流转子72一起转动,并在光电开关9内转动,控制转盘8上的各个信号模组81随着转动依次经过光电开关9,当与上述工作状态相应的信号模组81中的判断模组812经过光电开关9后,主控PCBA板4识别确定,紧接着该信号模组81中的定位模组811经过光电开关9,主控PCBA板4识别确定,并控制电机73响应执行,即停止转动,使得分流转子72停止在与第二进气口15连通时的工作状态。
请再参阅图3和图11-12,上述判断模组812包括至少一个短孔8121,各组判断模组812中的短孔8121的数量不同;定位模组811包括一个长孔8111。所述短孔8121的深度 小于所述长孔8111的深度。在本实施例中,上述控制转盘8上的四组信号模组81分别为:包括1个短孔8121和1个长孔8111的第一信号模组81,包括2个短孔8121和1个长孔8111的第二信号模组81,包括3个短孔8121和1个长孔8111的第三信号模组81,包括4个短孔8121和1个长孔8111的第四信号模组81;四组不同的信号模组81分别对应香氛切换组件7的四种工作状态。控制转盘8转动的过程中,光电开关9会扫描控制转盘8上的短孔8121和长孔8111,从而产生时间长度不同的高低电压信号,短孔8121通过光电开关9时,产生短时信号,长孔8111通过光电开关9时,产生长时信号,主控PCBA板4根据光电开关9采集到的短时信号和长时信号对电机73进行控制,其中不同数量的短时信号作为判断信号,长时信号作为执行信号。本实用新型通过设有用以控制分流转子72转动的行程开关K,行程开关K通过光电开关9和控制转盘8的配合,为主控PCBA板4提供识别和控制香氛切换组件7工作状态的依据,主控PCBA板4通过该依据控制电机73,进而控制分流转子72,从而使得对分流转子72转动的控制实现智能化操作。
请再参阅图3-4和图6,所述主控PCBA板4和识别电路板5通信连接;所述识别电路板5上设有复数个pin连接器组51;各所述内套筒22的后端部均嵌设有一ID识别芯片226,每个所述pin连接器组51均与相应的一ID识别芯片226连接。ID识别芯片226用于记录香料盒2的香氛类型和其它的香氛ID信息,使得该香料盒2具有可识别性;识别电路板5可对ID识别芯片226进行识读,将识读到的香氛类型等信息发送至主控PCBA板4,再由主控PCBA板4将信息发送至终端显示,供用户选择香型,所述终端可以是移动终端,也可以是车载显示屏。
本实用新型中的香料盒2的结构是全新的,香料盒2可以直接放置在壳体1的底座11内部,香氛切换组件7可以直接放置在香料盒2上面,不需要额外的固定支架来固定香料盒2和香氛切换组件7,节省了零部件,精简结构,有效地缩小了香氛发生器100的体积,减小香氛发生器100的占用空间。
在本实用新型的描述中,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本实用新型的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。

- 一种车载智能香氛发生器(100),包括壳体(1)和复数个香料盒(2);所述壳体(1)包括底座(11);其特征在于:每个所述香料盒(2)均包括外套筒(21)、内套筒(22)、香精块(23)和香氛前盖(24),所述外套筒(21)具有一凸块(213),所述凸块(213)设于外套筒(21)的内壁前端部;所述内套筒(22)的后端为封闭端(222),前端为开口端(223),且所述内套筒(22)的外壁前端设有一止转条(224);所述外套筒(21)固定于底座(11)内部,所述外套筒(21)、内套筒(22)和香精块(23)依次套接,且内套筒(22)的前端伸出外套筒(21)并穿出底座(11),所述止转条(224)卡持于外套筒(21)的凸块(213)上;所述香氛前盖(24)位于底座(11)外部,并固紧于内套筒(22)的前端部。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种车载智能香氛发生器(100),其特征在于:所述外套筒(21)的凸块(213)对所述止转条(224)的作用力为F1;所述底座(11)的一侧面设有复数个通孔(111),各所述通孔(111)内均设有一凸环(112),所述凸环(112)断开,形成至少一缺口(1121)和至少一弧条(1122);所述内套筒(22)的外壁前端还设有至少一L形突条(225),所述L形突条(225)位于止转条(224)的前面;所述内套筒(22)的前端穿出底座(11)的通孔(111),所述L形突条(225)的竖边位于所述缺口(1121)内,且所述L形突条(225)卡止于所述弧条(1122),所述弧条(1122)对所述L形突条(225)的周向作用力为F2,且F2与F1方向相反。

- 如权利要求1所述的一种车载智能香氛发生器(100),其特征在于:还包括引流风机(6)和香氛切换组件(7);所述壳体(1)还包括第一进气口(14)和第一出气口(12);所述外套筒(21)还具有一进气管口(211)和一出气管口(212),所述内套筒(22)的外壁具有复数个散香孔(227);所述进气管口(211)和一散香孔(227)连通,所述出气管口(212)和另一散香孔(227)连通;其中一外套筒(21)的进气管口(211)、出气管口(212)通过香氛切换组件(7)分别对应地与引流风机(6)的进风口和出风口(61)相连通;引流风机(6)的进风口与第一进气口(14)连通,引流风机(6)的出风口(61)和第一出气口(12)相连通。
