背景技术
随着无线通信技术的发展,多卡终端也越来越多。目前,针对多卡终端的处理方式主要是基于各个终端厂商的实现,这就导致了许多不同的终端行为和处理方式(比如,双卡单待、双卡双待单通、双卡双待双通等),并可能导致一些问题。举例来讲,当多卡终端在和第一系统通信时,需要时不时的将连接转换到第二系统进行操作,例如监听寻呼、进行测量、读取系统消息等。而这可能会对第一系统的性能造成影响。如果不去第二系统进行这些操作,例如不去监听寻呼,则可能造成第二系统的业务一直不能建立起来。对于某些操作,多卡终端需要释放和第一系统的RRC(Radio Resource Control,无线资源控制)连接,例如耗时较长的操作,对于某些操作,多卡终端不需要释放和第一系统的RRC连接,例如耗时较短的操作。
目前,关于多卡终端的RRC连接释放,均是在终端侧实现的,与网络侧无关。

为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开实施例提供一种能力上报方法及装置、存储介质。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种能力上报方法,所述方法应用于多卡终端,包括:
向基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。
可选地,所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力包括以下至少一项:
用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报目标状态的第一能力,所述目标状态是所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放后期望切换到的状态;用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报RRC连接释放原因的第二能力;和/或
用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报进行RRC连接释放的通信协议层的第三能力。
可选地,所述向基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力,包括:
通过终端能力信令中的目标信息单元,向所述基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。

上述实施例中,实现了多卡终端将自身支持上报的RRC连接释放能力上报给基站的目的,可用性高。
在一些可选实施例中,多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力包括但不限于以下至少一项:用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报目标状态的第一能 力;用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报RRC连接释放原因的第二能力;和/或用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报进行RRC连接释放的通信协议层的第三能力。
其中,目标状态是所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放后期望切换到的状态,包括但不限于非激活态或空闲态,第一能力是指多卡终端具备支持上报该目标状态的能力,也就是说,多卡终端告知基站自己的释放偏好,将RRC连接释放后期望切换到的状态告知基站,以便基站进行相应配置和调节;第二能力是指多卡终端具备支持上报RRC连接释放原因的能力,即,多卡终端告知基站该终端支持的RRC连接释放目的,例如由于多卡终端需要转到其他通信系统上建立连接等;第三能力是指多卡终端具备支持上报进行RRC连接释放的具体通信协议层的能力。其中,进行RRC连接释放的通信协议层包括但不限于AS(Access Stratum,接入层)或NAS(Non-Access Stratum,非接入层)。例如,多卡终端可以告知基站该多卡终端支持上报通过AS或NAS进行RRC连接释放。
上述实施例中,多卡终端支持上报上述与RRC连接释放相关的至少一种能力,实现简便,可用性高。
在一些可选实施例中,参照图2所示,图2是根据一实施例示出的一种能力上报方法流程图,可以用于多卡终端,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤201中,通过终端能力信令中的目标信息单元,向基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。
在一个可能的实现方式中,基站为LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)系统下的E-UTRAN(Evolution UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network,UMTS演进陆地无线接入网)基站。
该终端能力信令可以具体为UE-EUTRA-Capability(终端EUTRA能力)信令,目标信息单元可以是终端能力信令中新添加的IE(Information Element,信息单元),包括但不限于新添加的IRAT-ParametersNR-r17信息单元。或者,目标信息单元可以是该终端能力信令中已有的IE。
多卡终端可以通过终端能力信令中新添加的目标信息单元向基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。或者,多卡终端将终端能力信令中已有的一个信息单元作为目标信息单元,通过该目标信息单元向基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。
在另一个可能的实现方式中,基站为NR(New Radio,新空口)系统下的NR基站。
该终端能力信令可以具体为UE-NR-Capability(终端新空口能力)信令,目标信息单元可以是终端能力信令中新添加的IE,或者,目标信息单元可以是该终端能力信令中已有的IE。多卡终端可以通过终端能力信令中新添加的目标信息单元向基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。或者,多卡终端将终端能力信令中已有的一个信息单元作为目标信息单元,通过该目标信息单元向基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。
以多卡终端通过UE-NR-Capability信令中新增加的目标信息单元,向基站发送多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力为例,实现方式如下:

在一个可能的实现方式中,可以通过UEAssistanceInformation(终端辅助信息)信令,向基站发送目标RRC连接释放信息。具体地,可以通过终端辅助信息信令中新添加的IE或复用已有的IE向基站发送该目标RRC连接释放信息,所述信息元素可以是协议规定的,也可以是终端与网络侧设备协商确定的。
上述实施例中,基于多卡终端具备上报自身所支持上报的RRC连接释放能力的基础上,基站可以向多卡终端发送配置信息,指示多卡终端基于基站的配置,上报目标RRC连接释放信息。由此,实现了基于基站的配置,由多卡终端使用正确方式上报目标RRC连接释放信息,以便请求RRC连接释放的目的,可用性高。
在一些可选实施例中,所述配置信息指示的目标RRC连接释放信息包括但不限于以下至少一项:目标状态信息,所述目标状态是所述多卡终端 进行RRC连接释放后期望切换到的状态;所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放的原因信息;和/或所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放的通信协议层信息。其中,所述目标状态可以为非激活态或空闲态。多卡终端进行RRC连接释放的原因可以包括但不限于多卡终端需要将RRC连接转换到其他系统上进行操作,该操作包括但不限于监听寻呼、进行测量、读取系统消息等。进行RRC连接释放的通信协议层包括但不限于AS层或NAS层。
基站可以通过该配置信息指示多卡终端需要上报的具体的RRC连接释放信息,多卡终端基于该配置信息进行目标RRC连接释放信息的上报。例如,配置信息指示多卡终端需要上报目标状态信息和多卡终端进行RRC连接释放的通信协议层信息,那么多卡终端上报用于指示非激活态的目标状态信息,以及多卡终端通过AS层进行RRC连接释放的通信协议层信息。
进一步地,该配置信息除了用于指示目标RRC连接释放信息之外,还可以用于指示以下至少一项:是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息中的至少一项;允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的条件;阻止计时器的计时时长;和/或所述基站所支持的RRC连接释放能力。其中,该配置信息可以用于指示是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标状态信息,和/或,所述配置信息可以用于指示是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述原因信息,和/或,所述配置信息还可以用于指示是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述通信协议层信息。当然,配置信息也可以用于指示是否允许上报目标RRC连接释放信息,即不区分其中的具体信息内容,只指示是否允许多卡终端上报目标RRC连接释放信息。
允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的条件包括但不限于以下至少一项:允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的至少一个第一原因;和/或,允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标状态信息的至少一个第二原因;和/或,允许所述多卡终端上报所述通信协议层信息的至少一个第三原因。
多卡终端可以在确定满足配置信息指示的至少一个第一原因的情况下, 向基站发送目标RRC连接释放信息。和/或,多卡终端在确定满足配置信息指示的至少一个第二原因的情况下,向基站发送目标状态信息。和/或,多卡终端在确定满足配置信息指示的至少一个第三原因的情况下,向基站发送通信协议层信息。
以上仅为示例性说明,其他指示多卡终端上报与目标RRC连接释放信息相关的条件均应属于本公开的保护范围。
在本公开实施例中,所述阻止计时器用于在计时结束之前阻止所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息。为了避免多卡终端频繁上报目标RRC连接释放信息所造成的信令资源浪费,以及占用过多带宽等问题,本公开提供的配置信息还可以用于指示阻止计时器的计时时长。假设计时时长为t,多卡终端上报目标RRC连接释放信息后,可以启动该阻止计时器,该阻止计时器计时结束之前,即使满足上报目标RRC连接释放信息的条件,多卡终端也不会进行目标RRC连接释放信息的上报。
在本公开实施例中,配置信息所指示的基站所支持的RRC连接释放能力具体包括:基站支持RRC连接释放能力,或基站不支持RRC连接释放能力。
上述实施例中,基站可以通过配置信息指示多卡终端使用正确方式上报目标RRC连接释放信息,使得RRC连接释放过程同时取决于多卡终端能力和基站能力,可用性高。
需要说明的是,终端所支持上报的RRC连接释放能力并不限于上述几种。终端上报多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力的作用在于辅助基站进行RRC连接释放配置的下发,但是最终如何配置的决定权在于基站,例如基站可以完全不参考终端的上报,仅根据基站需要为终端进行配置,也可以参考终端上报的多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力为终端进行配置。
在基站参考多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力进行配置的情况下,基站所配置的目标RRC连接释放信息的具体信息内容与终端上报的 RRC连接释放能力可以完全匹配,也可以并不完全匹配。即,网络侧设备可以根据多卡终端发送的所支持上报的RRC连接释放能力,以及基站的业务需要配置目标RRC连接释放信息。例如,多卡终端发送的所支持上报的RRC连接释放能力包括多卡终端支持上报目标状态的第一能力,以及支持上报RRC连接释放原因的第二能力。但是基站配置的目标RRC连接释放信息可以包括目标状态信息和原因信息,也可以只包括目标状态信息和原因信息中的一项,本公开对此不作限定。
在一些可选实施例中,参照图4所示,图4是根据一实施例示出的一种能力上报方法流程图,可以用于多卡终端,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤401中,向基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。

上述实施例中,多卡终端可以在上报多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力后,如果确定未接收到基站发送的配置信息,后续可以不向基站上报任何与多卡终端进行RRC连接释放相关的信息。节省了信令资源,可用性高。
下面再从基站侧介绍一下本公开提供的能力上报方法。

上述实施例中,基站可以在确定自身不支持RRC连接释放的基础上,不需要执行确定多卡终端对应的配置信息的步骤,也不会向多卡终端发送配置信息,多卡终端也不会向基站发送与所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放相关的信息。节省了信令资源,可用性高。

所述配置信息还用于指示以下至少一项:是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息中的至少一项;允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的条件;阻止计时器的计时时长,所述阻止计时器用于在计时结束之前阻止所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息;和/或所述基站所支持的RRC连接释放能力。
所述允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的条件包括以下至少一项:允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的至少一个第一原因;允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标状态信息的至少一个第二原因;和/或允许所述多卡终端上报所述通信协议层信息的至少一个第三原因。
在步骤703中,基站向所述多卡终端发送所述配置信息。
在步骤704中,多卡终端基于所述配置信息,向所述基站发送所述目标RRC连接释放信息。
上述实施例中,实现了基于基站配置让多卡终端使用正确方式请求RRC连接释放的目的,可用性高。
在一些可选实施例中,
在执行完步骤701之后,基站响应于确定所述基站不支持RRC连接释放,不需要执行后续步骤,即不需要确定所述多卡终端对应的配置信息,也无需向多卡终端发送所述配置信息。多卡终端也不会向所述基站发送与所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放相关的信息。
上述实施例中,在多卡终端进行RRC连接释放过程中节省了信令资源, 可用性高。
与前述应用功能实现方法实施例相对应,本公开还提供了应用功能实现装置的实施例。

第一发送模块801,被配置为向基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。

用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报目标状态的第一能力,所述目标状态是所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放后期望切换到的状态;
用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报RRC连接释放原因的第二能力;和/或
用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报进行RRC连接释放的通信协议层的第三能力。
可选地,所述第一发送模块还被配置为:
通过终端能力信令中的目标信息单元,向所述基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。
可选地,所述第一发送模块还被配置为:
响应于确定所述基站为E-UTRAN基站,通过UE-EUTRA-Capability信令中的目标信息单元,向所述基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的所述RRC连接释放能力;或
响应于确定所述基站为新空口NR基站,通过UE-NR-Capability信令中的目标信息单元,向所述基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的所述RRC连接释放能力。
可选地,所述装置还包括:
第二接收模块,被配置为接收所述基站发送的配置信息,所述配置信 息至少用于指示所述多卡终端需要上报的目标RRC连接释放信息;以及
第二发送模块,被配置为基于所述配置信息,向所述基站发送所述目标RRC连接释放信息。

通过终端辅助信息UEAssistanceInformation信令向所述基站发送所述目标RRC连接释放信息。

是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息中的至少一项;
允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的条件;
阻止计时器的计时时长,所述阻止计时器用于在计时结束之前阻止所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息;和/或
所述基站所支持的RRC连接释放能力。
可选地,所述目标RRC连接释放信息包括以下至少一项:
目标状态信息,所述目标状态是所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放后期望切换到的状态;
所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放的原因信息;和/或
所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放的通信协议层信息。
可选地,所述允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的条件包括以下至少一项:
允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的至少一个第一原因;
允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标状态信息的至少一个第二原因;和/或
允许所述多卡终端上报所述通信协议层信息的至少一个第三原因。
可选地,所述装置还包括:
处理模块,被配置为响应于确定未接收到所述基站发送的配置信息, 确定不向所述基站发送与所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放相关的信息,所述配置信息至少用于指示所述多卡终端需要上报的目标RRC连接释放信息。
参照图9,图9是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种能力上报框图,所述装置应用于基站,包括:
第一接收模块901,被配置为接收多卡终端发送的所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。

用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报目标状态的第一能力,所述目标状态是所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放后期望切换到的状态;

确定模块,被配置为基于所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力和所述基站支持的RRC连接释放能力,确定与所述多卡终端对应的配置信息,所述配置信息至少用于指示所述多卡终端需要上报的目标RRC连接释放信息;
第三发送模块,被配置为向所述多卡终端发送所述配置信息;以及
第三接收模块,被配置为接收所述多卡终端基于所述配置信息发送的所述目标RRC连接释放信息。
可选地,所述确定模块还被配置为:
响应于确定所述基站支持RRC连接释放,基于所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力和所述基站支持的RRC连接释放能力,确定与所述多卡终端对应的配置信息。
可选地,所述第三发送模块还被配置为:
通过其他配置信息OtherConfig信令向所述多卡终端发送所述配置信息。
可选地,所述配置信息还用于指示以下至少一项:
是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息中的至少一项;
允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的条件;
阻止计时器的计时时长,所述阻止计时器用于在计时结束之前阻止所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息;和/或
所述基站所支持的RRC连接释放能力。

允许所述多卡终端上报所述通信协议层信息的至少一个第三原因。
可选地,所述装置还包括:
控制模块,被配置为响应于确定所述基站不支持RRC连接释放,控制所述确定模块不确定与所述多卡终端对应的配置信息。

图10是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种能力上报装置1000的框图。例如装置1000可以是手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、多媒体播放设备、可穿戴设备、车载用户设备、ipad、智能电视等包括多个SIM卡的多卡终端。
参照图10,装置1000可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1002,存储器1004,电源组件1006,多媒体组件1008,音频组件1010,输入/输出(I/O)接口1012,传感器组件1016,以及通信组件1018。
处理组件1002通常控制装置1000的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据随机接入,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件1002可以包括一个或多个处理器1020来执行指令,以完成上述的能力上报方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1002可以包括一个或多个模块,便于 处理组件1002和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件1002可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1008和处理组件1002之间的交互。又如,处理组件1002可以从存储器读取可执行指令,以实现上述各实施例提供的一种能力上报方法的步骤。
存储器1004被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置1000的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置1000上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1004可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件1006为装置1000的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1006可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1000生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1008包括在所述装置1000和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的显示屏。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1008包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置1000处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1010被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1010包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1000处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1004或经由通信组件1018发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1010还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口1012为处理组件1002和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件1016包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置1000提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1016可以检测到装置1000的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置1000的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1016还可以检测装置1000或装置1000一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置1000接触的存在或不存在,装置1000方位或加速/减速和装置1000的温度变化。传感器组件1016可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1016还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1016还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1018被配置为便于装置1000和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1000可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如Wi-Fi,2G,3G,4G,5G或6G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1018经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1018还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1000可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述多卡终端侧任一所述的能力上报方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性机器可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器1004,上述指令可由装置1000的处理器1020执行以完成上述能力上报方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据 存储设备等。
相应地,本公开还提供了一种能力上报装置,包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
其中,所述处理器被配置为用于执行上述基站侧任一所述的能力上报方法。
如图11所示,图11是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种能力上报装置1100的一结构示意图。装置1100可以被提供为基站。参照图11,装置1100包括处理组件1122、无线发射/接收组件1124、天线组件1126、以及无线接口特有的信号处理部分,处理组件1122可进一步包括至少一个处理器。
处理组件1122中的其中一个处理器可以被配置为用于执行上述任一所述的能力上报方法。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种能力上报方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于多卡终端,包括:
    向基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力包括以下至少一项:
    用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报目标状态的第一能力,所述目标状态是所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放后期望切换到的状态;
    用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报RRC连接释放原因的第二能力;和/或
    用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报进行RRC连接释放的通信协议层的第三能力。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力,包括:
    通过终端能力信令中的目标信息单元,向所述基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通过终端能力信令中的目标信息单元,向所述基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力,包括以下任一项:
    响应于确定所述基站为E-UTRAN基站,通过UE-EUTRA-Capability信令中的目标信息单元,向所述基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的所述RRC连接释放能力;或
    响应于确定所述基站为新空口NR基站,通过UE-NR-Capability信令中的目标信息单元,向所述基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的所述RRC连接释放能力。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述基站发送的配置信息,所述配置信息至少用于指示所述多卡 终端需要上报的目标RRC连接释放信息;以及
    基于所述配置信息,向所述基站发送所述目标RRC连接释放信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述基站发送所述目标RRC连接释放信息,包括:
    通过终端辅助信息UEAssistanceInformation信令向所述基站发送所述目标RRC连接释放信息。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配置信息还用于指示以下至少一项:
    是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息中的至少一项;允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的条件;
    阻止计时器的计时时长,所述阻止计时器用于在计时结束之前阻止所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息;和/或
    所述基站所支持的RRC连接释放能力。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标RRC连接释放信息包括以下至少一项:
    目标状态信息,所述目标状态是所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放后期望切换到的状态;
    所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放的原因信息;和/或
    所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放的通信协议层信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的条件包括以下至少一项:
    允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的至少一个第一原因;
    允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标状态信息的至少一个第二原因;和/或
    允许所述多卡终端上报所述通信协议层信息的至少一个第三原因。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于确定未接收到所述基站发送的配置信息,确定不向所述基站发送与所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放相关的信息,所述配置信息至少用于指示所述多卡终端需要上报的目标RRC连接释放信息。
  11. 一种能力上报方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于基站,包括:接收多卡终端发送的所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力包括以下至少一项:
    用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报目标状态的第一能力,所述目标状态是所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放后期望切换到的状态;
    用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报RRC连接释放原因的第二能力;和/或
    用于指示所述多卡终端支持上报进行RRC连接释放的通信协议层的第三能力。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    基于所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力和所述基站支持的RRC连接释放能力,确定与所述多卡终端对应的配置信息,所述配置信息至少用于指示所述多卡终端需要上报的目标RRC连接释放信息;向所述多卡终端发送所述配置信息;以及
    接收所述多卡终端基于所述配置信息发送的所述目标RRC连接释放信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力和所述基站支持的RRC连接释放能力,确定与所述多卡终端对应的配置信息,包括:
    响应于确定所述基站支持RRC连接释放,基于所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力,确定与所述多卡终端对应的配置信息。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述多卡终端发送所述配置信息,包括:
    通过其他配置信息OtherConfig信令向所述多卡终端发送所述配置信息。
  16. 根据权利要求13-15任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配置信息还用于指示以下至少一项:
    是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息中的至少一项;
    允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的条件;
    阻止计时器的计时时长,所述阻止计时器用于在计时结束之前阻止所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息;和/或
    所述基站所支持的RRC连接释放能力。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标RRC连接释放信息包括以下至少一项:
    目标状态信息,所述目标状态是所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放后期望切换到的状态;
    所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放的原因信息;和/或
    所述多卡终端进行RRC连接释放的通信协议层信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的条件包括以下至少一项:
    允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标RRC连接释放信息的至少一个第一原因;
    允许所述多卡终端上报所述目标状态信息的至少一个第二原因;和/或
    允许所述多卡终端上报所述通信协议层信息的至少一个第三原因。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于确定所述基站不支持RRC连接释放,不执行所述基于所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力和所述基站支持的RRC连接释放能力,确定与所述多卡终端对应的配置信息的步骤。
  20. 一种能力上报装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于多卡终端,包括:
    第一发送模块,被配置为向基站发送所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。
  21. 一种能力上报装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于基站,包括:
    第一接收模块,被配置为接收多卡终端发送的所述多卡终端支持上报的RRC连接释放能力。
  22. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行上述权利要求1-10任一项所述的能力上报方法。
  23. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行上述权利要求11-19任一项所述的能力上报方法。
  24. 一种能力上报装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为用于执行上述权利要求1-10任一项所述的能力上报方法。
  25. 一种能力上报装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
