Abstract

本公开涉及通信领域,尤其涉及信息上报方法及装置、存储介质。
背景技术
随着无线通信技术的发展,多卡终端越来越多。以双卡终端为例,商务用户有一张私人SIM(Subscriber Identity Module,用户识别)卡和一张商务SIM卡,并将两张SIM卡放在同一个终端上,或者用户有两张私人SIM卡,可以根据业务来选择使用哪张SIM卡。
多卡终端所包括的多个SIM卡可能是来自同一个运营商也可以来自不同的运营商。而目前,针对多卡终端的处理方式主要是基于各个终端厂商的实现,没有统一的标准进行规定,这就导致了许多不同的终端行为和处理方式,有可能导致当多卡终端在某个系统上正在进行业务通信时,如果通过另一个系统收到寻呼消息,需要基于用户的配置决定是否需要对该寻呼进行回应。
另外,目前多卡终端的发射天线、接收天线的配置也有多种,所支持的频段也有多种,不同的多卡终端即使收发天线的数目相同,支持多卡通信的方式也可能不同,例如双卡单待、双卡双待单通、双卡双待双通等。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开实施例提供一种信息上报方法及装置、存储介质。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种信息上报方法,所述方法用于多卡终端,包括:
将用于指示目标终端能力的能力信息上报给基站;其中,所述目标终端能力用于指示所述多卡终端能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力。
可选地,所述方法还包括;
接收所述基站发送的查询信息;其中,所述查询信息用于查询所述多卡终端的所述目标终端能力;
所述将用于指示目标终端能力的能力信息上报给基站,包括:
基于所述查询信息,将所述能力信息上报给所述基站。
可选地,所述目标终端能力用于指示以下至少一项:
在目标频段上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;其中,所述目标频段是所述多卡终端或所述基站能够支持的工作频段中的任一个;

发送所述目标配置信息给所述多卡终端。

确定未接收到所述多卡终端上报的用于指示所述目标终端能力的能力信息。

下面先从多卡终端侧介绍一下本公开提供的信息上报方案。其中,多卡终端是支持安装两个或更多SIM(Subscriber Identity Module,用户识别)卡的终端。其中,SIM卡可以指实体SIM卡,或者可以指虚拟的可以用于实现SIM卡功能的虚拟卡,或者还可以是集成在终端上实现SIM卡功能的模块等等,本公开对此不作限定。
本公开实施例提供了一种信息上报方法,可以用于多卡终端,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤101中,将用于指示目标终端能力的能力信息上报给基站。
其中,目标终端能力用于指示所述多卡终端能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力,所述基站可以是所述多卡终端所包括的任一SIM卡接入的基站。
在上述实施例中,多卡终端可以将目标终端能力上报给基站,基站侧后续在确定多卡终端不具备目标终端能力的情况下,可以为多卡终端配置 目标配置信息,以便让多卡终端进行多个SIM卡的SIM卡信息上报,从而可以解决多卡终端在不具备目标终端能力的情况下的通信问题。
在一个示例中,多卡终端可以主动上报该能力信息给基站。
在另一个示例中,多卡终端也可以在基站查询目标终端能力时,上报该能力信息。
参照图1所示,图1是根据一实施例示出的一种信息上报方法流程图,该方法还可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤100中,接收所述基站发送的查询信息。
其中,所述查询信息用于查询所述多卡终端的所述目标终端能力。

基于所述查询信息,将所述能力信息上报给所述基站。
上述实施例中,多卡终端可以主动上报能力信息给基站,或者多卡终端可以在接收到基站发送的查询信息后,上报能力信息给基站,实现方式多样,可用性高。
在一可选实施例中,上述的目标终端能力可以用于指示以下至少一项:在目标频段上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;在目标频段组合上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;在所述目标频段上且采用目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;在所述目标频段组合上且采用所述目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力。
在本公开实施例中,目标终端能力用于指示在目标频段上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力的情况下,目标频段可以是所述多卡终端或所述基站能够支持的工作频段中的任一个。
在一个示例中,在多卡终端主动上报能力信息或多卡终端根据查询信息进行能力信息上报时,目标频段可以是多卡终端能够支持的工作频段中的任一个。
在另一个示例中,考虑到一般情况下,基站能够支持的工作频段的数 目少于终端能够支持的工作频段的数目,因此,基站可以在查询信息中携带自身支持的工作频段。相应地,多卡终端接收到查询信息后,基于查询信息进行能力信息上报时,此时目标频段可以是基站能够支持的工作频段中的任一个,从而减少多卡终端上报能力信息时所占用的信令资源。例如,多卡终端能够支持的工作频段包括频段1、频段2、频段3、频段4和频段5,多卡终端主动上报能力信息时,可以上报自身在频段1、频段2、频段3、频段4和频段5下,分别支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力,如果多卡终端接收到基站的查询信息,该查询信息中包括基站能够支持的工作频段,基站支持的工作频段包括频段1、频段2和频段5,那么多卡终端在进行能力信息上报时,可以上报在频段1、频段2和频段5下分别支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力。
在本公开实施例中,目标终端能力用于指示在目标频段组合上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力的情况下,目标频段组合可以是所述多卡终端能够支持的工作频段中互不相同的任意多个频段之间的组合,或所述目标频段组合是所述基站能够支持的工作频段中互不相同的任意多个频段之间的组合。
在一个示例中,在多卡终端主动上报能力信息或多卡终端根据查询信息进行能力信息上报时,目标频段组合可以是所述多卡终端能够支持的工作频段中互不相同的任意多个频段之间的组合。
例如,多卡终端能够支持的工作频段包括频段1、频段2和频段3,多卡终端包括2个SIM卡,那么目标频段组合可以是频段1和频段2之间的频段组合,或者目标频段组合可以是频段2和频段3之间的频段组合,还可以是频段1和频段3之间的频段组合。
在另一个示例中,多卡终端基于基站发送的查询信息进行能力信息上报时,目标频段组合可以是所述基站能够支持的工作频段中互不相同的任意多个频段之间的组合,从而可以节省多卡终端上报能力信息时的信令资源。
在本公开实施例中,目标终端能力用于指示在目标频段上且采用目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力的情况下,目标天线配置可以是所述多卡终端能够支持的或由所述基站指定的的天线配置。可选地,在本公开实施例中,目标天线配置可以包括但不限于多个发射天线组合,即全部是发射天线的组合,或者目标天线配置还可以包括多个接收天线组合,即全部是接收天线的组合,或者目标天线配置还可以包括任一数目的发射天线和任一数目的接收天线之间的组合。
例如,多卡终端包括2个发射天线和2个接收天线,目标天线配置可以包括2个发射天线,或者包括2个接收天线,或者包括1个发射天线和2个接收天线、1个发射天线和1个接收天线、2个发射天线和1个接收天线、2个发射天线和2个接收天线中的任意一组组合。
在另一个示例中,多卡终端根据查询信息上报目标终端能力时,目标天线配置可以是基站通过查询信息指定的天线配置。目标天线配置同样可以包括但不限于多个发射天线组合,即全部是发射天线的组合,或者目标天线配置还可以包括多个接收天线组合,即全部是接收天线的组合,或者目标天线配置还可以包括任一数目的发射天线和任一数目的接收天线之间的组合。
在本公开实施例中,目标终端能力用于指示在目标频段组合上且采用目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力的情况下,与上述目标终端能力在目标频段上且采用目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力的方式类似,在此不再赘述。
上述实施例中,多卡终端可以基于不同的频段、频段组合,且可以采用不同天线配置进行通信,将用于指示目标终端能力的能力信息上报给基站,可用性高。
在一可选实施例中,上述步骤101可以包括:
通过第一目标RRC信令中的第一指定信息单元,将所述能力信息上报给所述基站。
其中,如果多卡终端与基站之间支持4G通信,第一目标RRC(Radio Resource Control,无线资源控制)信令可以包括但不限于UE-EUTRA-Capability(终端进化的UMTS陆地无线接入能力)信令,第一指定信息单元可以包括但不限于UE-EUTRA-Capability信令中的OtherParameters(其他参数)信息单元。
如果多卡终端与基站之间支持5G通信,第一目标RRC信令可以包括但不限于UE-NR-Capability(终端新空口能力)信令,第一指定信息单元可以包括但不限于UE-NR-Capability信令中的RF-Parameters(射频参数)信息单元和/或RF-ParametersMRDC(多种无线接入技术双连接射频参数)信息单元。
上述实施例中,多卡终端可以采用对应的RRC信令进行能力信息的上报,实现简便,可用性高。另外,采用已有的RRC信令进行能力信息上报,节省了信令资源。
在一可选实施例中,参照图2所示,图2是根据一实施例示出的一种信息上报方法流程图,在执行步骤101之后,该方法还可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤102中,接收所述基站在所述多卡终端不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下发送的目标配置信息。
其中,所述目标配置信息用于指示所述多卡终端在不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下,上报多张SIM卡对应的SIM卡信息时的配置信息。
在步骤103中,在不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下,基于所述目标配置信息将所述SIM卡信息上报给所述基站。
在本公开实施例中,多卡终端如果具备目标终端能力,那么说明终端是支持多张SIM卡同时通信的,基站可以将不同SIM卡视为单独的一个设备进行通信,因此基站在这种情况下,不需要为其配置目标配置信息。
多卡终端如果不具备目标终端能力,那么说明终端在某个时间点或时间段只支持一张SIM卡进行通信,基站需要为多卡多卡配置目标配置信息,以便多卡终端在不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下,基于目标配置信息进 行SIM卡信息的上报。
可选地,目标配置信息用于指示以下至少一项:是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述SIM卡信息;允许上报所述SIM卡信息的SIM卡标识;上报所述SIM卡信息的周期时长;上报所述SIM卡信息的上报条件;上报的所述SIM卡信息的内容;上报所述多张SIM卡的SIM卡信息时的上报格式。
在一个示例中,多卡终端基于所述目标配置信息,确定在所述第一终端能力下,允许上报SIM卡信息,此时多卡终端可以在第一终端能力下,上报SIM卡信息给基站。
在另一个示例中,多卡终端需要通过SIM卡标识对应的目标SIM卡,上报SIM卡信息。
在另一个示例中,多卡终端可以设置一个阻止计时器,该阻止计时器的时长与目标配置信息中包括的周期时长相等。多卡终端每上报一次SIM卡信息,启动该阻止计时器,计时器超时后可以再次上报SIM卡信息。
在另一个示例中,上报条件包括但不限于SIM卡上报时的SIM卡状态条件,例如某个SIM卡需要在处于开启状态时上报SIM卡信息。或者某个SIM卡只有处于关闭状态时可以上报SIM卡信息,或者某个SIM卡处于任一状态均可以上报SIM卡信息,本公开对此不作限定。
在另一个示例中,上报的所述SIM卡信息的内容包括但不限于多张SIM卡的数目、每张SIM卡的标识信息和/或临时标识信息、和/或多卡终端根据目标配置进行SIM卡信息上报是否会出现无法上报的问题等等。
在另一个示例中,上报格式包括但不限于上报的所述SIM卡信息的内容的上报顺序,例如先上报某个内容,再上报其他内容等。
上述实施例中,多卡终端在接收到基站发送的目标配置信息后,可以在不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下,基于所述目标配置信息将所述SIM卡信息上报给所述基站。解决了解决多卡终端在不具备目标终端能力的情况下的通信问题,可用性高。
下面再从基站侧介绍一下本公开提供的信息上报方案。其中,所述基 站可以是多卡终端的任一SIM卡接入的基站。
本公开实施例提供了另一种信息上报方法,参照图3所示,图3是根据一实施例示出的另一种信息上报方法流程图,可以用于基站,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤201中,响应于确定所述多卡终端不具备目标终端能力,为所述多卡终端配置目标配置信息。
其中,所述目标终端能力用于指示所述多卡终端能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力,所述目标配置信息用于指示所述多卡终端在不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下,上报多张SIM卡对应的SIM卡信息时的配置信息。
其中,所述目标配置信息用于指示以下至少一项:是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述SIM卡信息;允许上报所述SIM卡信息的SIM卡标识;上报所述SIM卡信息的周期时长;上报所述SIM卡信息的上报条件;上报的所述SIM卡信息的内容;上报所述SIM卡信息时的上报格式。
在步骤202中,发送所述目标配置信息给所述多卡终端。
上述实施例中,基站可以在确定多卡终端不具备目标终端能力的情况下,为多卡终端配置目标配置信息,从而可以解决多卡终端在不支持目标终端能力的情况下的通信问题。
在一可选实施例中,针对步骤201,在一个示例中,基站可以在确定未接收到多卡终端主动上报的该能力信息的情况下,确定多卡终端不支持目标终端能力。可选地,基站如果在一个指定的时间段内未接收到多卡终端主动上报的能力信息,指定的时间段可以包括但不限于多卡终端接入基站后的一个预设时间段内,则基站可以确定该多卡终端不支持目标终端能力。
在另一个示例中,参照图4所示,图4是根据图3所示实施例示出的另一种信息上报方法流程图,上述方法还可以包括:
在步骤200中,发送查询信息给所述多卡终端。
在本公开实施例中,查询信息用于查询所述多卡终端的所述目标终端能力。可选地,查询信息中可以包括该基站能够支持的工作频段、或者工作频段组合或者由基站指定的天线配置。多卡终端可以基于该查询信息进行能力信息的上报。其中,目标天线配置可以包括但不限于多个发射天线组合,即全部是发射天线的组合,或者目标天线配置还可以包括多个接收天线组合,即全部是接收天线的组合,或者目标天线配置还可以包括任一数目的发射天线和任一数目的接收天线之间的组合。
基站在发送查询信息给多卡终端后,可以启动一个计时器,该计时器计时结束,如果仍未接收到多卡终端发送的能力信息,则可以确定该多卡终端不具备目标终端能力。
可选地,上述目标终端能力可以用于指示以下至少一项:在目标频段上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;在目标频段组合上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;在所述目标频段上且采用目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;在所述目标频段组合上且采用所述目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力。
在一可选实施例中,针对步骤202,基站可以通过第二目标信令的第二指定信息单元,将配置好的所述目标配置信息发送给所述多卡终端。
如果多卡终端与基站之间支持4G通信,第二目标RRC信令可以包括但不限于RRCConnectionReconfiguration(无线资源控制连接重配置)信令,第二指定信息单元可以包括但不限于RRCConnectionReconfiguration信令中的OtherConfig(其他配置)信息单元。
如果多卡终端与基站之间支持4G通信,第二目标RRC信令可以包括但不限于RRCReconfiguration(无线资源控制重配置)信令,第二指定信息单元可以包括但不限于RRCReconfiguration信令中的OtherConfig信息单元。
上述实施例中,基站可以在确定多卡终端不具备目标终端能力的情况 下,为多卡终端配置目标配置信息,并将配置好的与所述第一终端能力对应的所述目标配置信息发送给所述多卡终端,从而解决了多卡终端在不具备目标终端能力的情况下的通信问题,可用性高。
在一可选实施例中,参照图5所示,图5是根据一实施例示出的一种信息上报方法流程图,该方法可以包括:
在步骤301中,基站发送查询信息给多卡终端。
其中,所述查询信息用于查询所述多卡终端的所述目标终端能力。
如果多卡终端具备目标终端能力,则执行步骤302,否则执行步骤303至306。
在步骤302中,多卡终端基于所述查询信息,将用于指示目标终端能力的能力信息上报给所述基站。所述目标终端能力用于指示以下至少一项:在目标频段上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;在目标频段组合上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;在所述目标频段上且采用目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;在所述目标频段组合上且采用所述目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力。
如果多卡终端未接收到目标配置信息,正常工作即可(图5中未示出)。
在步骤303中,基站确定多卡终端不具备目标终端能力的情况下,为所述多卡终端配置目标配置信息。
在步骤304中,基站发送所述目标配置信息给所述多卡终端。
在步骤305中,多卡终端在不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下,基于所述目标配置信息将所述多张SIM卡对应的SIM卡信息上报给所述基站。
如果多卡终端未接收到上述目标配置信息,在第一终端能力下正常工作即可(图5中未示出)。
上述实施例中,实现了在多卡终端不具备目标终端能力的情况下,为多卡终端配置目标配置信息,以便进行多个SIM卡的SIM卡信息上报的目的,从而可以解决多卡终端在不具备目标终端能力的情况下的通信问题。

图8是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种电子设备800的框图。例如电子设备800可以是手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、多媒体播放设备、可穿戴设备、车载终端、ipad、智能电视等包括多个SIM卡的多卡终端。
参照图8,电子设备800可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件802,存储器804,电源组件806,多媒体组件808,音频组件810,输入/输出(I/O)接口812,传感器组件816,以及信息上报组件818。
处理组件802通常控制电子设备800的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据信息上报,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件802可以包括一个或多个处理器820来执行指令,以完成上述的信息上报方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件802可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件802和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件802可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件808和处理组件802之间的交互。又如,处理 组件802可以从存储器读取可执行指令,以实现上述各实施例提供的一种信息上报方法的步骤。
存储器804被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在电子设备800的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在电子设备800上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器804可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件806为电子设备800的各种组件提供电力。电源组件806可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为电子设备800生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。

I/O接口812为处理组件802和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。

信息上报组件818被配置为便于电子设备800和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的信息上报。电子设备800可以接入基于信息上报标准的无线网络,如Wi-Fi,2G,3G,4G,5G或6G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,信息上报组件818经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述信息上报组件818还包括近场信息上报(NFC)模块,以促进短程信息上报。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,电子设备800可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述信息上报方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性机器可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器804,上述指令可由电子设备800的处理器820执行以完成上述无线充电方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
相应地,本公开还提供了一种信息上报装置,包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
其中,所述处理器被配置为用于执行上述基站侧任一所述的信息上报方法。
如图9所示,图9是根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种信息上报装置900的一结构示意图。装置900可以被提供为基站。参照图9,装置900包括处理组件922、无线发射/接收组件924、天线组件926、以及无线接口特有的信号处理部分,处理组件922可进一步包括一个或多个处理器。
处理组件922中的其中一个处理器可以被配置为用于执行上述基站侧任一所述的信息上报方法。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种信息上报方法,其特征在于,所述方法用于多卡终端,包括:
    将用于指示目标终端能力的能力信息上报给基站;其中,所述目标终端能力用于指示所述多卡终端能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括;
    接收所述基站发送的查询信息;其中,所述查询信息用于查询所述多卡终端的所述目标终端能力;
    所述将用于指示目标终端能力的能力信息上报给基站,包括:
    基于所述查询信息,将所述能力信息上报给所述基站。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标终端能力用于指示以下至少一项:
    在目标频段上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;其中,所述目标频段是所述多卡终端或所述基站能够支持的工作频段中的任一个;
    在目标频段组合上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;其中,所述目标频段组合是所述多卡终端能够支持的工作频段中互不相同的任意多个频段之间的组合,或所述目标频段组合是所述基站能够支持的工作频段中互不相同的任意多个频段之间的组合;
    在所述目标频段上且采用目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;其中,所述目标天线配置是所述多卡终端能够支持的或由所述基站指定的的天线配置;
    在所述目标频段组合上且采用所述目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将用于指示目标终端能力的能力信息上报给基站,包括:
    通过第一目标RRC信令中的第一指定信息单元,将所述能力信息上报给所述基站。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述基站在所述多卡终端不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下发送的目标配置信息;其中,所述目标配置信息用于指示所述多卡终端在不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下,上报多张SIM卡对应的SIM卡信息时的配置信息;
    在不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下,基于所述目标配置信息将所述SIM卡信息上报给所述基站。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标配置信息用于指示以下至少一项:
    是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述SIM卡信息;
    允许上报所述SIM卡信息的SIM卡标识;
    上报所述SIM卡信息的周期时长;
    上报所述SIM卡信息的上报条件;
    上报的所述SIM卡信息的内容;
    上报所述SIM卡信息时的上报格式。
  7. 一种信息上报方法,其特征在于,所述方法用于基站,包括:
    响应于确定所述多卡终端不具备目标终端能力,为所述多卡终端配置目标配置信息;其中,所述目标终端能力用于指示所述多卡终端能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力,所述目标配置信息用于指示所述多卡终端在不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下,上报多张SIM卡对应的SIM卡信息时的配置信息;
    发送所述目标配置信息给所述多卡终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述多卡终端不具备所述目标终端能力,包括:
    确定未接收到所述多卡终端上报的用于指示所述目标终端能力的能力信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    发送查询信息给所述多卡终端;其中,所述查询信息用于查询所述多卡终端的所述目标终端能力。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标终端能力用于指示以下至少一项:
    在目标频段上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;其中,所述目标频段是所述多卡终端或所述基站能够支持的工作频段中的任一个;
    在目标频段组合上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;其中,所述目标频段组合是所述多卡终端能够支持的工作频段中互不相同的任意多个频段之间的组合,或所述目标频段组合是所述基站能够支持的工作频段中互不相同的任意多个频段之间的组合;
    在所述目标频段上且采用目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;其中,所述目标天线配置是所述多卡终端能够支持的或由所述基站指定的天线配置;
    在所述目标频段组合上且采用所述目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发送所述目标配置信息给所述多卡终端,包括:
    通过第二目标信令的第二指定信息单元,发送所述目标配置信息给所述多卡终端。
  12. 根据权利要求7-11任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标配置信息用于指示以下至少一项:
    是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述SIM卡信息;
    允许上报所述SIM卡信息的SIM卡标识;
    上报所述SIM卡信息的周期时长;
    上报所述SIM卡信息的上报条件;
    上报的所述SIM卡信息的内容;
    上报所述SIM卡信息时的上报格式。
  13. 一种信息上报装置,其特征在于,所述装置用于多卡终端,包括:
    上报模块,被配置为将用于指示目标终端能力的能力信息上报给基站;其中,所述目标终端能力用于指示所述多卡终端能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括;
    第一接收模块,被配置为接收所述基站发送的查询信息;其中,所述查询信息用于查询所述多卡终端的所述目标终端能力;
    所述上报模块包括:
    第一上报子模块,被配置为基于所述查询信息,将所述能力信息上报给所述基站。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标终端能力用于指示以下至少一项:
    在目标频段上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;其中,所述目标频段是所述多卡终端或所述基站能够支持的工作频段中的任一个;
    在目标频段组合上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;其中,所述目标频段组合是所述多卡终端能够支持的工作频段中互不相同的任意多个频段之间的组合,或所述目标频段组合是所述基站能够支持的工作频段中互不相同的任意多个频段之间的组合;
    在所述目标频段上且采用目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;其中,所述目标天线配置是所述多卡终端能够支持的或由所述基站指定的天线配置;
    在所述目标频段组合上且采用所述目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述上报模块包括:
    第二上报子模块,被配置为通过第一目标RRC信令中的第一指定信息单元,将所述能力信息上报给所述基站。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二接收模块,被配置为接收所述基站在所述多卡终端不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下发送的目标配置信息;其中,所述目标配置信息用于指示所述多卡终端在不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下,上报多张SIM卡对应的SIM卡信息时的配置信息;
    在不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下,基于所述目标配置信息将所述SIM卡信息上报给所述基站。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标配置信息用于指示以下至少一项:
    是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述SIM卡信息;
    允许上报所述SIM卡信息的SIM卡标识;
    上报所述SIM卡信息的周期时长;
    上报所述SIM卡信息的上报条件;
    上报的所述SIM卡信息的内容;
    上报所述SIM卡信息时的上报格式。
  19. 一种信息上报装置,其特征在于,所述装置用于基站,包括:
    配置模块,被配置为响应于确定所述多卡终端不具备目标终端能力,为所述多卡终端配置目标配置信息;其中,所述目标终端能力用于指示所述多卡终端能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力,所述目标配置信息用于指示所述多卡终端在不具备所述目标终端能力的情况下,上报多张SIM卡对应的SIM卡信息时的配置信息;
    第一发送模块,被配置为发送所述目标配置信息给所述多卡终端。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块包括:
    确定子模块,被配置为确定未接收到所述多卡终端上报的用于指示所述目标终端能力的能力信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括;
    第二发送模块,被配置为发送查询信息给所述多卡终端;其中,所述查询信息用于查询所述多卡终端的所述目标终端能力。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标终端能力用于指示以下至少一项:
    在目标频段上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;其中,所述目标频段是所述多卡终端或所述基站能够支持的工作频段中的任一个;
    在目标频段组合上能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;其中,所述目标频段组合是所述多卡终端能够支持的工作频段中互不相同的任意多个频段之间的组合,或所述目标频段组合是所述基站能够支持的工作频段中互不相同的任意多个频段之间的组合;
    在所述目标频段上且采用目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持的多个SIM卡同时工作的能力;其中,所述目标天线配置是所述多卡终端能够支持的或由所述基站指定的天线配置;
    在所述目标频段组合上且采用所述目标天线配置进行通信时,能够支持多个SIM卡同时工作的能力。
  23. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一发送模块包括:
    发送子模块,被配置为通过第二目标信令的第二指定信息单元,将配置好的与所述第一终端能力对应的所述目标配置信息发送给所述多卡终端。
  24. 根据权利要求19-23任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标配置信息用于指示以下至少一项:
    是否允许所述多卡终端上报所述SIM卡信息;
    允许上报所述SIM卡信息的SIM卡标识;
    上报所述SIM卡信息的周期时长;
    上报所述SIM卡信息的上报条件;
    上报的所述SIM卡信息的内容;
    上报所述SIM卡信息时的上报格式。
  25. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行上述权利要求1-6任一项所述的信息 上报方法。
  26. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行上述权利要求7-12任一项所述的信息上报方法。
  27. 一种信息上报装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为用于执行上述权利要求1-6任一项所述的信息上报方法。
  28. 一种信息上报装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为用于执行上述权利要求7-12任一项所述的信息上报方法。
