本公开涉及通信技术领域,具体而言,涉及能力指示方法、能力确定方法、能力指示装置、能力确定装置、通信装置和计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
在多卡终端中,可以设置有多个SIM(Subscriber Identity Module,用户身份识别)卡,终端可以通过多个SIM卡通信,例如终端中设置有SIM卡#1和SIM卡#2,终端可以使用SIM卡#1进行通信操作,也可以使用SIM卡#2通信进行通信操作。
但是在某些场景下,会出现终端在使用SIM卡#1进行通信操作的情况下,需要使用SIM卡#2进行通信,这就需要终端进行多SIM卡连接切换,从使用SIM卡#1进行通信操作切换到使用SIM卡#2进行通信,然而不同终端的能力有所不同,如果默认所有终端都支持多SIM卡连接切换,将可能导致基站在针对那些不支持多SIM卡连接切换的终端做出配置时出现问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本公开的实施例提出了能力指示方法、能力确定方法、能力指示装置、能力确定装置、通信装置和计算机可读存储介质,以解决相关技术中的技术问题。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提出一种能力指示方法,由终端执行,所述方法包括:向网络侧设备发送能力指示信息,所述能力指示信息用于指示所述终端是否能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提出一种能力确定方法,由网络侧设备执行,所述方法包括:接收终端发送的能力指示信息;根据所述能力指示信息确定所述终端是否能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。
根据本公开实施例的第三方面,提出一种能力指示装置,包括一个或多个处理器,所述处理器被配置为执行:向网络侧设备发送能力指示信息,所述能力指示信息用于指示所述终端是否能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。

图1是根据本公开的实施例示出的一种能力指示方法的示意流程图。本实施例所示的能力指示方法可以由终端执行,所述终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备、传感器、物联网设备等通信装置。所述终端可以作为用户设备与网络侧设备通信,所述网络侧设备包括但不限于4G、5G、6G等通信系统中的网络侧设备,例如基站、核心网等。
在一个实施例中,在所述终端可以设置有多个SIM卡,可以是传统的SIM卡,也可以是eSIM卡,也即嵌入式SIM卡。
以下主要在多个SIM卡包括第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡的情况下,对本公开的技术方案进行示例性说明。其中,第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡并非特指某个SIM卡,而是用于表示多个SIM卡中任意两个不同的SIM卡。第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡可以属于相同的运营商,也可以属于不同的运营商,具体可以根据需要选择。
如图1所示,所述能力指示方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤S101中,向网络侧设备发送能力指示信息,所述能力指示信息用于指示所述终端是否能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。
在一个实施例中,在终端中设置有多个SIM卡,所述多个SIM卡至少包括第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡的情况下,所述多SIM卡连接切换包括通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作(在这种情况下第一SIM卡进行的通信操作可以中断)。需要说明的是,多SIM卡连接切换并不限于上述情况,例如还可以包括通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,启动第二SIM卡同时进行通信操作(在这种情况下第一SIM卡进行的通信操作可以不中断)。以下主要针对多SIM卡连接切换包括通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作的情况,对本公开的技术方案进行示例性说明。
在一个实施例中,终端在使用第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,可能会出现需要使用第二SIM卡进行通信的情况,例如需要使用第二SIM卡接收系统消息、接收寻呼信令等,那么就需要切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作的情况。但是并非所有终端都支持多SIM卡连接切换。
例如有的终端在通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,在确定需要使用第二SIM卡进行通信时,能够切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,也即能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。而有些终端在通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,在确定需要使用第二SIM卡进行通信时,不能够切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,需要等到第一SIM卡的通信操作完成后,才能切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,也即不能进行多SIM卡连接切换。
而对于多SIM卡连接切换支持情况不同的终端而言,基站为SIM卡所做出的配置可能有所不同。例如终端支持多SIM卡连接切换,那么基站为第一SIM卡配置的资源,可以是到终端向第二SIM卡切换为止,例如终端不支持多SIM卡连接切换,那 么基站为第一SIM卡配置的资源,可以是到第一SIM卡完成通信操作为止。
根据本公开的实施例,终端可以通过向网络侧设备发送能力指示信息,使得网络侧设备可以根据能力指示信息确定终端是否能够进行多SIM卡连接切换,以便网络侧设备,例如基站、核心网,可以为终端做出适当的配置。
在一个实施例中,所述向网络侧设备发送能力指示信息包括:在与所述网络侧设备建立通信连接的过程中,向所述网络侧设备发送所述能力指示信息。
终端可以在与网络侧设备建立通信连接的过程中,将能力指示信息发送至网络侧设备,例如网络侧设备为核心网,所述通信连接可以是非接入层(Non-Access Stratum,NAS)连接,例如网络侧设备为基站,所述通信连接可以是接入层(Access Stratum,AS)连接。
以网络侧设备为基站进行示例,接入层连接可以是RRC(Radio Resource Control,无线资源控制)连接,也即终端可以在与基站建立RRC通信连接的过程中,将能力指示信息发送至基站,例如在随机接入过程中的Msg1、Msg3、Msg5等消息携带能力信息发送至基站。
在一个实施例中,所述网络侧设备包括演进接入网E-UTRAN(evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network,UMTS陆地无线接入网)网络侧设备,所述能力指示信息携带在以下至少之一中:
无线资源控制连接建立完成RRCConnectionSetupComplete信令;
无线资源控制连接恢复完成RRCConnectionResumeComplete信令;
无线资源控制连接重建完成RRCConnectionReestablishmentComplete信令。
以RRCConnectionSetupComplete信令为例,携带能力指示信息的信令可以如下所示:

其中,ENUMERATED{true}表示终端能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。
在一个实施例中,所述网络侧设备包括新空口NR(New Radio)网络侧设备,所述能力指示信息携带在以下至少之一中:
无线资源控制建立完成RRCSetupComplete信令;
无线资源控制恢复完成RRCResumeComplete信令;
无线资源控制重建完成RRCReestablishmentComplete信令。
图2是根据本公开的实施例示出的另一种能力指示方法的示意流程图。如图2所示,所述方法还包括:
在步骤S201中,接收所述网络侧设备发送的能力上报请求;
在步骤S202中,向网络侧设备发送所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
在一个实施例中,网络侧设备在接收到终端发送的能力指示信息后,若确定终端能够进行多SIM卡连接切换,那么可以根据需要向终端发送能力上报请求,以请求终端将进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力上报给网络侧设备,终端接收到能力上报请求后,可以将终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力上报给网络侧设备,以便网络侧设备后续根据多SIM卡连接切换的能力为终端进行相应配置。
在一个实施例中,终端在接收到所述能力上报请求后,还可以进一步判断网络侧设备是否支持对多SIM卡连接切换进行配置,例如根据网络侧设备广播的系统信息确定,在网络侧设备支持对多SIM卡连接切换进行配置的情况下,才将终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力上报给网络侧设备,而在网络侧设备不支持对多SIM卡连接切换进行配置的情况下,可以不将终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力上报给网络侧设备,有利于避免资源浪费。
在一个实施例中,网络侧设备可以将能力上报请求携带在用户设备信息请求UEInformationRequest信令中发送至终端,例如可以在UEInformationRequest信令中添加一个新的信息元素IE来携带能力上报请求。
其中,所添加的新的IE,可以是布尔量BOOLEAN或者包含true值的枚举类型的IE。

然而,在终端确定支持进行多SIM卡连接切换的情况下,具体支持的多SIM卡连接切换能力可能会因终端而异,也即不同终端对于多SIM卡连接切换的具体支持情况可以有所不同。此外,不同的网络侧设备对于多SIM卡连接切换的具体支持情况可以有所不同。
在一个实施例中,所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力包括所述终端是否能够在满足第一条件的情况下进行所述多SIM卡连接切换,其中,所述第一条件包括以下至少之一:
所述第一SIM卡离开连接态;以及第一SIM卡保持在连接态。
例如有的终端仅支持在第一SIM卡离开连接态的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换,也即在通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,若需要切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,那么需要第一SIM卡离开连接态,才能切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作。
例如有的终端仅支持在第一SIM卡保持在连接态的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换,也即在通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,若需要切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,第一SIM卡可以仍保持在连接态,也能切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作。
可见,不同终端对于多SIM卡连接切换的具体支持情况是有所不同的,也即多SIM卡连接切换的能力有所不同。
根据本实施例,终端可以将进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力上报给网络侧设备, 使得网络侧设备可以据此确定终端对于多SIM卡连接切换的具体支持情况,进而对终端做出适当的配置,有利于高效利用通信资源。
例如网络侧设备根据终端上报的能力信息确定终端支持在第一SIM卡离开连接态的情况下切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,不支持在第一SIM卡保持连接态的情况下切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,那么可以根据第二SIM卡进行通信操作的配置,来确定第一SIM卡进行通信操作的配置。
例如可以确定第二SIM卡进行通信操作所需占用的时域资源为t1至t2,在为第一SIM卡进行通信操作配置时域资源时,可以配置t1至t2以外的时域资源,以免终端在t1至t2之间从第一SIM卡切换到第二SIM卡进行通信,导致在此期间为第一SIM卡配置的资源浪费。
例如网络侧设备根据终端上报的能力确定终端支持在第一SIM卡保持连接态的情况下切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,那么在确定终端使用第二SIM卡进行通信操作时,仍然可以保留第一SIM卡进行通信操作的上下文,以便快速恢复与第一SIM卡的通信。当然,应理解,删除第一SIM卡进行通信操作的上下文,以降低对网络侧设备存储空间的占用也是可能的。
在一个实施例中,所述第一SIM卡离开连接态包括第一SIM卡基于接入层离开连接态;和/或第一SIM卡基于非接入层离开连接态。
也即第一SIM离开连接态,可以是根据接入层信令的指示离开连接态,例如根据基站发送的信令离开连接态,也可以是根据非接入层的信令离开连接态,例如根据核心网发送的信令离开连接态。
在一个实施例中,所述第一SIM卡保持在连接态包括第一SIM卡基于接入层保持在连接态;和/或第一SIM卡基于非接入层保持在连接态。
也即第一SIM卡保持在连接态,可以是根据接入层信令的指示保持在连接态,例如根据基站发送的信令保持在连接态,也可以是根据非接入层的信令保持在连接态,例如根据核心网发送的信令保持在连接态接。
图3是根据本公开的实施例示出的又一种能力指示方法的示意流程图。如图3所示,在一个实施例中,所述向网络侧设备发送所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力包括:
在步骤S301中,根据所述能力上报请求确定第二条件;
在步骤S302中,当所述终端具有在满足所述第二条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力时,向所述网络侧设备发送所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
在一个实施例中,网络侧可以根据需要确定第二条件,并在能力上报请求中携带第二条件发送给终端。终端在确定能力上报请求中存在第二条件的情况下,可以根据第二条件向网络侧设备上报能力,例如可以确定终端是否能够在满足第二条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换。响应于终端能够在满足第二条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换,则可以向网络侧设备上报终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力,响应于终端不能在满足第二条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换,则不必向网络侧设备上报终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。据此,使得网络侧设备可以灵活地配置终端上报多SIM卡连接切换的能力,并且节约通信资源。
例如UEInformationRequest信令中携带第二条件的IE可以如下所示:

在一个实施例中,第二条件与第一条件可以部分或全部相同,也可以完全不同,具体可以根据需要进行设置。例如网络侧设备支持终端在满足目标条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换时为终端进行配置,那么可以设置第二条件包括目标条件。
例如目标条件为第一SIM卡保持在连接态,第二条件包括目标条件,在终端确定第二条件后,在支持第一SIM卡保持在连接态的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换时,则可以向网络侧设备发送终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力;在不支持第一SIM卡保持在连接态的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换时,则不必向网络侧设备发送终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力,因为在这种情况下即使上报了能力,网络侧设备也无法对终端做出适当的配置,从而可以避免浪费通信资源。
图4是根据本公开的实施例示出的又一种能力指示方法的示意流程图。如图4所示,在一个实施例中,所述方法还包括:
在步骤S401中,接收所述网络侧发送的配置信令;
在步骤S402中,根据所述配置信息确定向所述网络侧设备上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息的配置。
在一个实施例中,终端在向网络侧设备上报能力信息之后,还可以在进行多SIM卡连接切换时,向网络侧设备上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息。在这种情况下,网络侧设备接收到能力信息后可以向终端发送配置信令,例如无线资源控制重配置信令,在配置信令中携带有相应的配置,配置可以包括时域资源和/或频域资源,终端可以基于该配置上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息。
在一个实施例中,在所述配置信令中可以携带有配置指示,用于指示所述配置信令中用于携带所述配置的子信令。以RRC重配置信令作为配置信令进行示例,所述配置可以携带在RRC重配置信令的OtherConfig信令中,那么可以通过配置指示告知终端,在RRC重配置信令的OtherConfig信令中获取所述配置。
在一个实施例中,所述方法还包括:根据所述配置向所述网络侧设备上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息,例如可以通过用户设备信息响应UEInformationResponse信令进行上报。其中,终端上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息,可以是在终端将要进行多SIM卡连接切换时上报,也可以是在进行多SIM卡连接切换过程中上报。

在一个实施例中,网络侧设备对于终端上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息,可以根据需要做出多种多样的配置,通过配置可以指示终端如何上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息。
在一个实施例中,所述方法还包括:根据所述配置向所述网络侧设备上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息。终端在进行多SIM卡连接切换时,就可以根据网络侧设备的配置向网络侧设备上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息。
例如网络侧设备可以配置是否允许所述终端上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息。终端在根据配置确定允许上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息,则可以上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息,在这种情况下,配置中还可以指示供终端上报使用的时域资源、频域资源;终端在根据配置确定不允许上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息,则不上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息。
例如网络侧设备可以配置是否允许所述终端上报满足第三条件的多SIM卡连接切换的信息,也即网络侧设备在配置允许终端上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息的情况下,可以针对满足第三条件的多SIM卡连接切换的信息进行进一步限定,例如可以在配置中携带第三条件,以及一个指示位,指示位为1表示允许上报满足第二条件的多SIM卡连接切换的信息,指示位为0表示不允许上报满足第二条件的多SIM卡连接切换的信息。
终端在根据配置确定允许上报满足第三条件的多SIM卡连接切换的信息时,在进行满足第三条件的多SIM卡连接切换时,可以将多SIM卡连接切换的信息上报至网络侧设备;终端在根据配置确定不允许上报满足第三条件的多SIM卡连接切换的信息时,在进行满足第三条件的多SIM卡连接切换时,则不必将多SIM卡连接切换的信息上报至网络侧设备,在进行满足其他条件的多SIM卡连接切换时,可以将多SIM卡连接切换的信息上报至网络侧设备。
例如网络侧设备可以配置终端上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息的阻止计时器的时长,进一步可以配置在所述多SIM卡连接切换满足第三条件时,所述终端上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息的阻止计时器的时长,还可以针对满足不同条件的多SIM卡连接切换,分别设置阻止计时器的时长,以用于阻止上报。终端根据配置确定阻止计时器的时长后,在向网络侧设备上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息时,可以启动阻止计时器,在阻止计时器的时长内,也即未超时的情况下,不会再次上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息。
在此基础上,网络侧设备还可以配置终端使用所述阻止计时器的第四条件,终端在确定满足第四条件的情况下,才使用阻止计时器,而在不满足第四条件的情况下,则不使用阻止计时器。例如第四条件包括第一SIM卡进行通信操作的第一目标类型、第二SIM卡进行通信操作的第二目标类型等,那么终端在进行多SIM卡连接切换时,若第一SIM卡进行通信操作的类型为第一目标类型,和/或第二SIM卡进行通信操作的类型为第二目标类型,则可以使用阻止计时器,否则不使用阻止计时器。
需要说明的是,所述第三条件和第四条件可以根据需要进行设置,可以是与上述第一条件相同的条件,也可以是与上述第一条件不同的条件。例如第三条件包括以下至少之一:所述第一SIM卡离开连接态、第一SIM卡保持在连接态;例如第四条件包括以下至少之一:终端正在或者将要进行多SIM卡连接切换。
另外,由于网络侧设备的性能也有所不同,不同网络侧设备对于所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的支持能力也可能有所不同,例如有的网络侧设备支持终端在第一SIM卡离开连接态时进行多SIM卡连接切换,有的网络侧设备支持终端在第一SIM卡保持在连接态时进行多SIM卡连接切换,因此,网络侧设备可以将支持能力携带在配置中发送给终端,以便终端根据配置决定是否上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息。
例如在确定网络侧设备仅支持终端在第一SIM卡保持在连接态进行多SIM卡连接切换的情况下,那么终端在第一SIM卡离开连接态进行多SIM卡连接切换时,则不必上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息,以免浪费通信资源(因为在这种情况下即使上报了多SIM连接切换的信息,网络侧设备也不能针对终端进行多SIM连接切换的过程做出合理的配置),在第一SIM卡保持在连接态进行多SIM卡连接切换时,那么终端可以上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息。
在一个实施例中,终端所上报的多SIM卡连接切换的信息,包括以下至少之一:
终端进行多SIM卡连接切换过程中,将要切换到第二SIM卡的信息,例如第二SIM卡的标识;
切换到第二SIM卡进行的通信操作的信息,例如切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作的类型,进行通信操作的时长等。
在一个实施例中,网络侧设备接收到多SIM卡连接切换的信息后,可以针对终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的过程做出适当的配置,例如多SIM卡连接切换的信息包括切换到第二SIM卡将要进行通信操作的第二类型,由于第一SIM正在进行的通信操作 的第一类型对于网络侧设备是已知的,那么网络侧设备在确定第二类型后,就可以基于第一类型和第二类型对终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的过程做出适当的配置。
例如第一类型比第二类型的优先级高,那么网络侧设备可以配置终端不允许切换到第二SIM卡进行通信,例如第二类型比第一类型的优先级高,那么网络侧设备可以配置允许终端切换到第二SIM卡进行通信。
其中,第一类型和第二类型可以是指业务类型,业务类型对应的优先可以与业务类型所允许的时延相关,例如所允许的时延越低,优先级越高。
除了上述对终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的过程做出配置的方式,也可以考虑其他方式,例如可以考虑第一类型和第二类型所允许的时延,例如第一类型对应所允许的时延相对较大,例如大于时延阈值,那么网络侧设备可以配置允许终端切换到第二SIM卡进行通信,例如第一类型对应所允许的时延相对较小,例如小于时延阈值,那么网络侧设备可以配置不允许终端切换到第二SIM卡进行通信。
图5是根据本公开的实施例示出的一种能力确定方法的示意流程图。本实施例所示的能力确定方法可以由网络侧设备执行,例如基站、核心网等,所述网络侧设备可以与终端通信,所述终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备、传感器、物联网设备等通信装置,所述网络侧设备包括但不限于4G、5G、6G等通信系统中的网络侧设备。
在一个实施例中,在所述终端可以设置有多个SIM卡,可以是传统的SIM卡,也可以是eSIM卡,也即嵌入式SIM卡。
以下主要在多个SIM卡包括第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡的情况下,对本公开的技术方案进行示例性说明。其中,第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡并非特指某个SIM卡,而是用于表示多个SIM卡中任意两个不同的SIM卡。第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡可以属于相同的运营商,也可以属于不同的运营商,具体可以根据需要选择。
如图5所示,所述能力确定方法可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤S501中,接收终端发送的能力指示信息;
在步骤S502中,根据所述能力指示信息确定所述终端是否能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。
在一个实施例中,在终端中设置有多个SIM卡,所述多个SIM卡至少包括第 一SIM卡和第二SIM卡的情况下,所述多SIM卡连接切换包括通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作(在这种情况下第一SIM卡进行的通信操作可以中断)。需要说明的是,多SIM卡连接切换并不限于上述情况,例如还可以包括通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,启动第二SIM卡同时进行通信操作(在这种情况下第一SIM卡进行的通信操作可以不中断)。以下主要针对多SIM卡连接切换包括通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作的情况,对本公开的技术方案进行示例性说明。
在一个实施例中,终端在使用第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,可能会出现需要使用第二SIM卡进行通信的情况,例如需要使用第二SIM卡接收系统消息、接收寻呼信令等,那么就需要切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作的情况。但是并非所有终端都支持多SIM卡连接切换。
例如有的终端在通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,在确定需要使用第二SIM卡进行通信时,能够切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,也即能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。而有些终端在通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,在确定需要使用第二SIM卡进行通信时,不能够切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,需要等到第一SIM卡的通信操作完成后,才能切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,也即不能进行多SIM卡连接切换。
而对于多SIM卡连接切换支持情况不同的终端而言,基站为SIM卡所做出的配置可能有所不同。例如终端支持多SIM卡连接切换,那么基站为第一SIM卡配置的资源,可以是到终端向第二SIM卡切换为止,例如终端不支持多SIM卡连接切换,那么基站为第一SIM卡配置的资源,可以是到第一SIM卡完成通信操作为止。
根据本公开的实施例,终端可以通过向网络侧设备发送能力指示信息,使得网络侧设备可以根据能力指示信息确定终端是否能够进行多SIM卡连接切换,以便网络侧设备,例如基站、核心网,可以为终端做出适当的配置。
在一个实施例中,所述向网络侧设备发送能力指示信息包括:在与所述网络侧设备建立通信连接的过程中,向所述网络侧设备发送所述能力指示信息。
终端可以在与网络侧设备建立通信连接的过程中,将能力指示信息发送至网络侧设备,例如网络侧设备为核心网,所述通信连接可以是非接入层连接,例如网络侧设备为基站,所述通信连接可以是接入层连接。
以网络侧设备为基站进行示例,接入层连接可以是RRC连接,也即终端可以 在与基站建立RRC通信连接的过程中,将能力指示信息发送至基站,例如在随机接入过程中的Msg1、Msg3、Msg5等消息携带能力信息发送至基站。
图6是根据本公开的实施例示出的另一种能力确定方法的示意流程图。如图6所示,所述方法还包括:
在步骤S601中,向所述终端发送能力上报请求,用于请求所述终端上报所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
在一个实施例中,网络侧设备在接收到终端发送的能力指示信息后,若确定终端能够进行多SIM卡连接切换,那么可以根据需要向终端发送能力上报请求,以请求终端将进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力上报给网络侧设备。
在一个实施例中,网络侧设备可以将能力上报请求携带在用户设备信息请求UEInformationRequest信令中发送至终端,例如可以在UEInformationRequest信令中添加一个新的信息元素IE来携带能力上报请求。
然而,在终端确定支持进行多SIM卡连接切换的情况下,具体支持的多SIM卡连接切换能力可能会因终端而异,也即不同终端对于多SIM卡连接切换的具体支持情况可以有所不同。
在一个实施例中,所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力包括所述终端是否能够在满足第一条件的情况下进行所述多SIM卡连接切换,其中,所述第一条件包括以下至少之一:
所述第一SIM卡离开连接态;以及第一SIM卡保持在连接态。
例如有的终端仅支持在第一SIM卡离开连接态的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换,也即在通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,若需要切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,那么需要第一SIM卡离开连接态,才能切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作。
例如有的终端仅支持在第一SIM卡保持在连接态的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换,也即在通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,若需要切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,第一SIM卡可以仍保持在连接态,也能切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作。
可见,不同终端对于多SIM卡连接切换的具体支持情况是有所不同的,也即多SIM卡连接切换的能力有所不同。
根据本实施例,终端可以将进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力上报给网络侧设备, 使得网络侧设备可以据此确定终端对于多SIM卡连接切换的具体支持情况,进而对终端做出适当的配置,有利于高效利用通信资源。
例如网络侧设备根据终端上报的能力信息确定终端支持在第一SIM卡离开连接态的情况下切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,不支持在第一SIM卡保持连接态的情况下切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,那么可以根据第二SIM卡进行通信操作的配置,来确定第一SIM卡进行通信操作的配置。
例如可以确定第二SIM卡进行通信操作所需占用的时域资源为t1至t2,在为第一SIM卡进行通信操作配置时域资源时,可以配置t1至t2以外的时域资源,以免终端在t1至t2之间从第一SIM卡切换到第二SIM卡进行通信,导致在此期间为第一SIM卡配置的资源浪费。
例如网络侧设备根据终端上报的能力确定终端支持在第一SIM卡保持连接态的情况下切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作,那么在确定终端使用第二SIM卡进行通信操作时,仍然可以保留第一SIM卡进行通信操作的上下文,以便快速恢复与第一SIM卡的通信。应理解,还可以删除第一SIM卡进行通信操作的上下文,以降低对网络侧设备存储空间的占用。
在一个实施例中,所述能力上报请求中携带有第二条件,用于指示当所述终端具有在满足所述第二条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力时,上报所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
在一个实施例中,网络侧可以根据需要确定第二条件,并在能力上报请求中携带第二条件发送给终端。终端在确定能力上报请求中存在第二条件的情况下,可以根据第二条件向网络侧设备上报能力,例如可以确定终端是否能够在满足第二条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换。响应于终端能够在满足第二条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换,则可以向网络侧设备上报终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力,响应于终端不能在满足第二条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换,则不必向网络侧设备上报终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。据此,使得网络侧设备可以灵活地配置终端上报多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
在一个实施例中,第二条件与第一条件可以部分或全部相同,也可以完全不同,具体可以根据需要进行设置。例如网络侧设备支持终端在满足目标条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换时,为终端进行配置,那么可以设置第二条件包括目标条件。
例如目标条件为第一SIM卡保持在连接态,第二条件包括目标条件,在终端确定第二条件后,在支持第一SIM卡保持在连接态的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换时,则可以向网络侧设备发送终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力;在不支持第一SIM卡保持在连接态的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换时,则不必向网络侧设备发送终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力,因为在这种情况下即使上报了能力,网络侧设备也无法对终端做出适当的配置,从而可以避免浪费通信资源。
图7是根据本公开的实施例示出的又一种能力确定方法的示意流程图。如图7所示,所述方法还包括:

在一个实施例中,终端在向网络侧设备上报能力信息之后,还可以在进行多SIM卡连接切换时,向网络侧设备上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息。在这种情况下,网络侧设备接收到能力信息后可以向终端发送配置信令,例如无线资源控制重配置信令,在配置信令中携带有相应的配置,配置可以包括时域资源和/或频域资源,终端可以基于该配置上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息。
在一个实施例中,在所述配置信令中可以携带有配置指示,用于指示所述配置信令中用于携带所述配置的子信令。以RRC重配置信令作为配置信令进行示例,所述配置可以携带在RRC重配置信令的OtherConfig信令中,那么可以通过配置指示告知终端,在RRC重配置信令的OtherConfig信令中获取所述配置。
在一个实施例中,所述方法还包括:根据所述配置向所述网络侧设备上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息,例如可以通过用户设备信息响应UEInformationResponse信令进行上报。其中,终端上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息,可以是在终端将要进行多SIM卡连接切换时上报,也可以是在进行多SIM卡连接切换过程中上报。

在一个实施例中,网络侧设备接收到多SIM卡连接切换的信息后,可以针对终 端进行多SIM卡连接切换的过程做出适当的配置,例如多SIM卡连接切换的信息包括切换到第二SIM卡将要进行通信操作的第二类型,由于第一SIM正在进行的通信操作的第一类型对于网络侧设备是已知的,那么网络侧设备在确定第二类型后,就可以基于第一类型和第二类型对终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的过程做出适当的配置。
例如第一类型比第二类型的优先级高,那么网络侧设备可以配置终端不允许切换到第二SIM卡进行通信,例如第二类型比第一类型的优先级高,那么网络侧设备可以配置允许终端切换到第二SIM卡进行通信。
其中,第一类型和第二类型可以是指业务类型,业务类型对应的优先可以与业务类型所允许的时延相关,例如所允许的时延越低,优先级越高。
除了上述对终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的过程做出配置的方式,也可以考虑其他方式,例如可以考虑第一类型和第二类型所允许的时延,例如第一类型对应所允许的时延相对较大,例如大于时延阈值,那么网络侧设备可以配置允许终端切换到第二SIM卡进行通信,例如第一类型对应所允许的时延相对较小,例如小于时延阈值,那么网络侧设备可以配置不允许终端切换到第二SIM卡进行通信。
与前述的能力指示方法和能力确定方法的实施例相对应,本公开还提供了能力指示装置和能力确定装置的实施例。
本公开的实施例还提出一种能力指示装置。本实施例所示的能力指示装置可以适用于终端,所述终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备、传感器、物联网设备等通信装置。所述终端可以作为用户设备与网络侧设备通信,所述网络侧设备包括但不限于4G、5G、6G等通信系统中的网络侧设备,例如基站、核心网等。
在一个实施例中,在所述终端可以设置有多个SIM卡,可以是传统的SIM卡,也可以是eSIM卡,也即嵌入式SIM卡。
以下主要在多个SIM卡包括第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡的情况下,对本公开的技术方案进行示例性说明。其中,第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡并非特指某个SIM卡,而是用于表示多个SIM卡中任意两个不同的SIM卡。第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡可以属于相同的运营商,也可以属于不同的运营商,具体可以根据需要选择。
在一个实施例中,所述能力指示装置包括一个或多个处理器,所述处理器被配置为执行:向网络侧设备发送能力指示信息,所述能力指示信息用于指示所述终端是否能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。
在一个实施例中,所述多SIM卡连接切换包括通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作。
在一个实施例中,所述处理器被配置为执行:在与所述网络侧设备建立通信连接的过程中,向所述网络侧设备发送所述能力指示信息。
在一个实施例中,所述网络侧设备包括演进接入网E-UTRAN网络侧设备,所述能力指示信息携带在以下至少之一中:无线资源控制连接建立完成RRCConnectionSetupComplete信令;无线资源控制连接建立完成RRCConnectionResumeComplete信令;无线资源控制连接重建完成RRCConnectionReestablishmentComplete信令。
在一个实施例中,所述网络侧设备包括新空口NR网络侧设备,所述能力指示信息携带在以下至少之一中:无线资源控制建立完成RRCSetupComplete信令;无线资源控制建立完成RRCResumeComplete信令;无线资源控制重建完成RRCReestablishmentComplete信令。
在一个实施例中,所述处理器还被配置为执行:接收所述网络侧设备发送的能力上报请求;向网络侧设备发送所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
在一个实施例中,所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力包括所述终端是否能够在满足第一条件的情况下进行所述多SIM卡连接切换,其中,所述第一条件包括以下至少之一:所述第一SIM卡离开连接态、第一SIM卡保持在连接态。
在一个实施例中,所述第一SIM卡离开连接态包括第一SIM卡基于接入层离开连接态,和/或第一SIM卡基于非接入层离开连接态。
在一个实施例中,所述第一SIM卡保持在连接态包括第一SIM卡基于接入层保持在连接态,和/或第一SIM卡基于非接入层保持在连接态。
在一个实施例中,所述处理器被配置为执行:根据所述能力上报请求确定第二条件;若具有在满足所述第二条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力,向所述网络侧设备发送所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
在一个实施例中,所述处理器还被配置为执行:接收所述网络侧发送的配置信令;根据所述配置信息确定向所述网络侧设备上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息的配置。
在一个实施例中,所述配置包括以下至少之一:是否允许所述终端上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息;是否允许所述终端上报满足第三条件的多SIM卡连接切换的信息;所述终端上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息的阻止计时器的时长;所述终端采用所述阻止计时器对上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息进行阻止的第四条件;所述网络侧设备对于所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的支持能力。
在一个实施例中,所述处理器还被配置为执行:根据所述配置向所述网络侧设备上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息。
本公开的实施例还提出一种能力确定装置。本实施例所示的能力确定装置可以适用于网络侧设备,例如基站、核心网等,所述网络侧设备可以与终端通信,所述终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑、可穿戴设备、传感器、物联网设备等通信装置,所述网络侧设备包括但不限于4G、5G、6G等通信系统中的网络侧设备。
在一个实施例中,在所述终端可以设置有多个SIM卡,可以是传统的SIM卡,也可以是eSIM卡,也即嵌入式SIM卡。
以下主要在多个SIM卡包括第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡的情况下,对本公开的技术方案进行示例性说明。其中,第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡并非特指某个SIM卡,而是用于表示多个SIM卡中任意两个不同的SIM卡。第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡可以属于相同的运营商,也可以属于不同的运营商,具体可以根据需要选择。
在一个实施例中,所述能力确定装置包括一个或多个处理器,所述处理器被配置为执行:接收终端发送的能力指示信息;根据所述能力指示信息确定所述终端是否能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。
在一个实施例中,所述多SIM卡连接切换包括在通过第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,切换到第二SIM卡进行通信操作。
在一个实施例中,所述处理器被配置为执行:向所述终端发送能力上报请求,用于请求所述终端上报所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
在一个实施例中,所述能力上报请求中携带有第二条件,用于指示所述终端若具有在满足所述第二条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力,上报所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
在一个实施例中,所述处理器还被配置为执行:接收所述终端上报的所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
在一个实施例中,所述处理器还被配置为执行:向所述终端发送配置信令,所述配置信令用于指示所述终端向所述网络侧设备上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息的配置。
在一个实施例中,所述处理器被配置为执行:确定所述网络侧所支持的多SIM卡连接切换的能力,与所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力是否匹配,若匹配,向所述终端发送所述配置信令。
在一个实施例中,所述配置包括以下至少之一:是否允许所述终端上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息;是否允许所述终端上报满足第三条件的多SIM卡连接切换的信息;所述终端上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息的阻止计时器的时长;所述终端采用所述阻止计时器对上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息进行阻止的第四条件;所述网络侧设备对于所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的支持能力。

如图10所示,图10是根据本公开的实施例示出的一种用于……的装置1000的示意框图。装置1000可以被提供为一基站。参照图10,装置1000包括处理组件1022、无线发射/接收组件1024、天线组件1026、以及无线接口特有的信号处理部分,处理组件1022可进一步包括一个或多个处理器。处理组件1022中的其中一个处理器可以被配置为实现上述任一实施例所述的能力确定方法。
图11是根据本公开的实施例示出的一种用于能力指示的装置1100的示意框图。例如,装置1100可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图11,装置1100可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件1102,存储器1104,电源组件1106,多媒体组件1108,音频组件1110,输入/输出(I/O)的接口1112,传感器组件1114,以及通信组件1116。
处理组件1102通常控制装置1100的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件1102可以包括一个或多个处理器1120来执行指令,以完成上述的能力指示方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件1102可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件1102和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件1102可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件1108和处理组件1102之间的交互。
存储器1104被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置1100的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置1100上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器1104可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件1106为装置1100的各种组件提供电力。电源组件1106可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置1100生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件1108包括在所述装置1100和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器 可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件1108包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置1100处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件1110被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件1110包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置1100处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器1104或经由通信组件1116发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件1110还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口1112为处理组件1102和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件1114包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置1100提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件1114可以检测到装置1100的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置1100的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件1114还可以检测装置1100或装置1100一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置1100接触的存在或不存在,装置1100方位或加速/减速和装置1100的温度变化。传感器组件1114可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件1114还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件1114还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件1116被配置为便于装置1100和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置1100可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,4G LTE、5G NR或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件1116经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件1116还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置1100可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、 数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述能力指示方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器1104,上述指令可由装置1100的处理器1120执行以完成上述能力指示方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。

Claims (28)

  1. 一种能力指示方法,其特征在于,由终端执行,所述方法包括:
    向网络侧设备发送能力指示信息,所述能力指示信息用于指示所述终端是否能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端中设置有多个SIM卡,所述多个SIM卡至少包括第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡,所述多SIM卡连接切换包括通过所述第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,切换到所述第二SIM卡进行通信操作。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向网络侧设备发送能力指示信息包括:
    在与所述网络侧设备建立通信连接的过程中,向所述网络侧设备发送所述能力指示信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备包括演进接入网E-UTRAN网络侧设备,所述能力指示信息携带在以下至少之一中:
    无线资源控制连接建立完成RRCConnectionSetupComplete信令;
    无线资源控制连接恢复完成RRCConnectionResumeComplete信令;
    无线资源控制连接重建完成RRCConnectionReestablishmentComplete信令。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述网络侧设备包括新空口NR网络侧设备,所述能力指示信息携带在以下至少之一中:
    无线资源控制建立完成RRCSetupComplete信令;
    无线资源控制恢复完成RRCResumeComplete信令;
    无线资源控制重建完成RRCReestablishmentComplete信令。
  6. 根据权利要求2至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述网络侧设备发送的能力上报请求;
    向网络侧设备发送所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力包括所述终端是否能够在满足第一条件的情况下进行所述多SIM卡连接切换,其中,所述第一条件包括以下至少之一:
    所述第一SIM卡离开连接态;以及
    第一SIM卡保持在连接态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一SIM卡离开连接态包括:
    第一SIM卡基于接入层离开连接态;和/或
    第一SIM卡基于非接入层离开连接态。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一SIM卡保持在连接态包括:第一SIM卡基于接入层保持在连接态;和/或
    第一SIM卡基于非接入层保持在连接态。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向网络侧设备发送所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力包括:
    根据所述能力上报请求确定第二条件;
    当所述终端具有在满足所述第二条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力时,向所述网络侧设备发送所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述网络侧发送的配置信令;
    根据所述配置信息确定向所述网络侧设备上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息的配置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配置包括以下至少之一:
    是否允许所述终端上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息;
    是否允许所述终端上报满足第三条件的多SIM卡连接切换的信息;
    所述终端上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息的阻止计时器的时长;
    所述终端采用所述阻止计时器对上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息进行阻止的第四条件;
    所述网络侧设备对于所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的支持能力。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述配置向所述网络侧设备上报多SIM卡连接切换的信息。
  14. 一种能力确定方法,其特征在于,由网络侧设备执行,所述方法包括:
    接收终端发送的能力指示信息;
    根据所述能力指示信息确定所述终端是否能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端中设置有多个SIM卡,所述多个SIM卡至少包括第一SIM卡和第二SIM卡,所述多SIM卡连接切换包括在通过所述第一SIM卡进行通信操作时,切换到所述第二SIM卡进行通信操作。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述终端发送能力上报请求,用于请求所述终端上报所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述能力上报请求中携带有第二条件,用于指示当所述终端具有在满足所述第二条件的情况下进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力时,上报所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述终端上报的所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    向所述终端发送配置信令,所述配置信令用于指示所述终端向所述网络侧设备上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息的配置。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向所述终端发送配置信令包括:
    确定所述网络侧所支持的多SIM卡连接切换的能力,与所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力是否匹配。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述网络侧所支持的多SIM卡连接切换的能力与所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的能力匹配,向所述终端发送所述配置信令。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述配置包括以下至少之一:
    是否允许所述终端上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息;
    是否允许所述终端上报满足第三条件的多SIM卡连接切换的信息;
    所述终端上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息的阻止计时器的时长;
    所述终端采用所述阻止计时器对上报所述多SIM卡连接切换的信息进行阻止的第四条件;
    所述网络侧设备对于所述终端进行多SIM卡连接切换的支持能力。
  23. 一种能力指示装置,其特征在于,包括一个或多个处理器,所述处理器被配置为执行:
    向网络侧设备发送能力指示信息,所述能力指示信息用于指示终端是否能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。
  24. 一种能力确定装置,其特征在于,包括一个或多个处理器,所述处理器被配置为执行:
    接收终端发送的能力指示信息;
    根据所述能力指示信息确定所述终端是否能够进行多SIM卡连接切换。
  25. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储计算机程序的存储器;
    其中,当所述计算机程序被处理器执行时,实现权利要求1至13中任一项所述的能力指示方法。
  26. 一种通信装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储计算机程序的存储器;
    其中,当所述计算机程序被处理器执行时,实现权利要求14至22中任一项所述的能力确定方法。
  27. 一种计算机可读存储介质,用于存储计算机程序,其特征在于,当所述计算机程序被处理器执行时,实现权利要求1至13中任一项所述的能力指示方法中的步骤。
