     前記ユーザが前記サービスに対して支払う額とポイントの使用を示す支払情報を取得する取得手段と、
     前記ユーザが前記サービスに対して所定の基準額を超えて支払った額に応じて前記ユーザに付与される累積可能な第1ポイントと、前記ユーザが前記サービスに対して支払った利用料の額に応じて前記ユーザに付与される累積可能な第2ポイントとのそれぞれの増減を制御するポイント制御手段と、
     前記第1ポイントと前記第2ポイントの累積値を記憶する記憶手段と、を含み、
     前記ポイント制御手段は、前記支払情報が前記第1ポイントを所定の用途に利用することを示す場合、利用される前記第1ポイントのポイント数に応じた前記第2ポイントのポイント数を前記ユーザが保有する前記第2ポイントの累積値から減算する、ことを特徴とする情報処理サーバ。
