Abstract

一种用于控制家电设备的方法、装置及存储介质。该方法包括接收多个家电设备发送的相关语音信息,相关语音信息为多个家电设备接收声源输入信息的应答信息(S01);根据相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备(S02);将声源输入信息对应的目标控制指令发送给目标家电设备,以使目标家电设备响应于目标控制指令(S03)。该方法利用服务端对多个家电设备对于声源输入的应答信息的分析判断,从多个家电设备中智能确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,实现用户对目标家电设备的语音控制,降低了不符合用户控制意图的家电设备的作出响应的发生频率,为用户实现其控制意图提供方便。

本申请基于申请号为202111056827.0、申请日为2021年9月9日的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本申请涉及智能家电技术领域,例如涉及一种用于控制家电设备的方法及装置、存储介质。
背景技术
近年来,随着语音识别技术的日益发展,越来越多的家电设备为了方便用户控制增设了语音控制功能。随着家中具有语音控制功能的家电设备的增加,在对多个家电设备的实际控制操作中,出现如下问题:
由于家中的空间范围有限,用户在家中想控制目标家电设备时,用户发出一个语音指令,而包括目标家电设备在内的多个家电设备均能接收到该语音指令,并分别针对接收的语音指令作出相应的应对操作,这给用户发出的语音指令的原本控制意图的实现造成严重不便。

本公开实施例提供了一种用于控制家电设备的方法及装置、存储介质,通过服务端对多个家电设备接收到的语音进行分析判断,以智能确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,方便了用户对于家电设备的语音控制。
在一些实施例中,所述用于控制家电设备的方法,包括:接收多个家电设备发送的相关语音信息,相关语音信息为多个家电设备接收声源输入信息的应答信息;根据相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备;将声源输入信息对应的目标控制指令发送给目标家电设备,以使目标家电设备响应于目标控制指令。
在一些实施例中,相关语音信息包括接收声源输入信息的音量数据;根据相关语音信 息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,包括:确定多个家电设备各自接收到的声源输入信息对应的音量数据;根据多个音量数据的比较结果,确定接收到的声源输入音量最大的家电设备为目标家电设备。
在一些实施例中,在声源输入信息为用户发出的语音指令的情况下,根据相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,包括:确定用户的目标方位信息;根据相关语音信息和目标方位信息,确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备。
在一些实施例中,在多个家电设备为同种类家电设备的情况下,根据相关语音信息和目标方位信息,确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,包括:获取家电信息库,家电信息库保存有多个家电设备,以及每个家电设备的所属区域情况;家电信息库还保存有不同的家电设备各自关联的语音指令集合;根据目标方位信息,确定用户所处的目标区域信息;从家电信息库中,确定符合目标区域信息并包含有相关语音信息对应的目标控制指令的语音指令集合对应的家电设备为目标家电设备。

本公开实施例提供的用于控制家电设备的方法及装置、存储介质,可以实现以下技术效果:
通过在多个家电设备均接收到同一声源输入的情况下,利用服务端根据对多个家电设备对于声源输入的应答信息的分析判断,从多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,并将声源输入对应的控制指令发送给目标家电设备,以使目标家电设备执行相应的控制指令,从而避免了多个家电设备针对接收到的同一声源输入各自对其进行分析处理,而造成的“一呼百应”现象,进而降低了不符合用户控制意图的家电设备的作出响应的发生频率,提高了用户对于多个家电设备进行语音控制过程中的便利性和准确性,实现用户对目标家电设备的语音控制,为用户实现其控制意图提供方便。

本公开实施例中,智能家电设备是指将微处理器、传感器技术、网络通信技术引入家电设备后形成的家电产品,具有智能控制、智能感知及智能应用的特征,智能家电设备的运作过程往往依赖于物联网、互联网以及电子芯片等现代技术的应用和处理,例如智能家电设备可以通过连接电子设备,实现用户对智能家电设备的远程控制和管理。
公开实施例中,终端设备是指具有无线连接功能的电子设备,终端设备可以通过连接互联网,与如上的智能家电设备进行通信连接,也可以直接通过蓝牙、wifi等方式与如上的智能家电设备进行通信连接。在一些实施例中,终端设备例如为移动设备、电脑、或悬浮车中内置的车载设备等,或其任意组合。移动设备例如可以包括手机、智能家居设备、可穿戴设备、智能移动设备、虚拟现实设备等,或其任意组合,其中,可穿戴设备例如包括:智能手表、智能手环、计步器等。
结合图1所示,本公开实施例提供一种用于控制家电设备的方法,包括:
S01、服务端接收多个家电设备发送的相关语音信息,相关语音信息为多个家电设备接收声源输入信息的应答信息。
S02、服务端根据相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备。
S03、服务端将声源输入信息对应的目标控制指令发送给目标家电设备,以使目标家电设备响应于目标控制指令。
采用本公开实施例提供的用于控制家电设备的方法,能够在多个家电设备均接收到同一声源输入的情况下,利用服务端根据对多个家电设备对于声源输入的应答信息的分析判断,从多个家电设备中智能确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,并将声源输入对应的控制指令发送给目标家电设备,以使目标家电设备执行相应的控制指令,从而避免了多个家电设备针对接收到的同一声源输入各自对其进行分析处理,而造成的“一呼百应”现象,进而降低了不符合用户控制意图的家电设备的作出响应的发生频率,提高了用户对于多个家电设备进行语音控制过程中的便利性和准确性,实现用户对目标家电设备的语音控制,为用户实现其控制意图提供方便。

可选地,执行上述步骤的执行主体可以为服务端,服务端与多个家电设备通信连接。具体地,服务端接收多个家电设备发送的相关语音信息,相关语音信息为多个家电设备接收声源输入信息的应答信息;服务端根据相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备;服务端将声源输入信息对应的目标控制指令发送给目标家电设备,以使目标家电设备响应于目标控制指令。
在本公开实施中,多个家电设备均属于智能家电设备。服务端可以设置于智能网关,智能网关能够与家中多个智能家电设备建立通信连接。在经用户授权后,智能网关可以自动获取到各家电设备的位置信息以及相关语音信息。其中,相关语音信息为多个家电设备接收声源输入信息的应答信息。
可选地,声源输入信息可以为用户发出的语音信息;声源输入信息也可以为其他音频播放设备发出的音频信息。在本公开实施例中,多个家电设备接收的声源输入信息的应答信息是指,同一声源在发出语音信息或者音频信息后,多个家电设备分别针对该声源的输入信息作出的应答信息。该应答信息可以包括其接收的语音信息或者音频信息的内容;应答信息可以为为家电设备在接收到语音信息或者音频信息后,经过一些处理步骤,而得到的与上述语音信息或者音频信息相关的处理结果。例如,应答信息可以包括家电设备对接收到语音信息后经过检测获得的该语音信息对应的音量数据。
一般地,具有语音功能的家电设备接收到语音指令,存在两种情况的应对操作,一种是唤醒操作,即,接收到语音指令,控制其语音模块开启,以接收用户对其的语音命令;另一种是执行语音指令对应的控制操作,即,家电设备的语音模块已经处于被唤醒状态下,其接收到语音指令后,会将语音指令转换成其对应的控制指令,并响应于控制指令,执行相应的操作。
可选地,目标控制指令,包括:家电设备的语音功能唤醒指令;和/或,家电设备的语音控制指令。
在实际应用中,多个家电设备将获取到的用户的语音指令经过处理,将处理后的语音指令的相关语音信息发送给服务端;服务端在接收到多个家电设备发送的相关语音信息表示多个家电设备的语音功能模块接收到了同一声源输入,则服务端将各家电设备发送的相关语音信息进行比较,根据比较结果从多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设 备。
可选地,家电设备可以配置有语音功能模块,多个家电设备的语音功能模块的语音控制功能处于未启用状态下,服务端根据前述同一声源输入的内容确定用户的控制意向内容,包括:根据声源输入的内容,解析是否包含语音功能唤醒指令;服务端在确定用户的语音指令中包含语音功能唤醒指令,则将语音功能唤醒指令发送给目标家电设备,以启用目标家电设备的语音功能模块的语音控制功能。
多个家电设备的语音功能模块的语音控制功能若处于启用状态,则服务端根据前述同一声源输入的内容确定用户的控制意向内容,包括:根据声源输入的内容,解析是否包含语音功能控制指令;服务端在确定用户的语音指令中包含语音功能控制指令,则将语音功能控制指令发送给目标家电设备。
其中,服务端将语音功能控制指令发送给目标家电设备,可以包括:服务端先根据语音功能控制指令,确定符合用户控制意图的目标控制指令,再将目标控制指令发送给目标家电设备,以使目标家电设备执行目标控制指令。
服务端将语音功能控制指令发送给目标家电设备,还可以包括:服务端先将该语音功能控制指令发送给目标家电设备的语音功能模块,目标家电设备的语音功能模块确定该语音功能控制指令对应的目标控制指令;而后目标家电设备再执行目标控制指令,以实现对目标家电设备的语音控制功能。
可选地,相关语音信息包括接收声源输入信息的音量数据;根据相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,包括:确定多个家电设备各自接收到的声源输入信息对应的音量数据;根据多个音量数据的比较结果,确定接收到的声源输入音量最大的家电设备为目标家电设备。
这样,在相关语音信息为音量数据的情况下,服务端比较多个家电设备各自对应的音量数据,将音量数据表示的接收到的语音信息或者音频信息对应的音量最大的家电设备确定为目标家电设备。从而,从多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,并将声源输入对应的控制指令发送给目标家电设备,以避免了多个家电设备针对接收到的同一声源输入各自对其进行分析处理而造成的“一呼百应”现象,提高了用户对目标家电设备进行语音控制的便利性。
在实际应用中,用户与各家电设备之间的空间存在至少两种情况:一种情况是用户与家电设备之间声音能够直线传播,直线传播路径上不存在障碍物,此时,多个家电设备接收到用户发出的语音指令的音量大小,可以反应各家电设备距离用户的远近情况。在该种情况下,服务端对比各家电设备接收到语音指令的音量大小和对比各家电设备与用户之间 的距离长短,其效果是相似的。但是,另一种更为常见的情况是,用户与各家电设备之间存在不同程度的遮挡情况,此时,各家电设备接收到的语音指令的音量大小,与用户与各家电设备之间的直线距离远近并不存在确切的关联关系。
其中,用户与各家电设备之间可能存在多种情况的遮挡。例如,用户与家电设备分别处于两个不同的房间中,两个房间为相邻的房间,两个房间之间的门体处于开启状态,使两个房间形成连通。
在本公开实施中,通过不同的家电设备接收到的语音指令的音量数据确定用户的控制意图,较之于通过家电设备与用户之间的距离进行控制意图的确定,本公开实施例提供的确定用户的控制意图的准确性更高,由此确定的目标家电设备为用户真正想要控制的家电设备的可能性更大。
结合图2所示,本公开实施例提供另一种用于控制空调的方法,包括:
S11、服务端接收多个家电设备发送的相关语音信息,相关语音信息为多个家电设备接收声源输入信息的音量数据。
S12、服务端确定多个家电设备各自接收到的声源输入信息对应的音量数据。
S13、服务端根据多个音量数据的比较结果,确定接收到的声源输入音量最大的家电设备为目标家电设备。
S03、服务端将声源输入信息对应的目标控制指令发送给目标家电设备,以使目标家电设备响应于目标控制指令。
采用本公开实施例提供的用于控制家电设备的方法,利用服务端根据对多个家电设备对于声源输入的音量数据的比较,从多个家电设备中将获取音量最大的家电设备确定为用户意向控制的目标家电设备,并控制目标家电设备执行相应的控制指令,从而,避免了多个家电设备针对接收到的同一声源输入各自对其进行分析处理而造成的“一呼百应”现象,进而降低了不符合用户控制意图的家电设备的作出响应的发生频率,提高了用户对于多个家电设备进行语音控制过程中的便利性和准确性,实现用户对目标家电设备的语音控制,为用户实现其控制意图提供方便。
在实际应用中,家庭中购买智能家电设备后,可以通过在用户的手机app进行注册绑定,并在手机app中保存该家电设备的位置信息;其中,位置信息可以为家电设备的所属房间信息。
可选地,在声源输入信息为用户发出的语音指令的情况下,根据相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,包括:确定用户的目标方位信息;根据相关语音信息和目标方位信息,确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备。
其中,在多个家电设备为不同种类的家电设备的情况下,可以根据语音信息和家电种类优先级信息,确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备。
在实际应用中,服务端可以预设有优先级最高的第一家电设备种类,如果多个家电设备中存在符合第一家电设备种类的家电设备,在符合第一家电设备种类的家电设备为一个的情况下,直接将该家电设备确定为目标家电设备。在符合第一家电设备种类的家电设备为多个的情况下,根据多个符合第一家电设备种类的家电设备对应的音量数据,确定目标家电设备。
可选地,在多个家电设备为同种类家电设备的情况下,根据相关语音信息和目标方位信息,确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,包括:获取家电信息库,家电信息库保存有多个家电设备,以及每个家电设备的所属区域情况;家电信息库还保存有不同的家电设备各自关联的语音指令集合;根据目标方位信息,确定用户所处的目标区域信息;从家电信息库中,确定符合目标区域信息并包含有相关语音信息对应的目标控制指令的语音指令集合对应的家电设备为目标家电设备。
结合图3所示,本公开实施例提供另一种用于控制空调的方法,包括:
S21、服务端确定用户的目标方位信息。
S22、服务端获取家电信息库,家电信息库保存有多个家电设备,以及每个家电设备的所属区域情况;家电信息库还保存有不同的家电设备各自关联的语音指令集合。
S23、服务端根据目标方位信息,确定用户所处的目标区域信息。
S24、服务端从家电信息库中,确定符合目标区域信息并包含有相关语音信息对应的目标控制指令的语音指令集合对应的家电设备为目标家电设备。
这样,利用服务端预先存储的家电信息库中的信息内容,从多个家电设备中,将符合目标区域信息并包含有相关语音信息对应的目标控制指令的语音指令集合对应的家电设备为目标家电设备,并控制目标家电设备执行相应的控制指令,从而,降低了不符合用户控制意图的家电设备的作出响应的发生频率,提高了用户对于多个家电设备进行语音控制过程中的便利性,实现用户对目标家电设备的语音控制,为用户实现其控制意图提供方便。
可选地,相关语音信息包括接收声源输入信息的音色信息;根据相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,包括:根据目标方位信息,确定用户的面部朝向信息;获取符合用户的面部朝向信息的家电设备的多个历史控制指令;从多个历史控制指令中,确定与声源输入信息的音色信息相匹配的历史控制指令为目标控制指令。
由于不同用户的音色不同,这样,可以通过判断声源输入的音色,来判断本次作出语音控制的用户的个人情况,并根据该用户的个人情况匹配符合其控制意向的处理结果,从 而有效提高确定的目标家电设备符合用户的控制意向的可能性。
结合图4所示,本公开实施例提供另一种用于控制空调的方法,包括:
S21、服务端确定用户的目标方位信息。
S32、服务端根据目标方位信息,确定用户的面部朝向信息。
S33、服务端获取符合用户的面部朝向信息的家电设备的多个历史控制指令。
S34、服务端从多个历史控制指令中,确定与声源输入信息的音色信息相匹配的历史控制指令为目标控制指令。
这样,利用服务端根据用户以及家电设备的方位信息,从多个家电设备中,将符合目标区域信息并包含有相关语音信息对应的目标控制指令的语音指令集合对应的家电设备为目标家电设备,并控制目标家电设备执行相应的控制指令,从而,降低了不符合用户控制意图的家电设备的作出响应的发生频率,提高了用户对于多个家电设备进行语音控制过程中的便利性,实现用户对目标家电设备的语音控制,为用户实现其控制意图提供方便。
可选地,相关语音信息包括多个用户的对话内容;根据相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,包括:根据多个用户的对话内容,确定目标场景信息;将目标场景信息对应的家电设备确定为用户意向控制的目标家电设备。

在实际应用中,可以将一天中的时间划分成多个时间段落,并根据各家庭成员的个人习惯,确定不同的用户在不同的时段习惯使用的家电设备,进而在一个家庭成员发出语音指令欲控制家电设备的情况下,从多个家电设备中,确定与当前时间信息中所属时段相匹配并符合发出语音指令的目标用户的使用习惯的目标家电设备。
在一些实施例中,在确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备之后,该用于控制家电设备的方法还包括:向用户发出目标家电设备是否符合控制意向的确认请求;在接收到用户确认符合的情况下,再将确定的目标控制指令发送给目标家电设备。
结合图5所示,本公开实施例提供另一种用于控制空调的方法,包括:
S01、服务端接收多个家电设备发送的相关语音信息,相关语音信息为多个家电设备接收声源输入信息的应答信息。
S02、服务端根据相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备。
S41、服务端向用户发出目标家电设备是否符合控制意向的确认请求。
S42、服务端在接收到用户确认符合的情况下,再将声源输入信息对应的目标控制指令发送给目标家电设备,以使目标家电设备响应于目标控制指令。
这样,在服务端确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备之后,增加将确定的目标家电设备向用户进行确认的过程,能够有效降低服务端执行控制指令的目标家电设备不符合用户的控制意向的情况发生。进而提高用户对于多个家电设备进行语音控制过程中的便利性和准确性,实现用户对目标家电设备的语音控制,为用户实现其控制意图提供方便。
结合图6所示,本公开实施例提供一种用于控制家电设备的装置,包括处理器(processor)100和存储器(memory)101。可选地,该装置还可以包括通信接口(Communication Interface)102和总线103。其中,处理器100、通信接口102、存储器101可以通过总线103完成相互间的通信。通信接口102可以用于信息传输。处理器100可以调用存储器101中的逻辑指令,以执行上述实施例的用于控制家电设备的方法。
采用本公开实施例提供的用于控制家电设备的装置,
此外,上述的存储器101中的逻辑指令可以通过软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
存储器101作为一种计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储软件程序、计算机可执行程序,如本公开实施例中的方法对应的程序指令/模块。处理器100通过运行存储在存储器101中的程序指令/模块,从而执行功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述实施例中用于控制家电设备的方法。
存储器101可包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据终端设备的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器101可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器。
本公开实施例提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令设置为执行上述用于控制家电设备的方法。
本公开实施例提供了一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,使所述计算机执行上述用于控制家电设备的方法。
上述的计算机可读存储介质可以是暂态计算机可读存储介质,也可以是非暂态计算机可读存储介质。
本公开实施例的技术方案可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括一个或多个指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本公开实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介 质可以是非暂态存储介质,包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等多种可以存储程序代码的介质,也可以是暂态存储介质。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于控制家电设备的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收多个家电设备发送的相关语音信息,所述相关语音信息为多个家电设备接收声源输入信息的应答信息;
    根据所述相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备;
    将所述声源输入信息对应的目标控制指令发送给所述目标家电设备,以使所述目标家电设备响应于所述目标控制指令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述相关语音信息包括接收声源输入信息的音量数据;所述根据所述相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,包括:
    确定多个家电设备各自接收到的声源输入信息对应的音量数据;
    根据多个音量数据的比较结果,确定接收到的声源输入音量最大的家电设备为目标家电设备。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述声源输入信息为用户发出的语音指令的情况下,所述根据所述相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,包括:
    确定所述用户的目标方位信息;
    根据所述相关语音信息和所述目标方位信息,确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在多个家电设备为同种类家电设备的情况下,所述根据所述相关语音信息和所述目标方位信息,确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,包括:
    获取家电信息库,所述家电信息库保存有多个家电设备,以及每个家电设备的所属区域情况;所述家电信息库还保存有不同的家电设备各自关联的语音指令集合;
    根据所述目标方位信息,确定用户所处的目标区域信息;
    从所述家电信息库中,确定符合所述目标区域信息并包含有所述相关语音信息对应的目标控制指令的语音指令集合对应的家电设备为目标家电设备。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述相关语音信息包括接收声源输入信息的音色信息;所述根据所述相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,包括:
    根据所述目标方位信息,确定用户的面部朝向信息;
    获取符合所述用户的面部朝向信息的家电设备的多个历史控制指令;
    从所述多个历史控制指令中,确定与所述声源输入信息的音色信息相匹配的历史控制指令为目标控制指令。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述相关语音信息包括多个用户的对话内容;所述根据所述相关语音信息,在多个家电设备中确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备,包括:
    根据多个用户的对话内容,确定目标场景信息;
    将所述目标场景信息对应的家电设备确定为用户意向控制的目标家电设备。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定用户意向控制的目标家电设备之后,还包括:
    向用户发出目标家电设备是否符合控制意向的确认请求;
    在接收到用户确认符合的情况下,再将确定的目标控制指令发送给所述目标家电设备。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标控制指令,包括:
    家电设备的语音功能唤醒指令;和/或,
    家电设备的语音控制指令。
  9. 一种用于控制家电设备的装置,包括处理器和存储有程序指令的存储器,其特征在于,所述处理器被配置为在执行所述程序指令时,执行如权利要求1至8任一项所述的用于控制家电设备的方法。
  10. 一种存储介质,存储有程序指令,其特征在于,所述程序指令在运行时,执行如权利要求1至8任一项所述的用于控制家电设备的方法。
