This capped and polyadenylated mRNA is completely replaced by 5-methylcytidine and pseudouridine.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un composé lipidique ayant la structure de la formule I suivante, ou un sel de celui-ci, ou un isomère de celui-ci, ou un N-oxyde de celui-ci, pouvant être utilisés seuls ou en combinaison avec d'autres composants lipidiques, tels que des lipides neutres, des stéroïdes et/ou des lipides conjugués à des polymères, pour former des nanoparticules lipidiques pour administrer des agents thérapeutiques et/ou des agents prophylactiques tels que des acides nucléiques. L'invention concerne en outre une méthode de traitement et/ou de prévention de diverses maladies à l'aide de telles nanoparticules lipidiques.
