Le dispositif de perforation (1) pour des récipients de fluides médicaux, de diagnostic et physiologiques comprenant un corps creux principal (2) de conformation allongée est pourvu : - d'au moins une partie de fixation (3) pouvant être accouplée à une seringue (S) et comprenant une première ouverture (4), - d'au moins une partie de perforation (5) opposée à la partie de fixation (3) et comprenant une seconde ouverture (6), et – d'au moins un conduit de passage (7) s'étendant entre la première ouverture (4) et la seconde ouverture (6) et conçu pour permettre le passage d'un fluide médical le long d'une direction d'écoulement (VI) ; - une partie de manipulation (8) associée au corps principal (2) et ayant un développement longitudinal sensiblement transversal à la direction d'écoulement (VI).
