本申请提出一种相机底板,如图1至图3所示,相机底板包括板体1和扳手2,板体1具有一用于与相机200设有的电池仓的开口对应的电池避让口11,电池避让口11沿板体1的厚度方向延伸,扳手2与板体1通过阻尼组件3转动连接且形成电池避让口11的部分侧壁。
本申请技术方案,相机底板的扳手2通过阻尼组件3与板体1转动连接,扳手2可形成电池避让口11的部分侧壁,或转动扳手2时扳手2逐渐打开以使得电池避让口11形成缺口,相机电池仓的开口处的盖板完全打开后,盖板部分伸入缺口,从而避免盖板无法完全打开,导致出现无法取放电池的情况,或需要将相机200从相机底板取下以取放电池,操作麻烦。
在本申请中,阻尼组件3通过自身产生的阻尼作用,使得扳手2打开或闭合运动舒缓,可提高用户体验。相机底板可包覆在相机200外周或部分表面以保护相机200,相机底板也可用于外接摄影配件,从而辅助相机200拍摄。相机底板可为四方保护框、L板、C形,或者其他形状的,实现半包或全包相机200。相机底板的边框可为板状、条状等;相机底板可为金属材质,相机底板可一体设置也可分体设置。电池避让口11可与电池仓的开口的形状相匹配,扳手2也起到支撑相机200的作用,相机底板上也可设有两侧板和顶板,也可只设有一侧板。电池避让口11开设在板体1的位置,可根据相机200的电池仓的开口朝向的位置设置,如相机电池仓一般竖立在相机200的左侧或右侧,电池仓的底端开有开口,电池仓的外壁也可供用户手握或手持。
在一优选的实施例中,参照图4至图6,阻尼组件3包括轴杆31和限位在轴杆31两端之间的第一连接件32、第二连接件33和至少一个第一垫片34,第一连接件32转动套设于轴杆31上,第二连接件33和第一垫片34套设在轴杆31上,至少一个第一垫片34位于第一连接件32与第二连接件33之间,第一连接件32固定连接在扳手2上,第二连接件33固定连接在板体1上。
其中,第一连接件32、第二连接件33和第一垫片34均限位在轴杆31的两端之间,轴杆31一端可具有圆形限位部,第一连接件32、第一垫片34和第二连接件33依次抵接在限位部一侧,轴杆31另一端可螺接螺帽,也可通过砸压使其该端增大以限位第一连接件32、第一垫片34和第二连接件33。装配时,将第一连接件32、第一垫片34和第二连接件33依次穿过轴杆31并抵接在限位部的一侧后,对轴杆31的另一端进行螺接螺帽或敲打或冲压进行铆接。第一垫片34可为圆形薄片,第一连接件32和第二连接件33均可通过螺丝分别固定连接在扳手2或板体1上,轴杆31裸露在扳手2的外侧,或轴杆31的一端转动容纳于扳手2内部或一端。装配后,转动扳手2时,带动第一连接件32绕轴杆31转动,轴杆31、第二连接件33和板体1相对不动, 使得扳手2打开到预设位置,实现用户通过电池避让口11打开盖板,将电池放入电池仓或从电池仓中取出,之后盖合盖板,用户扳回扳手2至原位置,预设位置定义为扳手2打开以形成电池避让口11的缺口满足盖板完全打开的位置。扳手2打开的角度可根据需要电池避让口11形成缺口的大小设置,可通过扳手2的头部容纳在板体1上的限位槽内,扳手2抵接在限位槽开口的一侧壁时阻碍扳手2继续转动,扳手2抵接在限位槽开口的另一侧壁时阻碍扳手2继续转动,因而通过限位槽的两侧壁和扳手2的两侧共同控制扳手2打开的角度范围。
在一优选的实施例中,参照图4和图5,阻尼组件3还包括套设在轴杆31上的至少一个弹性件35,弹性件35位于第一连接件32背离第二连接件33的一侧和/或第二连接件33背离第一连接件32的一侧,可使得轴杆31上的第一连接件32、第二连接件33及第一垫片34沿轴杆31的轴向形成连续的承载力。为了便于扳动扳手2,或提高用户体验,弹性件35可为弹簧或碗型垫片,弹簧和碗型垫片沿轴杆31的轴向可发生形变以适应被挤压或释放的情况。弹性件35的数量可为一个、两个或两个以上。弹性件35的数量越多,每个弹性件35承受的挤压力越小,寿命越长。碗型垫片一侧具有弧形槽,另一侧具有弧形;弹簧可为压簧。
在一优选的实施例中,参照图4和图5,阻尼组件3还包括第二垫片36,第二垫片36的第一面抵接弹性件35,第二垫片36的第二面抵接第一连接件32的一面,第二面具有至少一个限位凸起37,第一连接件32对应设有至少一个卡槽38,一限位凸起37可滑入或滑出一卡槽38,或者第二面具有至少一个卡槽38,第一连接件32对应设有至少一个限位凸起37。
其中,第一连接件32与第二垫片36之间通过卡槽38和限位凸起37相互配合转动,扳手2闭合在电池避让口11的侧壁上时,第二垫片36的限位凸起37一一对应容纳在第一连接件32的卡槽38内,扳动扳手2逐渐打开以形成电池避让口11的缺口的过程中,限位凸起37一一从卡槽38逐渐滑出后沿第一连接件32的第二面滑行,进而弹性件35受到挤压,从而保证限位凸起37顺利滑行,扳手2搬回的过程中,限位凸起37沿着第一连接件32的第二面原路滑行,当限位凸起37滑入卡槽38时,用户具有一定手感体验,弹性件35进行恢复,同时也可防止扳手2被轻易扳开。限位凸起37的数量可 为一个、两个或两个以上,可间隔等距设置,相邻的两限位凸起37之间距离可相等。限位凸起37可为梯形、圆形等。
当然,第二垫片36的第二面抵接第二连接件33的一面,第二面具有至少一个限位凸起37,第二连接件33对应设有至少一个卡槽38,或者第二面凹设有至少一个卡槽38,第二连接件33对应设有至少一个限位凸起37。
在一优选的实施例中,参照图4和图5,限位凸起37至少一侧设有第一导向斜面,卡槽38至少一内侧壁对应设有第二导向斜面,第一导向斜面可与第二导向斜面抵接。
其中,扳动扳手2逐渐打开以形成电池避让口11的缺口的过程中,限位凸起37一一从卡槽38逐渐滑出时,限位凸起37沿着卡槽38的第二导向斜面逐渐缓慢滑出卡槽38,不会出现卡住或滑动不顺畅的情况,限位凸起37接着沿第一连接件32的第二面滑行,进而弹性件35受到挤压而变形变短,从而保证限位凸起37顺利滑行,扳手2搬回的过程中,限位凸起37沿着第一连接件32的第二面原路滑行,当限位凸起37滑入卡槽38时,卡槽38的第二导向斜面将限位凸起37逐渐导入卡槽38内,限位凸起37的滑行速度会有瞬间的提速,使得限位凸起37快速滑入卡槽38内,用户具有一定手感体验,同时也可防止扳手2被轻易扳开。限位凸起37设有两第一导向斜面使其与卡槽38的形状相匹配,避免扳手2有过多的活动空间,产生晃动。
在一优选的实施例中,参照图4和图5,限位凸起37的相对两侧设有第一导向斜面,两第一导向斜面之间的距离沿远离第二面方向逐渐减小,两第二导向斜面之间的距离沿远离卡槽38的底槽壁的方向逐渐增大。其中,限位凸起37的两第一导向斜面之间的顶面可为八字形,卡槽38的两第二导向斜面之间的底面可为八字形。
在一优选的实施例中,参照图4至图6,弹性件35及第二垫片36位于第一连接件32的一侧,扳手2设有用于容纳第一连接件32的容纳槽21,容纳槽21的底壁凹设有用于容纳轴杆31的一端、弹性件35及第二垫片36的凹槽。
其中,轴杆31具有限位部的一端可转动容纳于容纳槽21内,且位于第一连接件32一侧的第二垫片36、弹性件35均容纳于容纳槽21内,使得整体美观,结构紧凑。
当然,弹性件35及第二垫片36位于第二连接件33的一侧,扳手2设有用于容纳第一连接件32的容纳槽21,板体1凹设有用于容纳轴杆31的一端、弹性件35及第二垫片36的凹槽。
在一优选的实施例中,参照图4和图5,第二连接件33和第一垫片34均开设有腰形孔39,轴杆31相对的两外侧壁均具有斜面,且贯穿第二连接件33和第一垫片34的腰形孔39。
为了防止第二连接件33和第一垫片34相对轴杆31转动,二者可通过腰形孔39周向卡在轴杆31上,轴杆31横截面对应呈腰形,第二连接件33套设在轴杆31后,轴杆31的外侧壁斜面抵接腰形孔39的内侧壁。
在一优选的实施例中,相机底板还包括用于与相机200连接的锁紧件4,锁紧件4可为螺丝;板体1远离电池避让口11的一端底面设有冷靴槽12,冷靴槽12可用于安装补光灯、麦克风;板体1的两侧均设有滑条13,滑条13可为燕尾滑条,用于与燕尾滑槽连接;板体1开设有若干螺纹孔14,外接其他设有配件。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种相机底板,其特征在于,所述相机底板包括板体和扳手,所述板体具有一用于与相机设有的电池仓的开口对应的电池避让口,所述电池避让口沿所述板体的厚度方向延伸,所述扳手与所述板体通过阻尼组件转动连接且形成所述电池避让口的部分侧壁。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的相机底板,其特征在于,所述阻尼组件包括轴杆和限位在所述轴杆两端之间的第一连接件、第二连接件和至少一个第一垫片,所述第一连接件转动套设于所述轴杆上,所述第二连接件和所述第一垫片套设在所述轴杆上,至少一个所述第一垫片位于所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件之间,所述第一连接件固定连接在所述扳手上,所述第二连接件固定连接在所述板体上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的相机底板,其特征在于,所述阻尼组件还包括套设在所述轴杆上的至少一个弹性件,所述弹性件位于所述第一连接件背离所述第二连接件的一侧和/或所述第二连接件背离所述第一连接件的一侧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的相机底板,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧或碗型垫片。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的相机底板,其特征在于,所述阻尼组件还包括第二垫片,所述第二垫片的第一面抵接所述弹性件,所述第二垫片的第二面抵接所述第一连接件的一面,所述第二面具有至少一个限位凸起,所述第一连接件对应设有至少一个卡槽,或者所述第二面凹设有至少一个卡槽,所述第一连接件对应设有至少一个限位凸起,一所述限位凸起可滑入或滑出一所述卡槽;或者
    所述第二垫片的第二面抵接所述第二连接件的一面,所述第二面具有至少一个限位凸起,所述第二连接件对应设有至少一个卡槽,或者所述第二面凹设有至少一个卡槽,所述第二连接件对应设有至少一个限位凸起。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的相机底板,其特征在于,所述限位凸起的至少一侧设有第一导向斜面,所述卡槽的至少一内侧壁对应设有第二导向斜面,所述第一导向斜面可与所述第二导向斜面抵接。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的相机底板,其特征在于,所述限位凸起的相对两侧设有所述第一导向斜面,两所述第一导向斜面之间的距离沿远离所述第二面方向逐渐减小,两所述第二导向斜面之间的距离沿远离所述卡槽的底槽壁的方向逐渐增大。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的相机底板,其特征在于,所述扳手设有用于容纳所述第一连接件的容纳槽,和/或所述容纳槽的底壁凹设有用于容纳所述轴杆的一端、所述弹性件及所述第二垫片的凹槽。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的相机底板,其特征在于,所述第二连接件和第一垫片均开设有腰形孔,所述轴杆的两相对外侧壁均具有斜面,且所述轴杆贯穿所述第二连接件和第一垫片的所述腰形孔。
  10. 如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的相机底板,其特征在于,所述相机底板还包括侧板和/或顶板;和/或
    所述相机底板还包括用于与相机连接的锁紧件;和/或
    所述板体远离所述电池避让口的一端底面设有冷靴槽;和/或
    所述板体的两侧均设有滑条;和/或
    所述板体开设有若干螺纹孔。
