背景技术
手机已成为人们日常生活和工作中形影不离的实用工具。目前,手机双卡双待功能已是标配,通过卡托与卡座的配合将卡放置于手机中,卡座与卡托配合过程中,卡托中设置的钢片会导致卡托的厚度增加,进而导致卡座与卡托配合后的整体厚度较大,占用空间大,不利于设备的减薄和小型化设计,影响用户的使用体验。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种卡托结构、卡托组件和电子设备,用以解决由于卡托的厚度大导致卡座与卡托配合后的整体厚度较大,不利于减薄的问题。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种卡托结构,包括:
卡托,所述卡托的一侧设有第一卡槽,所述卡托的另一侧设有第二卡槽;
所述卡托包括托体、第一连接梁和第二连接梁,所述托体为由框边围合成的框体,所述框边的一侧的边沿设有第一平台部以形成所述第一卡槽;所述框边的另一侧的边沿设有第二平台部以形成所述第二卡槽;所述第一连接梁的两端分别与所述框边连接,所述第一卡槽具有两个,两个所述第一卡槽分别位于所述第一连接梁的两侧;

下面结合附图1a至图6g所示,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例提供的卡托结构进行详细地说明。
本申请实施例的卡托结构包括:卡托,卡托的一侧可以设有第一卡槽41,卡托的另一侧可以设有第二卡槽42,第一卡槽41与第二卡槽42的具体形状和大小可以根据实际需要选择。卡托可以包括托体40,托体40可以为由框边围合成的框体,框体可以为四边形框体,框边的一侧的边沿可以设有第一平台部43以形成第一卡槽41,卡置于第一卡槽41中时可以止抵在第一平台部43上,以使卡稳定地置于第一卡槽41中。框边的另一侧的边沿可以设有第二平台部44以形成第二卡槽42,卡置于第二卡槽42中时可以止抵在第二平台部44上,以使卡稳定地置于第二卡槽42中。
如图3a和图3b所示,第一卡槽41位于卡托的一侧,第二卡槽42位于卡托的另一侧,第一卡槽41与第二卡槽42可以呈错位设置,可以在第一卡槽41中放置用户识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM)卡,可以在第二卡槽42中放置闪存(Trans-flash,T-flash)卡,第一卡槽41可以具有两个, 第二卡槽42可以具有一个,卡托可同时装入两张SIM卡和一张T-flash卡,或选择装入任一张或两张卡。
在本申请的实施例中,如图2至图4a所示,托体40可以为四边形的框体,比如矩形的框体,框边的一侧的边沿可以设有第一平台部43以形成第一卡槽41,可以将SIM卡放置在第一卡槽41,让第一卡槽41贴合在第一平台部43,通过第一平台部43可以支撑SIM卡,可以对SIM卡进行限位,使得SIM卡稳定。框边的另一侧的边沿可以设有第二平台部44以形成第二卡槽42,可以将T-flash卡放置于第二卡槽42中,让T-flash卡贴合在第二平台部44上,通过第二平台部44可以支撑T-flash卡,可以对T-flash卡进行限位,使得T-flash卡稳定,卡托整体结构简单,体积占用空间小,有利于减薄。
卡托还可以包括:第一连接梁51和第二连接梁52,第一连接梁51的两端可以分别与框边连接,通过第一连接梁51可以增强卡托的强度,第一连接梁51和第二连接梁52可以平行间隔开设置,第一卡槽41可以具有两个,两个第一卡槽41可以分别位于第一连接梁51的两侧,通过第一连接梁51可以对两个第一卡槽41中的SIM卡进行限位。第二连接梁52的两端可以分别与框边连接,通过第二连接梁52可以增强卡托的强度,第二平台部44与第二连接梁52可以限定出第二卡槽42,有利于减小整体结构体积。第一连接梁51与第二卡槽42可以相对应设置,在第二卡槽42中放置卡时通过第一连接梁51可以对卡片具有一定的支撑限位作用,可以阻止第二卡槽42中的卡活动;第二连接梁52与第一卡槽41可以相对应设置,在第一卡槽41中放置卡时通过第二连接梁52可以对卡具有一定的支撑限位作用,可以阻止第一卡槽41中的卡活动,使得卡稳定地置于卡槽中。其中,卡托可以一体成型,增强整体性,制造工艺简单。
在本申请实施例的卡托结构中,托体40可以为由框边围合成的框体,通过设置第一连接梁51和第二连接梁52可以增强卡托的整体强度,不易变形,第一连接梁51与第二卡槽42相对应设置,在第二卡槽42中放置卡时通过第一连接梁51可以对卡片具有一定的支撑限位作用,可以阻止第二卡槽42中 的卡活动,第二连接梁52与第一卡槽41相对应设置,在第一卡槽41中放置卡时通过第二连接梁52可以对卡具有一定的支撑限位作用,可以阻止第一卡槽41中的卡活动。通过第一连接梁51和第二连接梁52可以增强卡托的强度,同时还可以对卡槽中的卡具有一定的支撑限位作用,不需要设置钢片,可以减薄卡托的厚度,在卡座与卡托配合时整体厚度较小,占用空间小,有利于设备的减薄和小型化设计,提高用户的使用体验。
在一些实施例中,第一连接梁51的朝向第二卡槽42的一侧的表面为平面,且与第二平台部44的表面共面。也即是,第一连接梁51与第二卡槽42可以相对应设置,第一连接梁51的朝向第二卡槽42的一侧的表面可以为平面,且与第二平台部44的表面共面,通过第一连接梁51的朝向第二卡槽42的一侧的表面可以支撑第二卡槽42中的T-flash卡,可以对T-flash卡进行限位,防止T-flash卡上下浮动。
可选地,如图2至图4d所示,第二连接梁52的朝向第一卡槽41的一侧的表面为平面,且与第一平台部43的表面共面。通过第二连接梁52的朝向第一卡槽41的一侧的表面可以支撑第一卡槽41中的SIM卡,可以对SIM卡进行限位,防止SIM卡上下浮动。通过第一连接梁51与第二连接梁52可以增强卡托的整体强度,可以支撑卡,使得卡保持稳定,不需要在卡托的中间层增加钢片,有利于减薄,可以使得整体厚度减薄0.1mm以上。在制造过程中,托体40、第一连接梁51以及第二连接梁52可以一体成型,有利于增强整体性,简化制造工艺。
在一些实施例中,卡托还可以包括:限位挡板60,限位挡板60可以设在托体40的框边的边沿,可以设置于托体40的框边的外侧边沿,以便在卡托的托体插入卡座的容纳槽中时,通过限位挡板60可以进行限位,便于托体从容纳槽中取出。
可选地,如图2至图3d以及图4a所示,限位挡板60的靠近框边的一侧可以设有密封件61,密封件61可以为弹性件,比如密封件61可以为硅胶圈,通过密封件61可以具有密封作用,可以进行防水防尘。
可选地,密封件61延伸至第二卡槽42的内部且在第二卡槽42的内侧壁上形成凸筋62,凸筋62与密封件61可以是一体形成的,可以减小空间占用。
在一些实施例中,第一卡槽41与第二卡槽42的内侧壁上可以设有凸筋62,通过凸筋62可以对放置于第一卡槽41与第二卡槽42中的卡施加作用力,使得卡不易脱出,凸筋62可以为弹性橡胶,占用体积小,缩窄了卡托和卡座的整体空间,有利于实现器件小型化。密封件61的局部可以朝向卡槽延伸以形成第二卡槽42的内侧壁上的凸筋62,密封件61与凸筋62可以为硅胶材料,当卡装入第二卡槽42中时,凸筋62与卡干涉提供压力来顶住卡防止掉落,结构更简单,占用空间更小。在制造上,第二卡槽42的内侧壁上的凸筋62与密封件61可以为一体,可采用同一个模具和同一个浇口做出,成本不会额外增加。对于两个第一卡槽41中的SIM卡,可以采用硅胶材料的凸筋62来顶卡,两个第一卡槽41中的SIM卡可以共用一块硅胶块形成凸筋62,也可与防水硅胶圈共用模,只增加一浇口做出,结构简单紧凑。
本申请实施例提供一种卡托组件,包括:上述实施例中所述的卡托结构和卡座,卡托结构设在卡座上,卡托结构可以拆卸地设在卡座上。卡托的强度高,不需要设置钢片,可以减薄卡托的厚度,在卡座与卡托结构配合时整体厚度较小,占用空间小,有利于设备的减薄和小型化设计,提高用户的使用体验。
如图1a至图1d以及图5b所示,卡座可以包括:座体10、顶出机构13和侦测机构,座体10上设有端子11,座体10可以包括上座体18和下座体19,上座体18与下座体19相连,上座体18可以为金属壳,比如铁壳,上座体18与下座体19之间可以限定出容纳槽,可以将带有卡的卡托放置于容纳槽中。如图1a至图1d所示,端子可以包括上端子14和下端子15,下座体19中可以包括下塑胶体17和设置于下塑胶体17上的下端子15,上端子14可以设置在上座体18上,在上座体18上可以设置上塑胶体16,上端子14可以设置于上塑胶体16。顶出机构13可以设在座体10上,侦测机构可以包括弹性臂20,弹性臂20的一端与座体10连接,弹性臂20的另一端可以与 座体10间隔开,通过顶出机构13可以驱动弹性臂20的另一端活动。在顶出机构13处于第一状态的情况下,弹性臂20的另一端止抵端子11,且弹性臂20的另一端可以与端子11导通;在顶出机构13处于第二状态的情况下,顶出机构13可以驱动弹性臂20的另一端脱离端子11,在卡托卡接在座体10上的情况下,卡托可以驱动顶出机构13处于第二状态,以使得弹性臂20的另一端与端子11断开,可以通过插入的卡托来驱动顶出机构13在第一状态与第二状态之间切换。
所述弹性臂20的一端与座体10连接,通过顶出机构13可以驱动弹性臂20的另一端活动,进而使得弹性臂20的另一端止抵或脱离端子11以使弹性臂20的另一端与端子11导通或断开,使得侦测机构可以实现侦测功能。在使用过程中,在卡托插入使用状态时,卡托可以驱动顶出机构13处于第二状态,顶出机构13驱动弹性臂20的另一端脱离端子11,可以完成侦测功能,弹性臂20的另一端的反作用力会压紧顶出机构13避免抖动发出异音,由于此反作用力不是作用在卡托上,可避免卡托保持力减弱,防止在手机跌落时造成卡托脱出,保证卡托与卡座配合的稳固性。
在一些实施例中,如图5a至图5f所示,弹性臂20可以邻近座体10的边沿设置,弹性臂20可以沿着座体10的边沿延伸,便于弹性臂20可以与顶出机构13配合,使得顶出机构13可以驱动弹性臂20的另一端活动,进而使得弹性臂20的另一端可以止抵或脱离端子。
在另一些实施例中,如图5b、图5e、图6a至图6e所示,顶出机构13可以包括:转杆30,转杆30与座体10可转动连接,转杆30可以邻近座体10的边沿设置,可以通过枢转轴或螺钉可转动地连接,转杆30的一端与弹性臂20的另一端可以连接,通过转杆30的一端的活动可以驱动弹性臂20的另一端活动,使得弹性臂20的另一端可以止抵或脱离端子。在顶出机构13处于第二状态的情况下,转杆30的一端可以驱动弹性臂20的另一端脱离端子11,在插入卡托时,卡托可以驱动顶出机构13处于第二状态,通过插入卡托的状态可以控制顶出机构13的状态,进而控制弹性臂20的另一端止抵 或脱离端子11以使弹性臂20的另一端与端子11导通或断开。弹性臂20可以包括第一弹性臂201与第二弹性臂202,第一弹性臂201的下端可以与座体10连接,第二弹性臂202的下端可以连接在第一弹性臂201上,第二弹性臂202可以位于第一弹性臂201的背向转杆30的一侧,第二弹性臂202的上端可以与第一弹性臂201间隔开,转杆30可以驱动第一弹性臂201活动,随着转杆30沿着第一弹性臂201向下滑动,第一弹性臂201的上端以及第二弹性臂202远离端子11,在移动过程中,通过第二弹性臂202可以增加作用力以便压紧顶出机构13避免抖动发出异音,防止在手机跌落时造成卡托脱出,保证卡托与卡座配合的稳固性。其中,第一弹性臂201与第二弹性臂202的折弯弧度可以不同,从而使转杆30的弧形边可更顺滑的滑动,顶开第二弹性臂202的同时也顶开第一弹性臂201到合适距离,使得转杆30可以更稳定地驱动弹性臂。
在本申请的实施例中,如图5a至图6e所示,顶出机构13还可以包括:顶杆31,顶杆31的一端与转杆30的另一端连接,顶杆31可以沿着座体10的边沿延伸,在顶杆31活动的情况下顶杆31可以带动转杆30转动,通过顶杆31可以带动转杆30转动,使得转杆30可以驱动弹性臂20的另一端脱离端子11。
在一些实施例中,如图6b和图6e所示,转杆30的一端具有弧形面,所述弧形面止抵弹性臂20的另一端,在驱动过程中转杆30的一端可以相对于弹性臂20的另一端滑动,以便于通过转杆30的一端可以驱动弹性臂20的另一端。
可选地,转杆30的一端可以设有滑槽,弹性臂20的另一端可移动地设在滑槽中,便于转杆30的一端可以相对于弹性臂20的另一端稳定地滑动,避免滑脱。
可选地,弹性臂20的另一端设有滑槽,所述滑槽沿着弹性臂20的长度方向延伸,转杆30的一端可移动地设在所述滑槽中,便于转杆30的一端可以相对于弹性臂20的另一端稳定地滑动,避免滑脱。
在本申请的实施例中,如图6e和图6g所示,弹性臂20的另一端的止抵端子11的区域可以设有接触凸点21,接触凸点21可以为一个或多个,通过接触凸点21可以使得弹性臂20的另一端可以稳定地接触端子11。
在应用过程中,侦测机构中的弹性臂20可以设计在转杆30的侧边由转杆30驱动,卡座由卡托在插入方向直接驱动。端子可以设计在弹性臂20的另一端相对的位置,端子可以由塑胶包裹并露出金属接触壁。在卡托未插入时,转杆30与弹性臂20的第二弹性臂202可以处于脱离状态,弹性臂20的另一端对端子会产生压合力,其弹臂末端的接触凸点21与端子的接触壁可稳定接触,侦测开关闭合。当卡托插入时,转杆30被卡托推动旋转,转杆30驱动弹性臂20的另一端,在卡托插到底部时,弹性臂20的另一端可以被完全驱离,使接触凸点与端子脱离,侦测开关打开,完成侦测功能。
可选地,座体10与端子11之间设可以有绝缘层,绝缘层可以为塑胶层,通过绝缘层可以防止端子11与座体10之间短路。绝缘层可以为弹性层,具有缓冲作用,可以减轻对端子11的损坏。
可选地,座体10上可以设有容纳槽,卡托可拆卸地设在容纳槽中,卡托还包括:限位挡板60,限位挡板60可以设在托体40的框边的边沿,限位挡板60的至少部分位于容纳槽的外部,在卡托的托体插入容纳槽中时,通过限位挡板60可以进行限位,便于托体从容纳槽中取出。在卡托卡接在座体10上的情况下,比如卡托的托体插入容纳槽中时,卡托可以驱动顶出机构13处于第二状态。
在使用过程中,通过卡托在座体上的情况可以改变顶出机构13的状态,通过卡托可以驱动顶出机构13处于第二状态,通过顶出机构13可以驱动弹性臂20的另一端活动,使得弹性臂20的另一端止抵或脱离端子11,以使弹性臂20的另一端与端子11导通或断开,使得侦测机构可以实现侦测功能。在使用过程中,在卡托插入使用状态时,卡托可以驱动顶出机构13处于第二状态,顶出机构13驱动弹性臂20的另一端脱离端子11,可以完成侦测功能,弹性臂20的另一端的反作用力会压紧顶出机构13避免抖动发出异音,由于 此反作用力不是作用在卡托上,可避免卡托保持力减弱,防止在手机跌落时造成卡托脱出,保证卡托与卡座配合的稳固性。
本申请实施例提供一种电子设备,包括上述实施例中所述的卡托组件。具有上述实施例中卡托组件的电子设备,在卡座与卡托配合时整体厚度较小,有利于设备的减薄和小型化设计,提高用户的使用体验。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种卡托结构,包括:
    卡托,所述卡托的一侧设有第一卡槽,所述卡托的另一侧设有第二卡槽;
    所述卡托包括托体、第一连接梁和第二连接梁,所述托体为由框边围合成的框体,所述框边的一侧的边沿设有第一平台部以形成所述第一卡槽;所述框边的另一侧的边沿设有第二平台部以形成所述第二卡槽;所述第一连接梁的两端分别与所述框边连接,所述第一卡槽具有两个,两个所述第一卡槽分别位于所述第一连接梁的两侧;
    所述第二连接梁的两端分别与所述框边连接,所述第二平台部与所述第二连接梁限定出所述第二卡槽,所述第一连接梁与所述第二卡槽相对应设置,所述第二连接梁与所述第一卡槽相对应设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托结构,其中,所述第一连接梁的朝向所述第二卡槽的一侧的表面为平面,且与所述第二平台部的表面共面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托结构,其中,所述第二连接梁的朝向所述第一卡槽的一侧的表面为平面,且与所述第一平台部的表面共面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托结构,其中,所述卡托还包括:
    限位挡板,所述限位挡板设在所述托体的框边的边沿。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的卡托结构,其中,所述限位挡板的靠近所述框边的一侧设有密封件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的卡托结构,其中,所述密封件延伸至所述第二卡槽的内部且在所述第二卡槽的内侧壁上形成凸筋。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托结构,其中,所述第一卡槽与所述第二卡槽的内侧壁上设有凸筋。
  8. 一种卡托组件,包括:
    权利要求1-7中任一项所述的卡托结构;
    卡座,所述卡托结构设在所述卡座上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的卡托组件,其中,所述卡座包括:座体、顶出 机构和侦测机构,所述座体上设有端子,所述顶出机构设在所述座体上,所述侦测机构包括弹性臂,所述弹性臂的一端与所述座体连接;
    在所述顶出机构处于第一状态的情况下,所述弹性臂的另一端止抵所述端子且与所述端子导通;
    在所述顶出机构处于第二状态的情况下,所述顶出机构驱动所述弹性臂的另一端脱离所述端子;
    在所述卡托卡接在所述座体上的情况下,所述卡托驱动所述顶出机构处于第二状态。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的卡托组件,其中,所述弹性臂邻近所述座体的边沿设置,所述弹性臂沿着所述座体的边沿延伸。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的卡托组件,其中,所述顶出机构包括:
    转杆,所述转杆与所述座体可转动连接,所述转杆的一端与所述弹性臂的另一端连接;
    在所述顶出机构处于第二状态的情况下,所述转杆的一端驱动所述弹性臂的另一端脱离所述端子。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的卡托组件,其中,所述顶出机构还包括:
    顶杆,所述顶杆的一端与所述转杆的另一端连接,所述顶杆沿着所述座体的边沿延伸,在所述顶杆活动的情况下所述顶杆带动所述转杆转动。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的卡托组件,其中,所述转杆的一端具有弧形面,所述弧形面止抵所述弹性臂的另一端;或者
    所述转杆的一端设有滑槽,所述弹性臂的另一端可移动地设在所述滑槽中;或者
    所述弹性臂的另一端设有滑槽,所述滑槽沿着所述弹性臂的长度方向延伸,所述转杆的一端可移动地设在所述滑槽中。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的卡托组件,其中,所述弹性臂的另一端的止抵所述端子的区域设有接触凸点。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的卡托组件,其中,所述座体与所述端子之间 设有绝缘层。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的卡托组件,其中,所述座体上设有容纳槽,卡托可拆卸地设在所述容纳槽中,所述卡托包括:限位挡板,所述限位挡板设在托体的框边的边沿,所述限位挡板的至少部分位于所述容纳槽的外部。
  17. 一种电子设备,包括如权利要求8-16中任一项所述的卡托组件。
