为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种弹性模组,所述弹性模组用于弹性垫,所述弹性模组包括中部托层,所述中部托层包括相对布置的上侧表面和下侧表面,其中,所述上侧表面上设置有多条间隔布置的上条形安装框,相邻的所述上条形安装框之间形成上弹性模块安装空间,以使得所述上侧表面具有多个所述上弹性模块安装空间,每个所述上弹性模块安装空间内设置有连接在相邻的所述上条形安装框之间的多个上弹性模块;所述下侧表面上设置有多条间隔布置的下条形安装框,相邻的所述下条形安装框之间形成下弹性模块安装空间,以使得所述下侧表面具有多个所述下弹性模块安装 空间,每个所述下弹性模块安装空间内设置有连接在相邻的所述下条形安装框之间的多个下弹性模块。
在该技术方案中,由于上条形安装框和下条形安装框分别设置在同一个中部托层的上侧表面和下侧表面上,而多个上弹性模块连接在相邻的上条形安装框之间,多个下弹性模块连接在相邻的下条形安装框之间,这样,同一个中部托层的上侧表面和下侧表面上各自对应的条形安装框就稳定可靠地支撑上弹性模块和下弹性模块,使得上弹性模块和下弹性模块起到双层弹性支撑作用,通过同一个中部托层对上弹性模块和下弹性模块提供良好稳定的支撑,可以简化该弹性模组的结构,并能够至少显著地提升弹性垫的舒适性。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,每条所述上条形安装框和对应的每条所述下条形安装框在弹性模组高度方向上相对布置,每个所述上弹性模块和每个所述下弹性模块在弹性模组高度方向上相对布置。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,相对布置的每条所述上条形安装框和每条所述下条形安装框以及所述中部托层通过穿过所述上条形安装框、所述下条形安装框和所述中部托层的连接件连接。
根据本发明的一种实施方式,多个所述上弹性模块和多个所述下弹性模块能够拆卸,所述中部托层能够卷绕,以能够带着所述上条形安装框和所述下条形安装框卷绕收纳。

接下来将参照附图详细描述本发明的弹性模块及弹性垫。这里所描述的仅仅是根据本发明的优选实施方式,本领域技术人员可以在所述优选实施方式的基础上想到能够实现本发明的其他方式,所述其他方式同样落入本发明的范围。
参考图2和图3,本发明提供的弹性模组1用于弹性垫2,弹性模组1包括中部托层3,中部托层3包括相对布置的上侧表面和下侧表面,其中,上侧表面上设置有多条间隔布置的上条形安装框4,相邻的上条形安装框4之间形成上弹性模块安装空间,以使得上侧表面具有多个上弹性模块安装空间,每个上弹性模块安装空间内设置有连接在相邻的上条形安装框4之间的多个上弹性模块5;下侧表面上设置有多条间隔布置的下条形安装框6,相邻的下条形安装框6之间形成下弹性模块安装空间,以使得下侧表面具有多个下弹性模块安装空间,每个下弹性模块安装空间内设置有连接在相邻的下条形安装框6之间的多个下弹性模块7。
在该技术方案中,由于上条形安装框4和下条形安装框6分别设置在同一个中部托层3的上侧表面和下侧表面上,而多个上弹性模块5连接在相邻的上条形安装框4之间,多个下弹性模块7连接在相邻的下条形安装框6之间,这样,同一个中部托层3的上侧表面和下侧表面上各自对应的条形安装框就稳定可靠地支撑上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7,使得上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7起到双层弹性支撑作用,由于同一个中部托层3结构一致而而在长时间使用后并不会发生横向移位,因此,通过同一个中部托层3可以对上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7提供良好稳定的支撑,以在简化该弹性模组的结构的同时,并能够至少显著地提升弹性垫的舒适性。
同一个中部托层3可以为帆布层,或者可以为绗缝布层。
在该弹性模组中,多条上条形安装框4可以以第一布置方式间隔平行排列,而多条下条形安装框6则可以以不同于第一布置方式的第二布置方式间隔平行排列,例如,多条上条形安装框4可以横向布置以形成多个行,而多条下条形安装框6则可以纵向布置以形成多个列。或者,可选择的实施方式中,多条上条形安装框4和多条下条形安装框6以相同的方式排列,参考图3,每条上条形安装框4和对应的每条下条形安装框6在弹性模组高度方向上相对布置,而每个上弹性模块5和每个下弹性模块7在弹性模组高度方向上相对布置。这样,每个上弹性模块5可以显著地吸收压力,随后下方对应的每个下弹性模块7继续吸收压力,从而在弹性垫的高度方向上依次吸收压力,提升舒适性。
另外,在该弹性模组中,每条上条形安装框4和每条下条形安装框6可以通过各自的方式连接到中部托层3上的上侧表面和下侧表面上,例如通过粘接方式或者超声焊接方式等等。或者,在可选择的实施方式中,为了提升每条上条形安装框4和下方对应的每条下条形安装框6连接的整体性,相对布置的每条上条形安装框4和每条下条形安装框6以及中部托层3通过穿过上条形安装框4、下条形安装框6和中部托层3的连接件(未图示)连接。这样,同一连接件将上条形安装框4、下条形安装框6和中部托层3连接为整体,从而进一步提升对上弹性模块和下弹性模块支撑的可靠性和整体性。另外,该连接件可以为连接螺钉,例如连接螺钉旋入到上条形安装框4并穿过中部托层3后继续旋入到下条形安装框6内。可选择地,该连接件可以包括插装柱和插装孔,中部托层3上形成有连接孔,插装柱可以形成在上条形安装框4和下条形安装框6的一者上,插装孔可以形成在上条形安装框4和下条形安装框6的另一者上,插装柱可以穿过中部托层3的连接孔上并插装到插装孔内,从而将上条形安装框4、下条形安装框6和中部托层3连接为整体。如果需要,插装柱能够热熔,这样,插装柱在穿过连接孔后进行热熔, 随后插装到插装孔内,从而提升插装柱和插装孔配合的可靠性。
另外,可选择的实施方式中,多个上弹性模块5和多个下弹性模块7能够拆卸,中部托层3为柔性层并能够卷绕,以能够带着上条形安装框4和下条形安装框6卷绕收纳。这样,该弹性模组需要拆卸收纳运输时,可以将多个上弹性模块5和多个下弹性模块7拆卸下来,然后卷绕中部托层3,而中部托层3就可以带着上条形安装框4和下条形安装框6卷绕以收纳,因此,这可以使得该弹性模组易于拆卸,极大地节省了存储和运输空间,并易于清洁。
另外,在可选择的实施方式中,另外,上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7可以为等径柱体,例如可以为圆柱体或方柱体。或者,参考图2和图3所示的,上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7为锥台形,其中,上弹性模块5的大尺寸端和上条形安装框4连接,上弹性模块5的小尺寸端朝上;下弹性模块7的大尺寸端和下条形安装框6连接,下弹性模块7的小尺寸端朝下。例如,下弹性模块1的小尺寸端朝下并可以定位在下文所述的下平衡垫的各个定位孔内。这样,锥台形的弹性模块的两个大尺寸端相互朝向可以给弹性模块提供更稳定可靠的支撑,以使得小尺寸端能够更平稳地受力,使得弹性模块更平稳的受压压缩,从而可以提供更稳定的弹性性能。
另外,在可选择的实施方式中,上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7可以为实心体,或者,上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7内可以形成有网孔结构,或者,上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7内形成有锥台腔并能够拆卸,以使得上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7能够依次套装在一起,这样,当需要收纳存放运输时,可以将各个上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7拆卸下来后通过锥台腔依次套装叠落在一起,从而减少占用空间,便于存放运输,也便于该弹性模块在使用时的快速组装。
另外,上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7可以具有多种类型,例如,上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7可以为柱状弹性块比如橡胶块,或者可以为圆筒形或锥筒形的橡胶筒。或者,参考图4,上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7中的每个包括弹簧支架8和设置在弹簧支架8内的 锥形弹簧9,弹簧支架8包括底座10和顶盖11以及连接在底座10和顶盖11之间的柔性条12,锥形弹簧9的大口径端连接在底座10上,锥形弹簧9的小口径端连接在顶盖11上,锥形弹簧9的外周面轮廓与柔性条12接触,并且锥形弹簧9在弹簧支架8内处于预压缩状态。处于压缩状态的锥形弹簧9能够提供更舒适的弹性支撑,同时,可以使得柔性条12处于绷紧状态,从而使得锥形弹簧9的外周面轮廓与柔性条12能够形成更好的接触,以更好地对锥形弹簧9进行横向方向上的限位。
另外,在该弹性模组中,上弹性模块5和下弹性模块7能够通过各种方式安装在各自对应的条形安装框上。例如,可以通过螺钉连接,或者可以通过卡装结构卡接。或者,在其他可选择的实施方式中,参考图2和图3,多个上弹性模块5能够通过包括卡槽13和卡块14的滑动卡装结构而依次滑入并卡装连接在相邻的上条形安装框4之间,多个下弹性模块7能够通过包括卡槽13和卡块14的滑动卡装结构而依次滑入并卡装连接在相邻的下条形安装框6之间。这样,在组装时,多个上弹性模块5可以便捷地从卡槽13的一侧或两侧入口处,让各个卡块14依次滑入到卡槽13内,从而将多个上弹性模块5便捷地组装连接在相邻的各个上条形安装框4之间,同理,多个下弹性模块7可以便捷地从卡槽13的一侧或两侧入口处,让各个卡块14依次滑入到卡槽13内,从而将多个下弹性模块7便捷地组装连接在相邻的各个下条形安装框6之间。
当然,卡槽13形成在各个上弹性模块5和各个下弹性模块7上,卡块14则形成在各个上条形安装框4和各个下条形安装框6上。或者,在其他实施方式中,参考图2和图3,上条形安装框4的两侧分别包括沿着条形安装框的长度方向延伸的卡槽13,每个上弹性模块5的两侧包括卡块14,多个上弹性模块5能够通过各自的卡块14依次从卡槽13的槽口滑入到卡槽13内而连接在相邻的上条形安装框4之间;下条形安装框6的两侧分别包括沿着条形安装框的长度方向延伸的卡槽13,每个下弹性模块7的两侧包括卡块14,多个下弹性 模块7能够通过各自的卡块14依次从卡槽13的槽口滑入到卡槽13内而连接在相邻的下条形安装框6之间。另外,卡槽13形成在条形安装框上还具有以下优点,也就是,上文提到的连接件可以从上条形安装框4的卡槽的下侧槽壁上伸出并穿过中部托层3后与下方的下条形安装框6的卡槽的上侧槽壁连接,这样,就可以避免连接件进入到卡槽内从而影响卡块的滑动。
此外,参考图2和图3,弹性模组包括具有定位孔的上平衡垫15和具有定位孔的下平衡垫16,其中,上平衡垫15铺设在多个上弹性模块5上以使得各个上弹性模块5的一部分进入到各自对应的定位孔内以约束各个上弹性模块5在上平衡垫15的横向方向上的运动;下平衡垫16铺设在多个下弹性模块7的下方以使得各个下弹性模块7的一部分进入到各自对应的定位孔内以约束各个下弹性模块7在下平衡垫16的横向方向上的运动。这样,通过平衡垫对各个弹性模块的横向运动的限制,可以有效地提升该弹性模组的整体性,以提升舒适性。
此外,在该弹性模组,中部托层3的四周边缘包括拆装结构的一部分,例如拉链结构的一条齿带,或者粘扣带的一个面带,拆装结构的一部分配置为用于与设置在外罩的侧围罩体上的拆装结构的另一部分连接,以使得中部托层3的四周边缘配置为通过拆装结构和侧围罩体连接。这样,该弹性模组在组装弹性垫时,中部托层3的四周边缘的拆装结构的一部分可以和弹性垫的外罩17的侧围罩体19上的拆装结构的另一部分连接,以实现侧围罩体19和中部托层3的连接,这样,侧围罩体19可以对弹性模组进行横向限位,避免弹性模组和外罩17之间发生移位。另外,当弹性模组的高度较高时,也可以避免侧围罩体19出现蓬松现象,提升弹性垫的美观性。
另外,拆装结构可以具有多种类型,但需要说明的是,拆装结构不论采用何种类型,只要能够实现侧围罩体和中部托层3的拆装连接即可。因此,本发明的弹性模组并不将拆装结构限定为某一种或几种类型。也就是,拆装结构包括但并不局限于以下说明的几种 类型。例如,拆装结构的一种类型中,拆装结构包括拉链结构,其中,拆装结构的一部分为拉链结构的一条齿带,拉链结构的另一条齿带和拉锁可以设置在侧围罩体上,这样,通过拉链结构,可以便捷地将侧围罩体和中部托层3连接,当然,通过该拉链结构,也便于侧围罩体的更换。例如,拆装结构的另一种类型中,拆装结构为魔术贴(HOOk&LOOP),魔术贴又称子母扣或粘扣带,魔术贴的一个面带可以设置在侧围罩体上,魔术贴的另一个面带可以设置在中部托层3上。这样,通过扯拉和粘接魔术贴,同样可以便捷地拆装侧围罩体。再例如,拆装结构的其他类型中,拆装结构可以为卡扣连接或纽扣连接,这样,卡扣连接和纽扣连接同样可以便捷地实现侧围罩体和中部托层3的连接。
另外,本发明提供一种弹性垫,该弹性垫2包括外罩17、弹性垫层18和以上任意所述的弹性模组1,其中,弹性垫层18和弹性模组1在上下方向上叠置并通过外罩17罩住。这样,如上所述的,该弹性垫的舒适性至少能够得到有效提升。
此外,本发明的弹性垫可以作为床垫、沙发垫或椅子垫。
最后,本发明提供一种家具,所述家具包括以上任意所述的弹性垫2。这样,如上所述的,通过该弹性垫,该家具的舒适性得到显著提升,从而提升了整体品质。
此外,该家具包括但不限于床、沙发、椅子、沙发床、软包长凳等。

    所述上侧表面上设置有多条间隔布置的上条形安装框(4),相邻的所述上条形安装框(4)之间形成上弹性模块安装空间,以使得所述上侧表面具有多个所述上弹性模块安装空间,每个所述上弹性模块安装空间内设置有连接在相邻的所述上条形安装框(4)之间的多个上弹性模块(5);
    所述下侧表面上设置有多条间隔布置的下条形安装框(6),相邻的所述下条形安装框(6)之间形成下弹性模块安装空间,以使得所述下侧表面具有多个所述下弹性模块安装空间,每个所述下弹性模块安装空间内设置有连接在相邻的所述下条形安装框(6)之间的多个下弹性模块(7)。

  11. 根据权利要求1所述的弹性模组,其特征在于,所述中部托层(3)的四周边缘包括拆装结构的一部分,所述拆装结构的一部分配置为用于与设置在外罩的侧围罩体上的所述拆装结构的另一部分连接,以使得所述中部托层(3)的四周边缘配置为通过所述拆装结构和所述侧围罩体连接。
