目前,吸尘器的尘筒内都需要安装尘罩,其目的是在吸尘器内的电机启动并将垃圾和空气一起吸入尘筒内,该垃圾可通过尘罩的过滤留在尘筒内,但尘罩外表面会被灰尘粘附,影响吸尘器的吸力;因此,吸尘器使用一段时间,就需要拆下尘筒拿出尘罩清洁,而每次拆除尘罩都会带出尘筒内的灰尘,故需要频繁的将尘筒拿到垃圾桶拆装,这给用户使用带来极大不便。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种无需从尘筒内拆出尘罩的情况下,只需利用弹性震动原理即可完成尘罩在尘筒内自清洁的吸尘器自清洁过滤尘罩。
本实用新型的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种吸尘器自清洁过滤尘罩,包括过滤罩、设置在过滤罩上的进风口和安装在过滤罩上并罩合进风口的尘套,所述的尘套内设有拉杆和安装在拉杆前端的撞块,拉杆后端向后穿过进风口外露;所述的拉杆和撞块被弹性向前顶推,当向后拉动拉杆弹性蓄能后,放开拉杆并利用释放的弹性来推动撞块撞击震动尘套而完成自清洁。
所述的拉杆外套装有弹性元件,该弹性元件一端弹性顶推在过滤罩上,另一端弹性顶推在撞块上,并推动撞块弹性接触在尘套的底部。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型主要是在尘套内设有拉杆和安装在拉杆前端的撞块, 拉杆后端向后穿过进风口外露,拉杆和撞块还被弹性向前顶推;这样,当向后拉动拉杆弹性蓄能后,一旦放开拉杆并利用释放的弹性来推动撞块撞击震动尘套,就能将尘套外表面粘附的灰尘震落,从而完成自清洁。显然,这种无需从尘筒内拆出尘罩即可完成自清洁的清洁方式,其相比传统的拆出清洁方式会显得更加简单,也给用户使用带来极大方便。

下面将按上述附图对本实用新型实施例再作详细说明。
如图1~图5所示,1.过滤罩、11.进风口、12.凸环、2.尘套、3.连接圈、4.拉杆、41.捏把、5.撞块、6.弹性元件、7.旋扣、8.卡扣、9.支架、91.导向管、10.尘筒。
一种吸尘器自清洁过滤尘罩,主要作为吸尘器的尘筒内重要过滤部件,其结构包括过滤罩1,该过滤罩上、具体是过滤罩中部设有贯通的进风口11,在进风口内设有支架9,该支架由中部的导向管91和若干根呈辐射状圆周均布在导向管外围并支撑固定住导向管91的辐条构成,导向管91的轴心线正好与进风口11的轴心线重叠。
同时,在过滤罩1上还安装尘套2以罩合进风口11,该尘套为带过滤功能的材料制成,如软质的无纺布或硬质的海帕,以及各种软硬材质的过滤材料都行,且尘套2的端口可拆式连接在过滤罩1上,具体为:尘套2的端口处缝制有硬质材料制成的连接圈3,过滤罩1上设有圆周围合进风口11的凸环12,该凸环是过滤罩1上的连体部件,连接圈3内圆周面与凸环12外圆周面之间设有旋扣7,当连接圈3在凸环12上安装到位后,只需将连接圈3旋转适当位置,即可带动连接圈3内圆周面与凸环12外圆周面之间的旋扣7形成扣合,此时尘套2就能连接固定在过滤罩1上而不会脱卸,而根据连接的旋转方向作反向旋转,又能将连接圈3从凸环12上拆下,因此实现了尘套2的可拆式连接,方便用户清洗更换尘套2。
所述的尘套2内设有拉杆4,该拉杆前端设有固定安装的撞块5,拉杆4后端向后活动穿过进风口11的导向管91进行导向后外露并设有捏把41,该捏把能够帮助手指更好的操作拉杆4。
而且,还在拉杆4外设有套装的弹性元件6,该弹性元件为锥形弹簧,并使锥形弹簧的大端弹性顶推在过滤罩1上,小端弹性顶推在撞块5上,故常态下拉杆4和撞块5就能同时被弹性向前顶推,从而推动撞块5弹性接触在尘套2的底部。
这样,当向后拉动拉杆4压缩弹性元件6形成弹性蓄能后,一旦放开拉杆4就能利用弹性元件6复原所释放的弹性来推动撞块5撞击震动尘套2,从而将粘附在尘套2外表面上的灰尘震落以完成尘罩的自清洁,而通过上述这种弹性结构也起到了尘套2的撑开作用,从而省略了传统的尘套内还需另外安装撑开支架的麻烦。
另外,过滤罩1外圆周面上设有卡扣8,而过滤罩1经卡扣8能够可拆式安装在尘筒10内,并且卡扣8也能方便尘罩的安装固定,以防止拉动拉杆4时将整个尘罩从尘筒10内意外带出。
显然,这种无需从尘筒10内拆出尘罩即可完成自清洁的清洁方式,其相比传统的拆出清洁方式会显得更加简单,也给用户使用带来极大方便。
