本申请涉及安装设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种一体式空调器的安装机构及一体式空调器设备。
背景技术
随着目前流动人口的增多,人们在居住场景上不再限于一个地点,经常随工作变动而搬家的情况也越来越多。由于居住环境的改变,对家电的便携性也提出了要求。目前空调器作为一个强安装属性的产品,存在不易拆装的问题,很多的租房人群的住房没有配置分体式空调,或者有些住房不适合安装现有的分体挂壁机,以上情况都需要用户去购买一些无需外机安装且便携性较高的制冷产品。现在市场上存在一体式空调,但是一体式空调存在安装麻烦、不稳固的问题。
申请内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种一体式空调器的安装机构,方便了用户对一体式空调器的安装,满足用户的自助安装、搬迁移动需求。
本申请还提出一种应用上述一体式空调器的安装机构的一体式空调器设备,提高一体式空调器设备的通用性及适配能力,提升一体式空调器的安装便利性和拆卸的便捷度,提高一体式空调器安装的稳固性,提高用户在安装过程中的安全性,满足用户的自助安装、搬迁移动需求。
本申请还提出一种应用上述一体式空调器的安装机构的一体式空调器设备,该一体式空调器的安装机构可以便于一体式空调器的安装,且通过上下定位一体式空调器,可以提高一体式空调器的固定稳定性。
根据本申请实施例的一种一体式空调器的安装机构,所述安装机构包括:窗台;安装框,所述安装框适于固定在所述窗台上,所述安装框上设有安装空间,所述安装空间用于放置所述一体式空调器。

一些实施例中,所述上部紧固组件包括:第一止抵部,所述第一止抵部与所述移动轨相连;第一调整件,所述第一调整件相对所述第一止抵部可活动,所述第一调整件和所述第一止抵部分别止抵在所述窗框的上部的相对侧壁上。
具体地,所述上部紧固组件还包括:第一固定板,所述第一固定板与所述移动轨相连,所述第一调整件穿设在所述第一固定板上;手动驱动件,所述手动驱动件与所述第一调整件配合以驱动所述第一调整件移动。

根据本申请的一体式空调器设备,通过将一体式空调器设备使用安装机构安装在窗台上,一体式空调器在换热时产生的热气可以从窗户排出到室外,与现有技术相比,可以避免一体式空调器在制冷时向用户房间中提供热气,也可以提高一体式空调器的换热效率,从而可以提高一体式空调器的制冷能力。

下面结合附图描述本申请实施例的一体式空调器的安装机构1。
根据本申请实施例的一种一体式空调器的安装机构1,安装机构1包括:窗台、安装框。
安装框适于固定在窗台上,安装框上设有安装空间54,安装空间54用于放置一体式空调器3。
根据本申请实施例的一体式空调器的安装机构1,通过设置安装框与窗台固定,并且安装框上设置有安装空间313用于放置一体式空调器3,使得用户无需将一体式空调器3安装在窗台上,降低安装难度,方便了用户对一体式空调器3的安装,满足用户的自助安装、搬迁移动需求。
如图1至图3所示,一些实施例中窗台具有窗框,安装框1包括:上部紧固组件4、上下移动组件5、底部紧固组件6、把手件11。
上部紧固组件4适于与窗框2的上部配合以定位安装在窗框2上,通过设置上部紧固组件4将安装机构1与窗框2的上部固定,安装机构1被固定在窗框2的上部。其中,上部紧固组件4可以是与窗框2的顶部配合也可以是与靠近窗框2的顶部的部分进行配合,从而实现安装机构1的稳定。
上下移动组件5包括固定轨51和移动轨52,移动轨52与固定轨51移动配合,移动轨52的上端与上部紧固组件4相连以调整上部紧固组件4的高度。移动轨52可以相对于固定轨51移动,移动轨52向上移动,设在移动轨52上端的上部紧固组件4便随着移动轨52一同向上运动,从而调整上部紧固组件4的高度。
例如,固定轨51静止,移动轨52相对固定轨51向上运动,移动轨52上的上部紧固组件4一同向上运动,移动轨52相对固定轨51的向上运动使移动轨52与固定轨51的总长度增加,也就是说,上部紧固组件4可以根据不同尺寸的窗框2进行调整以适应窗框2的要求,提高了安装机构1的通用性及适配能力。
底部紧固组件6用于支撑一体式空调器3且适于与窗框2的底部配合以定位安装在窗框2上,通过设置底部紧固部62将安装机构1与窗框2的底部固定,安装机构1被固定在窗框2的底部,在上部紧固组件4将安装机构1与窗框2的上部固定的基础上,进一步提高安装机构1的稳定性。
把手件11与移动轨52配合以带动移动轨52相对固定轨51上下滑动,把手件11位于上部紧固组件4的下方。
上部紧固组件4设在移动轨52的上端,且上部紧固组件4与窗框2的上部配合,可以理解,在将安装机构1安装在窗框2上时,上部紧固组件4会处于较高的高度,用户在对安装机构1进行安装时,用户不可避免的需要上升到较高高度,在这种情况下,用户可能会发生危险,同时上述的安装步骤还比较麻烦。本申请通过设置手把件带动移动轨52上下滑动,手把件位于上部紧固组件4的下方,用户无需上升到较高的高度便可以控制手把件使移动轨52上下滑动,提升安装机构1的安装便利性和拆卸的便捷度,同时用户的安全得到保障,满足了用户的自助安装、搬迁移动的需求。
本申请通过设置上下移动组件5调整上部紧固组件4的高度,使安装机构1可以适配多种尺寸的窗框2,提高通用性及适配能力;通过设置上部紧固组件4与窗框2的上部配合、底部紧固组件6与窗框2的底部配合,提高安装机构1与窗框2的连接稳定性,提高一体式空调器3的稳定性;通过设置把手件11带动移动轨52滑动,且把手件11位于上部紧固组件4的下方,用户无需上升到一定高度便可以控制上部紧固组件4的抬升,提升安装机构1的安装便利性和拆卸的便捷度,同时提高用户在安装过程中的安全性,满足用户的自助安装、搬迁移动的需求。
如图4所示,一些实施例中,上部紧固组件4包括:第一止抵部44、第一调整件41。
第一止抵部44与移动轨52相连。第一调整件41相对第一止抵部44可活动,第一调整件41和第一止抵部44分别止抵在窗框2的上部的相对侧壁上,通过设置第一调整件41与第一止抵部44止抵在窗框上,第一调整件41可相对第一止抵部44活动,提高安装安装机构1的便捷性。第一调整件41可相对第一止抵部44活动,在对安装机构1进行安装时,调整第一调整件41远离第一止抵部44,第一调整件41与第一止抵部44之间具有较大的空隙,方便了第一调整件41与第一止抵部44移动到窗框2的上部的相对侧壁两侧;在第一调整件41与第一止抵部44移动到窗框2的上部的相对侧壁两侧后,调整第一调整件41使第一调整件41靠近窗框2的上部的侧壁面,第一止抵部44与第一调整件41止抵在窗框2的上部的相对侧壁上使安装机构1相对窗框2固定。在对安装机构1进行拆卸时,调整第一调整件41远离第一止抵部44,第一调整件41与第一止抵部44之间具有较大空隙,安装机构1可以相对窗框2活动。
例如,第一止抵部44与第一调整件41前后排布,第一调整件41设在第一止抵部44前方,第一调整件41向后移动靠近第一止抵部44。安装机构1安装在窗框2上时,第一调整件41止抵在窗框2的上部的前侧壁面上,第一止抵部44止抵在窗框2的上部的后侧壁面上,安装机构1被固定在窗框2上。
如图4所示,一些具体实施例中,上部紧固组件4还包括上部框架件49,上部框架件49连接移动轨52,第一止抵部44设在上部框架件49上,第一止抵部44的长度小于上部框架件49的长度,第一止抵部44的两侧形成有第一缺口491,通过设置第一止抵部44的长度小于上部框架件49的长度使第一止抵部44发挥定位作用,方便用户安装安装机构1。例如,窗框2一般有上边框、下边框、左边框、右边框,用户将安装机构1安装到窗框2上时,可将安装机构1贴靠在右边框上,右边框贴靠在第一止抵部44的右侧面上,方便用户使用把手件11移动移动轨52,方便用户安装安装机构1;同时窗框2的前侧面贴靠在安装机构1的后侧面上,避免安装机构1的倾倒,提高安全性。
如图4所示,具体地,上部紧固组件4还包括:第一固定板42、手动驱动件43。
第一固定板42与移动轨52相连,第一调整件41穿设在第一固定板42上。手动驱动件43与第一调整件41配合以驱动第一调整件41移动,通过设置手动驱动件43驱动第一调整件41移动,为用户提供操作第一调整件41的装置,方便了用户进行操作。例如,第一止抵部44与第一调整件41前后分布,第一止抵部44设在第一调整件41的后方,第一固定板42设在第一止抵部44的前方,部分第一调整件41设在第一固定板42的后侧,部分第一调整件41处于第一固定板42内,部分第一调整件41穿过第一固定板42到第一固定板42的前侧与手动驱动件43配合,手动驱动件43设在第一固定板42的前侧控制第一调整件41前后移动。
如图5所示,更具体地,手动驱动件43包括:第一凸轮部47、把手部48。
第一凸轮部47偏心转动地设在第一固定板42上,第一凸轮部47与第一调整件41接触以在转动时带动第一调整件41移动,通过设置第一凸轮部47带动第一调整件41移动,采用机械机构控 制第一调整件47的移动,提高可靠性。把手部48与第一凸轮部47配合以带动第一凸轮部47转动。例如,第一调整件41设在第一固定板42的后侧,第一凸轮部47设在第一固定板42的前侧,第一凸轮部47偏心转动地设在第一固定板42上,第一凸轮部47转动时挤压第一调整件41向后移动,通过设置把手部48控制第一凸轮部47的转动,方便控制。
如图5所示,另一些具体实施例中,第一调整件41包括:活动件45、调整部46。
活动件45相对第一止抵部44可活动。调整部46可拆卸地设在活动件45上,调整部46止抵在窗框2上,通过设置可拆卸的调整部46适应不同的窗框2,提高安装机构1的适应性。活动件45相对第一止抵部44可活动,活动件45的活动带动调整部46活动,在将安装机构1安装到窗框2上时,活动件45控制调整部46止抵在窗框2上,在将安装机构1从窗框2上拆卸下来时,活动件45控制调整部46远离窗框2。其中,调整部46可拆卸地设在活动件上,用户可以根据窗框2的尺寸更换调整部46使调整部46与窗户适配。
可选地,压紧块73的材质为橡胶,通过设置压紧块73的材质为橡胶保护窗框2的完整性,避免窗框2被损坏。当然,压紧块73的材质还可以是其他较软的材质,这里不再赘述。
如图1、图7所示,一些实施例中,一体式空调器的安装机构1还包括定位组件7,定位组件7分别与固定轨51和移动轨52配合以将移动轨52定位在设定位置,通过设置定位组件7将移动轨52定位在设定位置,移动轨52可根据用户需要固定在设定位置,方便了用户安装安装机构1,降低安装安装机构1的困难程度。定位组件7与固定轨51、移动轨52配合,定位组件7将移动轨52定位在设定位置,移动轨52相对于固定轨51位置固定,从而将移动轨52与固定轨51的总长度固定在一个固定尺寸上,方便安装机构1安装到窗框2上。
如图7所示,具体地,定位组件7包括:固定部71、接触部72。
固定部71固定在固定轨51上。接触部72可活动地设在固定部71上,接触部72与移动轨52接触以利用摩擦力定位移动轨52,通过设置接触部72定位移动轨52,提高了对安装机构1的控制能力。移动轨52与固定轨51移动配合,移动轨52与固定轨51可相对移动,固定部71设在固定轨51上,接触部72设在固定部71上,在需要移动轨52相对固定轨51固定时,活动接触部72使接触部72接触移动轨52,在接触部72对移动轨52的摩擦力的作用下,移动轨52无法相对于固定轨51自由活动,移动轨52被固定在固定轨51上。
如图8所示,更具体地,接触部72包括:压紧块73、第二凸轮部74。
压紧块73与移动轨52接触。第二凸轮部74偏心转动地设在固定部71上,第二凸轮部74与压紧块73接触,第二凸轮部74转动以调整压紧块73和移动轨52之间的间隙,通过设置第二凸轮部74控制压紧块73与移动轨52之间的间隙,压紧块73压紧移动轨52将移动轨52固定,进一步提高对移动轨52的控制能力。第二凸轮部74偏心转动地设在固定部71上,第二凸轮部74偏心转动带动压紧块73运动,压紧块73与移动轨52之间的间隙发生变化,通过设置压紧块73产生对移动轨52的摩擦力,保证移动轨52与固定轨51的相对固定。其中,压紧块73与移动轨52之间的间隙为零时,压紧块73完全贴合在移动轨52上,但是第二凸轮部74还可以使压紧块73与移动轨52贴合的更加紧密,增加压紧块73与移动轨52之间的摩擦力,进一步保证移动轨52与固定轨51的相对固定。
如图1所示,可选地,固定轨51上设有第一配合孔53,移动轨52上设有第二配合孔,安装机构1还包括固定连接件(图未示出),固定连接件穿过第一配合孔53与第二配合孔配合,固定连接件止抵在固定轨51上,通过设置固定连接件穿过第一配合孔53与第二配合孔配合,固定连接件处于移动轨52的运动轨道上,被阻拦的移动轨52无法移动,移动轨52被固定在固定轨51上,移动轨52与固定轨51的总长度被固定,在压紧块73压紧移动轨52的基础上进一步提高移动轨52与固定轨51固定连接的稳定性。例如,移动轨52相对固定轨51向上移动到特定位置,固定连接件穿过第一配合孔53与第二配合孔配合,此时固定连接件处于移动轨52的运动轨道上,移动轨52被固定连接阻拦,移动轨52无法向上或向下运动,移动轨52与固定轨51从而固定连接,安装机构1被安装到窗框2上时移动轨52被压紧块73与固定连接件双重固定,提高安装机构1的稳定性。
具体地,固定连接件为安装螺钉。安装螺钉穿过固定轨51上的第一配合孔53与移动轨52上的第二配合孔配合,移动轨52被安装螺钉限制,移动轨52相对固定轨51位置固定,提高安装机 构1的稳定性。
如图1、图9所示,一些实施例中,底部紧固组件6包括:支撑部61、底部紧固部62。
支撑部61适于与一体式空调器3配合以支撑一体式空调器3。底部紧固部62设在支撑部61上,底部紧固部62适于与窗框2的底部配合以定位安装在窗框2上。
其中,底部紧固部62包括:第二止抵部65与第二调整件63。第二止抵部65固定在支撑部61上。第二调整件63相对第二止抵部65可活动,第二调整件63和第二止抵部65分别止抵在窗框2的底部的相对侧壁上,通过设置第二调整件63与第二止抵部65止抵在窗框2上,将安装机构1固定在窗框2上,提高安装机构1的稳定性。第二调整件63可相对第二止抵部65活动,在对安装机构1进行安装时,调整第二调整件63远离第二止抵部65,第二调整件63与第二止抵部65之间具有较大的空隙,方便了第二调整件63与第二止抵部65移动到窗框2的底部的相对侧壁两侧;在第二调整件63与第二止抵部65移动到窗框2的底部的相对侧壁两侧后,调整第二调整件63使第二调整件63靠近窗框2的底部的侧壁面,第二止抵部65与第二调整件63止抵在窗框2的底部的相对侧壁上使安装机构1相对窗框2固定。在对安装机构1进行拆卸时,调整第二调整件63远离第二止抵部65,第二调整件63与第二止抵部65之间具有较大空隙,安装机构1可以相对窗框2活动。
例如,第二止抵部65与第二调整件63前后排布,第二调整件63设在第二止抵部65前方,第二调整件63向后移动靠近第二止抵部65。安装机构1安装在窗框2上时,第二调整件63止抵在窗框2的底部的前侧壁面上,第二止抵部65止抵在窗框2的底部的后侧壁面上,安装机构1被固定在窗框2上。
如图10所示,具体地,底部紧固部62还包括底部框架件69,底部框架件69连接固定轨51,第二止抵部65设在底部框架件69上,第二止抵部65的长度小于底部框架件69的长度,第二止抵部65的两侧形成有第二缺口691,通过设置第二止抵部65的长度小于底部框架件69的长度使第二止抵部65发挥定位作用,方便用户安装安装机构1。例如,窗框2一般有上边框、下边框、左边框、右边框,用户将安装机构1安装到窗框2上时,可将安装机构1贴靠在左边框上,窗框2贴靠在第二止抵部65的左侧面上,方便用户使用把手件11移动移动轨52,方便用户安装安装机构1;同时窗框2的前侧面贴靠在安装机构1的后侧面上,避免安装机构1的倾倒,提高安全性。
如图9所示,一些具体实施例中,底部紧固部62还包括第二固定板64,第二固定板64固定在支撑部61上。第二调整件63包括夹紧板(图未示出)和旋转件68,旋转件68可转动地设在第二固定板64上,旋转件68与夹紧板相连以在旋转时推动夹紧件相对第二固定板64移动,夹紧板和第二止抵部65止抵在窗框2上,通过设置旋转件68推动夹紧板,夹紧板与第二止抵部65止抵在窗框2上,方便用户控制底部紧固组件6,方便安装机构1的安装。第二固定板64固定在支撑部61上,第二止抵部65固定在支撑部61上,第二固定板64与第二止抵部65之间的距离是固定的。夹紧板处于第二固定板64与第二止抵部65中间,旋转件68在第二固定板64上旋转使自身移动,移动的旋转件68推动夹紧相对第二固定板64移动。
例如,第二固定板64设在第二止抵部65前方,旋转件68可转动地设在第二固定板64上,夹紧板设在旋转件68的后端,夹紧板处于第二固定板64与第二止抵部65之间,旋转件68旋转使自身向前移动,夹紧板被旋转件68带动一同向前移动,旋转件68旋转使自身向后移动,夹紧板被旋转件68推动一同向后移动。在将安装机构1安装到窗框2上时,旋转件68旋转使自身向前移动,夹紧板向前移动,夹紧板与第二止抵部65之间的距离增大,夹紧板与第二止抵部65之间较大的空间使窗框2的底部容易进入夹紧板与第二止抵部65之间,方便安装机构1安装到窗框2上;夹紧板与第二止抵部65移动到窗框2的底部的两侧壁面两侧时,旋转件68旋转使自身向后移动,夹紧板被推动与旋转件68一同向后移动,夹紧板与第二止抵部65之间的距离减小,夹紧板一直向后移动直到夹紧板止抵在窗框2的底部的前侧壁面上;安装机构1安装在窗框2上时,夹紧板止抵在窗框2的底部的前侧壁面上,第二止抵部65止抵在窗框2的底部的后侧壁面上,加紧板与第二止抵部65配合夹紧窗框2的底部,夹紧板与第二止抵部65的配合使安装机构1被固定在窗框2上;在将安装机构1从窗框2上拆卸下时,旋转件68旋转使自身向前移动,夹紧板被旋转件68带动向前移动,夹紧板远离第二止抵部65,夹紧板与第二止抵部65之间逐渐增大的空间使安装机构1可以相对窗框2活动,从而方便安装机构1从窗框2上拆卸下来。
具体地,旋转件68为螺栓,螺栓螺纹连接在第二固定板64上。
可选地,夹紧板上还设有柔性件,通过设置柔性件夹紧窗框2,保护窗框2。例如,柔性件的材质为橡胶,利用橡胶的特性保护窗框2。
一些实施例中,固定轨51和支撑部61相连,通过设置固定轨51与支撑部61相连使安装机构1具有稳定的一端,只需要移动固定轨51或移动轨52便可实现安装机构1的高度的调整,方便安装机构1与窗框2、一体式空调器3的连接。
如图1、图6所示,一些实施例中,一体式空调器的安装机构1还包锁紧机构8,锁紧机构8设在固定轨51上,锁紧机构8位于上部紧固组件4的下方,锁紧机构8适于与一体式空调器3配合以定位一体式空调器3,通过设置锁紧机构8定位一体式空调器3方便了一体式空调器3与安装机构1的连接,提高了一体式空调器3与安装机构1的连接稳定性,提高用户体验。支撑部61与一体式空调器3配合以支撑一体式空调器3,锁紧机构8设在固定轨51上与一体式空调器3配合以定位一体式空调器3,通过设置锁紧机构8在支撑部61支撑一体式空调器3的基础上定位一体式空调器3,一体式空调器3在支撑部61与锁紧机构8的双重定位下稳固在安装机构1上,提高安装机构1与一体式空调器3的连接稳定性。
如图1、图6所示,具体地,一体式空调器的安装机构1还包括阻挡帘9,阻挡帘9的上下两端分别与锁紧机构8和上部紧固组件4相连,通过设置阻挡帘9阻挡内外空气流动及液体扩散,保证一体式空调器3的调节温度的效果。移动轨52的上端与上部紧固组件4相连,锁紧机构8设在固定轨51上,在移动轨52相对固定轨51移动时,上部紧固组件4与锁紧机构8之间的距离发生变化;阻挡帘9的上下两端分别与锁紧机构8和上部紧固组件4相连,阻挡帘9的上下两端的距离可以随着上部紧固组件4与锁紧机构8之间的距离变化而变化,阻挡帘9始终发挥着阻挡的效果。可以理解,一体式空调器3安装在工作过程中,通过设置阻挡帘9阻挡室内与室外空气的流通,而且阻挡帘9可以随着窗框2的尺寸变化而发生变化,阻挡帘9可以适配不同尺寸的窗框2,提高安装机构1的通用性。其中,阻挡帘9的具体结构可参考现有技术中的百褶帘,这里不在赘述。
如图1、图6及图13所示,另一些具体实施例中,锁紧机构8包括:水平移动件81,水平移动件81上设有挂钩部82,一体式空调器3上设有钩孔31,钩挂部适于与钩孔31配合以定位一体式空调器3,通过设置水平移动件81定位一体式空调器3,用户可根据需要对一体式空调器3进行安装与拆卸,满足用户移动一体式空调器3的需求,提高用户体验。挂钩部82与钩孔31的配合使一体式空调器3定位在安装机构1上,其中水平移动件81可以移动,水平移动件81移动使挂钩部82与钩孔31配合,从而使一体式空调器3安装在安装机构1上;水平移动件81移动可以使挂钩部82脱离与钩孔31的配合,从而使一体式空调器3可以从安装机构1上拆卸下来。
例如,水平移动件81可以左右移动,水平移动件81向右移动使挂钩部82伸入到钩孔31中,挂钩部82钩住一体式空调器3,一体式空调器3被固定在安装机构1上,避免了一体式空调器3前倾从安装机构1上掉落的危险,提高安全性;水平移动件81向左移动使挂钩部82从钩孔31中移出,一体式空调器3失去了挂钩部82的限制,一体式空调器3可以从安装机构1上拆卸下来,通过设置水平移动件81,方便了对一体式空调器3的安装,简化安装步骤。
如图1、图6所示,一些实施例中,水平移动件81上设有拨手部812,拨手部812设在水平移动件81的一侧向远离水平移动件81的方向延伸,通过设置拨手部812方便了用户对水平移动件81的控制。例如,拨手部812设在水平移动件81的上端,水平移动件81处于一体式空调器3的上端,拨手部812延伸出一体式空调器3,用户可方便的拨动拨手部812使拨手部812移动。当然,拨手部812还可以是设在水平移动的上端、左端及后端,这里不在赘述。
如图1、图6及图13所示,另一些实施例中,锁紧机构8还包括固定件85,固定件85设在固定轨51上,固定件85上设有第三配合孔853,一体式空调器3上设有第四配合孔312,锁紧机构8还包括紧固件(图未示出),紧固件穿过第三配合孔853与第四配合孔312配合,通过设置紧固件穿过第三配合孔853与第四配合孔312配合,将一体式空调器3固定在安装机构1上,在挂钩部82与钩孔31配合定位一体式空调器3的基础上,进一步限制一体式空调器3,提高一体式空调器3与安装机构1的连接稳定性。
如图1、图6所示,具体地,水平移动件81可活动地设在固定件85上,锁紧机构8还包括弹性件86,弹性件86的一端连接水平移动件81,弹性件86的另一端设在固定件85上,弹性件86 具有使水平移动件81处于锁紧状态的趋势。其中,水平移动件81处于锁紧状态时,水平移动件81上的挂钩部82与钩孔31配合以定位一体式空调器3。
可选地,弹性件86为弹簧,弹簧的一端连接水平移动件81,弹簧的另一端连接固定部71。例如,弹簧的左端连接在水平移动件81上,弹簧的右端连接在固定部71上,弹簧拉动水平移动件81向右移动;或者,弹簧的右端连接在水平移动件81上,弹簧的左端连接在固定部71上,弹簧推动水平移动件81向右移动。当然,弹性件86还可以水平移动件81向左移动,水平移动件81向左移动的情况与向右移动的情况相同,这里不在赘述。
如图1、图6所示,更具体地,水平移动件81上设有限位部811,固定件85上设有限位件,限位件在限位部811上移动,通过设置限位部811与限位件限制水平移动件81的移动,方便对水平移动件81的控制。其中,限位件抵在限位部811上时,水平移动件81出与锁紧状态。
可选地,限位件为限位螺钉,限位部811为限位孔,限位螺钉穿过螺钉孔852螺纹连接固定件85,限位螺钉设在限位孔内。
如图1、图9及图11所示,一些实施例中,一体式空调器3上设有凹槽311,凹槽311与支撑部61配合以支撑一体式空调器3,通过设置凹槽311与支撑部61配合以支撑一体式空调器3,在锁紧机构8定位一体式空调器3的基础上方便对一体式空调器3的安装。例如,凹槽311处于一体式空调器3的底端,钩孔31处于一体式空调器3的顶端,在安装一体式空调器3时,先将一体式空调器3的凹槽311与支撑部61配合以支撑一体式空调器3,然后只需要转动一体式空调器3使一体式空调器3的钩孔31与挂钩部82配合便可以将一体式空调器3固定在安装机构1上,简化安装步骤,用户可自行安装一体式空调器3。
如图2所示,一些实施例中,固定轨51上设有减震件511,减震件511贴合在一体式空调器3上,通过设置减震件511减小一体式空调器3工作时的震动对安装机构1的影响,减小噪音。
如图1所示,一些具体实施例中,两个固定轨51设在安装机构1的两侧,两个移动轨52分别对应两个固定轨51设置,通过设置两个固定轨51、两个移动轨52配合,提高安装机构1的稳定性。
具体地,两个固定轨51分别设在底部紧固组件6、锁紧机构8的两端,两个固定轨51、锁紧机构8及底部紧固组件6限制出安装空间54以配合一体式空调器3,通过设置两个固定轨51道、锁紧机构8及底部紧固组件6形成框架结构,提高安装结构的整体稳定性。
如图2所示,更具体地,一体式空调器3上设有安装部313,安装部313与安装空间54配合。例如,安装部313的尺寸小于安装空间54的尺寸,安装部313可进入安装空间54内使安装部313的侧面与安装空间54的内侧面贴合,方便一体式空调器3安装到位。
一些实施例中,把手件11设在两个移动轨52之间,把手件11处于安装空间54内,通过设置把手件11处于安装空间54内,一体式空调器3安装在安装空间54内时,把手件11可对一体式空调器3进行定位,避免一体式空调器3向一侧倾倒,提高安全性。
如图1、图12所示,更具体地,阻挡帘9设在两个移动轨52之间,移动轨52上设有滑动槽521,部分阻挡帘9伸入滑动槽521内,通过设置部分阻挡帘9伸入滑动槽521内,提升阻挡帘9的阻挡效果,同时更好的对阻挡帘9进行限位与收纳。
如图1、图2所示,一些实施例中,安装机构1包括:锁紧机构8、支撑部61。安装框适于固定在窗台上,安装框上设置有用于放置一体式空调器3的安装空间54。其中,安装框可以与窗台的至少一条窗框边梁连接,以使安装框固定于窗台上。并且,通过在安装框上限定出安装空间54,一体式空调器3的至少部分结构可以伸入安装空间54中,在安装机构1的前后方向上,安装空间54的一端可以与室内连通,安装空间54的另一端可以与室外连通,如图1所示,安装空间54的前端可以与室内连通,且安装空间54的后端可以与室外连通,一体式空调器3可以从安装空间54的前端装入安装空间54中。
进一步地,在图2中从后向前的方向上,一体式空调器3设置在安装空间54内的部分结构的截面面积小于一体式空调器3设置在安装空间54外的部分结构的截面面积,如此设计可以保证一体式空调器3伸入安装空间54内,从而可以避免一体式空调器3从安装空间54内凸出,也可以防止一体式空调器3从安装机构1上掉落。
进一步地,一体式空调器3包括:壳体、室内换热器部件、空调风机部件、出风框部件、室外 换热器部件、室外风机、压缩机组件。壳体可以包括前壳、后壳、底壳、顶壳等,前壳可以设置有进风口,进风口设置有空调回风格栅滤网。后壳两侧设置有立柱,冷凝器组件可以固定在后壳上,蒸发器和冷凝器之间安装固定有风道组件,风道部件由室内风道和室外风道组成。压缩机组件安装于底座上,底座上设置有冷凝水溢流口。
并且,一体式空调器3可以具有室内侧和室外侧,室内侧可以设置有出风口,室外侧可以设置有换热口,如图1所示,一体式空调器3的室内侧可以指一体式空调器3的前侧,一体式空调器3的室外侧可以指一体式空调器3的后侧。外界环境中的空气可以进入一体式空调器3内,并且空气可以与一体式空调器3内的冷媒换热,当进入一体式空调器3的空气与冷媒完成换热后,进入一体式空调器3的空气温度降低,冷媒的温度升高,低温的空气可以从出风口送入用户的房间中,从而可以降低房间中的温度。升温后的冷媒可以流回室外侧,并且冷媒可以在室外侧进行散热,热气可以从换热口排出,热气可以从安装空间54的后端释放至室外,从而可以避免热气滞留在室内造成一体式空调器3的制冷能力降低。
如图1、图9及图11所示,进一步地,锁紧机构8设置在安装框上,锁紧机构8适于与一体式空调器3的顶部配合,支撑部61设置在安装框上,支撑部61包括凸起部31,一体式空调器3的底壁设置有凹槽311,凸起部31与凹槽311配合,以构造成一体式空调器3绕凸起部31可转动至与锁紧机构8配合,支撑部61可以对一体式空调器3提供支撑。其中,在安装机构1的高度方向上,锁紧机构8和支撑部61可以间隔开设置,并且,如图1所示,锁紧机构8可以设置于支撑部61的上方,安装机构1的高度方向可以指图2中的上下方向。
安装人员在将一体式空调器3安装至安装机构1上的过程中,安装人员可以先将一体式空调器3的下端安装至安装机构1,再将一体式空调器3的上端安装至安装机构1,也就是说,安装人员可以先将支撑部61上的凸起部31与一体式空调器3的凹槽311连接在一起,再将一体式空调器3绕凸起部31转动以使一体式空调器3的顶部与锁紧机构8连接在一起,从而可以实现一体式空调器3安装至安装机构1的技术效果。
通过支撑部61和锁紧机构8配合,可以使一体式空调器3可靠地固定在窗台上,在没有专业安装人员的指导下,用户也可以独立完成安装机构1与窗台之间、安装机构1与一体式空调器3之间的连接或者拆卸,从而可以提高一体式空调器3的安装便利性。需要说明的是,当凸起部31与凹槽311配合时,用户可以明显感知到一体式空调器3的下端与安装机构1配合良好。
由此,通过使用安装机构1将一体式空调器3固定在窗台上,一体式空调器3在换热时产生的热气可以从窗户排出到室外,与现有技术相比,可以避免一体式空调器3在制冷时向用户房间中提供热气,也可以提高一体式空调器3的换热效率,从而可以提高一体式空调器3的制冷能力。
本申请通过设置凸起部31,可以利用凸起部31和凹槽311的配合先定位一体式空调器3的安装位置,然后一体式空调器3可以绕凸起部31转动至与锁紧机构8配合,从而便于一体式空调器3的安装,且通过上下定位一体式空调器3,可以提高一体式空调器3的固定稳定性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图6、图13所示,锁紧机构8可以包括挂钩部82,一体式空调器3上可以设置有钩孔31,挂钩部82可以钩挂在一体式空调器3上的钩孔31内。其中,挂钩部82可以凸出于锁紧机构8的表面,且挂钩部82可以朝向靠近一体式空调器3的方向延伸设置,如图6所示,挂钩部82可以设置于锁紧机构8的前侧,且挂钩部82可以朝向锁紧机构8的前方延伸设置。并且,挂钩部82在锁紧机构8上可以设置有多个,在锁紧机构8的长度方向上,多个挂钩部82可以间隔开设置,优选地,如图6、图8所示,锁紧机构8上可以设置有两个挂钩部82,一体式空调器3的后侧可以对应设置有两个钩孔31。
两个挂钩部82可以分别伸入对应的钩孔31内,挂钩部82可以包括第一卡接面,钩孔31内可以包括第二卡接面,第一卡接面与第二卡接面可以卡接配合,以使挂钩部82钩挂在一体式空调器3上的钩孔31内。通过挂钩部82与钩孔31钩挂配合,可以限制挂钩部82相对钩孔31移动,从而可以使一体式空调器3的上端可靠地安装在安装框上,同时使得一体式空调器3的上端安装方式简单可靠。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图6所示,锁紧机构8可以包括:固定件85和水平移动件81。固定件85可以固定在安装框上,水平移动件81可移动地设置在固定件85上,挂钩部82可以设置在水平移动件81上。其中,水平移动件81可以带动挂钩部82移动,固定件85与钩孔31之间 的相对位置固定,当水平移动件81相对固定件85移动时,水平移动件81可以相对钩孔31移动,进而可以带动挂钩部82相对钩孔31移动。
并且,挂钩部82可以选择性地钩孔31钩挂配合,通过驱动水平移动件81相对钩孔31正向移动,水平移动件81可以带动挂钩部82相对钩孔31正向移动,第一卡接面可以与第二卡接面分离,挂钩部82可以从钩孔31中脱出,第一卡接面与第二卡接面不能限制一体式空调器3的上端相对安装机构1移动,从而可以使一体式空调器3的上端从安装机构1拆下。
同时,通过驱动水平移动件81相对钩孔31反向移动,水平移动件81可以带动挂钩部82相对钩孔31反向移动,第一卡接面可以与第二卡接面卡接,挂钩部82不能从钩孔31中脱出,挂钩部82与钩孔31可以钩挂在一起,第一卡接面与第二卡接面可以限制一体式空调器3的上端相对安装机构1移动,从而可以使一体式空调器3的上端安装在安装机构1上。
需要说明的是,水平移动件81的正向移动方向与水平移动件81的反向移动方向仅代表相反的两个方向,水平移动件81的具体的正反移动方向可以根据实际情况进行设定,根据本申请的一个具体的实施例中,如图2所示,水平移动件81的正向移动方向可以指从右向左的移动方向,水平移动件81的反向移动方向可以指从左向右的移动方向。
进一步地,锁紧机构8可以具有解锁位置和锁紧位置,钩孔31可以与挂钩部82在解锁位置分离,钩孔31可以与挂钩部82在锁紧位置配合。其中,当水平移动件81相对钩孔31正向移动时,可以使锁紧机构8从锁紧位置切换为解锁位置,当锁紧机构8位于解锁位置时,第一卡接面可以与第二卡接面完全分离,挂钩部82可以从钩孔31中脱出,一体式空调器3的上端可以被解锁,从而可以使一体式空调器3的上端从安装机构1上拆下。
并且,当水平移动件81相对钩孔31反向移动时,可以使锁紧机构8从解锁位置切换为锁紧位置,当锁紧机构8位于锁紧位置时,第一卡接面可以与第二卡接面完全卡接,挂钩部82可以被锁止于钩孔31内,一体式空调器3的上端可以被锁止,从而可以使一体式空调器3的上端安装至安装机构1上。
进一步地,如图6所示,锁紧机构8还可以包括弹性件86,水平移动件81可以与弹性件86相连接,弹性件86可以驱动水平移动件81移动至锁紧位置。优选地,弹性件86可以为螺旋弹簧,弹性件86的一端可以与水平移动件81连接,弹性件86的另外一端可以与固定件85连接,如图6所示,弹性件86的与水平移动件81连接的一端可以指弹性件86的左端,弹性件86的与固定件85连接的一端可以指弹性件86的右端。
当安装人员驱动锁紧机构8从锁紧位置切换为解锁位置时,水平移动件81可以相对固定件85朝向远离弹性件86的方向移动(即水平移动件81可以相对固定件85向左移动),弹性件86可以被拉伸,弹性件86可以产生拉力。当安装人员不再驱动锁紧机构8时,弹性件86产生的拉力可以作用在水平移动件81上,弹性件86可以驱动水平移动件81相对固定件85朝向靠近弹性件86的方向移动(即水平移动件81可以相对固定件85向右移动),水平移动件81可以带动挂钩部82移动,锁紧机构8可以从解锁位置切换为锁紧位置,锁紧机构8在锁紧位置可以使挂钩部82与钩孔31钩挂配合。弹性件86可以使挂钩部82伸入钩孔31后自动锁止,从而可以保证锁紧机构8锁止一体式空调器3的上端。并且,当水平移动件81受到较小的解锁力的作用时,弹性件86可以避免锁紧机构8被错误解锁,从而可以避免一体式空调器3从安装空间54中掉落。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图6所示,固定件85上外套有水平移动件81。其中,固定件85可以构造为固定块,水平移动件81可以构造为滑轨,滑轨可以套设于固定块的外侧,固定块可以在图2中的左右方向延伸设置,滑轨可以在固定块的延伸方向上沿着固定块的表面滑动,也就是说,滑轨可以在图2中的左右方向滑动。通过将水平移动件81外套在固定件85上,水平移动件81可以沿着固定件85表面移动,可以使锁紧机构8在解锁位置和锁紧位置之间切换,且使得固定件85和水平移动件81之间的配合方式简单且便于水平移动件81装配至固定件85上。
根据本申请的一些具体的实施例中,如图6所示,锁紧机构8还可以包括:拨手部812,拨手部812可以设置在水平移动件81上,安装人员可以驱动拨手部812移动以带动水平移动件81相对固定件85移动。如图6所示,拨手部812可以与水平移动件81的上端连接,如此设置可以使安装人员更容易拨动拨手部812,从而可以降低一体式空调器3与安装机构1之间的装配难度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,安装机构1还可以包括限位组件,限位组件可以分别与水平移动件 81和固定件85配合,限位组件可以限制水平移动件81的移动位移。其中,限位组件可以限制水平移动件81在解锁位置与锁紧位置之间的可移动范围,限位组件可以避免水平移动件81从解锁位置移动至锁紧位置时越过锁紧位置,限位组件也可以避免锁紧位置移动至解锁位置时越过锁紧位置,当用户使用锁紧机构8时,限位组件可以使锁紧机构8准确地移动至解锁位置或者锁紧位置,有利于挂钩部82与钩孔31对齐,从而可以提高锁紧机构8的操作便利性。
进一步地,如图6所示,限位组件可以包括限位件和限位部811,限位部811可以与限位件滑动配合,固定件85和水平移动件81中的其中一个可以设置有限位部811,固定件85和水平移动件81中的另一个可以设置有限位件,也就是说,固定件85可以设置有限位部811,且水平移动件81可以设置有限位件,或者固定件85可以设置有限位件,且水平移动件81可以设置有限位部811。优选地,水平移动件81可以设置有限位部811,且固定件85可以设置有限位件。
可选地,限位件为限位柱,限位部为限位孔,并且,限位孔可以在图2中的左右方向延伸设置,固定件85可以设置有与限位孔对应的安装孔,安装孔内可以设置有内螺纹,限位柱可以穿过限位孔,并且限位孔可以与安装孔螺纹配合,以使限位柱安装在固定件85上,限位柱适于与限位孔止抵,当水平移动件81相对固定件85移动时,水平移动件81可以带动限位柱相对限位孔移动,通过使限位柱与限位孔干涉,限位柱可以限制水平移动件81沿着限位孔的延伸方向移动,也就是说,水平移动件81只能在图2中的左右方向移动。可以理解的是,限位件与固定件85之间的配合方式不限于此,例如限位件可以是焊接或者粘接在固定件85上,只要保证限位件可以固定即可。
当限位柱的左端移动至与限位孔的内壁止抵时,锁紧机构8可以位于锁紧位置。当限位柱的右端移动至与限位孔的内壁止抵时,锁紧机构8可以位于解锁位置。通过驱动限位柱的左端与限位孔的内壁止抵或者驱动限位柱的右端与限位孔的内壁止抵,可以实现限制水平移动件81的移动位移的技术效果。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图9、图11所示,凸起部31的顶部可以形成为弧形面,进一步地,凹槽311的槽底可以对应形成为弧形面,凸起部31的顶部适于与凹槽311的槽底止抵,凹槽311的槽底相对凸起部31的顶部可滑动。并且,当凹槽311的槽底相对凸起部31的顶部滑动时,一体式空调器3可以相对支撑部61在图2中的前后方向转动。
在一体式空调器3与安装机构1连接的过程中,安装人员将一体式空调器3举起后,构造为弧形面的凸起部31的顶部可以使一体式空调器3倾斜放置在安装机构1上,通过转动一体式空调器3的上端使一体式空调器3的上端朝向靠近安装框的方向移动,可以使一体式空调器3的上端与安装框的上端对齐后连接在一起,在转动一体式空调器3的过程中,凸起部31的顶部可以始终与凹槽311的槽底止抵,从而可以保证一体式空调器3在安装至安装机构1的过程中不会从安装机构1上脱落,也可以使安装人员转动一体式空调器3更省力。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1、图2所示,安装框可以包括:上下移动组件5、上部紧固组件4和底部紧固部62。上下移动组件5可以包括移动轨52和固定轨51,固定轨51可以与移动轨52移动配合,且固定轨51可以安装在支撑部61上,锁紧机构8的两端可以设置有固定轨51。其中,移动轨52和固定轨51均可以在图2的上下方向延伸设置,且移动轨52可以设置于固定轨51的上端,固定轨51的下端可以与支撑部61连接。在本申请的一些示例中,移动轨52的至少部分结构可以伸入固定轨51内以使得固定轨51可以与移动轨52移动配合。当然还可以是固定轨51的一部分伸入到移动轨52内,只要固定轨51可以与移动轨52移动配合即可。移动轨52可以相对固定轨51在图2中的上下方向移动,当移动轨52可以相对固定轨51移动时,上下移动组件5的长度尺寸可以发生改变,需要说明的是,上下移动组件5的长度方向可以指图2中的上下方向。
并且,安装框可以设置有两个上下移动组件5,在安装框的宽度方向上,两个上下移动组件5可以间隔开设置,两个上下移动组件5可以分别构成安装框的左边框和安装框的右边框,通过分别调节两个上下移动组件5,可以改变安装框的高度尺寸,安装框可以适配不同高度的窗框2,从而可以提高安装机构1的通用性。
同时,锁紧机构8的左端和右端可以分别与固定轨51连接,锁紧机构8相对固定轨51的位置不能发生改变,且锁紧机构8、锁紧机构8左端的固定轨51、锁紧机构8右端的固定轨51和支撑部61可以共同限定出安装空间54,也就是说,锁紧机构8与支撑部61之间的间隔距离不能发生改变,且安装空间54的大小不发生改变,当安装人员调节上下移动组件5时,如此设置可以保证 一体式空调器3能够安装在安装空间54内。
进一步地,上部紧固组件4适于与窗台上的窗框2的上部配合以定位安装在窗框2上,支撑部61上可以设置有底部紧固部62,底部紧固部62适于与窗框2的底部配合以定位安装在窗框2上。其中,上部紧固组件4的端部可以与移动轨52的远离固定轨51的一端(即移动轨52的上端)连接,上部紧固组件4的左端和右端分别可以连接有移动轨52,当安装框的高度尺寸与窗框2的高度尺寸匹配时,通过将上部紧固组件4与窗台上的窗框2的上部配合,可以使安装框的上端可以可靠地安装在窗框2上,上部紧固组件4可以是与窗框2的顶部配合也可以是与靠近窗框2的顶部的部分进行配合,从而实现安装机构1的稳定。并且通过将底部紧固部62与窗框2的底部配合,可以使安装框的下端可靠地安装在窗框2上,从而可以实现安装机构1将一体式空调器3安装在窗台上的技术效果。
根据本申请的一些具体的实施例中,锁紧机构8、安装框左侧的移动轨52、安装框右侧的移动轨52和上部紧固组件4之间可以共同限定出尺寸可变的伸缩空间,当上下移动组件5的长度尺寸发生改变时,伸缩空间可以被拉伸或者被压缩,伸缩空间内可以安装有阻挡帘9,阻挡帘9可以遮挡伸缩空间,阻挡帘9可以避免雨水等液体通过伸缩空间流入用户房间内,从而可以提高安装机构1的密封效果。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图2、图4所示,上部紧固组件4可以包括:第一止抵部44和第一调整件41。移动轨52可以与第一止抵部44相连,第一调整件41相对第一止抵部44可活动,第一止抵部44和第一调整件41分别止抵在窗框2的顶部的相对侧壁上。其中,在图2中的前后方向上,窗框2的顶部边框具有相对的两个侧壁,第一止抵部44和第一调整件41可以分别与窗框2的顶部边框相对的两个侧壁止抵,且第一调整件41可以朝向靠近第一止抵部44的方向移动。通过驱动第一调整件41朝向靠近第一止抵部44的方向移动,可以使第一调整件41和第一止抵部44共同夹持窗框2的顶部边框相对的两个侧壁,第一调整件41和第一止抵部44配合可以限制安装框的上端在图2中的前后方向移动,从而可以防止安装框的上端与窗台分离,从而使得上部紧固组件4与窗框2的配合方式简单。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图2、图9所示,底部紧固部62可以包括:第二止抵部65和第二调整件63。第二止抵部65可以固定在支撑部61上,第二调整件63相对第二止抵部65可活动,第二止抵部65可以和第二调整件63分别止抵在窗框2的底部的相对侧壁上。其中,在图2中的前后方向上,窗框2的底部边框具有相对的两个侧壁,第二止抵部65和第二调整件63可以分别与窗框2的底部边框相对的两个侧壁止抵,且第二调整件63可以朝向靠近第二止抵部65的方向移动。通过驱动第二调整件63朝向靠近第二止抵部65的方向移动,可以使第二调整件63和第二止抵部65共同夹持窗框2的底部边框相对的两个侧壁,第二调整件63和第二止抵部65配合可以限制安装框的下端在图2中的前后方向移动,从而可以防止安装框的下端与窗台分离,且使得底部紧固部62与窗框2的配合方式简单。
根据本申请的一些具体的实施例中,安装框与一体式空调器3之间还可以设置有减震件,优选地,减震件可以为橡胶条,减震件可以夹设在安装框与一体式空调器3之间,减震件可以吸收一体式空调器3工作时产生的振动和噪声,从而可以避免振动和噪声传导至窗框2造成窗台损坏。
根据本申请的一些具体的实施例中,一体式空调器3还可以设置有第四配合孔312,安装机构1上可以对应设置有第三配合孔853,第四配合孔312与第三配合孔853之间可以通过紧固件进行连接。优选地,紧固件可以为螺栓,第四配合孔312上可以设置有允许螺栓穿过的螺栓孔,第三配合孔853可以设置为螺栓孔,且第三配合孔853可以设置于锁紧机构8,螺栓依次穿过第四配合孔312上的螺栓孔、锁紧机构8上的螺栓孔后可以将一体式空调器3与安装框连接在一起,从而可以使一体式空调器3与安装机构1之间连接更可靠,进而可以防止一体式空调器3从安装机构1上掉落。
根据本申请的一些具体的实施例中,安装框还可以设置有提手,提手可以横向或者纵向设置在安装空间54中,提手适于与一体式空调器3的后端止抵。当一体式空调器3安装于安装机构1时,提手可以支撑一体式空调器3,提手可以避免一体式空调器3朝向室外倾倒,从而可以提高一体式空调器3的使用安全性。
下面结合图1至图13,描述本申请一体式空调器的安装机构1的一个具体实施例。
一种一体式空调器的安装机构1包括:窗台、安装框、固定连接件、定位组件7、把手件11、锁紧机构8、阻挡帘9。
安装框适与固定在窗台上,窗台具有窗框2,安装框包括:上部紧固组件4、上下移动组件5、底部紧固组件6。
上下移动组件5包括固定轨51与移动轨52,固定轨51与移动轨52移动配合。
两个固定轨51左右排布,固定轨51上设有第一配合孔53与减震件511。减震件511减震件511的材质为橡胶,减震件511设于固定轨51的前壁面上。两个移动轨52对应两个固定轨51,移动轨52上设有第二配合孔与滑动槽521。第二配合孔与第一配合孔53对应,固定连接件为安装螺钉,固定连接件穿过第一配合孔53与第二配孔配合,固定连接件止抵在固定轨51上。
定位组件7包括固定部71与接触部72。固定部71固定在固定轨51的上端。接触部72包括压紧块73与第二凸轮部74,压紧块73与移动轨52接触;第二凸轮部74偏心转动地设在固定部71上,第二凸轮部74与压紧块73接触,第二凸轮部74转动以调整压紧块73和移动轨52之间的间隙以将移动轨52定位在设定位置。
把手件11设在两个移动轨52之间,把手件11的两端分别与两侧的移动轨52连接,把手件11带动移动轨52在固定轨51上下滑动。
上部紧固组件4包括:上部框架件49、第一调整件41、第一固定板42及手动驱动件43。
上部框架件49设在移动轨52的上端,上部框架件49上设有第一止抵部44,第一止抵部44的长度小于上部框架件49的长度,第一止抵部44的两侧形成有第一缺口491。第一固定板42设在上部框架件49上,第一固定板42设在第一止抵部44的前方。第一调整件41包括活动件45与调整部46,活动件45穿设在第一固定板42上,活动件45可相对第一止抵部44前后移动;调整部46可拆卸地设在活动件45的后端,调整部46与第一止抵部44分别止抵在窗框2的上部的前后侧壁上。手动驱动部包括第一凸轮部47与把手部48,第一凸轮部47偏心转动地设在第一固定板42上,第一凸轮部47与活动件45接触以在转动时带动活动件45前后移动;把手部48与第一凸轮部47配合以带动第一凸轮部47转动。
底部紧固组件6包括底部紧固部62与支撑部61。
底部紧固部62包括底部框架件69、第二固定板64及第二调整件63。底部框架件69设在固定轨51的底端,底部框架件69上设有第二止抵部65,第二止抵部65的长度小于底部框架件69的长度,第二止抵部65的两侧形成有第二缺口691。第二固定板64设在底部框架件69上,第二固定板64设在第二止抵部65的前方。第二调整件63包括旋转件68与夹紧板,旋转件68为螺栓,旋转件68可转动的设在第二固定板64上;夹紧板设在旋转件68的后端,旋转件68旋转带动夹紧板前后移动,夹紧板与第二止抵部65分别止抵在窗框2的底部的前后侧壁上。支撑部61设在底部框架件69上。
锁紧机构8包括固定件85、水平移动件81、弹性件86及紧固件。
固定件85设在固定轨51的上端,固定件85上设有第三配合孔853及限位件。限位件为限位螺钉,两个限位螺钉通过螺钉孔852螺纹连接固定件85。水平移动件81可移动地设在固定件85上,水平移动件81上设有挂钩部82、限位部811及拨手部812。两个挂钩部82设在水平移动件81的左右两端,两个挂钩部82向前延伸。限位部811为限位孔,两个限位部811与两个限位件对应,限位件止抵在限位部811的左端时,水平移动件81处于锁紧状态。拨手部812设于水平移动件81的上端,拨手部812向上延伸。弹性件86为弹簧,弹性件86的左端连接水平移动件81,弹性件86的右端连接固定件85,弹性件86具有使水平移动件81处于锁紧状态的趋势。两侧的固定轨51、上端的固定件85、下端的底部框架件69共同限制出安装空间54。
阻挡帘9的设在两个移动轨52之间,部分阻挡帘9伸入两侧移动轨52上滑动槽521内,阻挡帘9的上端与上部框架件49相连,阻挡帘9的下端与固定件85相连。
一体式空调器3安装在安装机构1上,一体式空调器3上设有钩孔31、凹槽311、第四配合孔312及安装部313。两个钩孔31设在一体式空调器3的顶端,两个钩孔31与两个挂钩部82对应,两个挂钩部82与两个钩孔31配合时水平移动件81处于锁紧状态。两个凹槽311设在一体式空调器3的底面上,两个凹槽311与支撑部61对应设置。第四配合孔312设在一体式空调器3的顶端,第四配合孔312与第三配合孔853对应,紧固件穿过第三配合孔853与第四配合孔312配合以定 位一体式空调器3。安装部313与安装空间54适配。
用户在将安装机构1安装到窗框2的过程中,首先将第二止抵部65与夹紧板移到窗框2的前后两侧,并将安装机构1推至左边框或右边框,使安装机构1上的第一缺口491与第二缺口691与窗框2配合。然后通过手拧底部紧固组件6的旋转件68,同时提拉把手件11,安装机构1上的移动轨52在把手件11以及左边框或右边框的导向作用下提升,将第一止抵部44与调整部46移到窗框2的前后两侧,并转动第二凸轮部74使压紧块73压紧在移动轨52上,此时用户可松开安装机构1,用户可以安全便捷的利用把手部48转动第一凸轮部47使第一止抵部44与调整部46压紧在窗框2的前后两侧。在安装机构1被安装到位后,安装机构1与窗框2之间的配合能够很好的避免安装机构1向外倾倒的风险。
目前,大部分用户为了调节房间的温度舒适性,采用安装移动空调亦或是安装挂壁式空调器的方式。由于移动空调的室外侧和室内侧一体设置,移动空调开机的过程中,室内侧的冷气流和室外侧的热气流都排放在房间内,因此只能针对房间里的局部空间进行制冷,无法满足整个房间的温度调节需要。而采用挂壁式空调器的方式,无法满足用户的移动需求,亦或是无法满足用户自行安装或是搬迁空调器随身带走的需求,这种方式影响用户的使用体验。同时,由于小面积房间中没有配备外机安装位,用户即使想安装壁挂式空调器也无法自行安装。市场存在有窗式空调,但是窗式存在支架安装不友好、安装麻烦、需占用室外空间及与防盗窗干涉的问题。
本申请通过设计安装机构1与窗框2进行配合紧固,安装机构1上部设有第一凸轮部47使第一止抵部44与调整部46夹紧窗框2的前后两侧,活动件45前端设置有材质为橡胶的调整部46,调整部46可拆卸地设在活动件45上,用户可根据实际的窗户尺寸更换调整部46,满足不同窗户的安装使用。同时通过材质为橡胶的调整部46紧固窗框2,避免窗框2被夹紧损坏。
安装机构1两侧的上部设有第一缺口491,安装机构1两侧的底部设有第二缺口691,用户在安装安装机构1时可将安装机构1向左或是向右推至缺口与窗框2配合,从而使用户在使用把手件11提拉移动轨52时可使用窗框2作为导向定位,便于用户安装。安装机构1在安装到位后,窗框2与第一缺口491、第二缺口691配合,可防止窗框2外侧倾倒。
安装机构1上设有阻挡帘9,阻挡帘9两侧伸入到两侧的移动轨52上的滑动槽521内,从而提升阻挡帘9阻挡的效果以及更好发挥移动轨52的限位作用和收纳作用。
安装机构1上设有压紧块73,第二凸轮部74通过挤压压紧块73固定移动轨52,从而极大增强了移动轨52的稳定性,提升安装框的整体安装可靠性。
移动轨52上设有把手件11,把手件11与两侧的移动轨52固定连接,用户通过提拉把手件11来实现两侧移动轨52、上部紧固组件4以及阻挡帘9的提升并卡住窗框2,从而使用户无需爬高进行提拉固定。
安装机构1通过设置旋转件68紧固夹紧板,旋转件68推动夹紧板移动从而止抵在窗框2上,通过夹紧板(前端可设置橡胶)止抵,而非螺钉直接与窗框2接触紧固,提升了安装机构1与窗框2之间的稳定性并避免窗框2被夹紧损坏。
根据本申请实施例的一体式空调器设备10,包括:一体式空调器3、安装机构1。
安装机构1为上述的安装机构1,一体式空调器3与底部紧固组件6配合。
根据本申请实施例的一体式空调器设备10,通过设置上下移动组件5调整上部紧固组件4的高度,使安装机构1可以适配多种尺寸的窗框2,提高通用性及适配能力;通过设置上部紧固组件4与窗框2的上部配合、底部紧固组件6与窗框2的底部配合,提高安装机构1与窗框2的连接稳定性,提高一体式空调器3的稳定性;通过设置把手件11带动移动轨52滑动,且把手件11位于上部紧固组件4的下方,用户无需上升到一定高度便可以控制上部紧固组件4的抬升,提升安装机构1的安装便利性和拆卸的便捷度,同时提高用户在安装过程中的安全性,满足用户的自助安装、搬迁移动的需求。
一些实施例中,一体式空调器3与支撑部61配合,通过设置支撑部61支撑一体式空调器3方便了一体式空调器3的安装与拆卸,提高便利性。
一些实施例中,一体式空调器3包括:壳体、室内换热器部件、空调风机部件、出风框部件、室外换热器部件、室外风机、压缩机组件。其中,壳体包括前壳、后壳、底壳、顶壳、侧壳。前壳上设有第一出风口,第一出风口上设有出风口开关门,用来打开或者关闭出风口。第一进风口设在 前壳和/或侧壳上,第一进风口上设有空调回风格栅滤网。后壳两侧设有立柱,通过设置立柱用于提高强度以及为安装固定提供位置。
根据本申请实施例的一体式空调器设备10包括:一体式空调器3和安装机构1。一体式空调器3的底部设置有凹槽311,安装机构1为上述的安装机构1,凸起部31伸入到凹槽311内,一体式空调器3绕凸起部31转动至与锁紧机构8配合。通过将一体式空调器3的底部与凸起部31连接、一体式空调器设备10的顶部与锁紧机构8配合,一体式空调器设备10可以被安装在窗台上,一体式空调器3在换热时产生的热气可以从窗户排出到室外,与现有技术相比,可以避免一体式空调器3在制冷时向用户房间中提供热气,也可以提高一体式空调器3的换热效率,从而可以提高一体式空调器3的制冷能力。
根据本申请实施例的一体式空调器的安装机构1的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
此外,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征,用于区别描述特征,无顺序之分,无轻重之分。

Claims (29)

  1. 一种一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述安装机构包括:
    窗台;
    安装框,所述安装框适于固定在所述窗台上,所述安装框上设有安装空间,所述安装空间用于放置所述一体式空调器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述窗台具有窗框,所述安装框包括:
    上部紧固组件,所述上部紧固组件适于与所述窗框的上部配合以定位安装在所述窗框上;
    上下移动组件,所述上下移动组件包括固定轨和移动轨,所述移动轨与所述固定轨移动配合,所述移动轨的上端与所述上部紧固组件相连以调整所述上部紧固组件的高度;
    底部紧固组件,所述底部紧固组件用于支撑所述一体式空调器且适于与所述窗框的底部配合以定位安装在所述窗框上;
    所述安装机构还包括把手件,所述把手件与所述移动轨配合以带动所述移动轨相对所述固定轨上下滑动,所述把手件位于所述上部紧固组件的下方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述上部紧固组件包括:
    第一止抵部,所述第一止抵部与所述移动轨相连;
    第一调整件,所述第一调整件相对所述第一止抵部可活动,所述第一调整件和所述第一止抵部分别止抵在所述窗框的顶部的相对侧壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述上部紧固组件还包括:
    第一固定板,所述第一固定板与所述移动轨相连,所述第一调整件穿设在所述第一固定板上;
    手动驱动件,所述手动驱动件与所述第一调整件配合以驱动所述第一调整件移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述手动驱动件包括:
    第一凸轮部,所述第一凸轮部偏心转动地设在所述第一固定板上,所述第一凸轮部与所述第一调整件接触以在转动时带动所述第一调整件移动;
    把手部,所述把手部与所述第一凸轮部配合以带动所述第一凸轮部转动。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述第一调整件包括:
    活动件,所述活动件相对所述第一止抵部可活动;
    调整部,所述调整部可拆卸地设在所述活动件上,所述调整部止抵在所述窗框上。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,还包括定位组件,所述定位组件分别与所述固定轨和所述移动轨配合以将所述移动轨定位在设定位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述定位组件包括:
    固定部,所述固定部固定在所述固定轨上;
    接触部,所述接触部可活动地设在所述固定部上,所述接触部与所述移动轨接触以利用摩擦力定位所述移动轨。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述接触部包括:
    压紧块,所述压紧块与所述移动轨接触;
    第二凸轮部,所述第二凸轮部偏心转动地设在所述固定部上,所述第二凸轮部与所述压紧块接触,所述第二凸轮部转动以调整所述压紧块和所述移动轨之间的间隙。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述固定轨上设有第一配合孔,所述移动轨上设有第二配合孔,所述安装机构还包括固定连接件,所述固定连接件穿过所述第一配合孔与所述第二配合孔配合,所述固定连接件止抵在所述固定轨上。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述底部紧固组件包括:
    支撑部,所述支撑部适于与所述一体式空调器配合以支撑所述一体式空调器;
    底部紧固部,所述底部紧固部设在所述支撑部上,所述底部紧固部适于与所述窗框的底部配合以定位安装在所述窗框上;其中,所述底部紧固部包括:
    第二止抵部,所述第二止抵部固定在所述支撑部上;
    第二调整件,所述第二调整件相对所述第二止抵部可活动,所述第二调整件和所述第二止抵部 分别止抵在所述窗框的底部的相对侧壁上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述底部紧固部还包括第二固定板,所述第二固定板固定在所述支撑部上;
    所述第二调整件包括夹紧板和旋转件,所述旋转件可转动地设在所述第二固定板上,所述旋转件与所述夹紧板相连以在旋转时推动所述夹紧件相对所述第二固定板移动,所述夹紧板和所述第二止抵部止抵在所述窗框上。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述固定轨和所述支撑部相连。
  14. 根据权利要求2-13中任一项所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,还包括锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构设在所述固定轨上,所述锁紧机构位于所述上部紧固组件的下方,所述锁紧机构适于与所述一体式空调器配合以定位所述一体式空调器。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,还包括阻挡帘,所述阻挡帘的上下两端分别与所述锁紧机构和所述上部紧固组件相连。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述锁紧机构包括:
    水平移动件,所述水平移动件上设有挂钩部,所述一体式空调器上设有钩孔,所述挂钩部适于与所述钩孔配合以定位所述一体式空调器。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,还包括:
    锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构设在所述安装框上,所述锁紧机构适于与所述一体式空调器的顶部配合;
    支撑部,所述支撑部设在所述安装框上,所述支撑部包括凸起部,所述一体式空调器的底壁设有凹槽,所述凸起部与所述凹槽配合,以构造成所述一体式空调器绕所述凸起部可转动至与所述锁紧机构配合。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述锁紧机构包括挂钩部,所述挂钩部钩挂在所述一体式空调器上的钩孔内。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述锁紧机构包括:
    固定件,所述固定件固定在所述安装框上;
    水平移动件,所述水平移动件可移动地设在所述固定件上,所述挂钩部设在所述水平移动件上。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述锁紧机构具有锁紧位置和解锁位置,在所述锁紧位置所述挂钩部与所述钩孔配合,在所述解锁位置所述挂钩部与所述钩孔分离;
    所述锁紧机构还包括弹性件,所述弹性件与所述水平移动件相连以驱动所述水平移动件移动至所述锁紧位置。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述水平移动件外套在所述固定件上。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,还包括限位组件,所述限位组件分别与所述固定件和所述水平移动件配合以限制所述水平移动件的移动位移。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述限位组件包括限位部和限位件,所述限位件与所述限位部滑动配合,所述水平移动件和所述固定件中的其中一个设有所述限位部,所述水平移动件和所述固定件中的另一个设有所述限位件。
  24. 根据权利要求17所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述凸起部的顶部形成为弧形面。
  25. 根据权利要求17-24中任一项所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述安装框包括:
    上下移动组件,所述上下移动组件包括固定轨和移动轨,所述移动轨与所述固定轨移动配合,所述固定轨安装在所述支撑部上,所述锁紧机构的两端设有所述固定轨;
    上部紧固组件,所述上部紧固组件适于与所述窗台上的窗框的上部配合以定位安装在所述窗框上;
    底部紧固部,所述底部紧固部设在所述支撑部上,所述底部紧固部适于与所述窗框的底部配合以定位安装在所述窗框上。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述上部紧固组件包括:
    第一止抵部,所述第一止抵部与所述移动轨相连;
    第一调整件,所述第一调整件相对所述第一止抵部可活动,所述第一调整件和所述第一止抵部分别止抵在所述窗框的顶部的相对侧壁上。
  27. 根据权利要求25所述的一体式空调器的安装机构,其中,所述底部紧固部包括:
    第二止抵部,所述第二止抵部固定在所述支撑部上;
    第二调整件,所述第二调整件相对所述第二止抵部可活动,所述第二调整件和所述第二止抵部分别止抵在所述窗框的底部的相对侧壁上。
  28. 一种一体式空调器设备,其中,包括:
    一体式空调器;
    安装机构,所述安装机构为根据权利要求2-16中任一项所述的安装机构,所述一体式空调器与所述底部紧固组件配合。
  29. 一种一体式空调器设备,其中,包括:
    一体式空调器,所述一体式空调器的底部设有凹槽;
    安装机构,所述安装机构为根据权利要求17-27中任一项所述的安装机构,所述凸起部伸入到所述凹槽内,所述一体式空调器绕所述凸起部转动至与所述锁紧机构配合。
