如图5所示,当所述防松螺母与普通螺钉进行螺纹连接时,其中一个螺纹段110的牙型上侧面与普通螺钉的螺纹面处于接触受力状态,而该螺纹段110的牙型下侧面与普通螺钉的螺纹面处于分离状态,此时该螺纹段110主要承受紧固所需的轴向预紧力;随着防松螺母的逐渐锁紧,另外一个螺纹段110的牙型下侧面与普通螺钉的螺纹面处于接触受力状态,而该螺纹段110的牙型上侧面与普通螺钉的螺纹面处于分离状态,此时该螺纹段110主要作用是消除前一螺纹段110与普通螺钉配合时的轴向间隙,并产生一定的过盈量,以防止螺母返松。需要说明的是,图4中k的数值(即图3中α的数值)与锁紧所需的轴向预紧力呈正相关,根据k值的不同,可制造出与不同尺寸公差等级的螺钉进行配合的防松螺母, 若所述防松螺母用于复杂交变的应用场合或者大型设备的话,此时应选择k值较大的防松螺母。
在本发明创造的一些实施例中,为了进一步提升所述防松螺母的防松性能,所述螺纹段110的数量可以为三个或者三个以上,所有的螺纹段110均以梅花间竹的形式进行排列,即与任意一个螺纹段110相邻的两个螺纹段110其几何参数以及位置参数均相同。
在本发明创造的一些实施例中,为了节省所述防松螺母的生产时间和生产成本,所述螺纹部100为一次成型构件,其可通过一次装夹加工成型,以实现大批量生产。
如图6所示,在另一些实施例中,所述防松紧固件10还可以为防松螺钉、防松螺栓或者防松螺柱,而与之进行螺纹连接的则是普通螺母,由于外螺纹与内螺纹为相互匹配的结构,两者的机械原理相通,因此本发明创造在此不再对带有外螺纹的防松紧固件10进行详细描述。
如图5所示,根据本发明创造的第二方面实施例的螺纹紧固套件,包括根据本发明创造上述第一方面实施例的防松紧固件10,还包括普通紧固件20,若所述防松紧固件10为防松螺母的话,则所述普通紧固件20为普通螺钉,若所述防松紧固件10为防松螺钉的话,则所述普通紧固件20为普通螺母,所述防松紧固件10能够与市面上通用的普通紧固件20进行螺纹连接,有效降低使用成本。除此之外,所述螺纹紧固套件只需进行一次旋紧即可完成整个螺纹连接,相比于现有技术,例如日本的Hard-lock防松螺母,在使用上更加具有便利性;而且在前后螺纹段110的配合下,所述防松紧固件10的螺纹部100在沿轴心360°的范围内均处于接触受力状态,相对于普通紧固件20和Hard-lock防松螺母的单方向接触状态,改善了螺纹连接部位中紧固件的受力状况,以提升螺纹紧固套件的防松性能。
如图5所示,根据本发明创造的第三方面实施例的螺纹紧固组件,包括根据本发明创造上述第二方面实施例的螺纹紧固套件,还包括至少两个工件30,若 一个工件30上预设有内螺纹或者外螺纹的话,则至少一个所述工件30设有用于供螺钉进行穿行的安装孔31,若所有的工件30均不预设有内螺纹或者外螺纹的话,则所有的工件30均设有用于供螺钉进行穿行的安装孔31。无论工件30是如何设置,所有的工件30均位于所述防松紧固件10与所述普通紧固件20之间,由于所述螺纹紧固套件具有良好的防松性能,因此所述螺纹紧固套件能够确保工件30与工件30之间的锁紧连接,以降低发生安全事故的概率。
上面结合附图对本发明创造实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明创造不限于上述实施例,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 防松紧固件,其设有螺纹部,其特征在于:所述螺纹部设有至少两个螺纹段,所有的螺纹段均具有相同的几何参数,任意一个螺纹段的相邻两条牙底中心线之间的距离为螺距,任意一个螺纹段的牙底中心线与相邻螺纹段的牙底中心线之间的距离等于非整数倍的螺距。
  2. 根据权利要求1任意一项所述的防松紧固件,其特征在于:所述螺纹部在每相邻的两个螺纹段之间均设有退刀槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2任意一项所述的防松紧固件,其特征在于:任意一个螺纹段的起牙点到所述螺纹部中心轴线之间的最短直线为起牙线,每相邻的两个螺纹段的起牙线相互不平行。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防松紧固件,其特征在于:所述螺纹部为内螺纹。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防松紧固件,其特征在于:所述螺纹部为外螺纹。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的防松紧固件,其特征在于:所述螺纹部为一次成型构件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的防松紧固件,其特征在于:所述螺纹段的数量为两个。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防松紧固件,其特征在于:所述螺纹段的数量为三个或者三个以上,所有的螺纹段均以梅花间竹的形式进行排列。
  9. 螺纹紧固套件,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至8任意一项所述的防松紧固件,还包括:普通紧固件,所述防松紧固件与所述普通紧固件螺纹连接。
  10. 螺纹紧固组件,其特征在于,包括权利要求9所述的螺纹紧固套件,还包括:至少两个工件,至少一个所述工件设有用于供螺钉进行穿行的安装孔,所有的工件均位于所述防松紧固件与所述普通紧固件之间。
