Description

一种可调式机床驱动滑轨组件 技术领域
本发明涉及滑轨组件技术领域,具体为一种可调式机床驱动滑轨组件。
背景技术
滑轨就是带动物体移动的导轨,直线滑轨又称线轨、滑轨、线性导轨、线性滑轨,用于直线往复运动场合,拥有比直线轴承更高的额定负载,同时可以承担一定的扭矩,可在高负载的情况下实现高精度的直线运动.直线运动导轨的作用是用来支撑和引导运动部件,按给定的方向做往复直线运动其种类比较多,广泛用于各大行业,其中机械机床行业比较多。
但是,现有滑轨组件对固定物的高度不便调节,导致使用不便;因此,不满足现有的需求,对此我们提出了一种可调式机床驱动滑轨组件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可调式机床驱动滑轨组件,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有滑轨组件对固定物的高度不便调节,导致使用不便的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种可调式机床驱动滑轨组件,包括第一滑轨底座,所述第一滑轨底座的一侧设置有第二滑轨底座,所述第一滑轨底座和第二滑轨底座的上端均设置有滑轨架,所述滑轨架的上端设置有移动座,所述移动座的内部设置有电动推杆组件,所述电动推杆组件的上端设置有连接板,所述连接板的上端设置有接物座,所述第一滑轨底座和第二滑轨底座的下端表面均设置有调节槽,所述调节槽的内部设置有贯穿底座,所述移动座的侧表面设置有贯穿槽,所述移动座的上表面设置有距离传感器。
优选的,所述电动推杆组件与移动座之间设置有空腔,且空腔与移动 座为一体结构。
优选的,所述连接板的上表面设置有连接槽,所述连接槽的内部设置有螺栓,且连接板通过螺栓与电动推杆组件螺纹连接。
优选的,所述贯穿底座的两侧表面均设置有固定螺纹孔,所述第一滑轨底座和第二滑轨底座的两端均设置有旋钮柱,且旋钮柱与固定螺纹孔螺纹连接,所述固定螺纹孔设置有若干个。
优选的,所述贯穿槽贯穿移动座,且一个移动座的表面设置有两个贯穿槽。
优选的,所述接物座的上表面设置有安装槽,所述安装槽的内部设置有螺纹紧固件,且接物座通过螺纹紧固件与连接板螺纹连接。
优选的,所述滑轨架的两侧表面均设置有滑轨接口,所述移动座的下端设置有滑轨接柱,且移动座通过滑轨接柱与滑轨接口移动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明通过在移动座的内部设置空腔,在空腔的内部设置电动推杆组件,连接板通过螺栓与电动推杆组件螺纹连接,接物座通过螺纹紧固件与连接板螺纹连接,一共两个移动座和两个电动推杆组件,通过电动推杆组件便可以带动接物座上下移动,实现高度改变,相对于更换不同尺寸的接物座来说,不用便可以达到高度改变的要求,提高了便利性和使用性,并且在移动座上表面设置有距离传感器,在接物座移动的时候通过距离传感器感应其移动距离,在外接的显示器上显示,便于人员直观了解高度变化,提高精准度,距离传感器型号是PCR20D。
2、通过在移动座的表面设置贯穿槽,通过贯穿槽便于外接丝杠驱动组件时两个移动座之间进行距离调整,并且在第一滑轨底座和第二滑轨底座的侧表面设置调节槽,贯穿底座通过调节槽与第一滑轨底座和第二滑轨底座移动,实现第一滑轨底座和第二滑轨底座之间的距离调整,并且利用 旋钮柱与固定螺纹孔螺纹对其进行固定,相对于调节距离后重新更换外接限位架来说,降低成本需求,提高实用性。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种可调式机床驱动滑轨组件,包括第一滑轨底座1,第一滑轨底座1的一侧设置有第二滑轨底座2,第一滑轨底座1和第二滑轨底座2的上端均设置有滑轨架3,滑轨架3的上端设置有移动座4,移动座4的内部设置有电动推杆组件15,电动推杆组件15的上端设置有连接板16,连接板16的上端设置有接物座5,第一滑轨底座1和第二滑轨底座2的下端表面均设置有调节槽10,调节槽10的内部设置有贯穿底座9,移动座4的侧表面设置有贯穿槽8,移动座4的上表面设置有距离传感器19。
进一步,电动推杆组件15与移动座4之间设置有空腔14,且空腔14与移动座4为一体结构,电动推杆组件15位于空腔14内,便于固定和拆 卸。
进一步,连接板16的上表面设置有连接槽17,连接槽17的内部设置有螺栓18,且连接板16通过螺栓18与电动推杆组件15螺纹连接,利用电动推杆组件15带动连接板16和接物座5上下移动,实现高度调节,不用更换不同尺寸的接物座5,提高便利性。
进一步,贯穿底座9的两侧表面均设置有固定螺纹孔20,第一滑轨底座1和第二滑轨底座2的两端均设置有旋钮柱11,且旋钮柱11与固定螺纹孔20螺纹连接,固定螺纹孔20设置有若干个,贯穿底座9位于调节槽10内,当第一滑轨底座1和第二滑轨底座2距离调节好了后利用旋钮柱11和固定螺纹孔20进行固定,实现横向距离调整。
进一步,贯穿槽8贯穿移动座4,且一个移动座4的表面设置有两个贯穿槽8,利用贯穿槽8便于调节第一滑轨底座1和第二滑轨底座2时不影响两个移动座4之间的距离调节。
进一步,接物座5的上表面设置有安装槽6,安装槽6的内部设置有螺纹紧固件7,且接物座5通过螺纹紧固件7与连接板16螺纹连接,便于接物座5固定。
进一步,滑轨架3的两侧表面均设置有滑轨接口12,移动座4的下端设置有滑轨接柱13,且移动座4通过滑轨接柱13与滑轨接口12移动连接,用于移动座4移动。
工作原理:使用时,贯穿底座9位于调节槽10内,当第一滑轨底座1和第二滑轨底座2距离调节好了后利用旋钮柱11和固定螺纹孔20进行固定,实现横向距离调整,两个移动座4之间外接丝杠驱动组件,利用贯穿槽8便于调节第一滑轨底座1和第二滑轨底座2时不影响两个移动座4之间的距离调节,接物座5依靠螺纹紧固件7与连接板16固定,利用电动推杆组件15带动连接板16和接物座5上下移动,实现高度调节,不用 更换不同尺寸的接物座5,提高便利性,并且在移动时通过距离传感器19感应器移动距离的具体变化,提高移动精准度。
