- 의류를 수용하는 드럼과, 상기 드럼을 회전시키는 구동부와, 상기 드럼의 공기가 순환되거나 상기 공기에 함유된 수분이 응축되는 공간을 제공하는 순환유로와, 상기 순환유로를 흐르는 상기 공기를 가열하는 열교환부를 포함하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법에 있어서,상기 열교환부를 통해 상기 드럼으로 가열된 상기 공기를 공급하는 공기공급단계;상기 공기공급단계 수행 중에 상기 드럼을 회전하는 회전단계;를 포함하고,상기 회전단계는상기 의류가 상기 드럼 내벽에 붙은 상태로 회전되도록 상기 드럼을 회전시키는 고속구간과, 상기 의류가 상기 드럼 내벽에서 낙하하며 회전되도록 상기 드럼을 회전시키는 저속구간으로 구성되며,상기 공기공급단계의 진행 중 특정구간 마다 상기 저속구간 대비 상기 고속구간의 비율이 서로 다르게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공기공급단계는예열구간(preheating period), 항율건조구간(constant rate period), 및 감율건조구간(falling rate period)으로 구분되고,상기 예열구간은상기 열교환부가 작동할 때부터 상기 열교환부를 유동하는 냉매의 온도가 시작온도에서 특정온도에 도달할 때까지로 설정되거나, 상기 열교환부가 작동 후 기준시간 경과할 때까지로 설정되고,상기 예열구간에서 상기 고속구간과 상기 저속구간은 반복적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 예열구간에서 상기 고속구간의 합산시간은 상기 저속구간의 합산시간 보다 더 길게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 예열구간에서 상기 고속구간의 지속시간은 상기 저속구간의 지속시간보다 더 길게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 저속구간은상기 드럼이 상기 의류가 상기 드럼의 고점과 상기 드럼 중심 사이에서 낙하하도록 회전되는 정속구간과,상기 정속구간 보다 상기 드럼의 회전속도가 더 느린 감속구간을 포함하고,상기 예열구간은상기 고속구간과 상기 정속구간 상기 감속구간이 주기적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 감속구간은 상기 정속구간 보다 지속시간이 짧게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공기공급단계는예열구간(preheating period), 항율건조구간(constant rate period), 및 감율건조구간(falling rate period)으로 구분되고,상기 항율건조구간은 상기 예열구간에서 상기 열교환부의 냉매 온도가 기준값에 도달하거나, 상기 열교환부가 기준시간 동안 작동하면 진입되고,상기 항율건조구간에는 상기 저속구간이 상기 고속구간 보다 더 길게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 회전단계는상기 드럼의 회전속도가 가변되는 가변구간을 더 포함하고,상기 가변구간은 상기 항율건조구간에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 감율건조구간은 상기 순환유로의 토출온도가 기준온도 이상으로 상승하거나, 상기 의류의 건조도가 설정값에 도달하면 진입되고,상기 가변구간은 상기 감율건조구간(falling rate period) 진입 전까지 수행 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 의류의 건조도를 감지하는 건조센서를 더 포함하고,상기 항율건조구간 진입 후 상기 건조도가 목표값에 도달하면 상기 가변구간에 진입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 가변구간은 상기 항율건조구간 진입 후 기준시간이 경과하면 진입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 가변구간은 상기 드럼의 회전속도를 상기 고속구간과 상기 저속구간으로 가변하되,상기 저속구간은 다시 정속구간과 상기 정속구간 보다 회전속도가 낮은 감속구간으로 구분되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 가변구간은 상기 정속구간, 상기 고속구간, 상기 감속구간이 주기적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 항율건조구간은 상기 가변구간에 진입되기 전까지 상기 저속구간이 지속적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 가변구간 진입전의 저속구간의 지속시간은 상기 가변구간 전체의 지속시간 보다 더 길게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 저속구간과 상기 가변구간 사이에 상기 고속구간과 상기 저속구간이 주기적 반복하여 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공기공급단계는예열구간(preheating period), 항율건조구간(constant rate period), 및 감율건조구간(falling rate period)으로 구분되고,상기 감율건조구간은 상기 순환유로의 토출온도가 기준온도 이상으로 상승하거나, 상기 의류의 건조도가 설정값에 도달하면 진입되고,상기 감율건조구간에는 상기 저속구간의 지속시간이 상기 고속구간의 지속시간 보다 더 길게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.

- 제19항에 있어서,상기 감율건조구간에서 상기 고속구간은 상기 저속구간 이후에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 감율건조구간에서 상기 고속구간에 진입되면 상기 감율건조구간이 완료될 때 까지 상기 고속구간과 상기 저속구간이 주기적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 의류의 건조도를 감지하는 건조센서를 더 포함하고,상기 고속구간의 진입은 상기 건조도가 상기 설정값 보다 높은 특정값에 도달하는 시점으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제22항에 있어서,상기 감율건조구간은 상기 건조도가 특정값 보다 높은 완료값에 도달하면 종료되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 의류를 수용하는 드럼과, 상기 드럼을 회전시키는 구동부와, 상기 드럼의 공기가 순환되거나 상기 공기에 함유된 수분이 응축되는 공간을 제공하는 순환유로와, 상기 순환유로를 흐르는 상기 공기를 가열하는 열교환부를 포함하며 옷감의 손상을 방지하는 옷감보호코스를 수행할 수 있는 의류처리장치의 제어방법에 있어서,상기 옷감보호코스는상기 열교환부를 통해 상기 드럼으로 가열된 상기 공기를 공급하는 공기공급단계;상기 공기공급단계 수행 중에 상기 드럼을 회전하는 회전단계;를 포함하고,상기 회전단계는상기 의류가 상기 드럼 내벽에 붙어서 회전하는 제1속도 이상으로 상기 드럼을 회전시키는 고속구간을 포함하는 방지단계와,상기 의류가 상기 드럼 중심 높이보다 상승하는 것을 방지되는 제한속도로 상기 드럼을 회전시키는 제한구간을 포함하는 보호단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 방지단계는상기 드럼을 상기 제한속도 보다는 빠르고 상기 제1속도 보다 낮은 제2속도로 회전하는 저속구간을 더 포함하고,상기 방지단계에서는 상기 고속구간과 상기 저속구간이 주기적으로 반복되어 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제25항에 있어서,상기 공기공급단계는 예열구간(preheating period), 항율건조구간(constant rate period), 및 감율건조구간(falling rate period)으로 구분되고,상기 방지단계는 상기 예열구간과, 상기 항율건조구간 및 상기 감율건조구간에서 수행되되,상기 방지단계는 상기 예열구간에서 상기 항율건조구간 및 상기 감율건조구간 보다 상기 저속구간 대비 상기 고속구간의 비율이 더 길게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제26항에 있어서,상기 회전단계는상기 항율건조구간에서 상기 드럼을 제한속도 보다는 빠르고 상기 제1속도 함하고,상기 방지단계는 상기 노출단계 이후에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제26항에 있어서,상기 회전단계는상기 항율건조구간에서 상기 드럼을 상기 제2속도에서 속도를 높이고 상기 제2속도보다 속도를 낮추는 것을 주기적으로 반복하는 분리단계를 더 포함하고,상기 방지단계는 상기 분리단계 이전에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 공기공급단계는 예열구간(preheating period), 항율건조구간(constant rate period), 및 감율건조구간(falling rate period)으로 구분되고,상기 보호단계는 상기 감율건조구간에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제29항에 있어서,상기 감율건조구간에서는 상기 보호단계가 수행된 다음 상기 방지단계가 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제30항에 있어서,상기 의류와 접촉하여 상기 의류의 건조도를 감지하는 건조센서를 더 포함하고,상기 방지단계는상기 감율건조구간에서 상기 보호단계 수행 중 상기 건조도가 특정값에 도달하면 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 옷감보호코스는상기 공기공급단계 수행 중에 상기 드럼에 공급되는 공기의 온도를 제어하는 온도제어단계를 더 포함하고,상기 온도제어단계는 상기 드럼 내부의 공기를 제한온도 이상으로 초과되는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제32항에 있어서,상기 열교환부는 상기 순환유로에 구비되어 상기 공기를 가열하는 열교환기와, 상기 순환유로의 외부에 구비되어 상기 열교환기에 가열된 냉매를 공급하는 압축기를 포함하고,상기 공기공급단계는 예열구간(preheating period), 항율건조구간(constant rate period), 및 감율건조구간(falling rate period)으로 구분되고,상기 온도제어단계는상기 예열구간, 상기 항율건조구간, 상기 감율건조구간이 진행될 때마다 상기 압축기의 구동rpm을 단계적으로 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
- 제33항에 있어서,상기 온도제어단계는상기 압축기를 상기 예열구간에서 상기 압축기를 최대 rpm까지 상승시켜 구동한 후에,상기 항율건조구간에서 상기 최대 rpm 보다 낮은 항율 rpm으로 구동하고,상기 감율건조구간에서 상기 항율 rpm 보다 낮은 감율 rpm으로 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 의류처리장치의 제어방법.
