CLAIMS Equipment for collecting and packaging articles (1) in a bag (50) made from a sheath (5) formed from two films of plastic material superposed and assembled together on their lateral edges, said equipment for collection comprising a container body (2) comprising an opening for the passage of the articles and a space for receiving at least one bag made from the sheath (5), located under the opening for the passenger of the articles, characterized in that it comprises: a drum-reel (4) capable of receiving the sheath (5) arranged in a roll, means for driving the unwinding of the sheath (5) from the drum-reel (4) towards the reception space over a predetermined height, means for gripping the sheath (20) comprising at least two pairs (8, 9) of drive rollers (8A, 8B, 9A, 9B) for each of the films of the sheath ( 5), parallel to each other, the rollers of each pair (8, 9) being in contact with each other, at least one of the rollers waters of each pair being rotatably mounted about its longitudinal axis, the rotary rollers of each pair being movable in rotation in opposite directions, the pairs of rollers being movable with respect to each other between a close position in which the rollers of a pair are in contact with the rollers of the other pair and a position in which they are separated from each other, and in that the unwinding drive means are arranged to cause unwinding of the sheath (5) between each of the pairs of drive rollers.
