作为进一步的优化方案,所述下推杆面向所述长径的一面开设有接收所述第二凸轮的条形孔,所述限位件还包括收容于所述条形孔的柔性件,当所述操作把手位于所述第一位置时,所述长径通过所述柔性件抵靠于所述上推杆和所述下推杆之间。
作为进一步的优化方案,所述控制机构还包括围绕所述枢转轴旋转的悬挂件,所述悬挂件设于所述操作把手的对侧,且与所述操作把手之间设有止动件,所述悬挂件与所述操作把手沿所述枢转轴的周向偏离一定的角度,仅当所述操作把手位于所述第一位置时,所述止动件抵靠所述悬挂件使所述悬挂件突出于操作把手之外。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:园林工具的操作把手在第二位置和第一位置间旋转,能够在对限位件解除限位的同时,触发安全开关,保证园林工具操作的安全性,同时操作把手与安全开关的触发件以及进行伸缩控制的止挡件围绕同一枢转轴旋转,仅需操作把手的一步操作即可同步完成至少两个操作,操作简单、结构精巧。

本发明不局限于上述具体实施方式。本领域普通技术人员可以很容易地理解到,在不脱离本发明原理和范畴的前提下,本发明的园林工具还有很多的替代方案。本发明的保护范围以权利要求书的内容为准。
参见图1所示,本申请所提及的园林工具在优选实施例中是割草机100,当然,在其他实施方式中,园林工具也可以是手推车或扫雪机等园林工具。
结合图1、图2所示,割草机100包括可相对伸缩的上推杆12和下推杆11,以及连接上推杆12和下推杆11的控制机构,控制机构包括安全开关6、伸缩锁紧组件8以及操作把手14,控制机构还包括触发安全开关6的触发件16,伸缩锁紧组件8包括可操作地进入上推杆12和下推杆11之间以限制上推杆12相对下推杆11伸缩的限位件,以及使限位件保持在限位状态的止挡件;其中,操作把手14可围绕一枢转轴15在第一位置和第二位置间旋转,触发件16和止挡件均连接于枢转轴15并被操作把手14驱动,当操作把手14位于第一位置时,止挡件抵压限位件,使上推杆12与下推杆11相对固定,触发件16未触发安全开关6,割草机100被允许开启;当操作把手14在第二位置时,安全开关6被触发,同时,止挡件与限位件分开,上推杆12相对下推杆11活动连接,割草机100被限制开启。
割草机100的操作把手14在第二位置和第一位置间旋转,能够在对限位件解除限位的同时,触发安全开关6,保证割草机100操作的安全性,同时操作把手14与安全开关6的触发件16以及进行伸缩控制的止挡件围绕同一枢转轴15旋转,仅需操作把手14的一步操作即可同步完成至少两个操作,操作简单、结构精巧。
安全开关6为触点开关或霍尔开关,在本实施方式中,安全开关6为触点开关。割草机100还包括位于控制机构上方的操作手柄3,操作手柄3上设有启动开关4,安全开关6与启动开关4信号连接,当安全开关6被触发,启动开关4被限制开启,割草机100无法进行割草操作,而当安全开关6未被触发,则启动开关4被允许开启,用户可开启动开关4以执行割草操作。
参见图2-图7,其中,控制机构包括壳体13,枢转轴15支撑于壳体13内,触发件16形成为沿径向突出于枢转轴15的凸轮,凸轮的旋转半径沿枢转轴15的轴向均匀变化。当操作把手14在第二位置(如图3、图6所示)时,凸轮的最大半径接触安全开关6。
安全开关6包括壳体63、突出于壳体63的按钮62以及由壳体63向外延伸的激发杆62,激发杆62位于按钮62的顶部,当操作把手14旋转到第二位置时,凸轮的最大半径抵压接触激发杆62,从而触发按钮62,而随着操作把手14转动到第一位置(如图4、图7所示),凸轮的最大半径沿枢转轴15的周向远离激发杆62,取而代之的是最小半径面向激发杆62,因而不能触发安全开关6。因此,当操作把手14固定到第一位置时,安全开关6未被触发,割草机100可被开启以进行割草操作。
本实施方式提供了伸缩锁紧组件8的两组优选实施例,即第一锁紧组件和第二锁紧组件,并且两组锁紧组件在本实施方式中并存,且都与操作把手14联动。换言之,操作把手14在第一位置和第二位置间旋转,不仅影响安全开关6的触发与否,同时对第一锁紧组件和第二锁紧组件起到一致的限定或解锁的作用。
结合图3、图4和图8-图10所示,在第一锁紧组件中,止挡件为沿枢转轴15的径向向外延伸的挡板19,挡板19与触发件16沿枢转轴15的轴向间隔设置。挡板19和凸轮同轴设置,两者同时随操作把手14的旋转而转动。
在此种情况下,限位件为可枢转地设于壳体13的限位板17和收容于限位板17的限位球18,下推杆11开设有接收限位球18的定位孔111,上推杆12开设有接收限位球18的限位孔121,仅当上推杆12相对下推杆11伸缩到指定位置时,定位孔111和限位孔121重合。当上推杆12伸缩到位时,定位孔111 和限位孔121重合,限位球18进入定位孔111和限位孔121之间,限制上推杆12和下推杆11的相对运动。值得一提的是,限位板17可枢转地设于壳体13内,如此,使得限位球18可以随着限位板17的枢转运动退出定位孔111和限位孔121,以允许上推杆12相对下推杆11进行伸缩。在本实施方式中,限位板17的枢轴171所在的平面与操作把手14的枢转轴15垂直。
继续参见图3、图4和图9、图10,伸缩锁紧组件8包括弹性件81,弹性件81设于限位板17和壳体13之间,弹性件81使限位板17具有带动限位球18向靠近定位孔111的方向运动的趋势。弹性件81为压缩弹簧,位于壳体13和限位板17之间的压缩弹簧具有回复到自然长度的弹性力,该弹性力驱使限位板17向靠近定位孔111的方向移动,使得限位球18始终具有进入定位孔111和限位孔121之间以限制上推杆12相对下推杆11伸缩的趋势,如此能保证上推杆12和下推杆11保持伸展状态以避免轻易被收缩。
另外,在枢转轴15的轴向上,挡板19和限位板17紧邻设置,当操作把手14旋转到第一位置时(如图4、图10所示),挡板19沿枢转轴15的周向与限位板17位置重合从而限制限位板17的枢转运动。
挡板19随着操作把手14旋转时,在枢转轴15的周向上,挡板19具有与限位板17至少部分重合的位置和与限位板17错开的两种位置,当操作把手14位于第一位置时(如图4、图10所示),挡板19与限位板17重合,挡板19限制了限位板17的枢转运动,使得限位板17无法绕枢轴171朝远离定位孔111的方向转动,此时限位球18被固定于定位孔111和限位孔121之间,上推杆12无法相对下推杆11进行伸缩操作;而当操作把手14位于第二位置时(如图3、图9所示),挡板19让出限位板17的活动空间,允许限位球18退出定位孔111,此时如果用户施加一定的作用力,则上推杆12容易克服限位球18的阻力,使 限位孔121的边缘越过限位球18并将限位球18推出定位孔111以外,从而实现上推杆12相对下推杆11的伸缩操作。
继续参见图8-图10所示,在本实施方式中,第二伸缩锁紧组件可视为对第一伸缩锁紧组件的补充,对伸缩锁紧有进一步的稳固、加强作用,而在其他实施方式中,第一伸缩锁紧组件和第二伸缩锁紧组件可择一使用,单独实现伸缩锁紧的功能。在第二伸缩锁紧组件中,止挡件为径向突出于枢转轴15的第二凸轮82,第二凸轮82围绕枢转轴15的周向具有长径和短径,当操作把手14旋转到第一位置时(如图10所示),第二凸轮82的长径面向下推杆11。凸轮的长径起到对下推杆11和上推杆12的抵压作用,增大了上推杆12相对下推杆11伸缩所需的摩擦力。进一步地,第二凸轮82位于枢转轴15的端部,并与限位板17位于下推杆11相邻的一侧,即两种伸缩锁紧方式面向下推杆11的两个不同的侧面,且同时发挥限位作用,也同步解锁,由此保证了锁紧的稳定性。
在第二伸缩锁紧组件中,下推杆11面向长径的一面开设有接收第二凸轮82的条形孔113,限位件为收容于条形孔113的柔性件83,当操作把手14位于第一位置时,长径通过柔性件83抵靠于上推杆12和下推杆11之间。条形孔113和柔性件83的设置,便于第二凸轮82对上推杆12和下推杆11之间施加更为显著的影响,即在第一位置时(如图10所示),第二凸轮82使柔性件83穿过条形孔113而直接抵压到上推杆12的管壁上,作用力更大,同时柔性件83与上推杆12管壁的接触,增加了阻滞作用,使得操作把手14在第一位置时,用户如强行伸缩上推杆12,会遭受强大的阻力而难以实现伸缩操作。
当然,如用户需要伸缩上推杆12,只需旋转操作把手14,将操作把手14从第一位置转动到第二位置(如图9所示),此时,第二凸轮82转动到短径与柔性件83接触,而使得柔性件83不再抵押上推杆12的管壁,与此同时,挡板 19由与限位板17周向重合且轴向抵靠的位置转动到周向错开的位置,使得两组伸缩锁紧组件8均解除对上推杆12和下推杆11之间的限位作用,这样,用户只需向第二推杆施加一定的拉力或压力,使其克服限位球18的阻力而将限位球18挤压出定位孔111外,即可进行拉伸或收缩的操作,直到拉伸到位或收缩到位时,定位孔111和限位孔121重合,限位球18在弹性力的驱使下再次进入定位孔111和限位孔121中,完成上推杆12相对下推杆11的固定。值得注意的是,此时,安全开关6被触发件16触发,割草机100处于不能启动割草的状态。
进一步地,如此时上推杆12相对下推杆11处于伸展位置,且用户需要执行割草操作,则只需将操作把手14转回到第一位置,使挡板19转回到限位限位板17的位置,且第二凸轮82的长径通过柔性件83抵触在上推杆12和下推杆11之间,以完成伸缩锁紧,与此同时,触发件16的凸轮短径面向安全开关6,安全开关6未被触发,对割草机100的启动开关4不再有限制作用,这样,用户开启启动开关4即可进行割草操作。
另外,控制机构还包括围绕枢转轴15旋转的悬挂件7,挂件7设有挂钩71,悬挂件7设于操作把手14的对侧,且与操作把手14之间设有止动件72,悬挂件7与操作把手14沿枢转轴15的周向偏离一定的角度,仅当操作把手14位于第一位置时,止动件72抵靠悬挂件7使悬挂件7突出于操作把手14之外。悬挂件7的设置,进一步发挥了操作把手14的联动作用,使得推杆机构1在收纳时能够与割草机100主体2产生连接作用,加强推杆机构1收纳的稳定性。
综上,本申请中的操作把手14旋转时可带动安全开关6的触发件16、限制限位板17的挡板19、抵触柔性件83的第二凸轮82以及用于稳固推杆机构1的悬挂件同步运动,结构精巧且操作简单、稳定性高,保证了割草机100的操作安全性和便利性。
本发明不局限于上述具体实施方式。本领域普通技术人员可以很容易地理解到,在不脱离本发明原理和范畴的前提下,本发明的园林工具还有很多的替代方案。本发明的保护范围以权利要求书的内容为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种园林工具,包括可相对伸缩的上推杆和下推杆,以及连接所述上推杆和下推杆的控制机构,所述控制机构包括安全开关、伸缩锁紧组件以及操作把手,所述控制机构还包括触发所述安全开关的触发件,所述伸缩锁紧组件包括可操作地进入所述上推杆和所述下推杆之间以限制所述上推杆相对所述下推杆伸缩的限位件,以及使所述限位件保持在限位状态的止挡件;其特征在于:所述操作把手可围绕一枢转轴在第一位置和第二位置间旋转,所述触发件和所述止挡件均连接于所述枢转轴并被所述操作把手驱动,当所述操作把手位于所述第一位置时,所述止挡件抵压所述限位件,使所述上推杆与所述下推杆相对固定,所述触发件未触发所述安全开关,所述园林工具被允许开启;当所述操作把手在所述第二位置时,所述安全开关被触发,同时,所述止挡件与所述限位件分开,所述上推杆相对所述下推杆活动连接,所述园林工具被限制开启。
- 根据权利要求1所述的园林工具,其特征在于:所述安全开关为触点开关或霍尔开关。
- 根据权利要求2所述的园林工具,其特征在于:所述控制机构包括壳体,所述枢转轴支撑于所述壳体内,所述触发件形成为沿径向突出于所述枢转轴的凸轮,所述凸轮的旋转半径沿所述枢转轴的轴向均匀变化,当所述操作把手在所述第二位置时,所述凸轮的最大半径接触所述安全开关。
- 根据权利要求1所述的园林工具,其特征在于:所述止挡件包括沿所述枢转轴的径向向外延伸的挡板,所述挡板与所述触发件沿所述枢转轴的轴向分开设置。
- 根据权利要求4所述的园林工具,其特征在于:所述限位件包括可枢转地设 于所述壳体的限位板和收容于所述限位板的限位球,所述下推杆开设有接收所述限位球的定位孔,所述上推杆开设有接收所述限位球的限位孔,仅当所述上推杆相对所述下推杆伸缩到指定位置时,所述定位孔和所述限位孔重合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的园林工具,其特征在于:所述伸缩锁紧组件包括弹性件,所述弹性件设于所述限位板和所述壳体之间,所述弹性件使所述限位板具有带动所述限位球向靠近所述定位孔的方向运动的趋势。
- 根据权利要求5所述的园林工具,其特征在于:在所述枢转轴的轴向上,所述挡板和所述限位板紧邻设置,当所述操作把手旋转到所述第一位置时,所述挡板沿所述枢转轴的周向与所述限位板位置重合从而限制所述限位板的枢转运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的园林工具,其特征在于:所述止挡件包括径向突出于所述枢转轴第二凸轮,所述第二凸轮围绕所述枢转轴的周向具有长径和短径,当所述操作把手旋转到所述第一位置时,所述第二凸轮的所述长径面向所述下推杆。
- 根据权利要求8所述的园林工具,其特征在于:所述下推杆面向所述长径的一面开设有接收所述第二凸轮的条形孔,所述限位件包括收容于所述条形孔的柔性件,当所述操作把手位于所述第一位置时,所述长径通过所述柔性件抵靠于所述上推杆和所述下推杆之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的园林工具,其特征在于:所述控制机构还包括围绕所述枢转轴旋转的悬挂件,所述悬挂件设于所述操作把手的对侧,且与所述操作把手之间设有止动件,所述悬挂件与所述操作把手沿所述枢转轴的周向偏离一定的角度,仅当所述操作把手位于所述第一位置时,所述止动件抵靠所述悬挂件使所述悬挂件突出于操作把手之外。
