技术领域

背景技术
基于各种可能的不同需求,人们常常需要将调味剂、营养剂等补充剂在液体中冲泡/溶解后服用。补充剂有多种服用方式,例如,可以将泡腾片溶入一杯水中或以类似的方式来释放营养补充剂。
本申请旨在提供一种新的服用补充剂方式,以克服或实质上改善现有技术的一些缺陷,或至少提供一种替代方法。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种新的服用补充剂的方式,为此提供了一种可连接到饮料容器的瓶口处的饮料补充剂瓶盖,该饮料补充剂瓶盖配置为将水溶性层暴露于饮料容器的瓶口,以便在摇晃和/或翻转饮 料容器时可由该饮料容器内的液体浸润水溶性层,从而使得该水溶性层分解,以将补充剂释放到饮料容器内。

参照图1,存储空间105的开口107可以同轴定位在圆柱形的容 器接合部分108内。开口107可少量延伸到瓶口101内或完全位于瓶口101内,并允许其与饮料容器102的接口109内壁面之间有一定间距。因此,补充剂106被在瓶口101内释放,并避免在饮料容器102的边缘表面上堆积。
存储空间105具有朝向开口107渐缩的漏斗裙板114。该漏斗裙板114可确保所有补充剂106从存储空间105落下,并引导补充剂106穿过狭窄的开口107。
参照图3,开口107可以由与水溶性片剂103直径相匹配的圆柱形圈口115限定。开口107还可包括在周向延伸的上凸缘116,其使水溶性片剂103的上表面定位。如图3所示,上凸缘116在横截面上可呈楔形,以延续漏斗裙板114的光滑轮廓,同时呈现正交边,与水溶性片剂103的上平面平齐。
在一种实施例中,开口107可以配置为以图1所示的方式连接水溶性片剂103或以图8所示的方式连接水溶性膜123。
开口107还可以包括下边缘117,水溶性片剂103被卡在圆柱形圈口115处。在生产过程中,机器可以将水溶性片剂103压入圆柱形圈口115中,随后使下边缘117变形,将下边缘117包裹在水溶性片剂103周围,以防止水溶性片剂103从圆柱形圈口115中掉落。
在进一步的实施例中,圆柱形圈口115的内部可以包括摩擦接合部、啮合部(spurs)等,以将水溶性片剂103摩擦接合和/或保持在圆柱形圈口115内。
参照图4和图5所示,饮料补充剂瓶盖100可设置为具有可拆卸 的密封箔118,以保持水溶性片剂103干燥。密封箔118可以露出有拉片119,以在连接到饮料容器102之前,通过拉动该拉片119去除饮料补充剂瓶盖100的密封箔118。
参照图6和图7所示,饮料补充剂瓶盖100也可以由可拆卸的密封塞120密封,该瓶塞连接到安全防揭环113或容器接合部分108。
密封塞120可包括含有干燥剂的腔室121,以保持水溶性片剂103干燥。
存储空间105的体积可能取决于其中所包含的补充剂106的性质。例如,存储空间105的体积可以从大约5cm3至50cm3或更多。
在一些实施例中,存储空间105可分为一系列独立的隔间,每个隔间具有不同类型的补充剂106。
在一些实施例中,这些单独的隔间可以由单独的水溶性层分开。因此,最低的水溶性层可首先分解,从而从存储空间105的最低的腔室释放第一类型的补充剂,然后下一个水溶性层分解,从而随后释放第二类型的补充剂等。
或者,存储空间105的这些单独隔间之间的分隔结构可以将水溶性层分隔,以便当水溶性层分解时,多种补充剂106同时从每个单独的隔间释放。
饮料补充剂瓶盖100的使用可包括拆开其包装部分,例如通过去除图4和图5所示的密封箔118或去除如图6和瓶7所示的密封塞120。
此后,饮料补充剂瓶盖100可以连接到现有的饮料容器102上, 例如通过将容器接合部分108拧到饮料容器102的接口109的螺纹110上。
进而,摇晃和/或翻转容器102可以浸润通过瓶口101暴露的水溶性层,从而导致水溶性层在合理时间内分解。其中,在水溶性层包括水溶性片剂103的实施例中,水溶性片剂103本身可以向饮料容器102内的液体104添加补充剂。水溶性片剂103可向液体104中添加营养成分、香料和/或类似的补充剂。
在一些实施例中,补充剂106可以被从储存空间105引入到液体104中。在一些实施例中,所述水溶性片剂103和储存空间105都添加补充剂,它们可以是互补的,例如,水溶性片剂103可以引入味道,而储存空间105内的补充剂106可能是引入营养。或者,由水溶性片剂103引入的补充剂可以与由储存空间105引入的补充剂106发生化学反应。
一旦补充剂106被添加到液体104中,就可以以正常方式从容器102中使用具有补充剂的液体104。
在一些实施例中,饮料补充剂瓶盖100还可以包括压力释放机构,以便在水溶性片剂103分解期间释放任何气体成分(例如二氧化碳)。压力释放机构可以被配置为防止水溶性片剂103泄漏,包括在摇晃饮料容器102时,但允许气体成分逃逸。在一种实施例中,压力释放机构可以通过使得容器接合部分108与饮料容器102的接口109啮合的方式来配置,由此尽管液体104基本上不能在它们之间通过,但气体成分可以通过。例如,容器接合部分108的下边缘可形成有凹槽,以 便不完全密封地抵靠在饮料容器102的颈环111上,从而允许气体成分在其之间流动。
在本申请中,补充剂106可以包括任何类型的补充剂,包括风味补充剂、营养补充剂、代餐品等。
以上结合附图详细描述了本申请的优选实施方式,但是,本申请并不限于此。在本申请的技术构思范围内,可以对本申请的技术方案进行多种简单变型,包括各个具体技术特征以任何合适的方式进行组合。为了避免不必要的重复,本申请对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。但这些简单变型和组合同样应当视为本申请所公开的内容,均属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种饮料补充剂瓶盖,其特征在于,该饮料补充剂瓶盖(100)具有用于连接至饮料容器(102)的瓶口(101)处的容器接合部分(108)和由水溶性层封闭的存储空间(105),该存储空间(105)内存储有补充剂(106),并配置为:当该饮料补充剂瓶盖(100)通过所述容器接合部分(108)连接至所述瓶口(101)时,所述水溶性层暴露于所述饮料容器(102)内的液体(104),以能够通过使得该液体(104)与所述水溶性层接触而使该水溶性层分解,并允许所述存储空间(105)内的所述补充剂(106)被释放到所述饮料容器(102)中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料补充剂瓶盖,其特征在于,所述水溶性层包括水溶性片剂(103)和水溶性膜(123)中的至少一者。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料补充剂瓶盖,其特征在于,所述水溶性层的朝向所述存储空间(105)内的一侧表面上设有阻水隔层,该阻水隔层设置为在所述水溶性层分解后允许所述存储空间(105)内的所述补充剂(106)通过并被释放到所述饮料容器(102)中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料补充剂瓶盖,其特征在于,所述容器接合部分(108)具有用于螺接至所述饮料容器(102)的瓶口(101)处的螺纹(112),以及/或者,所述容器接合部分(108)的用于朝向所述饮料容器(102)的一端设有安全防揭环(113),该安全防揭 环(113)设置为在所述容器接合部分(108)连接至所述饮料容器(102)的瓶口(101)时变形或脱落。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料补充剂瓶盖,其特征在于,所述存储空间(105)具有能够至少部分地伸入至所述饮料容器(102)的瓶口(101)内的开口(107),所述水溶性层固定于该开口(107)内以封闭所述存储空间(105)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的饮料补充剂瓶盖,其特征在于,所述存储空间(105)的底壁由朝向所述开口(107)渐缩的漏斗裙板(114)限定,该漏斗裙板(114)和所述开口(107)彼此相接的位置形成径向向内凸出的上凸缘(116),所述水溶性层的上表面定位于该上凸缘(116)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的饮料补充剂瓶盖,其特征在于,所述开口(107)具有包裹于所述水溶性层的下表面上的下边缘(117)。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的饮料补充剂瓶盖,其特征在于,所述饮料补充剂瓶盖(100)的朝向所述饮料容器(102)的一端连接有密封箔(118)或密封塞(120),以将所述开口(107)和固定于该开口(107)内的所述水溶性层封闭在所述容器接合部分(108)内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的饮料补充剂瓶盖,其特征在于,在具有所述密封塞(120)的情形下,该密封塞(120)设有向所述水溶性层暴露的干燥剂。
  10. 一种饮料瓶,其特征在于,包括容纳有液体(104)的饮料容器(102)和能够连接至该饮料容器(102)的瓶口(101)处的根据权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的饮料补充剂瓶盖(100)。
