技术领域
本公开涉及电子设备结构领域,具体而言,涉及装饰结构、壳体组件、电子设备及光电组件。
背景技术
一些电子设备(如手机、平板电脑等)会在其外壳的壳板处设置装饰结构,用于装饰和保护如后置摄像头等元件。这些装饰组件通常通过粘接或卡接的方式直接和壳板连接。
然而,这样的连接方式存在连接强度或可靠性较低、密封效果较差的问题。
发明内容
本申请提供装饰结构、壳体组件、电子设备及光电组件,以解决现有电子设备的壳板处装饰结构连接可靠性较低、密封效果较差的问题。
本申请的实施例是这样实现的:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种装饰结构,用于安装至电子设备的壳板,壳板具有相对的外板面和内板面;壳板开设有贯通外板面和内板面的安装板孔。装饰结构包括座件和外装件。座件包括座板和连接于座板外周的环沿。外装件包括主体部分;主体部分包括中间部分和位于中间部分外圈的外环部分。其中,中间部分和座板在安装板孔处相互连接。环沿和外环部分相互间隔并限定环形的配合槽,以容许壳板在其安装板孔外周附近的板体配合于配合槽内。
本申请实施例中的装饰结构使用时,座件从壳板的内板面一侧装入,使其环沿贴合于壳板的内板面、座板对应于安装板孔处;外装件从壳板的外板面一侧连接至壳板,且使其主体部分的中间部分和座板相互连接、外环部分和环沿内外间隔相对共同将壳板夹于中间,形成定位安装。
本申请实施例中的座件和外装件分别从壳板的内外两侧安装,安装后,壳板配合于配合槽中,被环沿和外环部分内外限位,不容易向外或向内脱开或晃动,提高连接的牢固程度。
在一种可能的实现方式中,环沿的外表面从座板的外表面向远离外装件的方向偏移,以使环沿的外表面和外环部分的内表面之间限定配合槽。
本实现方式中,外装件可以密封贴合壳板的安装板孔周边的外板面部分,对安装板孔进行一层的密封。环沿大致贴合壳板的内板面、座板伸入配合在安装板孔内,一方面方便外装件连接在座板上,另一方面形成对安装板孔形成另一层密封。即该结构能够在提高外装件的安装可靠性的基础上,方便地实现两层密封,进一步加强了安装板孔处的密封性。
在一种可能的实现方式中,座板的外表面和中间部分的内表面之间相互间隔以限定缝隙,缝隙内设置有第一密封环。第一密封环呈环状,并密封设置于座板的外表面和中间部分的内表面之间。
本实现方式中,通过在座板的外表面和中间部分的内表面间预留缝隙,并在缝隙中设置第一密封环,可以对密封环内部空间形成额外的密封,密封隔绝其内侧密封孔。
在一种可能的实现方式中,装饰结构还包括连接螺钉。座板开设有连接通孔,中间部分对应位置设有连接螺纹孔。连接螺钉通过连接通孔和连接螺纹孔将座板紧钉连接于中间部分。第一密封环为弹性结构,其能够受压在厚度方向上被弹性压缩。
本实现方式中,通过连接螺钉的方式实现连接,可根据需要调节锁紧力,结合弹性的第一密封环,可以实现在保持密封性能的基础上,适应较大的形位公差。例如,在安装时,若因结构设计公差等原因使得所需安装状态下座板的外表面和中间部分的内表面之间的间距小于设计值,则可通过将连接螺钉拧入多一点,使第一密封环在厚度方向被压缩,从而弥补实际间距和设计值不匹配的问题。
在其他实现方式中,座件和外装件之间还可以通过卡接的方式实现连接。
在一种可能的实现方式中,第一密封环由密封泡棉或背胶构成。
背胶能够实现面之间的粘接连接,一般厚度较小。密封泡棉则具有相对较大的厚度,并具有一定的弹性,能够在厚度方向被压缩,因而能够对结构的形位公差起到一定的弥补作用;同时,设置密封泡棉也可以对结构之间相互作用力起到一定缓冲的效果。密封泡棉同样可以设置得具有一定的粘接能力,实现对座板的外表面和中间部分的内表面之间的粘接。
在一种可能的实现方式中,外装件还包括一体连接于主体部分的延伸部分,延伸部分连接于外环部分外侧;延伸部分具有用于容置功能器件的容置腔和用于功能器件安装的固定安装面。延伸部分用于叠合在壳板在其安装板孔之外的外板面上。
延伸部分叠合在壳板外板面一侧,其容置腔可以用于安装功能器件,即增大了外装件的整体尺寸,也不会影响壳板内部结构的设置。
在一种可能的实现方式中,容置腔为由第一槽孔和第二槽孔构成的台阶孔。第一槽孔连通至延伸部分的外表面,第二槽孔连通至延伸部分的内表面。第二槽孔的槽底面朝向延伸部分的内表面,作为功能器件的固定安装面。
本实现方式中,通过将容置腔设置为台阶孔,并将台阶面(第二槽孔的槽底面)作为功能器件的固定安装面,如此,可以在固定安装面上设置背胶等,然后将功能器件(如闪光灯)从外装件的内表面一侧装入并粘接在固定安装面上。同时使功能器件(如闪光灯)对应第一槽孔,以实现和外接的光/热等信息交换。
在一种可能的实现方式中,延伸部分从其外表面向内表面凹陷形成的容置腔。容置腔的底面作为功能器件的固定安装面。装饰结构还开设有连通槽道,连通槽道一端连通于容置腔的侧面、另一端贯通座件对应安装板孔处,用于容许功能器件的引线穿过进入壳板内侧。
该实现方式中,容置腔设置为从外表面凹入的盲孔型,通过容置腔的底面作为功能器件的固定安装面,方便功能器件的安装固定。另外,开设的连通槽道方便功能器件引线的引出,并能够通过安装板孔进入壳板内侧接线。
在一种可能的实现方式中,外装件的截面外轮廓呈条形、正多边形或圆形。
外装件设置在外,其对产品的外观具有较大影响。本实现方式中,可通过设置外装件的形状来使其外观符合要求。
在一种可能的实现方式中,座板的截面外轮廓呈割圆形。外装件的截面外轮廓呈和座板的割圆形同心对应的圆形,圆形的一割线将其分为第一割圆和第二割圆;外装件在第一割圆内的部分为主体部分,外装件在第二割圆内的部分为延伸部分。第一割圆包括中间的第三割圆和第三割圆外周的割圆环,第三割圆的形状和座板的形状基本相同;主体部分在第三割圆内的部分为中间部分,主体部分在割圆环内的部分为外环部分。
该实现方式中,设置在壳板外侧的外装件整体呈圆形,结构外观规则美观,方便摄像头和其他功能器件在外装件上的排布。并且,通过使割圆形的主体部分对应连接在壳板的安装板孔外周的板体,形成对安装板孔的封闭。剩下的割圆形的延伸部分贴合在壳板的板体上,一方面增大了外装件的整体尺寸及和壳板的接触面积(粘接面积),另一方面,延伸部分位于壳板外侧,不会影响壳板内侧其他结构件(如电池等)的布设。
可选地,主体部分所在的第一割圆为优弧圆(大于半圆),占外装件的大半部分;延伸部分所在的第二割圆为劣弧圆(小于半圆),占外装件的大半部分。
在一种可能的实现方式中,外装件设有若干外周透光孔。若干外周透光孔和容置腔分布在以外装件的圆心为中心的同一圆周上。
该实现方式中,外周透光孔和容置腔组合分布在一个圆周上,既能满足摄像头和功能器件在外装件上整体均匀布置的需求,又能充分利用外装件的主体部分和延伸部分的板面空间,使外装件布置美观合理。
在一种可能的实现方式中,外装件的圆心处开设置有中心透光孔。
该实现方式中,进一步利用外装件中心位置进行透光孔的布置,对应位置可以布设摄像头等器件。
在一种可能的实现方式中,容置腔贯通外装件的外表面。外装件的外表面上连接有保护镜片,保护镜片封闭容置腔在外表面侧的开口。
该实现方式中,容置腔贯通外装件的外表面,以使装设在容置腔内的功能器件能够和外接进行光/热互动。设置保护镜片能够保护内部结构,且对容置腔的开口进行密封。
在一种可能的实现方式中,保护镜片具有遮光区和透光区。容置于容置腔内的功能器件能够对应于透光区。
该实现方式中,通过保护镜片的遮光区和透光区设置,可以确保透光和外观美化。
在一种可能的实现方式中,保护镜片和外表面之间由第四密封环密封胶合。
该实现方式中,第四密封环可采用密封泡棉或背胶等实现。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供一种壳体组件,包括壳板和前述的装饰结构。壳板具有相对的外板面和内板面,壳板包括贯通外板面和内板面的安装板孔。环沿卡配于壳板的内板面,座板对应于安装板孔。外环部分粘接于壳板的外板面,中间部分对应于座板,并与座板固定连接。
本申请实施例中的壳体组件可用在电子设备中,例如作为电子设备的后盖结构,将电池等结构盖合在电子设备的内部。该壳体组件的壳板和装饰结构的连接方式使得装饰结构能够可靠地连接于壳板,且连接处密封性好。
在一种可能的实现方式中,外装件的内表面和壳板的外板面之间由第二密封环密封胶合。
该实现方式中,第二密封环可以是密封泡棉或背胶。
在一种可能的实现方式中,环沿和壳板之间设置有第三密封环。
该实现方式中,第三密封环可以是密封泡棉或背胶。
背胶能够实现面之间的粘接连接,一般厚度较小。密封泡棉则具有相对较大的厚度,并具有一定的弹性,能够在厚度方向被压缩,因而能够对结构的形位公差起到一定的弥补作用;同时,设置第三密封环为密封泡棉也可以对座件和壳板之间相互作用力起到一定缓冲的效果。密封泡棉同样可以设置得具有一定的粘接能力,实现对环沿的外表面和壳板的内板面之间的粘接。
第三方面,本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备,该电子设备的盖板采用前述的壳体组件。
本申请实施例的第三方面还提供一种电子设备,包括电池、壳板、功能器件和前述外装件包括延伸部分的装饰结构。功能器件设置于容置腔内。壳板具有相对的外板面和内板面;壳板包括贯通外板面和内板面的安装板孔。环沿卡配于壳板的内板面,座板对应于安装板孔;外环部分和延伸部分分别粘接于壳板的外板面;中间部分对应于座板,并与座板固定连接。电池设置在壳板的内板面一侧,并对应于壳板在其安装板孔之外的部分。电池在内板面上的投影和延伸部分在内板面上的投影具有重叠区域。容置腔对应于重叠区域。
该电子设备中,延伸部分叠合在壳板外板面一侧并和电池具有重叠区域,其容置腔可以用于安装功能器件,即增大了外装件的整体尺寸,也不会影响壳板内部的电池的设置,即可以适应较大尺寸的电池。并且,在外装件受外界压力时,其延伸部分的受力能够被壳板缓冲,从而不会直接传递至电池,能够确保电池使用的安全性。
在一种可能的实现方式中,电池包括电芯和电池保护板。电芯在内板面上的投影和延伸部分在内板面上的投影具有重叠区域。
该实现方式中,使延伸部分延伸至和电芯重叠,进一步扩大了外装件的尺寸。并且,在壳板的保护下,电芯的安全性同样有较好的保障。
在一种可能的实现方式中,电池包括电芯和电池保护板。电池保护板位于电芯靠近安装板孔一端,或者位于电芯远离安装板孔一端,或者位于电芯的一侧。
该实现方式中,电池保护板的设置可以根据需要设定。
在一种可能的实现方式中,电子设备还包括用作功能器件引线的柔性电路板。电池包括电芯和电池保护板。电池保护板位于电芯靠近安装板孔一端,且电池保护板的上表面和壳板的内板面之间具有厚向空间。环沿伸入到厚向空间内。柔性电路板包括U形板部和弹接片,U形板部包括第一板部、第二板部和第三板部。第一板部贴合连接于固定安装面,第三板部贴合连接于环沿的内表面并伸入厚向空间内,第二板部穿过外装件和座件并连接于第一板部和第三板部之间。弹接片位于座件内侧,且一端连接于第三板部、另一端延伸至厚向空间外对应于安装板孔的位置。弹接片能够相对第三板部发生沿内外的弹性形变,用于实现柔性电路板的电弹接。功能器件设置于第一板部之上。
该实现方式中,能够通过柔性电路板实现功能器件的电连接和机械连接,结构紧凑合理,且连接方便。此外,环沿伸入到厚向空间,即和壳板具有厚向重叠部分,进一步利用电池所在空间。
在一种可能的实现方式中,电子设备为手机。电子设备还包括屏幕、中框、后置摄像头和功能器件。屏幕连接于中框的一侧;壳板间隔地连接于中框的另一侧,并和中框共同限定内部空间;内部空间包括用于容置电池的第一空间和用于容置后置摄像头的第二空间;第二空间对应于安装板孔,第一空间对应于壳板的安装板孔外的部分。外装件开设有透光孔,座件具有对应透光孔的通孔。后置摄像头设置于第二空间,并对应于透光孔和通孔。
本实现方式给出了电子设备为手机的实施方式。
第四方面,本申请实施例还提供一种光电组件,包括光电元件和前述外装件设置有延伸部分的装饰结构。光电元件设置于容置腔内,并固定安装于外装件。
将光学元件组装于外装件,可以方便地进行一体装配。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。当一个元件被认为是“设置于”另一个元件,它可以是直接设置在另一个元件上或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。
本申请的一些实施方式作详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施方式及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。
参见图1,本申请实施例提供一种电子设备100,其包括壳体组件200和其他结构。壳体组件200作为电子设备100的一盖板,可以用于电子设备100的正面、背面或其他位置。其他结构可以包括如电池、屏幕、中框等结构。其中,“正面”和“背面”为相对概念,仅为方便描述而提出。例如,对于电子设备为手机时,通常认为其屏幕一面为正面,其后盖一面为背面;当然,反过来认为屏幕一面为背面也可。
该处所说的电子设备100可以是手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、电子手表等,也可以是摄像机、视频监视器或其他电子设备100。
参见图2和图3,本申请实施例提供的壳体组件200包括壳板10和装饰结构300。装饰结构300装设在壳板10上,两者能够组合用作电子设备100的盖板。
配合参见图4-图6,壳板10具有相对的外板面P1和内板面P2,并开设有贯通外板面P1和内板面P2的安装板孔K1。该处,外板面P1指组装在电子设备100之上时,壳板10朝向电子设备100外侧的表面;相应的,内板面P2指组装在电子设备100之上时,壳板10朝向电子设备100内侧的表面。
装饰结构300主要包括座件30和外装件20。座件30包括座板31和连接于座板31外周的环沿32。配合参见图7,外装件20包括主体部分21,主体部分21包括中间部分21a和位于中间部分21a外圈的外环部分21b。其中,中间部分21a和座板31在安装板孔K1处相互连接。环沿32和外环部分21b相互间隔并限定环形的配合槽C1。
壳板10在其安装板孔K1外周附近的板体配合于配合槽C1内,在组装状态下,环沿32卡配于壳板10的内板面P2,座板31对应于安装板孔K1。外环部分21b粘接于壳板10的外板面P1,中间部分21a对应于座板31,并与座板31固定连接。
本申请实施例中的装饰结构300和壳板10组装时,座件30从壳板10的内板面P2一侧装入,使其环沿32贴合于壳板10的内板面P2、座板31对应于安装板孔K1处;外装件20从壳板10的外板面P1一侧连接至壳板10,且使其主体部分21的中间部分21a和座板31相互连接、外环部分21b和环沿32内外间隔相对共同将壳板10夹于中间,形成定位安装。
本申请实施例中的装饰结构在壳板上的安装位置可以根据需要设置。例如,在壳板10为手机的盖板时,其形状大致为矩形,对应的装饰结构300可设置在壳板10的宽向中间位置。当然,装饰结构300也可以设置在壳板10的左上角或其他需要的位置。
本申请实施例中的座件30和外装件20分别从壳板10的内外板面P1两侧安装,安装后, 壳板10配合于配合槽C1中,被环沿32和外环部分21b内外限位,座件30和外装件20不容易向外或向内脱开或晃动,提高连接的牢固程度。
在一种可能的实现方式中,环沿32的外表面从座板31的外表面向远离外装件20的方向偏移,以使环沿32的外表面和外环部分21b的内表面之间限定前述的配合槽C1。
该处出现的“内表面”、“外表面”对应指在组装状态下朝向电子设备100内侧、外侧的表面。在无特别说明的情况下,本文中其他位置出现的“内表面”、“外表面”也依此解释。
本实现方式中,外装件20可以密封贴合壳板10的安装板孔K1周边的外板面P1部分,对安装板孔K1进行一层的密封。环沿32大致贴合壳板10的内板面P2、座板31伸入配合在安装板孔K1内,一方面方便外装件20连接在座板31上,另一方面形成对安装板孔K1形成另一层密封。即该结构能够在提高外装件20的安装可靠性的基础上,方便地实现两层密封,进一步加强了安装板孔K1处的密封性。
本实现方式中,可选地,座板31为一平板结构,其外边缘向垂直于板面的方向延伸形成连接环壁33,连接环壁33远离座板31的一端沿平行于座板31的板面方向向外侧延伸形成前述环沿32。如此可得到环沿32的外表面相对座板31的外表面偏移的结构。可选地,偏移的距离大致为壳板10的厚度。该结构中,连接环壁33配合在安装板孔K1内,连接环壁33的外周面可以和安装板孔K1的孔壁面之间形成定位配合。
在其他实现方式中,还可以设置为中间部分21a伸入配合安装板孔K1内来实现外装件20和壳板10之间的定位配合。或者,中间部分21a和座板31分别伸入安装板孔K1内部分深度以共同配合在安装板孔K1内,分别实现外装件20和座件30两者与壳板10之间的定位配合。当然,外装件20/座件30与壳板10之间的定位配合还可以采用其他结构实现,并不局限以采用部分伸入安装板孔K1的形式实现。
主要参见图4和图5,座板31的外表面和中间部分21a的内表面之间相互间隔以限定缝隙f1,缝隙f1内设置有第一密封环41。第一密封环41呈环状(见于图6),并密封设置于座板31的外表面和中间部分21a的内表面之间,即座板31可通过第一密封环41和中间部分21a相叠合。可选地,第一密封环41可以是圆环形或其他形状的封闭环形。外装件20开设有若干透光孔K2,至少部分的透光孔K2位于第一密封环41内侧。本实现方式中,通过在座板31的外表面和中间部分21a的内表面间预留缝隙f1,并在缝隙f1中设置第一密封环41,可以对密封环内部空间Q2形成额外的密封,密封隔绝其内侧密封孔。透光孔K2可以用于摄像头等光学器件与外界进行光/热交互。可选地,第一密封环41可以采用密封泡棉或背胶。背胶能够实现面之间的粘接连接,一般厚度较小。密封泡棉则具有相对较大的厚度,并具有一定的弹性,能够在厚度方向被压缩,因而能够对结构的形位公差起到一定的弥补作用;同时,设置密封泡棉也可以对结构之间相互作用力起到一定缓冲的效果。密封泡棉同样可以设置得具有一定的粘接能力,实现对座板31的外表面和中间部分21a的内表面之间的粘接。该处所说的密封泡棉的厚度方向,和前述内外的朝向一致。
本实施例中,座板31和中间部分21a之间可以通过螺钉连接、卡接等方式实现连接。图2-图6中示出的实施方式中,座板31和中间部分21a之间通过连接螺钉45连接。具体设置方式可以为,座板31开设连接通孔K4,中间部分21a对应位置设有连接螺纹孔K3。连接螺钉45通过连接通孔K4和连接螺纹孔K3将座板31紧钉连接于中间部分21a。第一密封环41为弹性结构,其能够受压在厚度方向上被弹性压缩。本实现方式中,通过连接螺钉45的方式实现连接,可根据需要调节锁紧力,结合弹性的第一密封环41,可以实现在保持密封性能的 基础上,适应较大的形位公差。例如,在安装时,若因结构设计公差等原因使得所需安装状态下座板31的外表面和中间部分21a的内表面之间的间距小于设计值,则可通过将连接螺钉45拧入多一点,使第一密封环41在厚度方向被压缩,从而弥补实际间距和设计值不匹配的问题。主要参见图5,可选地,中间部分21a的内表面在连接螺纹孔K3附近外凸形成连接凸部23,连接螺纹孔K3从连接凸部23的表面向内延伸,一般连接螺纹孔K3为盲孔,不会贯穿中间部分21a的外表面,以避免影响外装件20的外观。连接凸部23可以设置成定位配合在连接通孔K4中,以使外装件20能够被座件30定位。在组装时,使外装件20的连接凸部23对应配合进入连接通孔K4内,实现外装件20和座件30的定位,然后,将连接螺钉45从座件30一侧通过连接通孔K4拧入连接螺纹孔K3中,锁紧座件30和外装件20。本方案中设置与连接通孔K4配合的连接凸部23,一方面能够实现外装件20和座件30的定位,另一方面连接凸部23也增大了连接螺纹孔K3的深度,提高连接可靠性。本实现方式中,还可在座板31的内表面处设置将连接通孔K4外围于其内的环部34,环部34的内侧空间和连接通孔K4共同形成台阶形的孔,如此,连接螺钉45的螺纹部配合在连接螺纹孔K3内,连接螺钉45的螺钉头配合在环部34内侧。
本实施例中,连接螺钉45的数量可以根据需要设置,例如图2-图6示出的,设置三个呈三角形分布的三个连接螺钉45实现座件30和外装件20的连接。
在一种可能的实现方式中,环沿32和壳板10之间设置有第三密封环43。第三密封环43可以是密封泡棉或背胶。背胶能够实现面之间的粘接连接,一般厚度较小。密封泡棉则具有相对较大的厚度,并具有一定的弹性,能够在厚度方向被压缩,因而能够对结构的形位公差起到一定的弥补作用;同时,设置第三密封环43为密封泡棉也可以对座件30和壳板10之间相互作用力起到一定缓冲的效果。密封泡棉同样可以设置得具有一定的粘接能力,实现对环沿32的外表面和壳板10的内板面P2之间的粘接。
在连接螺钉45锁紧座板31和中间部分21a时,可以同时使环沿32将第三密封环43压紧于壳板10,提高环沿32和壳板10之间的接触面的密封性。
继续参见图2-图6,在一种可能的实现方式中,外装件20还包括一体连接于主体部分21的延伸部分22,延伸部分22连接于外环部分21b外侧;延伸部分22具有用于容置功能器件60的容置腔Q1和用于功能器件60安装的固定安装面P3。延伸部分22叠合在壳板10在其安装板孔K1之外的外板面P1上。延伸部分22叠合在壳板10外板面P1一侧,其容置腔Q1可以用于安装功能器件60,既增大了外装件20的整体尺寸,也不会影响壳板10内部结构的设置。
本申请实施例中,外装件20安装在外,其形状对结构外观影响很大。外装件20可以设置为截面外轮廓呈圆形、方形、条形、正多边形或其他形状的。
本实施例提供一种外装件20设置为圆形的实施方式。参见图6(配合参见图7),本实施例中,座板31的截面外轮廓呈割圆形,外装件20的截面外轮廓呈和座板31的割圆形同心对应的圆形,圆形的一割线L2将其分为第一割圆S1和第二割圆S2。外装件20在第一割圆S1内的部分为前述的主体部分21,外装件20在第二割圆S2内的部分为延伸部分22。第一割圆S1包括中间的第三割圆S3和第三割圆S3外周的割圆环S4,第三割圆S3的形状和座板31的形状基本相同;主体部分21在第三割圆S3内的部分为中间部分21a,主体部分21在割圆环S4内的部分为外环部分21b。
本文所说的割圆指,一个完整的圆被沿该圆的一作为割线L2的弦线或直径线切分而成的 两部分,其中任意一部分均为割圆。包括半圆、大于半圆的优弧圆以及小于半圆的劣弧圆。
该实现方式中,设置在壳板10外侧的外装件20整体呈圆形,结构外观规则美观,方便摄像头和其他功能器件60在外装件20上的排布。功能器件60可以包括闪光灯61、环境光传感器、色温传感器62、红外灯、测温传感器、TOF发射器、TOF传感器或厚度较小的摄像头等。并且,通过使割圆形的主体部分21对应连接在壳板10的安装板孔K1外周的板体,形成对安装板孔K1的封闭。剩下的割圆形的延伸部分22贴合在壳板10的板体上,一方面增大了外装件20的整体尺寸及和壳板10的接触面积(粘接面积),另一方面,延伸部分22位于壳板10外侧,不会影响壳板10内侧其他结构件(如电池71等)的布设。
图示主体部分21所在的第一割圆S1为优弧圆(大于半圆),占外装件20的大半部分;延伸部分22所在的第二割圆S2为劣弧圆(小于半圆),占外装件20的小半部分。对应的割线L2为不通过圆形圆心的一作为割线L2的弦线。
需要说明的是,前文引入割线L2等仅仅是作为不同功能区域划分的辅助线,并非旨在使外装件20设置为彼此分离的多个部分。
图7示出的外装件20截面轮廓为圆形,图20和图21分别给出了外装件20的外轮廓形状为正六边形和条形的设置方式。
本实施例中,壳板10上的安装板孔K1设置为适配座板31或中间部分21a的割圆形,以实现座板31/外装件20和安装板孔K1的定位配合。
参见图6,安装板孔K1的位置可以根据实际需要设定。例如,在壳体组件200用在手机的后盖时,为适应手机的使用习惯,安装板孔K1开设在壳板10的上半部。可选地,使安装板孔K1的外轮廓直线平行于壳板10的宽向线L1并宽向居中。如此,可使割圆形的座件30较多地占用手机上半部的空间,将下半部的空间留给电池71或其他需设置在手机内部的结构件。而外装件20的中间部分21a对应安装板孔K1并和座板31连接,外环部分21b及延伸部分22可以通过密封胶粘接在壳板10上。由于延伸部分22可以在壳板10之外向手机底部延伸,而不受手机内部结构件(包括电池71)的限制。并且因为被壳板10阻挡,在延伸部分22上施加的作用力能够被壳板10缓冲,从而降低对壳板10内侧的结构件(包括电池71)的影响。同时,延伸部分22还能提供更多的外装件20与壳板10的之间的粘结面积,从而使得粘接更可靠,提高了外装件20和壳板10之间的密封性以及连接牢固程度。
本实施例中,连接在座板31外周的环沿32呈割圆环。在安装时,可先准备对应形状的第三密封环43,将第三密封环43粘接在环沿32上,然后再使割圆形的座板31对应割圆形的安装板孔K1将座件30压合粘接在壳板10的外板面P1。由于采用割圆形式的配合,只有当座板31周向调整至对应安装板孔K1的状态时,座件30才能进入并和壳板10贴合,从而可以避免粘接后因位置不正确而需要重新破坏第二密封环42重新安装的问题。
在座件30安装完成后,可进行外装件20的安装。安装时,可预先在座板31的外表面粘接第一密封环41,第一密封环41可以设置为割圆环S4形,对应粘接于座板31外沿。然后使外装件20的连接凸部23对应座板31的连接通孔K4的方式装入外装件20,使外装件20的内表面粘合于壳板10的外板面P1,再拧入连接螺钉45,将外装件20紧固连接于座件30。当然,还可以在外装件20的环形部分和延伸部分22的内表面涂覆粘胶,以使外装件20和壳板10的外板面P1之间具有额外的粘接,提高外装件20的整体粘接强度和密封性能。
参见图4和图6,本实施例中,容置腔Q1贯通外装件20的外表面。外装件20的外表面上连接有保护镜片50,保护镜片50封闭容置腔Q1在外表面侧的开口。该实现方式中,容置 腔Q1贯通外装件20的外表面,以使装设在容置腔Q1内的功能器件60能够和外接进行光/热互动。设置保护镜片50能够保护内部结构,且对容置腔Q1的开口进行密封。保护镜片50可以通过粘胶粘合于外装件20。在其他实施方式中,保护镜片50和外装件20的外表面之间由第四密封环44(参见图8)密封胶合。第四密封环44可采用密封泡棉或背胶等实现。可选地,保护镜片50具有遮光区51和透光区52。遮光区51和透光区52可以在视觉上呈现不同的效果,例如,遮光区51整体呈黑色;而透光区52则为透明状态,能够透出内部结构(如对应的摄像头或设置在容置腔Q1内的功能器件60)的外观。为提高外观效果,透光区52尽量规则布设。
主要参见图4,本实施例中,延伸部分22从其外表面向内表面凹陷形成的容置腔Q1。容置腔Q1的底面作为功能器件60的固定安装面P3。装饰结构300还开设有连通槽道C2,连通槽道C2一端连通于容置腔Q1的侧面、另一端贯通座件30对应安装板孔K1处,用于容许功能器件60的引线穿过进入壳板10内侧。该实现方式中,容置腔Q1设置为从外表面凹入的盲孔型,通过容置腔Q1的底面作为功能器件60的固定安装面P3,方便功能器件60的安装固定。另外,开设的连通槽道C2方便功能器件60引线的引出,并能够通过安装板孔K1进入壳板10内侧接线。可选地,本实施例中,功能器件60包括闪光灯61和色温传感器62,两者并排地集成设置在柔性电路板63的一端,即柔性电路板63作为功能器件60的引线。,柔性电路板63的该端贴合于固定安装面P3上,另一端通过连通槽道C2和安装板孔K1进入壳板10的内侧,以便接入电子设备100的主电路。可选地,柔性电路板63在穿过连通槽道C2后折回并通过背胶粘接在环沿32的内表面上,实现固定,并用于接入电子设备100的主电路。可选地,在容置腔Q1的外口设置对应闪光灯61和色温传感器62的菲涅尔透镜64,菲涅尔透镜64通过粘结背胶46固定在外装件20上。在一些实施方式中,配合参见图8,外装件20的圆心位置设置透光孔K2,用于对应一摄像头,外装件20从其内表面一侧相对透光孔K2位置同心凹入形成底孔K6,底孔K6和透光孔K2形成台阶形孔。外装件20开设从容置腔Q1的侧壁面沿径向贯通至连通该底孔K6的槽道C3;同时座件30的圆心处设置对应外装件20透光孔K2的通孔K7。如此,该槽道C3、底孔K6和座件30的通孔K7共同形成连通容置腔Q1和安装板孔K1的前述连通槽道C2,功能器件60的引线可以通过该连接槽道C3进入壳板10内侧。当然,用于引线穿过座板31的通道可以是在座板31上额外开设的位于通孔K7之外的开孔K13(可见于图6)。
在另一种实施方式中,参见图9,容置腔Q1为由第一槽孔K8和第二槽孔K9构成的台阶孔。第一槽孔K8连通至延伸部分22的外表面,第二槽孔K9连通至延伸部分22的内表面。第二槽孔K9的槽底面朝向延伸部分22的内表面,作为功能器件60的固定安装面P3。本实现方式中,通过将容置腔Q1设置为台阶孔,并将台阶面(第二槽孔K9的槽底面)作为功能器件60的固定安装面P3,如此,可以在固定安装面P3上设置背胶等,然后将功能器件60(如闪光灯)从外装件20的内表面一侧装入并粘接在固定安装面P3上。同时使功能器件60(如闪光灯)对应第一槽孔K8,以实现和外接的光/热等信息交换。
在其他实现方式中,还可以在壳板10上开设切孔K10(参见图10和图11),并设置固连于外装件20的支架24支撑功能器件60。甚至将对应部分的壳板10切去形成切槽C4(参见图12),功能器件60或功能器件60的引线可以容置在切槽C4处。切槽C4或切孔K10可以对应于电池71的电池保护板71a处。通过设置切槽C4或切孔K10,可以增加功能器件60在厚度方向上的安装空间。例如,可以安装厚度稍大的摄像头。
在一种可能的实现方式中,参见图13-图15,外装件20设有若干外周透光孔K11。各外周透光孔K11和容置腔Q1分布在以外装件20的圆心为中心的同一圆周上。该实现方式中,外周透光孔K11和容置腔Q1组合分布在一个圆周上,既能满足摄像头和功能器件60在外装件20上整体均匀布置的需求,又能充分利用外装件20的主体部分21和延伸部分22的板面空间,使外装件20布置美观合理。当然,在其他实施方式中,外周透光孔K11和容置腔Q1也可以在不同圆周。可选地,外装件20的圆心处开设置有中心透光孔K12。该实现方式中,进一步利用外装件20中心位置进行透光孔的布置,对应位置可以布设摄像头等器件。本实施例中,保护镜片50上对应各中心透光孔K12、外周透光孔K11和容置腔Q1处分别设置透光区52,而在其他位置则保持为遮光区51。具体地,配合参见图13,其设置有两个外周透光孔K11、一个容置腔Q1和一个中间透光孔K12,大致呈Y型分布。容置腔Q1位于延伸部分22,和电池71在厚度方向重叠,可以布设厚度较小的功能器件60;保护镜片50上的透光区52呈对应的分布形式。如图14所示,其设置有两个外周透光孔K11和三个容置腔Q1,五者中四个矩形分布在一圆周上。其中两个容置腔Q1主要对应电池保护板71a所在位置,可以用于设置厚度较薄的摄像头,另一个容置腔Q1位于电芯71b所在位置,可以设置其他功能器件60(如闪光灯61等);保护镜片50上的透光区52呈对应的分布形式。如图15所示,其设置有两个外周透光孔K11和两个容置腔Q1,四者呈矩形分布在一圆周上,其中两个容置腔Q1主要对应电池保护板71a所在位置,可以用于设置厚度较薄的摄像头;保护镜片50上的透光区52呈对应的分布形式。
配合参见图1,本申请实施例的电子设备100内设电池71,电池71设置在壳板10的内板面P2一侧,并对应于壳板10在其安装板孔K1之外的部分。电池71在内板面P2上的投影和延伸部分22在内板面P2上的投影具有重叠区域。容置腔Q1对应于重叠区域。本实施方式中,电池71包括电芯71b和电池保护板71a。电芯71b在内板面P2上的投影和延伸部分22在内板面P2上的投影具有重叠区域。该实现方式中,使延伸部分22延伸至和电芯71b重叠,进一步扩大了外装件20的尺寸。并且,在壳板10的保护下,电芯71b的安全性同样有较好的保障。图16-图18示出了电池保护板71a设置于不同位置的情形。图16中,电池保护板71a位于电芯71b靠近安装板孔K1一端;图17中,电池保护板71a位于电芯71b远离安装板孔K1一端;图18中,电池保护板71a位于电芯71b的一侧。
参见图22,对于电池保护板71a位于电芯71b靠近安装板孔K1一端的情形,可设置电池保护板71a的厚度小于电芯71b,使电池保护板71a的上表面和壳板10的内板面P2之间具有厚向空间Q5,环沿32伸入到厚向空间Q5内。柔性电路板63包括U形板部63a和弹接片63b,U形板部63a包括第一板部63c、第二板部63d和第三板部63e。第一板部63c贴合连接于固定安装面P3,第三板部63e贴合连接于环沿32的内表面并伸入厚向空间Q5内,第二板部63d穿过外装件20和座件30并连接于第一板部63c和第三板部63e之间。弹接片63b位于座件30内侧,且一端连接于第三板部63e、另一端延伸至厚向空间Q5外对应于安装板孔K1的位置。弹接片63b能够相对第三板部63e发生沿内外的弹性形变,用于实现柔性电路板63的电弹接。功能器件60设置于第一板部之63c上。
该实现方式中,能够通过柔性电路板63实现功能器件60的电连接和机械连接,结构紧凑合理,且连接方便。此外,环沿32伸入到厚向空间Q5,即和壳板10具有厚向重叠部分,进一步利用电池71厚度方向的空间。该设置方案同时具有设置座件30和外装件20保证结构安装牢固程度、充分利用电池71覆盖处的厚度方向的空间,以及能够牢靠地实现功能器件60 的引线(如柔性电路板63)的设置及方便地实现引线接入电子设备100的主电路板(图中未示出)。
配合参见图8,在电子设备100为手机时,电子设备100还包括屏幕72、中框73、后置摄像头65和功能器件60。屏幕72连接于中框73的一侧;壳板10间隔地连接于中框73的另一侧,并和中框73共同限定内部空间Q2;内部空间Q2包括用于容置电池71的第一空间Q3和用于容置后置摄像头65的第二空间Q4;第二空间Q4对应于安装板孔K1,第一空间Q3对应于壳板10的安装板孔K1外的部分。外装件20开设有透光孔K2,如前述的外周透光孔K11和或中心透光孔K12,座件30具有对应透光孔K2的通孔K7。后置摄像头65设置于第二空间Q4,并对应于透光孔K2和通孔K7。
配合参见图19,本申请实施例还提供一种光电组件400,包括光电元件66和前述外装件20设置有延伸部分22的装饰结构300。光电元件66设置于容置腔Q1内,并固定安装于外装件20。本实施例中的光电元件66可以是前述功能器件60中能够进行光/电信号接收或处理的元件。将光学元件组装于外装件20,可以方便地进行一体装配。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种装饰结构,用于安装至电子设备的壳板,所述壳板具有相对的外板面和内板面;所述壳板开设有贯通所述外板面和内板面的安装板孔,其特征在于,所述装饰结构包括:
    座件,所述座件包括座板和连接于所述座板外周的环沿;
    外装件,所述外装件包括主体部分;所述主体部分包括中间部分和位于所述中间部分外圈的外环部分;
    其中,所述中间部分和所述座板在所述安装板孔处相互连接;
    所述环沿和所述外环部分相互间隔并限定环形的配合槽,以容许所述壳板在其安装板孔外周附近的板体配合于所述配合槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰结构,其特征在于:
    所述环沿的外表面从所述座板的外表面向远离所述外装件的方向偏移,以使所述环沿的外表面和所述外环部分的内表面之间限定所述配合槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰结构,其特征在于:
    所述座板的外表面和所述中间部分的内表面之间相互间隔以限定缝隙;
    所述缝隙内设置有第一密封环;所述第一密封环呈环状,并密封设置于所述座板的外表面和所述中间部分的内表面之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的装饰结构,其特征在于:
    所述装饰结构还包括连接螺钉;
    所述座板开设有连接通孔,所述中间部分对应位置设有连接螺纹孔;
    所述连接螺钉通过所述连接通孔和所述连接螺纹孔将所述座板紧钉连接于所述中间部分;
    所述第一密封环为弹性结构,其能够受压在厚度方向上被弹性压缩。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的装饰结构,其特征在于:
    所述第一密封环由密封泡棉或背胶构成。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的装饰结构,其特征在于:
    所述外装件还包括一体连接于所述主体部分的延伸部分,所述延伸部分连接于所述外环部分外侧;所述延伸部分具有用于容置功能器件的容置腔和用于功能器件安装的固定安装面;
    所述延伸部分用于叠合在所述壳板在其安装板孔之外的外板面上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装饰结构,其特征在于:
    所述容置腔为由第一槽孔和第二槽孔构成的台阶孔;所述第一槽孔连通至所述延伸部分的外表面,所述第二槽孔连通至所述延伸部分的内表面;所述第二槽孔的槽底面朝向所述延伸部分的内表面,作为功能器件的固定安装面。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装饰结构,其特征在于:
    所述延伸部分从其外表面向内表面凹陷形成的所述容置腔;所述容置腔的底面作为功能器件的固定安装面;
    所述装饰结构开设有连通槽道;所述连通槽道一端连通于所述容置腔的侧面、另一端贯通所述座件对应所述安装板孔处,用于容许功能器件的引线穿过进入所述壳板内侧。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装饰结构,其特征在于:
    所述外装件的截面外轮廓呈条形、正多边形或圆形。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装饰结构,其特征在于:
    所述座板的截面外轮廓呈割圆形;
    所述外装件的截面外轮廓呈和所述座板的割圆形同心对应的圆形;所述圆形的一割线将其分为第一割圆和第二割圆;所述外装件在所述第一割圆内的部分为所述主体部分,所述外装件在所述第二割圆内的部分为所述延伸部分;
    所述第一割圆包括中间的第三割圆和第三割圆外周的割圆环,所述第三割圆的形状和所述座板的形状基本相同;所述主体部分在所述第三割圆内的部分为所述中间部分,所述主体部分在所述割圆环内的部分为所述外环部分。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装饰结构,其特征在于:
    所述外装件设有若干外周透光孔;
    多个所述外周透光孔和所述容置腔分布在以所述外装件的圆心为中心的同一圆周上。

    所述外装件的圆心处开设置有中心透光孔。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的装饰结构,其特征在于:
    所述容置腔贯通所述外装件的外表面;
    所述外装件的外表面上连接有保护镜片,所述保护镜片封闭所述容置腔在所述外表面侧的开口。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装饰结构,其特征在于:
    所述保护镜片具有遮光区和透光区;
    容置于所述容置腔内的功能器件能够对应于所述透光区。
  15. 一种壳体组件,其特征在于,包括:
    壳板,所述壳板具有相对的外板面和内板面;所述壳板包括贯通所述外板面和内板面的安装板孔;
    权利要求1-14任一项所述的装饰结构;
    所述环沿卡配于所述壳板的内板面,所述座板对应于所述安装板孔;
    所述外环部分粘接于所述壳板的外板面;所述中间部分对应于所述座板,并与所述座板固定连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:
    所述外装件的内表面和所述壳板的外板面之间由第二密封环密封胶合。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的壳体组件,其特征在于:
    所述环沿和所述壳板之间设置有第三密封环。
  18. 一种电子设备,其特征在于:
    所述电子设备的至少一盖板采用权利要求15-17任一项所述的壳体组件。
  19. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    电池;
    壳板,所述壳板具有相对的外板面和内板面;所述壳板包括贯通所述外板面和内板面的安装板孔;

    功能器件,所述功能器件设置于所述容置腔内;
    所述电池设置在所述壳板的内板面一侧,并对应于所述壳板在其安装板孔之外的部分;
    所述电池在所述内板面上的投影和所述延伸部分在所述内板面上的投影具有重叠区域;
    所述容置腔对应于所述重叠区域。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的电子设备,其特征在于:
    所述电池包括电芯和电池保护板;
    所述电芯在所述内板面上的投影和所述延伸部分在所述内板面上的投影具有重叠区域。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的电子设备,其特征在于:
    所述电池包括电芯和电池保护板;
    所述电池保护板位于所述电芯靠近所述安装板孔一端,或者位于所述电芯远离所述安装板孔一端,或者位于所述电芯的一侧。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的电子设备,其特征在于:
    所述电子设备还包括用作所述功能器件引线的柔性电路板;
    所述电池包括电芯和电池保护板;所述电池保护板位于所述电芯靠近所述安装板孔一端,且所述电池保护板的上表面和所述壳板的内板面之间具有厚向空间;
    所述环沿伸入到所述厚向空间内;
    所述柔性电路板包括U形板部和弹接片,所述U形板部包括第一板部、第二板部和第三板部;所述第一板部贴合连接于所述固定安装面,所述第三板部贴合连接于所述环沿的内表面并伸入所述厚向空间内,所述第二板部穿过所述外装件和所述座件并连接于所述第一板部和所述第三板部之间;所述弹接片位于所述座件内侧,且一端连接于所述第三板部、另一端延伸至厚向空间外对应于所述安装板孔的位置;所述弹接片能够相对第三板部发生沿内外的弹性形变,用于实现柔性电路板的电弹接;
    所述功能器件设置于所述第一板部之上。
  23. 根据权利要求19所述的电子设备,其特征在于:
    所述电子设备为手机;
    所述电子设备还包括屏幕、中框、后置摄像头和功能器件;
    所述屏幕连接于所述中框的一侧;所述壳板间隔地连接于所述中框的另一侧,并和所述中框共同限定内部空间;所述内部空间包括用于容置所述电池的第一空间和用于容置所述后置摄像头的第二空间;所述第二空间对应于所述安装板孔,所述第一空间对应于所述壳板的安装板孔外的部分;
    所述外装件开设有透光孔,所述座件具有对应所述透光孔的通孔;
    所述后置摄像头设置于所述第二空间,并对应于所述透光孔和所述通孔。
  24. 一种光电组件,其特征在于,包括:
    光电元件;
    权利要求6-14任一项所述的装饰结构;
    所述光电元件设置于所述容置腔,并固定安装于所述外装件。
