背景技术
沙发是日常生活中较为常见的物件之一,其由多个物件组成,其中沙发铁架就是用于对沙发的整体进行支撑的结构之一,其质量好坏决定了沙发整体的使用感受,但是现有的沙发铁架还存在一定的缺陷,就比如:
目前市场上同类功能沙发铁架,对头部、背部和腿部采用向后、向前伸展、伸缩等结构,其具体结构复杂,并且成本高,运行不够稳定,并且最重要的伴随着的较大的噪音,导致使用者的使用感受不够舒适,进而存在一定的使用缺陷。
针对上述问题,急需在原有沙发铁架结构的基础上进行创新设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电动功能沙发铁架,以解决上述背景技术中提出的具体结构复杂,并且成本高,运行不够稳定,并且最重要的伴随着的较大的噪音,导致使用者的使用感受不够舒适的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种电动功能沙发铁架,包括安装在外置沙发内部的装配件,且装配件的两端分别通过紧固螺丝对接有支撑架,其特征在于,还包括:
电机组件,其安装在所述支撑架的内侧,且2个支撑架之间固定连接有导向壳体,并且导向壳体的内端嵌套安装有对接丝杆,同时对接丝杆与电机组件的端部通过锥齿轮组相互啮合;
活动件,嵌套对接在所述导向壳体的外侧,并且活动件的内端与对接丝杆螺纹对接,同时活动件的外侧轴承连接有导向轮,所述装配件的内侧开设有U型导向槽,且U型导向槽与导向轮相互对接;
转动轴,其贯穿对接在所述活动件的下端,且活动件通过转动轴对接有卡合件,并且卡合件的外侧固定连接有预留支架,所述支撑架的内端嵌套安装有抵触件,并且抵触件与卡合件的位置相互对应。
优选的,所述活动件通过导向壳体形成嵌套结构,且活动件配合导向轮沿着装配件的内端形成滑动结构,并且活动件的内端与对接丝杆形成螺纹对接结构,通过导向壳体的支撑结构,可避免活动件活动的过程中出现不稳的现象。
优选的,所述预留支架通过活动件沿着装配件的内端形成横向滑动结构,且装配件内端的U型导向槽与导向轮嵌套对接,通过U型导向槽的导向配合,可稳定的避免活动件活动的过程中出现晃动的现象。
优选的,所述抵触件与支撑架的端部为贯穿结构,且抵触件的外侧与卡合件接触时形成压合结构,且受力的卡合件带动预留支架向上形成角度旋转,让接触到卡合件的预留支架,可稳定的沿着活动件的下端形成角度旋转工作。
优选的,所述预留支架设置有连接轴和横向连接件,且预留支架的端部贯穿安装有连接轴,并且预留支架通过连接轴对接有横向连接件。
优选的,所述预留支架通过连接轴与横向连接件形成转动结构,且预留支架与卡合件为一体化结构,同时预留支架配合卡合件沿着活动件的下端形成旋转结构,让移动至一定距离的预留支架,可同步沿着其端部对接触的横向连接件进行角度旋转支撑工作。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该功能沙发铁架;
1.设置有活动式的预留支架,通过电机组件之间的传动方式可稳定的带动活动件外移,从而配合接触的卡合件压合状态,带动预留支架和横向连接件同步形成自转动,其用于支撑搁(当沙发打开,腿部向前伸展开,用于支撑搁腿),结构简单,无噪音,成本低(价格低),经济实惠;
2.设置有嵌套对接的导向轮,活动件在受力移动的过程中,其边端将通过2组沿着U型导向槽内部嵌套的导向轮,稳定的进行位置活动,避免其受力不均匀出现位置歪斜等不良现象,保证其装置的操作稳定性。

电机组件3,其安装在支撑架2的内侧,且2个支撑架2之间固定连接有导向壳体4,并且导向壳体4的内端嵌套安装有对接丝杆5,同时对接丝杆5 与电机组件3的端部通过锥齿轮组相互啮合;
活动件6,嵌套对接在导向壳体4的外侧,并且活动件6的内端与对接丝杆5螺纹对接,同时活动件6的外侧轴承连接有导向轮7,装配件1的内侧开设有U型导向槽14,且U型导向槽14与导向轮7相互对接;
转动轴8,其贯穿对接在活动件6的下端,且活动件6通过转动轴8对接有卡合件9,并且卡合件9的外侧固定连接有预留支架10,支撑架2的内端嵌套安装有抵触件13,并且抵触件13与卡合件9的位置相互对应。
活动件6通过导向壳体4形成嵌套结构,且活动件6配合导向轮7沿着装配件1的内端形成滑动结构,并且活动件6的内端与对接丝杆5形成螺纹对接结构,预留支架10通过活动件6沿着装配件1的内端形成横向滑动结构,且装配件1内端的U型导向槽14与导向轮7嵌套对接。
活动件6在通过电机组件3、导向壳体4和对接丝杆5的传动结构进行移动的过程中,其边端将通过2组沿着U型导向槽14内部嵌套的导向轮7,稳定的进行位置活动,避免其受力不均匀出现位置歪斜等不良现象,保证其装置的操作稳定性。
抵触件13与支撑架2的端部为贯穿结构,且抵触件13的外侧与卡合件9接触时形成压合结构,且受力的卡合件9带动预留支架10向上形成角度旋转。预留支架10设置有连接轴11和横向连接件12,且预留支架10的端部贯穿安装有连接轴11,并且预留支架10通过连接轴11对接有横向连接件12。预留支架10通过连接轴11与横向连接件12形成转动结构,且预留支架10与卡合件9为一体化结构,同时预留支架10配合卡合件9沿着活动件6的下端形成旋转结构。
预设锥齿轮结构带动对接丝杆5同步旋转,使得对接的活动件6可稳定的配合导向壳体4沿着装配件1的内端位置活动,待卡合件9活动至与抵触件13接触时,将随之带动预留支架10向上转动,并使得末端的抵触件13下 转形成水平状态,其用于支撑搁腿(当沙发打开,腿部向前伸展开,用于支搁腿)。
工作原理:在使用该功能沙发铁架时,根据图1-5,首先将该装置放置在需要进行工作的位置,接着驱动电机组件3,使其通过预设锥齿轮结构带动对接丝杆5同步旋转,使得对接的活动件6可稳定的配合导向壳体4沿着装配件1的内端位置活动,待卡合件9活动至与抵触件13接触时,将随之带动预留支架10向上转动,并使得末端的抵触件13下转形成水平状态,其用于支撑搁腿(当沙发打开,腿部向前伸展开,用于支撑搁腿),增加了整体的实用性。
