本实用新型涉及纺织机械领域,尤其涉及液位监测报警装置。
背景技术
中国实用新型专利ZL201220247210.7“液位报警装置”,介绍了“一种的液位报警装置,有一密封管、密封管内在液位警戒高度上安装的干簧管、套在密封管外的环形浮子、浮子内安装的磁钢,在所说密封管外超过警戒高度的位置上固定有浮子止位结构,止位结构所在位置使浮子停留在其中磁钢作用于干簧管的位置。”以解决因液位变化较快而使浮子快速通过警戒高度,从而使所发生的报警信号时间过短的技术问题,使报警持续,真实达到报警的目的。

但是传统的液位监测报警装置的干簧管的高度大多是不可调的,在应对不同报警液位时存在不便。

为了克服背景技术的不足,本实用新型提供液位监测报警装置,主要解决目前传统的液位监测报警装置的干簧管的高度大多是不可调的,在应对不同报警液位时存在不便的问题。
本实用新型的具体方案是:
液位监测报警装置,包括容纳管,所述容纳管内设有干簧管,所述容纳管外套设有浮子,所述浮子内设有随浮子升降的磁环,所述容纳管包括上盖,所述上盖贯穿设置有第一通孔,还包括设于所述上盖上的连接座,所述连接座上与所述第一通孔同轴设有第二通孔,还包括连杆,所述连杆穿过所述第一通孔和第二通孔与所述干簧管连接,所述连接座上与所述连杆相对设有用于固定所述连杆的锁定螺钉。
所述连杆上设有刻度。
所述连接座上设有第二通孔连通的螺纹孔,所述锁紧螺钉与所述螺纹孔连接。
所述连杆外壁设有凹槽,所述凹槽沿连杆长度方向延伸,所述锁定螺钉与所述凹槽内壁抵压配合。
所述连接座与所述上盖通过螺钉连接。
有益效果
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型提供液位监测报警装置,通过进行二次降压,可以调整干簧管的高度,使用更加方便。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:如图所示,液位监测报警装置,包括容纳管1,所述容纳管内设有干簧管2,所述容纳管外套设有浮子3,所述浮子内设有随浮子升降的磁环4,所述容纳管包括上盖11,所述上盖贯穿设置有第一通孔12,还包括设于所述上盖上的连接座6,所述连接座上与所述第一通孔同轴设有第二通孔61,还包括连杆62,所述连杆穿过所述第一通孔和第二通孔与所述干簧管连接,所述连接座上与所述连杆相对设有用于固定所述连杆的锁定螺钉63。该干簧管通过导线与线路板连接,在干簧管升降时该导线也随之伸缩,干簧管与连杆可以通过粘结等方式连接,连杆可以与第一通孔和第二通孔滑动配合。
在本实用新型中,如图所示,所述连杆上设有刻度621。可以显示伸出的高度,更加便于控制。
在本实用新型中,如图所示,所述连接座上设有第二通孔连通的螺纹孔611,所述锁紧螺钉与所述螺纹孔连接。锁紧螺钉通过螺纹孔进行前进或者后退。
在本实用新型中,如图所示,所述连杆外壁设有凹槽622,所述凹槽沿连杆长度方向延伸,所述锁定螺钉与所述凹槽内壁抵压配合。锁紧螺钉顶住凹槽内壁使连杆固定,连杆可以由塑料制成。
在本实用新型中,如图所示,所述连接座与所述上盖通过螺钉连接。拆装方便。

  1. 液位监测报警装置,包括容纳管(1),所述容纳管内设有干簧管(2),所述容纳管外套设有浮子(3),所述浮子内设有随浮子升降的磁环(4),其特征在于:所述容纳管包括上盖(11),所述上盖贯穿设置有第一通孔(12),还包括设于所述上盖上的连接座(6),所述连接座上与所述第一通孔同轴设有第二通孔(61),还包括连杆(62),所述连杆穿过所述第一通孔和第二通孔与所述干簧管连接,所述连接座上与所述连杆相对设有用于固定所述连杆的锁定螺钉(63)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的液位监测报警装置,其特征在于:所述连杆上设有刻度(621)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的液位监测报警装置,其特征在于:所述连接座上设有第二通孔连通的螺纹孔(611),所述锁紧螺钉与所述螺纹孔连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的液位监测报警装置,其特征在于:所述连杆外壁设有凹槽(622),所述凹槽沿连杆长度方向延伸,所述锁定螺钉与所述凹槽内壁抵压配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的液位监测报警装置,其特征在于:所述连接座与所述上盖通过螺钉连接。
