优选地,所述解锁组件包括:
解锁件,设于所述拉头基芯的安装槽中且能够沿所述安装槽的纵向移动,所述解锁件包括第一解锁面和第二解锁面,所述第一解锁面与第一止挡钩紧密贴合,所述第二解锁面与第二止挡钩紧密贴合;
挡位件,用以对所述解锁件在所述安装槽中的最大移动位置进行限位;
所述解锁件沿所述安装槽的纵向移动过程中,所述第一解锁面和所述第二解锁面分别推动所述第一止挡钩、所述第二止挡钩相背运动,以使第一卡接凹部和第二卡接凸起或者第一卡接凸起和第二卡接凹部分离,解除锁定。
优选地,所述解锁组件还包括:
弹性件,设于所述安装槽中、所述解锁件的下方,所述弹性件的一端与所述解锁件的底壁接触;所述解锁件沿所述安装槽的纵向移动过程中,压缩所述弹性件,并在所述弹性件的作用下恢复至初始位置。
优选地,所述安装槽自所述拉头的上船板向下延伸,所述挡位件设于所述上船板上;
所述挡位件包括:
第一挡块和第二挡块,所述第一挡块和所述第二挡块沿横向设于所述安装槽的两端,所述第一挡块和所述第二挡块分别凸出于所述安装槽的侧壁,以对所述解锁件进行挡位。
优选地,所述第一挡块和所述第二挡块均分别为铆合钉。
优选地,所述解锁件包括:
解锁部和导向部,所述解锁部沿拉动方向设于所述导向部的前端,且所述解锁部的一端凸出于所述导向部的底壁设置,所述解锁部的侧壁和所述导向部的底壁形成弹性件限位槽,对所述弹性件的径向移动限位;
所述第一解锁面和所述第二解锁面设于所述解锁部上,所述弹性件与所述导向部的底壁接触;
所述安装槽包括解锁槽和导向槽,所述解锁槽与所述解锁部配合,所述导向槽和所述导向部配合,所述解锁槽的前端开口设置。
本申请提供的一种拉链上止装置,包括上止组件,上止组件包括:上止件,用于固定在拉链链布的顶端;弹性夹持件,弹性夹持件的第一端与上止件固定,弹性夹持件的第二端为开放端且能够向靠近上止件方向发生弹性形变;上止卡接部,设于弹性夹持件的开放端,用于与拉头的卡接部配合;在拉头拉动至拉 链链布的顶端时,拉头向上止件方向推动弹性夹持件的开放端,弹性夹持件的开放端发生弹性形变和上止件夹住拉头,且上止卡接部与拉头的卡接部卡接固定,以夹持住拉头。
相较于现有技术,采用本申请实施例中提供的拉链上止装置,具有以下技术效果:
弹性夹持件的第二端为开放端且能够向靠近上止件方向发生弹性形变,并在弹性夹持件的开放端设置上止卡接部,与拉头的卡接部进行卡接固定,当拉头拉动至拉链链布的顶端时,拉头向上止件方向推动弹性夹持件的开放端,弹性夹持件的开放端发生弹性形变和上止件抵住拉头,上止卡接部与拉头的卡接部卡接固定,以固定住拉头。由此设置,通过弹性夹持件的弹性形变,以及上止卡接部和拉头的卡接部的卡接固定共同作用,使拉头能够在链牙顶端固定,防止其逆向下滑,其可应用在无锁象鼻拉头上或带锁拉头上,以满足链牙和拉头的固定性要求,适用于不同形式的拉头,提高装置的适用范围。
为了达到上述第二个目的,本申请还提供了一种拉链,包括设有拉头基芯的拉头和上述实施例任一项所述的拉链上止装置,还包括:解锁组件,设于所述拉头的前端,用于带动第一弹性夹持件和第二弹性夹持件相背运动以解除对所述拉头的锁定。同时,本申请中的拉链在拉头上设置解锁组件,以便于简化拉链上止装置和拉头间的解锁操作,使得拉链在链牙顶端的锁定和解锁操作简单易行,进一步提高用户使用体验。
本申请实施例还提供了一种制品,包括上述实施例任一项所述的拉链,具有上述技术效果。

为了使本申请实施例中的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图对本申请的示例性实施例进行进一步详细的说明,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是所有实施例的穷举。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
请参阅图2-图4,图2为本申请实施例提供的一种拉链上止装置的结构示意图;图3为本申请实施例提供的一种拉链上止装置的安装结构示意图;图4为本申请实施例提供的拉链上止装置与链带的安装结构示意图。
针对上述问题,本申请实施例中提供了一种拉链上止装置,包括上止组件,上止组件包括上止件、弹性夹持件和上止卡接部。其中,上止件用于固定在拉链链布的顶端,优选为通过一体式设置实现固定,如通过压接或者缝制等实现,可根据现有技术进行设置。弹性夹持件的第一端与上止件固定,优选为第一端为沿拉动方向的后端,第二端为沿拉动方向的前端,弹性夹持件的第一端与上止件优选为一体式设置,弹性夹持件的第二端为开放端,可以理解的是,第二 端和上止件之间设有压缩间隙,以使第二端能够向靠近上止件方向发生弹性形变,并在发生弹性形变时压住拉头1。
为了进一步对拉头1进行固定,防止其发生下滑,在弹性夹持件的开放端设置上止卡接部,与拉头1的卡接部进行卡接固定,其中,上止卡接部可设置为孔、槽或凸起结构,相应的,拉头1的卡接部设置为凸起结构、或孔、槽等结构,以实现二者的卡接;在作业时,拉头1拉动至拉链链布的顶端时,拉头1向上止件方向推动弹性夹持件的开放端,弹性夹持件的开放端发生弹性形变和上止件夹住拉头1,且上止卡接部与拉头1的卡接部卡接固定,以夹持住拉头1。
在一种实施例中,当上止组件的组数为一组时,上止组件设置在拉链的一侧,在拉头1拉动至拉链链布的顶端时,拉头1向上止件方向推动弹性夹持件的开放端,弹性夹持件的开放端发生弹性形变,并向远离上止件一侧推动拉头和拉链链布相抵,增加拉头拉动时所需克服的摩擦力;同时,上止卡接部与拉头1的卡接部卡接固定,通过卡接的方式共同对拉头1进行固定。
相较于现有技术,采用本申请实施例中提供的拉链上止装置,具有以下技术效果:
弹性夹持件的第二端为开放端且能够向靠近上止件方向发生弹性形变,并在弹性夹持件的开放端设置上止卡接部,与拉头1的卡接部进行卡接固定,当拉头1拉动至拉链链布的顶端时,拉头1向上止件方向推动弹性夹持件的开放端,弹性夹持件的开放端发生弹性形变和上止件夹住拉头1,上止卡接部与拉头1的卡接部卡接固定,以夹持住拉头1。由此设置,通过弹性夹持件的弹性形变,以及上止卡接部和拉头1的卡接部的卡接固定共同作用,使拉头1能够在链牙顶端固定,防止其逆向下滑。
具体的,为了便于生产制造,在上止卡接部为第一卡接凹部13,拉头1的卡接部为第二卡接凸起12,第一卡接凹部13便于设置,同时保证上止卡接部的结构紧凑,无需占用外部空间;或者,上止卡接部为第一卡接凸起,拉头 1的卡接部为第二卡接凹部。在其他实施例中,也可以设置为卡接槽、卡接孔或其他具有凹陷部位等结构,卡接孔的具体形状可设置为圆孔或方孔,相应的,卡接凸起设置为圆形凸起或方形凸起,可根据需要进行设置。
同时,为了对拉头1沿拉动方向的前移进行止挡,弹性夹持件的开放端的端部具有背离上止件的止挡钩,止挡钩用于阻挡拉头1脱出;止挡钩包括第一止挡面,用以与拉头1的拉头基芯11接触,止挡钩优选为垂直开放端设置,以增加第一止挡面和拉头1的接触面积,优化止挡效果。止挡钩和开放端一体式设置,以便于生产加工。优选地,止挡钩为矩形止挡钩。进一步地,上止件背离弹性夹持件的一侧设有上止钩,上止钩用于阻挡拉头1脱出。上止钩用于与拉头1的上船板和下船板的形成的布缝的前端端壁接触,实现止挡。上止钩优选为与上止件一体式设置,以进一步便于生产制造。
在该具体实施例中,上止组件包括在一组拉链的布带的链牙安装侧相对设置的长上止组件和短上止组件;长上止组件包括长上止件6、长上止卡接部、第一弹性夹持件63、第一止挡钩62和第一上止钩61,短上止组件包括短上止件7、短上止卡接部、第二弹性夹持件73、第二止挡钩72和第二上止钩71,基于链布的链牙的咬合结构,设置短上止件7以对链布的前端链牙进行让位,使得长上止件6和短上止件7的前端对齐,与拉头1实现配合。可以理解的是,长上止组件和短上止组件的结构可参考上述实施例中上止组件进行设置。第一止挡钩62和第二止挡钩72朝内且相对设置,由此设置,第一止挡钩62合第二止挡钩72共同对拉头1沿拉动方向的前移进行止挡,第一上止钩61合第二上止钩71共同对布缝的前端端壁作用,对拉头1沿拉动方向的前移进行止挡,进一步优化止挡效果。
如图1、5和6所示,图1为本申请实施例提供的一种拉链的爆炸结构示意图;图5为本申请实施例提供的拉链上止装置和拉头1的锁定时的结构示意图;图6为本申请实施例提供的拉链上止装置和拉头1的解锁时的结构示意图。
基于上述拉链上止装置,本申请实施例还提供了一种拉链,包括设有拉头 基芯11的拉头1和上述实施例任一项的拉链上止装置,还包括:解锁组件,设于拉头1的前端,用于带动第一弹性夹持件63和第二弹性夹持件73相背运动以解除对拉头1的锁定。拉头基芯11的结构以及与拉头1的位置关系可参考现有技术,在此不再赘述。在该具体实施例中,解锁组件能够相对于拉头1转动,解锁组件优选设置为旋转撑起结构,旋转撑起结构的底部设置有凸出于周向外壁的第一凸起部和第二凸起部,第一凸起部和第二凸起部优选为沿旋转撑起结构的中心线对称设置,当拉链上止装置和拉头1处于锁定状态时,旋转撑起结构处于初始位置,其周向外壁与第一弹性夹持件63和第二弹性夹持件73接触;当需要拉头1和拉链上止装置解锁时,驱动旋转撑起结构使其沿自身轴线旋转,使得第一凸起部和第二凸起部分别与第一弹性夹持件63和第二弹性夹持件73对应以进行撑起,此时第一弹性夹持件63和第二弹性夹持件73间的距离大于拉头基芯11的两个卡接部之间的距离,拉头基芯11能够沿拉动方向移动实现解锁。优选地,第一凸起部和第二凸起部可设置为弧形凸起部,且弧形凸起部和旋转撑起结构的周向外壁间平滑过渡,以使旋转运动顺畅。在一种实施例中,旋转撑起结构可设置为螺栓,在螺栓的底部分别设置第一凸起部和第二凸起部。本申请通过解锁组件实现拉链上止装置和拉头1的解锁,且上述装置结构简单,便于设置。
具体的,解锁组件包括解锁件3和挡位件4。其中,解锁件3设于拉头基芯11的安装槽5中且能够沿安装槽5的纵向移动,即,安装槽5的长度方向移动。安装槽5优选为垂直于上船板设置,解锁件3包括分别斜向下设置的第一解锁面和第二解锁面,第一解锁面与第一止挡钩62紧密贴合,第二解锁面与第二止挡钩72紧密贴合;其中,第一解锁面可设置为平面或光滑曲面,优选为圆弧面,以使得第一弹性夹持件63和第二弹性夹持件73匀速进行相背移动,提高装置可靠性。第一解锁面和第二解锁面优选为沿解锁件3的纵向中心线对称设置。第一止挡钩62的侧壁上设置第三解锁面,第二止挡钩72的侧壁上设置第四解锁面,第三解锁面和第四解锁面相对设置,且斜向下设置,第三 解锁面和第四解锁面结构相同设置,如设置为平面或光滑曲面,由此以便于解锁件3与弹性夹持件的紧密贴合实现解锁;相较于解锁件3与弹性夹持件的侧壁的贴合,解锁件3与止挡钩贴合解锁时,使得解锁件3的结构紧凑,优化安装空间。
挡位件4用以对解锁件3在安装槽5中的最大移动位置进行限位;以防止解锁件3从安装槽5的上端开口滑出,挡位件4可设置为挡位凸起,挡位凸起与解锁件3一体式设置,以便于生产加工。解锁件3沿安装槽5的纵向移动过程中,第一解锁面和第二解锁面分别推动第一止挡钩62、第二止挡钩72,进而使得第一弹性夹持件63和第二弹性夹持件73相背运动,以使第一卡接凹部13和第二卡接件凸起或者第一卡接凸起和第二卡接凹部分离,解除锁定。
其中,为了解锁件3在解锁后快速复位,解锁组件还包括弹性件2,弹性件2设于安装槽5中、解锁件3的下方,弹性件2的一端与解锁件3的底壁接触;解锁件3沿安装槽5的纵向移动过程中,压缩弹性件2,并在弹性件2的作用下恢复至初始位置。弹性件2优选为弹片或弹簧,其两端分别为与解锁件3和安装槽5接触的自由端,以便于拆装。
在该具体实施例中,安装槽5自拉头1的上船板向下延伸,挡位件4设于上船板上;挡位件4包括第一挡块和第二挡块,第一挡块和第二挡块沿横向设于安装槽5的两端,第一挡块和第二挡块分别凸出于安装槽5的侧壁,以对解锁件3进行挡位;第一挡块和第二挡块均分别为铆合钉,铆合钉在安装前处于竖直状态,具体安装过程为:将弹性件2放置在安装槽5中,并安装解锁件3,并将安装槽5两侧的铆合钉打弯,对解锁件3沿安装槽5的纵向移动进行阻挡,防止其发生滑脱。
进一步地,解锁件3包括解锁部和导向部,解锁部沿拉动方向设于导向部的前端,第一解锁面和第二解锁面设于解锁部上,弹性件2与导向部的底壁接触。安装槽5包括解锁槽和导向槽,解锁槽与解锁部配合,导向槽和导向部配合,解锁槽的前端开口设置。优选地,导向槽为横截面为圆形,解锁槽的横截 面为矩形,通过矩形解锁槽对解锁件3绕自身轴线的转动进行限位,使解锁件3仅能够沿安装槽5的纵向移动。同时,基于安装槽5的前端开口结构,解锁部的一端凸出于导向部的底壁设置,解锁部的侧壁和导向部的底壁形成弹性件2限位槽,对弹性件2的径向移动限位,防止弹性件2从前端开口滑出。
本申请还提供了一种制品,包括上述实施例任一项所述的拉链。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“前”、“后”、“首”、“尾”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种拉链上止装置,其特征在于,包括上止组件,所述上止组件包括:
    上止件,用于固定在拉链链布的顶端;
    弹性夹持件,所述弹性夹持件的第一端与所述上止件固定,所述弹性夹持件的第二端为开放端且能够向靠近所述上止件方向发生弹性形变;
    上止卡接部,设于所述弹性夹持件的开放端,用于与拉头的卡接部配合;
    在拉头拉动至拉链链布的顶端时,所述拉头向所述上止件方向推动所述弹性夹持件的开放端,所述弹性夹持件的开放端发生弹性形变和所述上止件抵住所述拉头,且所述上止卡接部与所述拉头的卡接部卡接固定,以固定住所述拉头。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拉链上止装置,其特征在于,所述上止卡接部为第一卡接凹部,所述拉头的卡接部为第二卡接凸起;
    或者,所述上止卡接部为第一卡接凸起,所述拉头的卡接部为第二卡接凹部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的拉链上止装置,其特征在于,所述弹性夹持件的开放端的端部具有背离所述上止件的止挡钩,所述止挡钩用于阻挡所述拉头脱出;
    所述上止件背离所述弹性夹持件的一侧设有上止钩,所述上止钩用于阻挡所述拉头脱出。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的拉链上止装置,其特征在于,所述上止组件包括长上止组件和短上止组件,所述长上止组件和所述短上止组件在一组拉链的布带的链牙安装侧相对设置;
    所述长上止组件包括长上止件、第一弹性夹持件和第一止挡钩,所述短上止组件包括短上止件、第二弹性夹持件和第二止挡钩,所述第一止挡钩和所述第二止挡钩朝内且相对设置。
  5. 一种拉链,其特征在于,包括设有拉头基芯的所述拉头和权利要求1-4 任一项所述的拉链上止装置,还包括:
    解锁组件,设于所述拉头的前端,用于带动第一弹性夹持件和第二弹性夹持件相背运动以解除对所述拉头的锁定。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述解锁组件包括:
    解锁件,设于所述拉头基芯的安装槽中且能够沿所述安装槽的纵向移动,所述解锁件包括第一解锁面和第二解锁面,所述第一解锁面与第一止挡钩紧密贴合,所述第二解锁面与第二止挡钩紧密贴合;
    挡位件,用以对所述解锁件在所述安装槽中的最大移动位置进行限位;
    所述解锁件沿所述安装槽的纵向移动过程中,所述第一解锁面和所述第二解锁面分别推动所述第一止挡钩、所述第二止挡钩相背运动,以使第一卡接凹部和第二卡接凸起或者第一卡接凸起和第二卡接凹部分离,解除锁定。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述解锁组件还包括:
    弹性件,设于所述安装槽中、所述解锁件的下方,所述弹性件的一端与所述解锁件的底壁接触;所述解锁件沿所述安装槽的纵向移动过程中,压缩所述弹性件,并在所述弹性件的作用下恢复至初始位置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述安装槽自所述拉头的上船板向下延伸,所述挡位件设于所述上船板上;
    所述挡位件包括:
    第一挡块和第二挡块,所述第一挡块和所述第二挡块沿横向设于所述安装槽的两端,所述第一挡块和所述第二挡块分别凸出于所述安装槽的侧壁,以对所述解锁件进行挡位。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述第一挡块和所述第二挡块均分别为铆合钉。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的拉链,其特征在于,所述解锁件包括:
    解锁部和导向部,所述解锁部沿拉动方向设于所述导向部的前端,且所述解锁部的一端凸出于所述导向部的底壁设置,所述解锁部的侧壁和所述导向部 的底壁形成弹性件限位槽,对所述弹性件的径向移动限位;
    所述第一解锁面和所述第二解锁面设于所述解锁部上,所述弹性件与所述导向部的底壁接触;
    所述安装槽包括解锁槽和导向槽,所述解锁槽与所述解锁部配合,所述导向槽和所述导向部配合,所述解锁槽的前端开口设置。
  11. 一种制品,其特征在于,包括权利要求5-10任一项所述的拉链。
