为了方便第一部件210和第二部件220的拆卸,在一实施例中,如图1至4所示,棘轮110表面设置有凸棱113,固定组件100还包括拨动件130,拨动件130滑动设置于第一部件210,凸棱113位于拨动件130的滑动路径上。推动拨动件130,使其抵推凸棱113,以推动棘轮110向第一方向A转动,进而使得棘轮110脱离卡槽221,随后相对滑动第一部件210和第二部件220,第一部件210和第二部件220可以相互脱离,第一部件210和第二部件220通过棘轮110固定,可靠性高,且拆卸简单便捷。
为了增强第一部件210和第二部件220的固定,在一实施例中,如图1和图2所示,棘轮110的转动轴中心距离卡槽221的最短距离,小于棘轮110的转动轴中心距离棘轮110自由端的距离。当棘轮110卡入卡槽221后,棘轮110 无法继续向第二方向B转动而脱离卡槽221,从而增强第一部件210和第二部件220相互固定的可靠性。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,棘轮110上设置有沿其径向向外凸出的凸块114,棘轮110位于卡槽221内时,凸块114抵接于第一部件210的内壁,以限制棘轮110向第二方向B转动,从而棘轮110无法向第二方向B转动而脱离卡槽221,增强第一部件210和第二部件220相互固定的可靠性。
在其他实施例中,还可以通过其他的方式待定棘轮110向第一方向A转动,进而使得棘轮110脱离卡槽211,不局限于上述拨动件130和凸棱113配合的结构,此处不作限定。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,固定组件100还包括第一限位部140和第二限位部150,第一限位部140设置于第一部件210,第二限位部150设置于第二部件220,第一限位部140和第二限位部150配合设置,使得第一部件140和第二部件150仅能沿第一部件210和第二部件220的长度方向相对滑动,避免第一部件210和第二部件220沿垂直于其长度方向的方向脱离,从而棘轮110可稳定卡于卡槽221内,固定组件100的固定能力进一步得到提升。
具体地,如图2所示,第一限位部140为卡勾,第二限位部150为勾槽,卡勾和勾槽配合设置,勾槽沿第二部件220的长度方向设置,第二部件220上开设有供卡勾卡入勾槽的开口,且卡勾由开口卡入勾槽后沿勾槽内滑移。从而第一部件210和第二部件220仅能沿第一部件210和第二部件220的长度方向相对滑动。当然,还可以第一限位部140为勾槽,第二限位部150为卡勾。
在其他实施例中,第一限位部140和第二限位部150还可以为限位轴和套管的结构,限位轴沿第一部件210和第二部件220的长度方向设置,套管沿限位轴滑移。其中第一限位部140可以为设置于第一部件210的限位轴,第二限位部150可以为设置于第二部件220的套管;或者,第一限位部140为设置于第一部件210的套管,第二限位部150为设置于第二部件220的限位轴。
在其他实施例中,第一限位部140和第二限位部150还可以为滑轨和滑块的限位结构,滑轨沿第一部件210和第二部件220的长度方向设置,滑块沿滑轨滑移。其中第一限位部140可以为设置于第一部件210的滑轨,第二限位部150可以为设置于第二部件220的滑块;或者,第一限位部140为设置于第一部件210的滑块,第二限位部150为设置于第二部件220的滑轨。
在其他实施例中,第一限位部140和第二限位部150还可以为导向槽和导 向块的限位结构,导向槽沿第一部件210和第二部件220的长度方向设置,导向块沿导向槽滑移。其中第一限位部140可以为设置于第一部件210的导向槽,第二限位部150可以为设置于第二部件220的导向块;或者,第一限位部140为设置于第一部件210的导向块,第二限位部150为设置于第二部件220的导向槽。
在其他实施例中,第一限位部140和第二限位部150还可以为其他结构,只需使得第一部件140和第二部件150仅能沿第一部件210和第二部件220的长度方向相对滑动即可,此处不作限制。
请参阅图5和图6,图5是本申请的通信设备一实施例的侧视结构示意图;图6是本申请的通信设备一实施例的安装到位状态时的剖视结构及其局部放大结构示意图。
本申请又一实施例提供了一种通信设备200,如图5和图6所示,包括上述任一实施例中的固定组件100。通过上述固定组件100,本申请的第一部件210和第二部件220相互固定的可靠性高,即使通信设备200从高处跌落,棘轮110仍在弹性件120的驱动力作用下卡于卡槽221,第一部件210和第二部件220也不易相互脱离。需要分离第一部件210和第二部件220时,仅需拨动拨动件130,即可轻松拆卸。
进一步地,固定组件100设置有两组,如图5和图6所示,且分别位于通信设备200的两侧,从而即使一侧拨动件130被失误拨动,第一部件210和第二部件220也不会脱离。另外,由于固定组件100位于通信设备200的两侧,节省了通信设备200的内部空间,可提高电池容量,并满足未来开发需求。
进一步地,如图5和图6所示,通信设备200包括设备本体和可拆卸于设备本体的电池组件,第一部件210为电池组件,第二部件220为设备本体,电池组件通过固定组件100固定于设备本体。需要拆卸电池组件和设备本体时,拨动拨动件130的方向与滑动第一部件210和第二部件220的方向一致,操作更便捷,提升用户体验。在其他实施例中,第一部件210也可以是设备本体,第二部件220为电池组件。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种通信设备的固定组件,其特征在于,用于将第一部件和第二部件相对固定,所述固定组件包括:
    棘轮,包括连接端和卡接端,所述连接端转动设置于所述第一部件;
    弹性件,设置于所述棘轮的卡接端和所述第一部件之间,所述第二部件开设有供所述棘轮卡入的卡槽;
    其中,所述第一部件与所述第二部件相对滑动,所述第二部件推动所述棘轮向第一方向转动并压缩或拉伸所述弹性件;在所述棘轮移动至所述卡槽时,所述弹性件驱动所述棘轮向与所述第一方向相反的第二方向转动并卡入所述卡槽,所述第一部件与所述第二部件相对固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征在于,所述弹性件一端连接于所述第一部件,另一端连接于所述棘轮,所述棘轮向第一方向转动并拉伸所述弹性件;或者,
    所述弹性件一端连接于所述第一部件,另一端抵接于所述棘轮,所述棘轮向第一方向转动并压缩所述弹性件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征在于,所述卡槽在所述棘轮转入的一端设有斜面,当所述棘轮位于所述卡槽内时,所述棘轮抵接于所述斜面,所述棘轮中心所在直线与所述斜面所在直线朝向所述弹性件一侧的夹角呈锐角。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的固定组件,其特征在于,所述棘轮表面设置有凸棱,所述固定组件还包括:
    拨动件,滑动设置于所述第一部件,所述凸棱位于所述拨动件的滑动路径上,所述拨动件抵推所述凸棱,以推动所述棘轮向所述第一方向转动,使得所述棘轮脱离所述卡槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的固定组件,其特征在于,所述棘轮的转动轴中心距离所述卡槽的最短距离小于所述棘轮的转动轴中心距离所述棘轮自由端的距离。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的固定组件,其特征在于,所述棘轮上设置有沿其径向向外凸出的凸块,所述棘轮位于所述卡槽内时,所述凸块抵接于所述第一部件的内壁,以限制所述棘轮向所述第二方向转动。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的固定组件,其特征在于,所述固定组 件还包括:
    第一限位部,设置于所述第一部件;
    第二限位部,设置于所述第二部件,且所述第二限位部与所述第一限位配合设置,使得所述第一部件和所述第二部件仅能沿所述第一部件和所述第二部件的长度方向相对滑动。
  8. 一种通信设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-7中任一项所述的固定组件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述固定组件设置有两组,且分别位于所述通信设备的两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的通信设备,其特征在于,所述通信设备包括设备本体和可拆卸设置于所述设备本体的电池组件,所述第一部件为所述设备本体,所述第二部件为所述电池组件;或者,所述第一部件为所述电池组件,所述第二部件为所述设备本体。
