Description

显示屏模组安装机构及显示装置 技术领域
本申请涉及显示屏技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示屏模组安装机构及设有所述显示屏模组安装机构的显示装置。
背景技术
发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)显示屏具有色域广、亮度高、可视角大、功耗低和寿命长等优点,因此在显示领域,LED显示屏被广泛应用。例如比较常见的证券交易和金融信息显示、机场航班动态信息显示、港口和车站旅客引导信息显示、体育场馆信息显示、道路交通信息显示、电力调度和车辆动态跟踪等调度指挥中心信息显示、商场购物中心等服务领域的业务宣传信息显示以及广告媒体产品等。
现有的LED显示屏模组一般通过螺栓固定方式或者磁吸固定方式紧固于显示屏箱体;然而,采用螺栓固定方式拆装难度较大,且螺栓与螺母之间容易生锈,不方便后续的维修和保养;采用磁吸固定方式时,磁铁在LED显示屏模组上存在漏磁问题,容易造成LED显示屏模组表面吸附铁粉微尘,从而在LED显示屏上形成规律性暗斑,影响整个LED显示屏的显示效果。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种显示屏模组安装机构及显示装置,所述显示屏模组安装机构方便拆装显示屏模组至显示屏箱体,且所述显示屏模组安装机构不存在漏磁问题,不会影响显示屏模组的显示效果。
本申请第一方面提供一种显示屏模组安装机构,用于将显示屏安装至显示屏箱体,所述显示屏模组安装机构包括连接件及插接件,所述连接件包括若干弹性的连接部,若干所述连接部相互间隔地围设一圈以形成插接孔;所述插接件包括插接头,所述插接头可拆卸地插接于所述插接孔,以使连接部可拆卸地连接于所述插接头;所述连接件远离所述连接部的一端连接于所述显示屏箱体,所述插接件远离所述插接头的一端连接于所述显示屏模组;或者所述连接件远离所述连接部的一端连接于所述显示屏模组,所述插接件远离所述插接头的一端连接于所述显示屏箱体。
在一些实施例中,所述插接头沿第一方向插入所述插接孔以使所述连接部卡接于所述插接头;所述插接头沿第二方向相对于所述连接件移动而脱离所述插接孔,以解除所述连接部对所述插接头的卡接;所述第一方向与所述第二方向相反。
在一些实施例中,所述连接件还包括第一定位部,所述第一定位部连接于 所述显示屏箱体或所述显示屏模组,若干所述连接部设于所述第一定位部背离所述显示屏箱体或所述显示屏模组的一端。
在一些实施例中,每一连接部包括弹性条及卡接块,所述弹性条自所述第一定位部沿所述第二方向延伸,所述卡接块设于所述弹性条背离所述第一定位部的端部,若干所述弹性条围成所述插接孔,每一卡接块延伸至所述插接孔。
在一些实施例中,所述卡接块背离所述第一定位部的一端设有第一导入面,所述插接头沿所述第一方向滑动地抵推所述第一导入面,所述弹性条弹性变形使所述卡接块远离所述插接头,直至所述插接头越过所述卡接块后,所述弹性条弹性复位以带动所述卡接块卡接所述插接头。
在一些实施例中,所述第一导入面自所述卡接块远离所述弹性条的一端向所述第一定位部的轴线倾斜延伸,若干所述卡接块的第一导入面围成圆锥形的凹陷面。
在一些实施例中,所述卡接块面朝所述第一定位部的一端设有第一卡接面,所述插接头沿所述第一方向插入所述插接孔后,所述第一卡接面卡接于所述插接头,所述第一卡接面相对于所述第一方向倾斜。
在一些实施例中,所述插接头包括面朝所述插接孔的第二导入面,所述插接头沿所述第一方向插入所述插接孔,所述插接头的第二导入面滑动地抵推所述卡接块,所述弹性条弹性变形使所述卡接块远离所述插接头,直至所述插接头越过所述卡接块后,所述弹性条弹性复位以带动所述卡接块卡接所述插接头。
在一些实施例中,所述插接头面朝所述插接孔的一端为锥体,所述第二导入面是所述锥体的外周面。
在一些实施例中,所述插接头还包括背离所述第二导入面的第二卡接面,所述插接头沿所述第一方向插入所述插接孔后,所述卡接块弹性卡接于所述第二卡接面。
在一些实施例中,所述插接头背离所述插接孔的一端为锥体,所述第二卡接面是所述锥体的外周面。
在一些实施例中,所述插接件还包括第二定位部及连接于所述第二定位部与所述插接头之间的颈部,所述第二定位部连接于所述显示屏模组或所述显示屏箱体,所述第二导入面设于所述插接头背离所述第二定位部的一端。
在一些实施例中,所述第二卡接面设于所述插接头面朝所述第二定位部的一端,所述第二卡接面相对于所述第一方向倾斜。
在一些实施例中,所述第一定位部螺接、卡接、焊接或胶接固定于所述显示屏箱体或所述显示屏模组背离出光面的背面;所述第二定位部通过焊接、螺接、卡接或胶接固定于所述显示屏模组背离出光面的背面或所述显示屏箱体的。
在一些实施例中,所述显示屏模组的背面设有第一固定部,所述插接件远离所述插接头的一端固定连接于所述第一固定部。
在一些实施例中,所述显示屏箱体的正面设有第二固定部,所述连接件远离所述连接部的一端固定连接于所述第二固定部。
在一些实施例中,所述第一定位部为具有内螺纹的连接筒,所述显示屏箱体的第二固定部为螺柱,所述连接筒的内螺纹与所述螺柱配合。
在一些实施例中,所述第一定位部是卡接件,所述显示屏箱体的第二固定部为设于所述显示屏箱体的卡接孔,所述卡接件卡接于所述卡接孔。
在一些实施例中,所述连接部靠近第一定位部的端部向外凸设止挡缘,所述止挡缘用于抵顶所述显示屏箱体的正面或所述显示屏模组的背面。
本申请第二方面提供一种显示装置,其包括显示屏模组安装机构、显示屏模组及显示屏箱体,所述显示屏模组通过所述显示屏模组安装机构可拆卸地连接于所述显示屏箱体。
本申请中显示装置的显示屏模组通过显示屏模组安装机构可拆卸地连接于显示屏箱体,不仅方便所述显示屏模组安装或拆卸至所述显示屏箱体,便于对所述显示屏模组进行维护或清洁;另外,显示屏模组安装机构通过插接件的插接头可拆卸地插接于所述连接件的插接孔,因此,显示屏模组安装机构无磁性件,显示屏模组安装机构连接于显示屏模组与显示屏箱体之间时不存在漏磁问题,所述显示模组表面不容易吸附铁粉微尘,能使所述显示模组表面长时间保持清洁,从而提升所述显示屏的显示效果。

请参考图1至图4,图1是本申请其中一实施例提供的显示装置100的立体结构示意图;图2是图1中的显示装置100的其中一立体结构分解示意图;图3是图2中III部分的放大图;图4是图1中的显示装置100的另一立体结构分解示意图。本申请其中一实施例提供一种显示装置100,包括显示屏模组安装机构20、显示屏模组40及显示屏箱体60,所述显示屏模组40通过所述显示屏模组安装机构20可拆卸地连接于所述显示屏箱体60,以方便安装或拆卸所述显示屏模组40至所述显示屏箱体60,从而便于对所述显示屏模组40进行维护或清洁。所述显示屏模组40可以是但不限于LED显示屏、LCD显示屏或CTR显示屏,本实施例中,所述显示屏模组40为LED显示屏。所述显示屏模组安装机构20,用于将所述显示屏模组40安装至所述显示屏箱体60,所述显示屏模组安装机构20包括连接件22及插接件24,所述连接件22包括若干弹性的连接部220,若干所述连接部220相互间隔地围设一圈以形成插接孔221;所述插接件24包括插接头240,所述插接头240可拆卸地插接于所述插接孔221,以使所述连接部220可拆卸地连接于所述插接头240。所述连接件22远离所述连接部220的一端连接于所述显示屏箱体60,所述插接件24远离所述插接头240的一端连接于所述显示屏模组40;或者所述连接件22远离所述连接部220的一端连接于所述显示屏模组40,所述插接件24远离所述插接头240的一端连接于所述显示屏箱体60。本实施例中,所述连接件22远离所述连接部220的一端连接于所述显示屏箱体60,所述插接件24远离所述插接头240的一端连接于所述显示屏模组40背离出光面的背面,插接件24 的插接头240可拆卸地插接于所述插接孔221,所述连接部220可拆卸地连接于所述插接头240,以使所述显示屏模组40可拆卸地安装于所述显示屏箱体60。
本申请的显示装置100的所述显示屏模组40通过所述显示屏模组安装机构20可拆卸地连接于所述显示屏箱体60,不仅方便所述显示屏模组40安装或拆卸至所述显示屏箱体60,便于对所述显示屏模组40进行维护或清洁;另外,所述显示屏模组安装机构20通过插接件24的插接头240可拆卸地插接于所述连接件22的插接孔221,因此,所述显示屏模组安装机构20无磁性件,所述显示屏模组安装机构20连接于显示屏模组40与显示屏箱体60之间时不存在漏磁问题,所述显示装置100不容易吸附铁粉微尘,能使所述显示装置100长时间保持清洁,从而提升所述显示屏模组40的显示效果。
所述显示屏模组40包括出光面42及背离所述出光面42的背面44,所述插接件24背离插接头240的一端连接于所述背面44。所述显示屏模组40的背面44设有第一固定部441,所述插接件24远离所述插接头240的一端固定连接于所述第一固定部441。具体地,所述显示屏模组40的背面44的周围设有若干第一固定部441,每一插接件24远离插接头240的一端固定连接于对应的第一固定部441。本实施例中,所述显示屏模组40为矩形屏,所述显示屏模组40的背面44相对的两侧分别设有若干第一固定部441;优选地,第一固定部441为设置于背面44的焊盘,所述插接件24背离插接头240的一端通过焊锡固定于所述焊盘。
在其他实施例中,显示屏模组40可以是但不限于圆形屏、椭圆形屏或多边形屏等;第一固定部441可以是但不限于卡接孔或螺接孔等,所述插接件24远离插接头240的一端卡接于所述卡接孔或螺接于所述螺接孔。
所述显示屏箱体60包括正面62,所述正面62的周围设有若干第二固定部621,每一连接件22远离连接部220的一端固定连接于对应的第二固定部621。本实施例中,所述显示屏箱体60为矩形框,所述显示屏箱体60的正面62相对的两侧分别设有若干第二固定部621;优选地,第二固定部621为螺接孔,所述连接件22远离连接部220的一端螺接固定于对应的所述螺接孔。
在其他实施例中,所述显示屏箱体60可以是但不限于圆形屏、椭圆形屏或多边形屏等;第二固定部621可以是但不限于卡接孔或焊盘等,所述连接件22远离连接部220的一端卡接于所述卡接孔或焊接于所述焊盘。
请一并参阅图4-图7,图5是图4中的其中一显示屏模组安装机构20的放大图;图6是图5中的显示屏模组安装机构20的立体分解示意图;图7是图5中的显示屏模组安装机构20的立体剖视图。所述插接头240沿第一方向F1插入所述插接孔221以使连接部220卡接于所述插接头240;所述插接头240沿第二方向F2脱离所述插接孔221以解除所述连接部220对所述插接头 240的卡接;所述第一方向F1与所述第二方向F2相反。所述连接件22还包括第一定位部224,所述第一定位部224连接于所述显示屏箱体60或所述显示屏模组40,若干所述连接部220设于所述第一定位部224的一端,即连接部220设于所述第一定位部224背离所述显示屏箱体60或所述显示屏模组40的一端。所述第一定位部224通过螺接、卡接、焊接或胶接等方式固定于所述显示屏箱体60或所述显示屏模组40背离出光面的背面44;本实施例中,第一定位部224为具有外螺纹的连接筒,所述外螺纹与所述显示屏箱体60的螺接孔对应,即所述第一定位部224螺接于所述第二固定部621。
在其他实施例中,第一定位部224为具有内螺纹的连接筒,显示屏箱体60的第二固定部621为设于正面62的螺柱,所述连接筒的内螺纹与所述螺柱配合,以使连接件22固定连接于显示屏箱体60。
在其他实施例中,第一定位部224是卡接件,显示屏箱体60的第二固定部621为设于所述显示屏箱体60的卡接孔,所述卡接件卡接于所述卡接孔以使连接件22固定卡接于显示屏箱体60。所述卡接件可以是卡接钩或弹性卡接柱等。
在其他实施例中,所述第一定位部224为具有卡接孔的连接柱,所述第二固定部621为凸设于所述显示屏箱体60的正面62的卡接件,所述卡接件卡接于所述连接柱的卡接孔中,以使连接件22固定卡接于显示屏箱体60。所述卡接件可以是卡接钩或弹性卡接柱等。
在其他实施例中,第一定位部224也可以通过焊接固定于显示屏箱体60的正面62。
在其他实施例中,第一定位部224也可以通过胶接固定于所述显示屏箱体60的正面62。
如图6所示,连接部220与第一定位部224可以是一体成型制成或连接部220固定连接于第一定位部224。具体地,每一连接部220包括弹性条2201及卡接块2202,所述弹性条2201自所述第一定位部224沿所述第二方向延伸,所述卡接块2202设于所述弹性条2201背离所述第一定位部224的端部,若干所述弹性条2201围成所述插接孔221,每一卡接块2202向所述插接孔221内凸设。弹性条2201可以是但不限于弹性钢、弹性橡胶或弹性塑料等。本实施例中,连接件22包括6个所述连接部220,6个所述连接部220沿第一定位部224的周向围设一圈以形成所述插接孔221,每相邻的两个连接部220具有间隙,以方便若干弹性条2201能呈放射状变形。
在其他实施例中,连接件22包括3个或3个以上的连接部220,这些连接部220沿第一定位部224的周向围设一圈,每相邻的两个连接部220具有间隙,这些连接部220围成所述插接孔221。
连接部220靠近第一定位部224的端部向外凸设止挡缘225,若干连接部 220的止挡缘225围成一圈。所述止挡缘225用于抵顶显示屏箱体60的正面62或显示屏模组40的背面44,使所述连接件22牢固地连接于显示屏箱体60或显示屏模组40。
卡接块2202背离第一定位部224的一端设有第一导入面2204,插接头240沿所述第一方向F1滑动地抵推第一导入面2204,以带动弹性条2201弹性变形使卡接块2202远离插接头240,直至所述插接头240越过所述卡接块2202后,弹性条2201弹性复位以带动所述卡接块2202卡接于所述插接头240。具体地,插接头240的外周面沿所述第一方向F1滑动地抵推卡接块2202的第一导入面2204,使弹性条2201靠近对应的卡接块2202的一端朝远离所述第一定位部224的轴线方向发生弹性变形,当所述插接头240越过所述卡接块2202时,所述弹性条2201弹性复位而带动所述卡接块2202朝向第一定位部224的轴线移动以卡接于所述插接头240。优选地,第一导入面2204自卡接块2202远离弹性条2201的一端向所述第一定位部224的轴线倾斜延伸,即第一导入面2204倾斜于所述第一定位部224的轴线,若干所述卡接块2202的第一导入面2204围成圆锥形的凹陷面。
如图7所示,卡接块2202面朝所述第一定位部224的一端设有第一卡接面2206,即每一卡接块2202的第一导入面2204与第一卡接面2206相背设置。在所述插接头240沿所述第一方向F1插入所述插接孔221后,所述第一卡接面2206卡接于所述插接头240,所述第一卡接面2206相对于所述第一方向F1倾斜,若干所述第一卡接面2206围成圆锥形的凹陷面。本实施例中,每一卡接块2202是自弹性条2201的内侧面向插接孔221凸设的三角形块,第一导入面2204位于所述三角形块背离第一定位部224的一侧,第一卡接面2206位于所述三角形块面朝第一定位部224的一侧。
如图6所示,插接头240包括面朝插接孔221的第二导入面245,插接头240沿所述第一方向插入所述插接孔221,所述第二导入面245滑动地抵推所述卡接块2202,所述弹性条2201弹性变形使所述卡接块2202远离所述插接头240,直至所述插接头240越过所述卡接块2202后,所述弹性条2201弹性复位以带动所述卡接块2202卡接所述插接头240。具体地,插接件24还包括第二定位部242及连接于第二定位部242与插接头240之间的颈部244,第二定位部242连接于显示屏模组40的第一固定部441或显示屏箱体60的第二固定部621。第二导入面245设于插接头240背离第二定位部242的一端,插接头240的第二导入面245沿第一方向F1滑动地抵推卡接块2202,弹性条2201弹性变形使卡接块2202远离插接头240,直至插接头240越过卡接块2202后,弹性条2201部分弹性复位以带动卡接块2202弹性卡接于插接头240。本实施例中,插接头240背离第二定位部242的一端为锥体,所述锥体的外周面就是第二导入面245;本实施例中,插接头240面朝插接孔221的一端为锥体,所 述第二导入面245是所述锥体的外周面;具体地,插接头240背离第二定位部242的一端是圆锥体,所述第二导入面245就是所述圆锥体的外周面;插接头240的第二导入面245沿第一方向F1滑动地抵推卡接块2202的第一导入面2204,以带动弹性条2201弹性变形。
如图3及图6所示,第二定位部242可以通过但不限于采用焊接、卡接或胶接等方式固定于所述显示屏模组40的第一固定部441;本实施例中,第二定位部242为圆形的连接片,第一固定部441为设置于所述显示屏模组40的背面44上的连接孔,所述连接片与所述连接孔通过焊接固定连接,此时,所述显示屏模组40的背面位于所述插接件24的颈部244处。
在其他实施例中,所述第二定位部242是卡接件,显示屏模组40的第一固定部441为设于所述显示屏模组40的背面44的卡接孔,所述卡接件卡接于所述卡接孔以使所述插接件24固定卡接于所述显示屏模组40。所述卡接件可以是卡接钩或弹性卡接柱等。
在其他实施例中,所述第二定位部242为具有卡接孔的连接柱,所述第一固定部441为凸设于所述显示屏模组40的背面44的卡接件,所述卡接件卡接于所述连接柱的卡接孔中,以使所述插接件24固定卡接于所述显示屏模组40。所述卡接件可以是卡接钩或弹性卡接柱等。
在其他实施例中,所述第二定位部242也可以通过胶接固定于所述显示屏模组40的背面44。
如图6所示,所述插接头240还包括背离第二导入面245的第二卡接面246,插接头240沿所述第一方向插入所述插接孔221后,所述卡接块2202在弹性条2201的弹力作用下卡接于所述第二卡接面246。具体地,第二卡接面246设于所述插接头240面朝第二定位部242的一端,插接头240沿第一方向F1插入插接孔221后,弹性条2201发生弹性变形,所述卡接块2202弹性卡接于第二卡接面246,所述第二卡接面246相对于所述第一方向F1倾斜。具体地,插接头240面朝第二定位部242的一端为锥体,所述锥体的外周面就是第二卡接面246;本实施例中,插接头240背离插接孔221的一端为锥体,所述第二卡接面246是所述锥体的外周面;具体地,所述插接头240面对第二定位部242的一端是圆锥体,所述第二卡接面246就是所述圆锥体的外周面;当插接头240插入所述插接孔221后,所述卡接块2202的第一卡接面2206在弹性条2201的弹性复位弹力的作用下抵顶于所述第二卡接面246。
请一并参阅图8-图10,图8-图10是图2中的显示装置100的安装过程示意图。安装显示屏模组40至显示屏箱体60时,先将若干显示屏模组安装机构20的连接件22分别固定连接于显示屏箱体60,具体地,若干连接件22的第一定位部224分别螺接于对应的第二固定部621;将若干插接件24的第二定位部242分别固定连接于显示屏模组40的第一固定部441,具体地,若干插 接件24的第二定位部242分别焊接于对应的第一固定部441;将显示屏模组40的背面44正对显示屏箱体60的正面62,使若干插接件24的插接头240分别正对若干连接件22的插接孔221,沿所述第一方向F1移动所述显示屏模组40使每一插接头240插入对应的插接孔221;具体地,使每一插接件24沿所述第一方向F1移动使第二导入面245滑动地抵顶对应的连接件22的第一导入面2204,以带动卡接块2202向远离插接孔221的轴线方向移动,弹性条2201弹性变形,插接头240继续沿第一方向F1移动而越过卡接块2202时,弹性条2201部分弹性复位以带动卡接块2202沿着第二卡接面246朝靠近插接孔221的轴线复位,插接头240在卡接块2202的弹性抵推下继续沿所述第一方向F移动,直至所述显示屏模组40的背面44抵顶连接部220远离第一定位部224的端部;此时,显示屏模组40与显示屏箱体60贴合到位,弹性条2201还没有完全弹性复位,卡接块2202在弹性条2201的弹力作用下保持弹性抵顶插接头240的第二卡接面246,第一卡接面2206卡接于第二卡接面246。即卡接块2202在弹性条2201的收缩弹力下抵顶第二卡接面246,使插接件24保持受到向显示屏箱体60移动的推力,从而带动显示屏模组40具有向显示屏箱体60靠拢的趋势,以确保显示屏模组40与显示屏箱体60稳定地连接。显示屏模组40通过显示屏模组安装机构20牢固地安装于显示屏箱体60,由于显示屏模组40与显示屏箱体60的安装仅需要将插接头240插入插接孔221中即可,操作简单,使用方便;另外,显示屏模组安装机构20中没有磁性件,显示屏模组安装机构20连接于所述显示屏模组40与所述显示屏箱体60之间后不存在漏磁问题,显示装置100不容易吸附铁粉微尘,能使显示装置100长时间保持清洁,从而提升显示屏模组40的显示效果。
从显示屏箱体60拆下显示屏模组40时,向远离显示屏箱体60的方向拉动显示屏模组40,即拉动显示屏模组40沿第二方向F2移动使每一插接件24的第二卡接面246滑动地抵顶对应的第一卡接面2206,以带动卡接块2202向远离第一定位部224的轴线方向移动,弹性条2201弹性变形,插接头240继续沿第二方向F2移动而越过卡接块2202时,弹性条2201弹性复位以带动卡接块2202朝靠近第一定位部224的轴线复位,第一导入面2204滑动地抵推第二导入面245使插接头240沿第二方向F2移动而脱离与连接部220的卡接。此时,显示屏模组40与安装于显示屏箱体60分离,由于显示屏模组40与显示屏箱体60的拆卸仅需将插接头240拔出插接孔221即可,操作简单,使用方便,方便显示屏模组40和/或显示屏箱体60的维修、更换等。
请一并参阅图4及图11,图11是本申请另一实施例提供的显示屏模组安装机构20a的立体结构示意图。本实施例的显示屏模组安装机构20a与上述的显示屏模组安装机构20的结构相似,不同之处在于:显示屏模组安装机构20a的插接件24a的结构与显示屏模组安装机构20的插接件24的结构略有不同。 具体地,插接件24a也包括插接头240a、第二定位部242a及连接于插接头240a与第二定位部242a之间的颈部244,所述第二定位部242a是螺杆;显示屏模组40的背面44设有若干螺孔,即第一固定部441为螺孔,每一螺杆连接于对应的螺孔中,以使插接件24a固定连接于显示屏模组40;连接件22固定连接于显示屏箱体60的正面62,每一插接件24a与对应的连接件22配合,以方便显示屏模组40与显示屏箱体60的折装。
优选地,插接头240a背离颈部244的一端设有操作槽2452,螺丝刀等工具配合操作槽2452以方便插接头240a螺接至螺孔。
在其他实施例中,显示屏箱体60的正面62设有若干螺孔,第二定位部242a是螺杆,每一所述螺杆连接于显示屏箱体60对应的螺孔中,以使插接件24a固定连接于显示屏箱体60;连接件22固定连接于显示屏模组40的背面,每一插接件24a与对应的连接件22配合,以方便显示屏模组40与显示屏箱体60的折装。
需要说明的是,在不偏离本申请原理的情况下,各个实施方式中的具体技术方案可以相互适用。
以上是本申请实施例的实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请实施例原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种显示屏模组安装机构,用于将显示屏模组安装至显示屏箱体,其特征在于,所述显示屏模组安装机构包括:
    连接件,所述连接件包括若干弹性的连接部,若干所述连接部相互间隔地围设一圈以形成插接孔;以及
    插接件,所述插接件包括插接头,所述插接头可拆卸地插接于所述插接孔,以使所述连接部可拆卸地连接于所述插接头;
    所述连接件远离所述连接部的一端连接于所述显示屏箱体,所述插接件远离所述插接头的一端连接于所述显示屏模组;或者所述连接件远离所述连接部的一端连接于所述显示屏模组,所述插接件远离所述插接头的一端连接于所述显示屏箱体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述插接头沿第一方向插入所述插接孔以使所述连接部卡接于所述插接头;所述插接头沿第二方向相对于所述连接件移动而脱离所述插接孔,以解除所述连接部对所述插接头的卡接;所述第一方向与所述第二方向相反。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述连接件还包括第一定位部,所述第一定位部连接于所述显示屏箱体或所述显示屏模组,若干所述连接部设于所述第一定位部背离所述显示屏箱体或所述显示屏模组的一端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,每一连接部包括弹性条及卡接块,所述弹性条自所述第一定位部沿所述第二方向延伸,所述卡接块设于所述弹性条背离所述第一定位部的端部,若干所述弹性条围成所述插接孔,每一卡接块延伸至所述插接孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述卡接块背离所述第一定位部的一端设有第一导入面,所述插接头沿所述第一方向滑动地抵推所述第一导入面,所述弹性条弹性变形使所述卡接块远离所述插接头,直至所述插接头越过所述卡接块后,所述弹性条弹性复位以带动所述卡接块卡接所述插接头。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述第一 导入面自所述卡接块远离所述弹性条的一端向所述第一定位部的轴线倾斜延伸,若干所述卡接块的第一导入面围成圆锥形的凹陷面。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述卡接块面朝所述第一定位部的一端设有第一卡接面,所述插接头沿所述第一方向插入所述插接孔后,所述第一卡接面卡接于所述插接头,所述第一卡接面相对于所述第一方向倾斜。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述插接头包括面朝所述插接孔的第二导入面,所述插接头沿所述第一方向插入所述插接孔,所述插接头的第二导入面滑动地抵推所述卡接块,所述弹性条弹性变形使所述卡接块远离所述插接头,直至所述插接头越过所述卡接块后,所述弹性条弹性复位以带动所述卡接块卡接所述插接头。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述插接头面朝所述插接孔的一端为锥体,所述第二导入面是所述锥体的外周面。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述插接头还包括背离所述第二导入面的第二卡接面,所述插接头沿所述第一方向插入所述插接孔后,所述卡接块弹性卡接于所述第二卡接面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述插接头背离所述插接孔的一端为锥体,所述第二卡接面是所述锥体的外周面。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述插接件还包括第二定位部及连接于所述第二定位部与所述插接头之间的颈部,所述第二定位部连接于所述显示屏模组或所述显示屏箱体,所述第二导入面设于所述插接头背离所述第二定位部的一端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述第二卡接面设于所述插接头面朝所述第二定位部的一端,所述第二卡接面相对于所述第一方向倾斜。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述第一定位部螺接、卡接、焊接或胶接固定于所述显示屏箱体或所述显示屏模组背离出光面的背面;所述第二定位部通过焊接、螺接、卡接或胶接固定于所述显示屏模组背离出光面的背面或所述显示屏箱体的。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述显示屏模组的背面设有第一固定部,所述插接件远离所述插接头的一端固定连接于所述第一固定部。
  16. 根据权利要求3所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述显示屏箱体的正面设有第二固定部,所述连接件远离所述连接部的一端固定连接于所述第二固定部。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述第一定位部为具有内螺纹的连接筒,所述显示屏箱体的第二固定部为螺柱,所述连接筒的内螺纹与所述螺柱配合。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述第一定位部是卡接件,所述显示屏箱体的第二固定部为设于所述显示屏箱体的卡接孔,所述卡接件卡接于所述卡接孔。
  19. 根据权利要求3所述的显示屏模组安装机构,其特征在于,所述连接部靠近第一定位部的端部向外凸设止挡缘,所述止挡缘用于抵顶所述显示屏箱体的正面或所述显示屏模组的背面。
  20. 一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至19中任意一项所述的显示屏模组安装机构、显示屏模组及显示屏箱体,所述显示屏模组通过所述显示屏模组安装机构可拆卸地连接于所述显示屏箱体。
